本申请的第五方面,提供了一种计算机程序产品或计算机程序,该计算机程序产品或计算机程序包括计算机指令,该计算机指令存储在计算机可读存储介质中。计算机设备的处理器从计算机可读存储介质读取该计算机指令,处理器执行该计算机指令,使得该计算机设备执行上述任一方面所述的常旅客信息的管理方法。
从以上技术方案可以看出,本申请实施例具有以下优点:根据常旅客发起的订单请求获取该常旅客相应的常旅客信息,根据常旅客信息判断目标常旅客是否属于国内航空公司。若否,则执行订单请求,并且,向航空联盟平台发送该常旅客信息,当航空联盟平台对该常旅客信息完成校验后,根据航空联盟平台所反馈的校验结果,对该常旅客信息进行更新。本发明中,当判断出目标常旅客不属于国内航空公司时,为了避免航空联盟平台对常旅客信息的校验流程超时,导致订单请求执行失败,此时可以先执行该订单请求,然后再将常旅客信息发送至航空联盟平台进行校验。从而减少了订单请求的等待时间,提高了订单请求的执行效率。

具体实施方式
本申请实施例提供了一种常旅客信息的管理方法,用于提高常旅客的订单请求的执行效率。
下面将参照附图更详细地描述本公开的实施例。虽然附图中显示了本公开的某些实施例,然而应当理解的是,本公开可以通过各种形式来实现,而且不应该被解释为限于这里阐述的实施例,相反提供这些实施例是为了更加透彻和完整地理解本公开。应当理解的是,本公开的附图及实施例仅用于示例性作用,并非用于限制本公开的保护范围。

请参阅图1,图1为本申请实施例中常旅客信息的管理方法的一个实施例示意图,如图所示,本申请实施例中常旅客信息的管理方法的一个实施例包括:
101、管理设备根据目标常旅客的订单请求获取常旅客信息;
航空联盟的常旅客计划中,旅客只需办理航空联盟内的成员航空公司所提供的常旅客计划,就可以享受同一航空联盟内,所有成员航空公司的常旅客服务。对于国内航空公司的旅客,在办理了常旅客计划之后,其对应的常旅客信息会保存到航信的管理设备的旅客订座记录(passenger name record,PNR)当中。然而,对于在航空联盟中,国外航空公司的常旅客,当其第一次在同一航空联盟中的国内航空公司发起订单请求时,所对应的常旅客信息,并没有保存在航信的管理设备的PNR中。
本申请实施例中,将管理设备的PNR之外的常旅客,定义为目标常旅客。例如,爱琴航空(属于星空联盟)的常旅客,第一次在深圳航空(属于星空联盟)发起订单请求时,该旅客即为目标常旅客,其对应的常旅客信息,是没有在管理设备的PNR中所保存的。
具体的,管理设备接收到常旅客发起的订单请求之后,可以先根据该订单请求获取相应的常旅客信息,判断该常旅客信息是否在管理设备的PNR之内。若不存在,则可以确定该常旅客为本申请实施例中的目标常旅客。然后再执行步骤101。需要说明的是,在实际应用中,有些旅客可能会有多个常旅客身份(例如同时拥有金卡和银卡),而管理设备则只获取与该订单请求相关的常旅客信息。例如,该旅客以金卡常旅客的身份,发起订单请求,则管理设备只获取该常旅客的金卡常旅客信息。
其中,目标常旅客所发起的订单请求,可以是订票请求或修改常旅客信息的请求(例如更新常旅客卡的级别),还可以是其他形式的业务请求,例如航班改签请求等,具体此处不做限定。
管理设备根据目标常旅客的订单请求,获取相应的常旅客信息,然后执行步骤102。
需要说明的是,“管理设备”只是对执行本申请中,常旅客信息管理方法的功能模块的统称,并不特指某个或某些模块,也不特指硬件或者软件模块。在实际应用中,也可能对执行常旅客信息管理方法的设备不称之为“管理设备”,而以其他名称代替,具体此处不做限定,本申请实施例中只以“管理设备”为例进行说明。
102、所述管理设备根据所述常旅客信息判断所述目标常旅客是否属于国内航空公司;
管理设备存在旅客信息服务系统(customer management system,CSM),可以通过CSM,对该常旅客信息判断,识别出该目标常旅客是否属于国内航空公司。
若目标常旅客不属于国内航空公司,则该常旅客对应的常旅客信息并没有在管理设备的PNR中保存,无法对其进行校验,需要执行步骤103。
若目标常旅客属于国内航空公司,管理设备可以直接在本地,利用CSM对常旅客信息进行校验。若该常旅客信息校验通过,则管理设备执行该订单请求。
103、若否,则所述管理设备执行所述订单请求;
若目标常旅客不属于国内航空公司,则该目标常旅客的常旅客信息的校验流程,需要由航空联盟平台来执行。但是,为了避免航空联盟平台对常旅客信息的校验流程超时,导 致订单请求执行失败,此时可以先直接执行该订单请求,例如,先为旅客执行订票或先进行常旅客信息的修改。并且,同时执行步骤104。
104、所述管理设备向航空联盟平台发送所述常旅客信息;
管理设备识别出目标常旅客不属于国内航空公司之后,可以向目标常旅客所在的航空联盟平台发送该常旅客信息,由航空联盟平台对该常旅客信息进行校验。例如,管理设备识别出目标常旅客为爱琴航空的常旅客之后,则向爱琴航空所在的星空联盟,发送目标常旅客对应的常旅客信息。
需要说明的是,为了提高对常旅客信息的校验效率,本申请实施例中,在判断出目标常旅客不属于国内航空公司之后,步骤103和步骤104,应当同时执行。即管理设备执行该订单请求的同时,也向向航空联盟平台发送常旅客信息进行校验。
105、所述管理设备接收来自所述航空联盟平台的反馈报告,所述反馈报告用于表示所述常旅客信息的校验结果;
航空联盟平台接收到常旅客信息之后,会对该常旅客信息进行校验,并将校验结果,反馈给管理设备。
106、所述管理设备根据所述反馈报告,更新所述常旅客信息。
管理设备接收到该反馈报告后,获取相应的校验结果,并在本地中更新该常旅客信息。例如,当金卡级别的常旅客信息,成功通过校验流程之后,管理设备可以确定该目标常旅客是合法的,则可以将该目标常旅客的常旅客信息(金卡常旅客),保存在PNR中。本申请实施例中,由于常旅客信息经过校验后,管理设备会进行更新保存。若该目标常旅客发起后续其他的订单请求时,管理设备中已保存相应的常旅客信息,则管理设备可以直接利用CSM,在本地对该目标常旅客的常旅客信息进行校验,无需再次经过航空联盟平台的校验流程。
又例如,若常旅客信息在航空联盟的校验流程中,校验失败,则管理设备可以确定该目标常旅客是不合法的,可以对已执行的订单请求进行撤回。
本申请实施例中,根据常旅客发起的订单请求获取该常旅客相应的常旅客信息,根据常旅客信息判断目标常旅客是否为当前航空公司的常旅客。若不是,则执行订单请求,并且,向航空联盟平台发送该常旅客信息,当航空联盟平台对该常旅客信息完成校验后,根据航空联盟平台所反馈的校验结果,对该常旅客信息进行更新。本发明中,当判断出目标常旅客不是当前航空公司的常旅客时,即可以确定目标常旅客为同一航空联盟中其他航空公司的常旅客。为了避免航空联盟平台对常旅客信息的校验流程超时,导致订单请求执行失败,此时可以先执行该订单请求。从而减少了订单请求的等待时间,提高了订单请求的执行效率。

下面对本申请实施例中的常旅客信息管理装置进行描述,请参阅图2,本申请实施例提供的一种常旅客信息管理装置,该常旅客信息管理装置包括:
获取单元201,用于根据目标常旅客的订单请求获取常旅客信息;
判断单元202,用于根据所述常旅客信息判断所述目标常旅客是否属于国内航空公司;
执行单元203,用于当所述目标常旅客不属于国内航空公司时,执行所述订单请求;
发送单元204,用于向航空联盟平台发送所述常旅客信息;
接收单元205,用于接收来自所述航空联盟平台的反馈报告,所述反馈报告用于表示所述常旅客信息的校验结果;
更新单元206,用于根据所述反馈报告,更新所述常旅客信息。
可选地,在上述图2所对应的实施例的基础上,本申请实施例提供的常旅客信息管理装置的一个实施例中,常旅客信息管理装置还包括确定单元207;
所述接收单元205,还用于接收来自常旅客的订单请求;
所述获取单元201,还用于根据所述订单请求获取对应的常旅客信息;
所述判断单元202,还用于判断所述常旅客是否在旅客订座记录PNR之内;
所述确定单元207,用于当所述常旅客不在旅客订座记录PNR之内时,确定所述常旅客为目标常旅客。
可选地,在上述图2所对应的实施例的基础上,本申请实施例提供的常旅客信息管理装置的一个实施例中,常旅客信息管理装置还包括校验单元208;
所述校验单元208,用于当所述目标常旅客属于国内航空公司时,校验所述常旅客信息;
所述执行单元203,还用于当所述常旅客信息校验通过时,执行所述订单请求。
可选地,在上述图2所对应的实施例的基础上,本申请实施例提供的常旅客信息管理装置的一个实施例中,订单请求包括订票请求或修改所述常旅客信息的请求。
本实施例中,常旅客信息管理装置可以执行前述图1中任一项所示实施例中所述的操作,具体此处不再赘述。
本文中以上描述的功能可以至少部分地由一个或多个硬件逻辑部件来执行。例如,非限制性地,可以使用的示范类型的硬件逻辑部件包括:现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、专用集成电路(ASIC)、专用标准产品(ASSP)、片上系统(SOC)、复杂可编程逻辑设备(CPLD)等等。
本申请还提供一种存储一个或多个计算机执行指令的计算机可读存储介质,当计算机执行指令被处理器执行时,处理器执行如上述图1中任一项所示实施例中可能的实现方式 的方法。
需要说明的是,本公开上述的计算机可读介质可以是计算机可读信号介质或者计算机可读存储介质或者是上述两者的任意组合。计算机可读存储介质例如可以包括但不限于电、磁、光、电磁、红外线、或半导体的系统、装置或器件,或者任意以上的组合。计算机可读存储介质的更具体的例子可以包括但不限于:具有一个或多个导线的电连接、便携式计算机磁盘、硬盘、随机访问存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、可擦式可编程只读存储器(EPROM或闪存)、光纤、便携式紧凑磁盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、光存储器件、磁存储器件、或者上述的任意合适的组合。在本公开中,计算机可读存储介质可以是任何包含或存储程序的有形介质,该程序可以被指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用。而在本公开中,计算机可读信号介质可以包括在基带中或者作为载波一部分传播的数据信号,其中承载了计算机可读的程序代码。这种传播的数据信号可以采用多种形式,包括但不限于电磁信号、光信号或上述的任意合适的组合。计算机可读信号介质还可以是计算机可读存储介质以外的任何计算机可读介质,该计算机可读信号介质可以发送、传播或者传输用于由指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用的程序。计算机可读介质上包含的程序代码可以用任何适当的介质传输,包括但不限于:电线、光缆、RF(射频)等等,或者上述的任意合适的组合。
上述计算机可读介质可以是上述电子设备中所包含的;也可以是单独存在,而未装配入该电子设备中。
特别地,根据本公开的实施例,上文参考流程图描述的过程可以被实现为计算机软件程序。例如,本公开的实施例包括一种计算机程序产品,其包括承载在非暂态计算机可读介质上的计算机程序,该计算机程序包含用于执行图1所示的方法的程序代码。
本申请实施例还提供了一种计算机设备,用于执行图1对应的实施例所提供的常旅客信息的管理方法。请参阅图3,图3为本申请实施例中计算机设备的一个结构示意图。如图所示,该计算机设备300可因配置或性能不同而产生比较大的差异,可以包括一个或一个以上中央处理器(central processing units,CPU)322(例如,一个或一个以上处理器)和存储器332,一个或一个以上存储应用程序342或数据344的存储介质330(例如一个或一个以上海量存储设备)。其中,存储器332和存储介质330可以是短暂存储或持久存储。存储在存储介质330的程序可以包括一个或一个以上模块(图示没标出),每个模块可以包括对计算机设备中的一系列指令操作。更进一步地,中央处理器322可以设置为与存储介质330通信,在计算机设备300上执行存储介质330中的一系列指令操作。
计算机设备300还可以包括一个或一个以上电源326,一个或一个以上有线或无线网络接口350,一个或一个以上输入输出接口358,和/或,一个或一个以上操作系统341,例如Windows ServerTM,Mac OS XTM,UnixTM,LinuxTM,FreeBSDTM等等。
上述实施例中的常旅客信息的管理方法,可以基于该图3所示的计算机设备的结构。
本申请实施例中还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,该计算机可读存储介质中存储有计算机程序,当其在计算机上运行时,使得计算机执行如前述各个实施例描述的方法。
本申请实施例中还提供一种包括程序的计算机程序产品,当其在计算机上运行时,使 得计算机执行前述各个实施例描述的方法。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,上述描述的系统,装置和单元的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的系统,装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本申请各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,互动视频的管理装置,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(read-only memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(random access memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种常旅客信息的管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    管理设备根据目标常旅客的订单请求获取常旅客信息;
    所述管理设备根据所述常旅客信息判断所述目标常旅客是否属于国内航空公司;
    若否,则所述管理设备执行所述订单请求;
    所述管理设备向航空联盟平台发送所述常旅客信息;
    所述管理设备接收来自所述航空联盟平台的反馈报告,所述反馈报告用于表示所述常旅客信息的校验结果;
    所述管理设备根据所述反馈报告,更新所述常旅客信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述管理设备根据目标常旅客的订单请求获取常旅客信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述管理设备接收来自常旅客的订单请求;
    所述管理设备根据所述订单请求获取对应的常旅客信息;
    所述管理设备判断所述常旅客信息是否在旅客订座记录PNR之内;
    若不是,则所述管理设备确定所述常旅客为目标常旅客。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述管理设备根据所述常旅客信息判断所述目标常旅客是否属于国内航空公司之后,所述方法还包括:
    若是,则所述管理设备校验所述常旅客信息;
    若所述常旅客信息校验通过,则所述管理设备执行所述订单请求。
  4. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述订单请求包括订票请求或修改所述常旅客信息的请求。
  5. 一种常旅客信息管理装置,其特征在于,所述常旅客信息管理装置包括:
    获取单元,用于根据目标常旅客的订单请求获取常旅客信息;
    判断单元,用于根据所述常旅客信息判断所述目标常旅客是否属于国内航空公司;
    执行单元,用于当所述目标常旅客不属于国内航空公司时,执行所述订单请求;
    发送单元,用于向航空联盟平台发送所述常旅客信息;
    接收单元,用于接收来自所述航空联盟平台的反馈报告,所述反馈报告用于表示所述常旅客信息的校验结果;
    更新单元,用于根据所述反馈报告,更新所述常旅客信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的常旅客信息管理装置,其特征在于,所述常旅客信息管理装置还包括确定单元;
    所述接收单元,还用于接收来自常旅客的订单请求;
    所述获取单元,还用于根据所述订单请求获取对应的常旅客信息;
    所述判断单元,还用于判断所述常旅客信息是否在旅客订座记录PNR之内;
    所述确定单元,用于当所述常旅客不在旅客订座记录PNR之内时,确定所述常旅客为目标常旅客。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的常旅客信息管理装置,其特征在于,所述常旅客信息管理装 置还包括校验单元;
    所述校验单元,用于当所述目标常旅客属于国内航空公司时,校验所述常旅客信息;
    所述执行单元,还用于当所述常旅客信息校验通过时,执行所述订单请求。
  8. 根据权利要求5、6或7所述的常旅客信息管理装置,其特征在于,所述订单请求包括订票请求或修改所述常旅客信息的请求。
  9. 一种计算机设备,其特征在于,所述计算机设备包括处理器以及存储器:
    所述存储器用于存储程序代码;所述处理器用于根据所述程序代码中的指令执行权利要求1至4中任一项所述的常旅客信息的管理方法。
  10. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有指令,当其在计算机上运行时,使得计算机执行上述权利要求1至4中任一项所述的常旅客信息的管理方法。
