Abstract
The invention relates to a method for controlling the audio output in a motor vehicle, in which method a number of persons in the motor vehicle wearing a hearing aid device is identified by means of an electronic computing device and is compared with an identified number of passengers in the motor vehicle (V1a, V2a), the outputting of an audio signal in the motor vehicle only via the hearing aid devices is triggered if the number of passengers corresponds to the number of persons in the motor vehicle wearing a hearing aid device (V3a), and the outputting of the audio signal in the motor vehicle via the hearing aid devices and an output device in the motor vehicle that differs from the hearing aid devices is triggered if the number of passengers exceeds the number of persons in the motor vehicle wearing a hearing aid device (V3a).
