填充料通过倒灌袋7装入内衬枕芯袋4内,再通过设置内拉链8将倒灌袋7进行封口,可以有效防止填充料漏出,同时需要将填充料取出时,只要拉开内拉链8,填充料就可以从倒灌袋7中取出,装卸十分方便,可以根据需要更换填充料。
本实施例中,所述外枕面1和侧立体边2均采用三层结构,所述外枕背3 采用单层结构。本实施例中,外枕面1从上到下顺序:空气层+直立棉+180T衬料;侧立体边2从上到下顺序:拉毛布+直立棉+180T衬料,外枕背采用拉毛布。侧立体边2与外枕面1和外枕背3内缝滚边后拷边,其形状:两头尖枕芯宽度居中,两头延伸至长度方向,上下左右对称。
其中,外拉链6一根,内拉链8共四根,外拉链6的长度大于内拉链8的长度。外拉链6和内拉链8均采用0.3压脚装拉链,双眼皮做法,外拉链6和内拉链8拉合后只露出拉链头,隐蔽性好,外形美观。
在另一实施中,如图4所示,所述多层灌装式立体调节枕还包括第一高度调整垫片9,所述第一高度调整垫片9设置在立体枕芯套的腔体内并覆盖住内衬枕芯袋4,其厚度大约为2cm左右。
其中,所述第一高度调整垫片9采用两片网布四周内缝的整片聚氨酯泡棉,正反两面一样,其形状与外枕面1的轮廓形状相对应。
通过增加第一高度调节垫片9来进一步增加枕芯的高度,同时还可以进一步防止填充料漏出,增加枕芯背面的弹性,增加舒适度提高睡眠质量。
在另一实施中,如图5和图6所示,所述多层灌装式立体调节枕还包括第二高度调整垫片10,所述第二高度调整垫片10设置在立体枕芯套的腔体内并位于内衬枕芯袋4和第一高度调整垫片9之间,其厚度大约为1cm左右。第二高度调整垫片10与第一高度调整垫片9形状大小一致。
所述第二高度调整垫片10包括套壳和海绵片(图未视),所述套壳的背面上设置有与内衬枕芯袋4相应的左侧调节区、右侧调节区、上侧调节区、下侧调节区和中心调节区,每个调节区背面上均设置有开口位16,多块所述的海绵片分别通过开口位16塞入套壳的五个调节区内。
其中,多块所述海绵片均采用两片网布四周内缝的聚氨酯泡棉,第二高度调整垫片10由五块海绵片组成,其形状分别与左侧调节区11、右侧调节区12、上侧调节区13、下侧调节区14和中心调节区15的形状相对应。
通过增加第二高度调节垫片10来再进一步增加枕芯的高度,使得枕芯背面的弹性效果更佳,达到了更好的立体效果,进一步增加舒适度提高睡眠质量。
本发明提供的多层灌装式立体调节枕与现有技术的区别特征为:
1、若干条所述弧形绗缝线将外枕面和内衬枕芯袋划分为多个调节区,包括上下左右和中心多个调节区,调节区内可以放入填充料,通过填充料来调节枕芯的高低,且每个调节区可以根据需要放入填充料的量单独来调节高度,以满足不同睡姿的需要;
2、调节区上设置倒灌袋,填充料通过倒灌袋装入内衬枕芯袋内,再通过设置内拉链将倒灌袋进行封口,可以有效防止填充料漏出,同时需要将填充料取出时,只要拉开内拉链,填充料就可以从倒灌袋中取出,装卸十分方便,可以根据需要更换填充料;
3、填充料取出后,整个立体枕芯套便于清洗,清洗后再装入填充料,不会影响其使用性;
4、填充料采用PE管或者荞麦壳或者碎乳胶,有一定的弹性但没有回弹力,可降解性,使用卫生方便,填充后具有可支撑性,还具有抗菌和透气性好的特点;
5、通过增加第一高度调节垫片来进一步增加枕芯的高度,同时还可以进一步防止填充料漏出,增加枕芯背面的弹性,增加舒适度提高睡眠质量;
6、通过增加第二高度调节垫片来再进一步增加枕芯的高度,使得枕芯背面 的弹性效果更佳,达到了更好的立体效果,进一步增加舒适度提高睡眠质量;
7、通过外枕面、外枕背和侧立体边连接形成具有腔体的立体枕芯套,放入填充料和高度调节垫片后,立体效果更好,外形美观,且支撑性能好,满足睡眠的需要。
综上所述,本发明提供的多层灌装式立体调节枕,枕芯的高度可通过填充料来进行调节,将枕芯划分为上下左右和中心多个调节区,且每个调节区可以根据需要单独来调节高度,以满足不同睡姿的需要,无回弹力且支撑性能好,同时配合外部的侧立体边形成立体可调节结构,使用方便,填充料装入和取出都十分容易,填充料取出后,整个立体枕芯套便于清洗,清洗后再装入填充料,不会影响其使用性能,同时还具有抗菌、透气性好的特点。

Claims (10)
- 一种多层灌装式立体调节枕,其特征在于,包括外枕面、侧立体边、外枕背、内衬枕芯袋以及填充料,所述外枕面与外枕背长度方向的边缘处直接缝合连接在一起,所述外枕面与外枕背宽度方向的边缘处通过侧立体边缝合连接在一起,通过外枕面、外枕背和侧立体边连接形成具有腔体的立体枕芯套,所述外枕背的中间位置横向设置有开口,所述开口通过外拉链拉合在一起,所述内衬枕芯袋位于立体枕芯套内并与外枕面通过若干条弧形绗缝线固定缝合在一起,若干条所述弧形绗缝线将外枕面和内衬枕芯袋划分为多个调节区,该调节区包括左侧调节区、右侧调节区、上侧调节区、下侧调节区和中心调节区,所述上侧调节区、下侧调节区、左侧调节区和右侧调节区分别围绕设置在中心调节区的上下左右,所述内衬枕芯袋上的左侧调节区、右侧调节区、上侧调节区和中心调节区均设置有向内延伸的倒灌袋,所述倒灌袋的外端口均通过内拉链拉合在一起,所述填充料分别通过倒灌袋填充至内衬枕芯袋上的左侧调节区、右侧调节区、上侧调节区和中心调节区内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多层灌装式立体调节枕,其特征在于,所述下侧调节区内填充有化纤料。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多层灌装式立体调节枕,其特征在于,所述填充料包括PE管或者荞麦壳或者碎乳胶。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多层灌装式立体调节枕,其特征在于,所述外枕面和侧立体边均采用三层结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多层灌装式立体调节枕,其特征在于,所述外枕背采用单层结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多层灌装式立体调节枕,其特征在于,所述多层 灌装式立体调节枕还包括第一高度调整垫片,所述第一高度调整垫片设置在立体枕芯套的腔体内并覆盖住内衬枕芯袋。
- 根据权利要求6所述的多层灌装式立体调节枕,其特征在于,所述第一高度调整垫片采用两片网布四周内缝的整片聚氨酯泡棉,其形状与外枕面的轮廓形状相对应。
- 根据权利要求7所述的多层灌装式立体调节枕,其特征在于,所述多层灌装式立体调节枕还包括第二高度调整垫片,所述第二高度调整垫片设置在立体枕芯套的腔体内并位于内衬枕芯袋和第一高度调整垫片之间。
- 根据权利要求8所述的多层灌装式立体调节枕,其特征在于,所述第二高度调整垫片包括套壳和海绵片,所述套壳上设置有与内衬枕芯袋相应的左侧调节区、右侧调节区、上侧调节区、下侧调节区和中心调节区,每个调节区背面上均设置有开口位,多块所述的海绵片分别通过开口位塞入套壳的五个调节区内。
- 根据权利要求9所述的多层灌装式立体调节枕,其特征在于,多块所述海绵片均采用两片网布四周内缝的聚氨酯泡棉,其形状分别与左侧调节区、右侧调节区、上侧调节区、下侧调节区和中心调节区的形状相对应。
