在一实施方式中,辅助插拔装置在托盘上主要有转轴部301、导轨300和导向针302组成。
在一实施方式中,导轨300和导向针302均为2个,在一实施方式中,导向针302垂直于第一印制板。
在一实施方式中,转轴部301用来配合扳手200的转轴套孔201,起到固定扳手200作用。
在一实施方式中,导轨300用来固定待配合印制板(第一印制板),导轨300的宽度比第一印制板的宽度宽,方便第一印制板的固定。
在一实施方式中,导向针302配合印制板的导向槽,起到两个印制板进行对插作业配合过程中印制板的限位和导向功能。
实施例2
图4是托盘和两个印制板进行对插操作示意图,图5是两个印制板处于分离状态时扳手和辅助块配合示意图,图6是两个印制板处于插入状态时扳手和辅助块配合示意图,下面将参考图4-6,对本申请实施例的对插印制板用辅助插拔装置进行详细描述。
本申请实施例中,在一实施方式中,辅助插拔装置在第二印制板401/501/601上包含导向槽405和辅助块100的固定孔两部分,在一实施方式中,导向槽405设置在第二印制板远离配合处的一边,导向槽405为长条形。
在一实施方式中,导向槽405配合托盘上的导向针406,帮助将第二印制板401/501/601放入托盘导轨中,同时保证第二印制板401/501/601只能在连接器407/506/606配合方向上前后移动,在一实施方式中,两个导轨之间的宽度大于第二印制板401/501/601的宽度。
在一实施方式中,导向槽405数量为2个。
在一实施方式中,辅助块100的固定孔用来固定辅助块100,该固定孔的位置靠近连接器407/506/606的两侧布置。
在一实施方式中,一个辅助块100的固定孔为两个,在一实施方式中,辅助块100为两个,分别位于第二印制板上靠近第一印制板相配合处的两侧。
在一实施方式中,为了节省空间,更为了便于插拔作业时的操作,将辅助块100设置于第二印制板401/501/601的两侧。
在一实施方式中,第二印制板401/501/601的两侧有配合辅助块100的固定孔安装的安装孔,在一实施方式中,辅助块经固定孔固定于第二印制板上。
实施例3
下面将依据上述附图对插印制板之间的插拔使用过程进行详细描述。
本申请实施例中,在一实施方式中,作业时辅助块100/503/603和扳手200/404/505/605为两组共同配合完成对插印制板间的插拔作业。
在一实施方式中,在托盘上先固定一块印制板,参考图3,为方便区分,命名为第一印制板303/402/502/602。
在一实施方式中,待配合的印制板,这里命名第二印制板401/501/601,并将辅助块100布置于第二印制板401/501/601的两侧,即辅助块100为两块。
在一实施方式中,根据托盘导向针302和第二印制板401/501/601的导向槽405配合关系, 将第二印制板401/501/601放入托盘导轨。
在一实施方式中,此时,第一印制板303/402/502/602的连接器与第二印制板401/501/601的连接器接触面处于同一水平线上。
在一实施方式中,第二印制板401/501/601可以在导向槽405长度范围内前后滑动,将第一印制板303/402/502/602,往第一印制板303/402/502/602的连接器与第二印制板401/501/601的连接器配合方向移动,直到二者的连接器开始接触;此时,将扳手200/404/505/605的转轴套孔201套入托盘两侧的转轴部301/403/504/604,卡持部202卡住辅助块100/503/603,待两侧的转轴部301/403/504/604完全套入转轴套孔201后,将握持部203往连接器407/506/606配合的反方向施力,直至连接器完全配合,此时导向槽405也正好限制了导向针302/406的移动,则第一印制板303/402/502/602的连接器与第二印制板401/501/601的连接器完全对插到位,在一实施方式中,两个转轴部分别位于第二印制板一侧的导轨之间,在一实施方式中,导向槽405的长度不小于第一印制板与第二印制板配合插拔的长度。
在一实施方式中,第一印制板303/402/502/602的连接器与第二印制板401/501/601的连接器进行分离时,和上述过程相反,在对插完全到位的印制板两侧,将扳手200/404/505/605的转轴套孔201套入转轴部301/403/504/604,同时进行与上述施力方向的相反方向施力,直至连接器完全分离,拔出到位。
在一实施方式中,第一印制板303/402/502/602的连接器与第二印制板401/501/601的连接器配合插入时,为保证不会用力过大损坏连接器,托盘导向针302/406在第二印制板401/501/601的导向槽405内往远离连接器407/506/606的方向滑动的最远位置,即为连接器407/506/606完全插入配合时,第二印制板401/501/601所处位置。连接器407/506/606插入插座时,一旦连接配合完毕,导向槽405远离连接器407/506/606的边就会抵住导向针302/406,以吸收多余的插入力。
在一实施方式中,第一印制板303/402/502/602的连接器与第二印制板401/501/601的连接器可以设置为反向配合,亦可设置为正向配合。
在一实施方式中,可以根据第一印制板303/402/502/602的连接器与第二印制板401/501/601的连接器的正反向配合进行配套的插入和分离方向上的扳手施力方向的调整。
在一实施方式中,第一印制板303/402/502/602与第二印制板401/501/601可以根据实际连接器407/506/606的需要进行彼此间的高度调节搭配。
在一实施方式中,在托盘上,第二印制板401/501/601与第一印制板303/402/502/602相配合处的靠近第二印制板401/501/601一侧还设有限位部507/607。
在一实施方式中,限位部507/607可以根据实际需要设置数量。
在一实施方式中,限位部507/607的数量可以设置为第二印制板数量的2倍;例如,第二印制板401/501/601的位置需要布置两个同样性质的印制板时,可以在每个印制板的配合终止位置各设置2个限位部507/607。
在一实施方式中,在第二印制板401/501/601上,还设有与限位部507/607相配合的环形部508/608。
在一实施方式中,在限位部507/607与环形部508/608的共同作用下,进一步限制第二印制板401/501/601与第一印制板303/402/502/602的过度配合。
在一实施方式中,环形部508/608的数量等同于限位部507/607的数量。
在一实施方式中,在第二印制板401/501/601的辅助块100/503/603附近,进行连接器407/506/606插拔作业过程中,会因为受力有轻微变形,可以对此实施力学仿真确认应力梯度范围,不同应力敏感器件做适当避让,以防止损坏器件。
在一实施方式中,在第二印制板的环形部508/608附近,会因为受力有轻微变形,可以对此实施力学仿真确认应力梯度范围,不同应力敏感器件做适当避让,以防止损坏器件。
本具体实施方式提供了一种互联印制板,包括第一印制板、第二印制板,还包括:托盘,托盘设置有转轴部,第一印制板固定于托盘上;辅助块,辅助块设置于与第一印制板相配合的第二印制板上,辅助块具有凸起部;扳手,扳手具有握持部、卡持部、转轴套孔;卡持部能够与辅助块的凸起部卡接,转轴套孔能够插入转轴部;当拨动握持部时,扳手能够围绕转轴部旋转,卡持部带动辅助块运动,使得第一印制板与第二印制板相对移动。
实施例4
本申请实施例还提供了一种互联印制板,包括第一印制板、第二印制板和第三印制板。
在一实施方式中,还包括托盘,托盘设置有转轴部,第一印制板固定于托盘上。
在一实施方式中,辅助块,辅助块设置于与第一印制板相配合的第二印制板上,辅助块具有凸起部。
在一实施方式中,扳手,扳手具有握持部、卡持部、转轴套孔;卡持部能够与辅助块的凸起部卡接,转轴套孔能够插入转轴部;当拨动握持部时,扳手能够围绕转轴部旋转,卡持部带动辅助块运动,使得第一印制板与第二印制板相对移动。
在一实施方式中,第三印制板平行于第一印制板。
在一实施方式中,第三印制板与第二印制板为上下层结构,即第二印制板与第三印制板为上下叠层结构。
在一实施方式中,第二印制板的上下还可以根据需要设置更多数量的叠层布置的印制板。
在一实施方式中,第一印制板、第二印制板和第三印制板,三者处于同一水平面。
在一实施方式中,还可以根据需要设置更多数量的处于同一水平面的横向布置的印制板。
在一实施方式中,第二印制板的位置横向布置多个处于同一水平面的印制板时,可以根据需要进行必要的转轴部、辅助块、导向针、导向槽、导轨、限位部和环形部的数量上的调整。
本申请实施例的对插印制板用辅助插拔装置和互联印制板,充分利用了在印制板装配时普遍使用的托盘结构,辅助以插拔辅助装置的配合设计,实现了平行对插印制板板间连接器的插入和分离,保证连接器插针不会弯曲受力而损坏;插入和拔出操作筒单,实现了平行对插印制板的平行可靠插入和分离;设计紧凑,可以有效减小设备体积,可以增加设备板卡维护上的便捷性。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种对插印制板用辅助插拔装置,其中,包括:
    托盘,所述托盘设置有转轴部,所述托盘上固定有第一印制板;
    辅助块,所述辅助块设置于与所述第一印制板相配合的第二印制板上,所述辅助块具有凸起部;
    扳手,所述扳手具有握持部、卡持部、转轴套孔;所述卡持部能够与所述辅助块的凸起部卡接,所述转轴套孔能够插入所述转轴部;当拨动所述握持部时,所述扳手能够围绕所述转轴部旋转,所述卡持部带动所述辅助块运动,使得所述第一印制板与所述第二印制板相对移动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述辅助块为两个,分别位于所述第二印制板上靠近所述第一印制板相配合处的两侧。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述托盘两侧设有导轨,所述导轨之间的宽度大于所述第一印制板的宽度,且所述导轨之间的宽度大于所述第二印制板的宽度。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的装置,其中,所述转轴部为两个,分别位于所述第二印制板一侧的所述导轨之间。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的装置,其中,所述转轴部为圆柱形转轴和/或棱柱形转轴。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的装置,其中,所述第二印制板远离配合处的一边设置有平行于所述导轨的长条形导向槽。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述托盘两侧各有一个垂直于所述第一印制板的导向针;
    所述导向槽与所述导向针配合限定所述第二印制板的移动范围;
    所述导向槽的长度不小于所述第一印制板与所述第二印制板配合插拔的长度。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述辅助块还包括支撑台、固定孔,所述辅助块经所述固定孔固定于所述第二印制板上。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述托盘上设有限制所述第二印制板过度移动的限位部。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述第二印制板上设有与所述限位部配合限制所述第二印制板过度移动的环形部。
  11. 一种互联印制板,包括第一印制板、第二印制板,其中,还包括:
    托盘,所述托盘设置有转轴部,所述第一印制板固定于所述托盘上;
    辅助块,所述辅助块设置于与所述第一印制板相配合的第二印制板上,所述辅助块具有凸起部;
    扳手,所述扳手具有握持部、卡持部、转轴套孔;所述卡持部能够与所述辅助块的凸起部卡接,所述转轴套孔能够插入所述转轴部;当拨动所述握持部时,所述扳手能够围绕所述转轴部旋转,所述卡持部带动所述辅助块运动,使得所述第一印制板与所述第二印制板相对移动。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的互联印制板,其中,还包括:
    第三印制板,所述第三印制板平行于所述第一印制板。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的互联印制板,其中,所述第三印制板与所述第二印制板为上下层结构,或
    所述第一印制板、所述第二印制板和所述第三印制板,三者处于同一水平面。
