Abstract

Description

管夹组件以及具有该管夹组件的换热器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种管夹组件以及具有该管夹组件的换热器。
背景技术
传统的包括第一换热器和第二换热器的换热器中,第二换热器的进出口管与第一换热器的集流管通过支架连接,该支架分别通过点焊焊接于第二换热器的进出口管与第一换热器的集流管。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种管夹组件以及具有该管夹组件的换热器,由此可以简化换热器的制造工艺。
本发明提供了一种管夹组件,包括:第一管夹件,所述第一管夹件包括位于所述第一管夹件的第一侧的第一安装面和位于所述第一管夹件的与第一侧相对的第二侧的第二安装面;以及第二管夹件,所述第二管夹件包括朝向所述第一管夹件的安装面,所述第二管夹件的安装面和所述第一管夹件的第二安装面用于在所述第二管夹件的安装面和所述第一管夹件的第二安装面之间夹持管。
根据本发明的实施例,所述第一管夹件的第一安装面是凹面。
根据本发明的实施例,所述第一管夹件的第一安装面的至少一部分具有弧形的形状。
根据本发明的实施例,所述第一管夹件的第二安装面是凹面,并且所述第二管夹件的安装面是凹面。
根据本发明的实施例,所述第一管夹件的第二安装面的至少一部分具有弧形的形状,并且所述第二管夹件的安装面的至少一部分具有弧形的形状。

本发明还提供了一种换热器,包括:第一换热器,所述第一换热器包括第一集流管;以及第二换热器,所述第二换热器包括第二集流管以及与第二集流管连接的进出口管,所述换热器还包括上述的管夹组件,所述管夹组件的所述第一管夹件的第一安装面安装在所述第一换热器的第一集流管上,所述第二换热器的进出口管夹持在所述第二管夹件的安装面和所述第一管夹件的第二安装面之间。
根据本发明的实施例,所述第二换热器还包括设置在两个所述第二集流管之间的第二换热管,所述第二换热器是多排换热器,位于所述第二换热管的一端的所述第二集流管和所述进出口管分别为多个,所述多个进出口管夹持在所述第二管夹件的安装面和所述第一管夹件的第二安装面之间。
根据本发明的实施例,所述第一换热器和所述第二换热器沿着第一集流管和/或第二集流管的延伸方向并排设置,所述进出口管延伸到所述第一换热器的远离第二换热器的一侧。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明做进一步说明。
参见图1至图12C,根据本发明的实施例的换热器100包括第一换热器10和第二换热器20。第一换热器10包括两个第一集流管11、设置在两个第一集流管11之间的第一换热管、与第一换热管交替排列的第一翅片以及与两个第一集流管11分别连接的两个第一进出口管12(两个第一进出口管中的一个作为第一进口管,另一个作为第一出口管)。两个第一进出口管可以分别与两个第一集流管11中的分配管流体连通。第二换热器20包括两个第二集流管21、设置在两个第二集流管21之间的第二换热管、与第二换热管交替排列的第二翅片以及与两个第二集流管21分别连接的两个第二进出口管22(两个第二进出口管中的一个作为第二进口管,另一个作为第二出口管)。 两个第二进出口管可以分别与两个第二集流管21中的分配管流体连通。第一换热器10和第二换热器20可以沿着第一集流管11和/或第二集流管21的延伸方向并排设置。第二换热器20的第二进出口管22延伸到第一换热器10的远离第二换热器20的一侧。如图1、图8、图9所示,第一换热器10可以是单排换热器,也可以是多排换热器;第二换热器20可以是单排换热器,也可以是多排换热器。如图1、图8所示,多排换热器可以是折弯的换热器,两个第一集流管11和两个第二集流管21均可以位于换热器的同一侧。在本发明的另一些实施例中,多排换热器也可以由多排换热器芯体(例如多个单排的换热器)组成,也可以是折弯换热器和多排换热器芯体的组合。换热器100还包括管夹组件30。
参见图1至图12C,根据本发明的实施例的管夹组件30包括第一管夹件31以及第二管夹件32,所述第一管夹件31包括位于所述第一管夹件31的第一侧的第一安装面311和位于所述第一管夹件31的与第一侧相对的第二侧的第二安装面312。所述第二管夹件32包括朝向所述第一管夹件31的安装面320,所述第二管夹件32的安装面320和所述第一管夹件31的第二安装面312用于在所述第二管夹件32的安装面320和所述第一管夹件31的第二安装面312之间夹持管(例如,第二进出口管22)。第二换热器21可以是多排换热器,位于第二换热管的一端的第二集流管21和与第二集流管21相连的第二进出口管22分别为多个,所述多个第二进出口管22夹持在所述第二管夹件32的安装面320和所述第一管夹件31的第二安装面312之间。

参见图1至图12C,在本发明的实施例中,所述第一管夹件31的第一侧在第一方向上与所述第一管夹件31的第二侧相对,所述第一管夹件31的第一安装面311,所述第一管夹件31的第二安装面312,以及所述第二管夹件32的安装面320大致沿与第一方向垂直的第二方向延伸,在与第二方向垂直的平面中,所述第一管夹件31的第一安装面311的至少一部分可以具有弧形的形状,所述第一管夹件31的第二安装面312的至少一部分可以具有弧形的形状,并且所述第二管夹件32的安装面320的至少一部分可以具有弧形的形状。参见图6至图8,在本发明的实施例中,所述第一管夹件31包括多个所述第一安装面311,所述第一管夹件31还包括位于所述第一管夹件31的第一侧的避让凹部315,所述避让凹部315从所述第一管夹件31的在多个所述第一安装面311的排列方向上的一个边缘313延伸到多个所述第一安装面311中的最靠近所述一个边缘313的一个第一安装面311M,以与所述一个第一安装面311M连通。参见图1至图8,在本发明的实施例中,所述第一管夹件31包括多个所述第一安装面311,所述第一管夹件31还包括位于所述第一管夹件31的第一侧的避让凹部315,所述避让凹部315沿第二方向延伸,并且所述避让凹部315从所述第一管夹件31的在与第一方向和第二方向垂直的第三方向(排列方向)上的一个边缘313沿第三方向(排列方向)延伸到多个所述第一安装面311中的最靠近所述一个边缘313的一个第一安装面311M,以在第三方向(排列方向)上与所述一个第一安装面311M连通。
参见图1至图12C,在本发明的实施例中,所述第一管夹件31是由板形成的中空构件,例如,通过对金属板进行冲压和焊接形成中空构件。例如,所述第一管夹件31包括限定第一安装面311的第一板31A,限定第二安装面312的第二板31B,以及彼此相对的并且连接第一板31A和第二板31B的两个第三板31C。所述第二管夹件32是由板形成的构件,例如,通过对金属板进行冲压形成第二管夹件32。此外,第一管夹件31也可以是实心构件。
参见图1至图12C,在根据本发明的实施例的换热器中,所述管 夹组件30的所述第一管夹件31的第一安装面311安装在所述第一换热器10的第一集流管11上,所述第二换热器20的第二进出口管22夹持在所述第二管夹件32的安装面320和所述第一管夹件31的第二安装面312之间。
参见图1至图12C,在本发明的实施例中,第一管夹件31可以具有通孔316,并且第二管夹件32可以具有通孔326,以便通过将诸如铆钉的紧固件5穿过第一管夹件31的通孔316和第二管夹件32的通孔326,将第一管夹件31和第二管夹件32连接在一起,以夹持第二进出口管22。第一管夹件31的第一安装面311可以焊接或粘接在所述第一换热器10的第一集流管11上,或者通过夹紧构件连接在第一换热器10的第一集流管11上。第一管夹件31和第二管夹件32也可以焊接或粘接在一起。
采用根据本发明的实施例,避免了进出口管上的点焊工序,简化了装配工艺。此外,第一管夹件31的第一安装面311是凹面,例如第一管夹件31的第一安装面311的至少一部分具有弧形的形状,由此可以增加焊接面积或粘接面积。如果第一换热器10有多个第一集流管时,第一管夹件31可以与所有第一集流管焊接也可以只与部分第一集流管焊接。当两个第一集流管不对齐时,第一管夹件31的第一安装面311可能与一个第一集流管对不上,第一管夹件31可以仅仅具有对应的第一安装面311,此时仍然可以使用该管夹组件。
下面描述根据本发明的一个实施例的换热器的组装方法。如图3所示,先将第一管夹件31放置在第一换热器10的第一集流管11上,第一安装面311接触第一集流管11,并且将第一管夹件31点焊于第一换热器10的第一集流管11;如图4所示,安装第二换热器20,并且将第二换热器20的第二进出口管22放置在第一管夹件31的第二安装面312上;然后如图5所示,放置第二管夹件32,第二管夹件32的安装面320接触第二进出口管22并用紧固件5将第一管夹件31和第二管夹件32固定在一起。
下面描述根据本发明的另一个实施例的换热器的组装方法。如图7所示,先将第一管夹件31放置在第一换热器10的一个第一集流管 11上,第一安装面311接触该第一集流管11,并且将第一管夹件31点焊于第一换热器10的该第一集流管11;如图8所示,对第一换热器10进行折弯,将第一管夹件31点焊于第一换热器10的另一个第一集流管11;如图4所示,安装第二换热器20,并且将第二换热器20的第二进出口管22放置在第一管夹件31的第二安装面312上;然后如图5所示,放置第二管夹件32,第二管夹件32的安装面320接触第二进出口管22并用紧固件5将第一管夹件31和第二管夹件32固定在一起。
根据本发明的实施例,避让凹部315从第一管夹件31的边缘313延伸到第一安装面311M,以与第一安装面311M连通。由此,便于第二换热器20折弯后第二集流管2装入第一安装面311M。
根据本发明的实施例,第一管夹件31也可以具有一个第一安装面311以及一个第二安装面312(如图9至12所示)。
采用根据本发明的实施例的管夹组件以及具有该管夹组件的换热器,例如,可以简化换热器的制造工艺。
此外,采用根据本发明的实施例的管夹组件以及具有该管夹组件的换热器,可以避免分配管被点焊击穿而造成的报废以及分配管由于点焊损伤导致的后期失效的风险,以及可以避免长时间运行后进出口管焊点振动脱落,由此延长了使用寿命。此外,根据本发明的实施例的管夹组件以及具有该管夹组件的换热器安装简单、易实现。
尽管上述实施例中描述了管夹组件30的特定应用,但是管夹组件30也可以用于其它类型的换热器或用于其它装置的管状件的固定。
尽管描述了上述实施例,但是上述实施例中的一些特征可以进行组合形成新的实施例。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种管夹组件,包括:
    第一管夹件,所述第一管夹件包括位于所述第一管夹件的第一侧的第一安装面和位于所述第一管夹件的与第一侧相对的第二侧的第二安装面;以及
    第二管夹件,所述第二管夹件包括朝向所述第一管夹件的安装面,所述第二管夹件的安装面和所述第一管夹件的第二安装面用于在所述第二管夹件的安装面和所述第一管夹件的第二安装面之间夹持管。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的管夹组件,其中:
    所述第一管夹件的第一安装面是凹面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的管夹组件,其中:
    所述第一管夹件的第一安装面的至少一部分具有弧形的形状。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的管夹组件,其中:
    所述第一管夹件的第二安装面是凹面,并且所述第二管夹件的安装面是凹面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的管夹组件,其中:
    所述第一管夹件的第二安装面的至少一部分具有弧形的形状,并且所述第二管夹件的安装面的至少一部分具有弧形的形状。
  6. 根据权利要求2或3所述的管夹组件,其中:
    所述第一管夹件包括多个所述第一安装面,所述第一管夹件还包括位于所述第一管夹件的第一侧的避让凹部,所述避让凹部从所述第一管夹件的在多个所述第一安装面的排列方向上的一个边缘延伸到多个所述第一安装面中的最靠近所述一个边缘的一个第一安装面,以与所述一个第一安装面连通。

    其中所述换热器还包括权利要求1至10中的任意一项所述的管夹组件,所述管夹组件的所述第一管夹件的第一安装面安装在所述第一换热器的第一集流管上,所述第二换热器的进出口管夹持在所述第二管夹件的安装面和所述第一管夹件的第二安装面之间。
  12. 根据权利要求11所示的换热器,其中:
    所述第二换热器还包括设置在两个所述第二集流管之间的第二换热管,所述第二换热器是多排换热器,位于所述第二换热管的一端的所述第二集流管和所述进出口管分别为多个,所述多个进出口管夹持在所述第二管夹件的安装面和所述第一管夹件的第二安装面之间。
  13. 根据权利要求11所示的换热器,其中:
