参照图2和图6,角磨100还包括电路板160,电路板160安装有驱动电路,触点141为驱动电路的正负极,当膜片142被推动到与驱动电路的触点141接触时,驱动电路导通,从而电机120开启,驱动工作组件130作业。开关组件140安装于电路板160,封装件143连接到电路板160表面,并使得触点141位于封装件143内。膜片142被安装到封装件143内,并贴近触点141地被设置,在操作组件150未被操作时,膜片142处于第一状态,膜片142与触点141未接触,此时驱动电路处于断开状态。用户通过控制操作组件150,推动膜片142产生形变,使得膜片142进入第二状态,产生形变的膜片142与触点141接触,使得驱动电路导通,从而控制电机120开启。
参照图5,开关组件140还包括按钮144,按钮144连接或接触膜片142,膜片142被设置在按钮144和触点141之间,操作组件通过推动按钮144带动膜片142产生形变。按钮144能和膜片142贴合,因为膜片142的尺寸较小,通过按钮144能充分地使得膜片142产生形变,防止操作组件150与磨片接触不充分而使得开关组件140失效。
参照图2,开关组件140的整体尺寸很小,且开关组件140的行程较小,即按钮144能被推动的位移较小,开关组件140的行程小于或等于1mm且大于或等于0.2mm。因为开关组件140的尺寸较小,从而能相对减小使用该开关组件140的角磨100的尺寸,使得角磨100更轻巧便携,且开关组件140在角磨100内的位置设置也更加灵活。在一实施例中,壳体110包括握持部111和电机容纳部112,以及连接电源的电源连接部113,握持部111供用户握持,电机120被安装到电机容纳部112内。在设计角磨100的结构时,可以根据整机排布的需求将开关组件140设置在电机容纳部112内,或是握持部111内,或是电源连接部113内。
参照图3,操作组件150包括推钮151和延长杆152,推钮151能沿着平行于第一直线101方向被推动,延长杆152连接推钮151,且延长杆152的末端用于触发开关组件140。在第一直线101的轴向方向上,推钮151和开关组件140可以设有一定距离,通过延长杆152实现推钮151对开关组件140的触发。电机容纳部112设置在握持部111的前端,电机容纳部112相对握持部111更靠近工作组件,开关组件140可以被设置在握持部111,推钮151被设置在电机容纳部112周侧。例如,角磨100包括握持部111,电机120被设置在握持部111内,开关组件140也被设置在握持部111内。
因为开关组件140的行程较小,开关组件140被触发的条件较为严格,一旦操作组件150相对于开关组件140的位置因为装配问题或者长时间使用产生而偏差,会导致操作组件150不能触发开关组件140。因为开关组件140的行程过小,使得操作组件150的手感不好,用户能推动操作组件150的行程较短,使得操作组件150和开关组件140容易损坏,还会导致角磨无法开启、误触开启以及意外关机等情况。对此,本申请提供的角磨100还包括弹性件180,弹性件180设置于按钮144和操作组件150之间。操作组件150与弹性件180连接,操作组件150至少能移动到第一位置和第二位置,在操作组件150位于第一位置时,操作组件150处于初始位置,按钮144未被按动,触点141和膜片142未接触。用户在需要启动角磨100时,推动推钮151使得操作组件150移动到第二位置,此时延长杆152被推钮151推动,带动弹性件180产生形变,从而弹性件180推动按钮144按压膜片142,以启动电机120。通过设置弹性件180,可以提升操作组件150整体的可靠性,相对延长操作组件150的行程,提升用户使用角磨100时的手感。利用弹性件180可以对用户给开关组件140的 按压力进行缓冲,有效保护膜片142和按钮144等元件,延长开关组件140的使用寿命。同时,按钮144通过弹性件180和推钮151间接接触,保证开关组件140不会因为角磨100工作时的振动而复位,导致非正常关机。弹性件180其可以是弹簧、压簧、拉簧、扭簧、涡簧等,或橡胶圈、钢丝、气囊等。
参照图6,开关组件140的尺寸较小,开关组件140的高度L1小于或等于10mm,且大于或等于3mm。开关组件140的高度是开关组件140最高点到开关组件140所在的电路板160的上表面的垂直距离,相对于传统的角磨100的电机120开关,开关组件140的整体尺寸较小,其可以安装到角磨100的多个位置,且不占用角磨100的内部尺寸,从而可以有效缩小角磨100的尺寸,减轻角磨100的重量,减少用户使用角磨100时的负荷。相对于传统的角磨的大电流开关,本申请提出的角磨使用的开关组件成本更低,安全性得到了提高,且开关组件的寿命更长。
延长杆152和弹性件180为相对独立的两个元件,延长杆152能和弹性件180接触。按钮144能沿着第一方向被推动以开启电机120。第一方向在第一直线101的径向方向上。弹性件180包括能与延长杆152接触的斜面,沿着第一方向,该斜面与延长杆152在第一直线101的径向方向的距离逐渐减小。延长杆152被用户操作沿着第一方向移动时,延长杆152与斜面接触挤压该斜面,从而弹性件180改变位置和形态推动按钮144,以开启电机120。
在操作组件150位于第一位置时,延长杆152和弹性件180不接触,在操作组件150位于第二位置时,延长杆152和弹性件180接触并推动弹性件180形变,以推动按钮144。例如,在操作组件150位于第一位置和第二位置时,延长杆152都和弹性件180抵接,在操作组件150从第一位置移动到第二位置的过程中,延长杆152推动弹性件180产生形变,以推动按钮144。
操作组件150还包括复位元件181,复位元件181连接于按钮144或推杆,复位元件181为弹性材料制作,可以是弹簧、压簧、拉簧等,在用户控制操作组件150从第一位置移动到第二位置时,复位元件181受压缩,在用户松开开关后,复位元件181被释放使得操作组件150复位到第一位置。
在本申请的一种实施方式中,参照图8和图9,开关组件140a设有两个,分别是第一开关145和第二开关146,其中第一开关145包括第一触点、第一膜片以及第一封装件,第二开关146包括第二触点、第二膜片和第二封装件,延长杆152a包括能接触第一开关145和第二开关146的连接部。操作组件 150a能被用户操作到第一位置和第二位置,在操作组件150a位于第一位置时,连接部与第一开关145抵接,此时第一触点和第一膜片接触,控制电机关闭,在操作组件150a位于第二位置时,连接部与第二开关146抵接,此时第二触点和第二膜片接触,电机开启,使得操作组件150a可以在不同的运动位置分别触动2个及以上的开关组件。
在一实施例中,延长杆152a和弹性件一体成型,延长杆152a的末端由弹性材料制成,或者延长杆152a整体由弹性材料制成。在操作组件150a位于第一位置时,弹性件和按钮144a不接触,在操作组件150a位于第二位置时,弹性件与按钮144a抵接,弹性件与按钮144a抵接时处于压缩状态,以按动按钮144a开启电机。
在另一实施例中,延长杆和弹性件为相对独立的两个元件,延长杆能和弹性件接触。按钮能沿着第一方向被推动以开启电机。第一方向在第一直线的径向方向上。弹性件包括能与延长杆接触的斜面,沿着第一方向,该斜面与延长杆在第一直线的径向方向的距离逐渐减小。
在一实施例中,操作组件不包括延长杆,推钮直接带动弹性件产生形变,弹性件推动按钮以触发开关组件。
在一实施例中,开关组件能在第一直线的轴向方向被推动,此时弹性件的形变方向被对应地调节。
在一实施例中,开关组件140a不设有封装件,膜片直接由电路板定位和支撑。
在一实施例中,参照图10,操作组件包括扳机151b和延长杆,用户能按动扳机带动延长杆移动,此时延长杆具有在第一直线的径向方向上的位移。
在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。其中,术语“第一位置”和“第二位置”为两个不同的位置。
在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是 可拆卸连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
本申请提出的角磨的开关组件包括膜片结构,整体尺寸较小,且相对于传统的角磨的开关组件安全性被提升,从而减小角磨的整机尺寸,并且降低成本,该角磨的操作手感良好。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种角磨,包括:
    壳体,
    电机,由所述壳体支撑;
    开关组件,控制所述电机的开启;
    操作组件,供操作以触发所述开关组件;
    所述开关组件包括:
    触点,
    膜片,可被所述操作组件推动以接触所述触点,
    封装件,所述膜片和所述触点安装于所述封装件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的角磨,还包括电路板,所述开关组件安装于所述电路板。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的角磨,其中,所述开关组件的行程小于或等于1mm,且大于或等于0.2mm。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的角磨,还包括:按钮,连接或接触所述膜片;弹性件,设置于所述按钮和所述操作组件之间。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的角磨,其中,所述电机可绕第一直线转动,所述操作组件包括:推钮和延长杆,所述推钮可沿着平行于所述第一直线方向被推动,所述延长杆可与所述弹性件接触,所述延长杆可沿所述第一直线运动,与所述电机在所述第一直线的径向方向上的投影至少部分重叠。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的角磨,其中,所述延长杆和所述弹性件一体成型。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的角磨,其中,所述电机可绕第一直线转动,所述操作组件包括:推钮和延长杆,所述推钮可沿着平行于所述第一直线方向被推动,所述延长杆连接所述推钮。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的角磨,其中,所述开关组件的高度小于或等于10mm,且大于或等于3mm。
  9. 一种角磨,包括:
    壳体,
    电机,由所述壳体支撑;
    开关组件,控制所述电机的开启;
    操作组件,供操作以触发所述开关组件;
    电路板,安装有驱动电路;
    所述开关组件包括:
    触点,
    膜片,可被所述操作组件推动以接触所述触点;
    所述开关安装于所述电路板。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的角磨,其中,
    所述开关组件的行程小于或等于1mm,且大于或等于0.2mm。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的角磨,还包括:弹性件,设置在所述操作组件和所述开关组件之间。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的角磨,其中,所述操作组件可在不同的运动位置分别触动2个及以上的所述开关组件。
