进一步地,出风枕开设有多个出风孔,出风枕内部中空形成风枕风腔,风枕风腔与出风枕上的出风孔连通,出风枕上开设有出风孔的壁面形成风枕出风面,风枕出风面与通风管内壁平滑连接,风枕风腔与送风口连通。风枕出风面出来的气流吹及脑后部发际线附近区域及后脑勺,使后脑勺上与头皮距离较近的头发从内侧被快速吹干,也将脑后部发际线附近区域的水分快速吹干,防止其继续下滑至脖颈及以下,影响用户使用体验及身体健康。
进一步地,通风管内的通风空间形成通风管腔体,通风管腔体呈多段S形延伸,通风管腔体横截面为扁孔状,通风管腔体的内壁上设置有多个凹凸不平的纹理。S形延伸的通风管腔体能够引导风向,使得气流沿通风管腔体内壁不断改变方向,在穿过通风管腔体时会在不同位置的头发中穿梭,从而吹开成缕的头发,散出头发内部的水分。扁孔状能使头发平铺分散开,使经过的气流迅速带走头发上的水分,防止通风管内的气流将垂发聚成一缕而导致中间的头发不易风干。在风干成缕头发时,头发因为水分存在容易集结成缕沾在通风管腔体的内壁上而不易被风干。凹凸不平的纹理使头发不再被沾在通风管腔体的内壁上集结成缕,而是被凹凸不平的纹理分散开,有利于头发与水分的分离。
进一步地,还包括喇叭状接口,喇叭状接口底端与通风管连通,喇叭状接口顶端与风枕出风面、风罩出风面平滑连接。喇叭状接口连通通风管与放置位,用户将头置于放置位上时,喇叭状接口帮助通风管内的高速气流将将用户的头发迅速引入至通风管中。
进一步地,风力组件包括安装盒、第一风机、第二风机,安装盒与机体壳固定连接,安装盒包括盒体与风腔过滤网,盒体内部中空形成脏风腔、净风腔,风腔过滤网设置于脏风腔、净风腔之间,脏风腔、净风腔通过风腔过滤网连通,第一风机、第二风机均包括送风口、抽风口,第一风机的送风口与风罩风腔连通,第二风机的送风口与风枕风腔连通,第一风机、第二风机的抽风口均与净风腔连通,通风管底端与脏风腔连通,第一风机的送风口、风罩风腔、出风罩上的出风孔依次连通形成风罩送风风道,第二风机的送风口、风枕风腔、出风枕上的出风孔依次连通形成风枕送风风道。第一风机送出的风沿风罩送风风道流动,第二风机送出的风沿风枕送风风道流动,出风孔出来的风和放置位的空气一起再被第一风机、第二风机抽入经通风管、脏风腔、过滤网、净风腔流动。风腔过滤网将通风管中随气流流动至盒体的头发、头皮屑、头绳、发卡等杂物挡于脏风腔内,使风罩送风风道、风枕送风风道送出的风干净;将杂物集中于脏风腔内便于用户清理,且防止杂物进入第一风机、第二风机影响该装置的正常运行。
进一步地,安装盒还包括垃圾收集槽,垃圾收集槽设置于脏风腔中,垃圾收集槽与盒体可拆卸式连接,垃圾收集槽包括挡板与过滤网板,挡板与过滤网板围合形成槽状结构,通风管、槽状结构、过滤网板、风腔过滤网、净风腔、抽风口依次连通形成抽风风道。出风孔出来的风和放置位的空气一起经抽风风道流动至第一风机和第二风机。通风管内的气流将随气流流动至盒体的头发、头皮屑、头绳、发卡等杂物送入槽状结构,过滤网板将杂物过滤使其置于槽状结构中,用户可将垃圾收集槽从盒体上拆卸下来进行清洁,方便快捷。
进一步地,还包括加热件,加热件包括加热盒与PTC发热器,加热盒内部中空形成热风腔,PTC发热器安装于热风腔中,热风腔设置于风罩送风风道中。如此设置使出风罩上的出风孔送出暖风,可快速将用户头皮及相近区域的水分烘热或烘干,避免用户因头皮上滞留凉水引起感冒,保障用户健康,提升用户使用舒适度。
本发明的优势在于:相比于现有技术,在本发明当中,通风管内的高速气流从放置位高速流向通风管底端,能将头发的水分快速吸干,风干效率高;且通风管内的气流温度低,不会对头发造成高温损伤,让用户体验舒适,保持头发健康。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
参见图1-5所示,本发明提供一种风干机,包括机体壳1、包覆待干燥物体且上下贯通的通风管2、开设有多个出风孔3的出风罩4、第一风管11、第二风管5、加热件6、开设有多个出风孔3的出风枕7、喇叭状接口8、提供风力的风力组件9,出风枕7、出风罩4、通风管2、风力组件9均与机体壳1固定连接,通风管2顶端设置有放置位10,放置位10连通外界与通风管2。
出风罩4内部中空形成风罩风腔(图未示),风罩风腔与出风罩4上的出风孔3连通,出风罩4上开设有出风孔3的壁面形成风罩出风面41,风罩出风面41设置于通风管2上方,风罩出风面41与通风管2顶端围合形成放置位10,风罩出风面41形状与人体头部形状适配,风罩出风面41设置于放置位10左侧、 右侧、上侧、后侧。出风枕7内部中空形成风枕风腔(图未示),风枕风腔与出风枕7上的出风孔3连通,出风枕7上开设有出风孔3的壁面形成风枕出风面71。出风枕7位于放置位10前侧、通风管2上方、风罩出风面41下方,出风枕7形状与人体颈部形状适配。加热件6包括加热盒61与PTC发热器62,加热盒61内部中空形成热风腔(图未示),PTC发热器62安装于热风腔中。出风罩4上的出风孔3呈圆形,在风罩出风面41均匀分布。出风枕7上的出风孔3呈槽状孔。
喇叭状接口8底端与通风管2顶端连通,喇叭状接口8顶端与风枕出风面71、风罩出风面41平滑连接。喇叭状接口8设置于放置位10下侧,喇叭状接口8连通通风管2与放置位10,用户将头置于放置位10上时,喇叭状接口8帮助通风管2内的高速气流将头发迅速吸入通风管2中。
风力组件9包括安装盒91、第一风机92、第二风机93、第一安装壳94、第二安装壳95,第一风机92安装于第一安装壳94中,第二风机93安装于第二安装壳95中,第一安装壳94、第二安装壳95、安装盒91均与机体壳1固定连接,安装盒91包括盒体911、风腔过滤网912、垃圾收集槽913,盒体911内部中空形成脏风腔9111、净风腔,风腔过滤网912设置于脏风腔9111、净风腔之间,脏风腔9111、净风腔通过风腔过滤网912连通。垃圾收集槽913设置于脏风腔9111中,盒体911在脏风腔9111侧面开设有推拉口9112,垃圾收集槽913通过推拉口9112推进脏风腔9111或拉出脏风腔9111。垃圾收集槽913包括挡板9131与过滤网板9132,挡板9131与过滤网板9132围合形成槽状结构,槽状结构能够收集杂物垃圾。
第一风机92、第二风机93均包括送风口(图未示)、抽风口(图未示),第一风机92的送风口与热风腔连通,热风腔与第一风管11连通,第一风管11与风罩风腔连通,第二风机93的送风口与第二风管5连通,第二风管5与风枕风腔连通,第一风机92的抽风口与第二风机93的抽风口均与净风腔连通,通风管2底端与脏风腔9111连通。第一风机92的送风口、热风腔、第一风管11、 风罩风腔、出风罩4上的出风孔3依次连通形成风罩送风风道,第二风机93的送风口、第二风管5、风枕风腔、出风枕7上的出风孔3依次连通形成风枕送风风道。通风管2、脏风腔9111、槽状结构、过滤网板9132、风腔过滤网912、净风腔、第一风机92的抽风口依次连通形成第一抽风风道,通风管2、脏风腔9111、槽状结构、过滤网板9132、风腔过滤网912、净风腔、第二风机93的抽风口依次连通形成第二抽风风道。
第一风机92送出的风沿风罩送风风道流动,第二风机93送出的风沿风枕送风风道流动,出风孔3出来的风和放置位10的空气一起再被第一风机92抽入沿第一抽风风道流动、第二风机93抽入沿第二抽风风道流动。通风管2内的气流将随气流流动至盒体911的头发、头皮屑、头绳、发卡等杂物送入槽状结构,过滤网板9132将杂物过滤使其置于槽状结构中。用户可将垃圾收集槽913从盒体911中拉出来进行清洁,方便快捷。风腔过滤网912将头发、头皮屑、头绳、发卡等杂物挡于脏风腔9111内,使风罩送风风道、风枕送风风道送出的风干净,且防止杂物进入第一风机92、第二风机93影响该装置的正常运行。
使用者将头置于放置位10,头发自然垂于通风管2附近。开始工作后,风力组件9抽风,气流从放置位10经通风管2顶端进入通风管2,高速流向通风管2底端,高速气流将头发全部吸入通风管中,后高速气流将头发的水分快速吸干,风干效率高;且通风管2内的气流温度低,不会对头发造成高温损伤,让用户体验舒适,保持头发健康。
用户头部后部被风罩出风面41包裹,气流自风罩风腔流向出风孔3,从用户头部左侧、右侧、上侧、后侧流出,从而将头皮附近的头发快速风干,避免水汽在头皮上停留过久而导致感冒,使用更舒适健康;热风腔设置于风罩送风风道中。如此设置使出风罩4上的出风孔3送出暖风,可快速将用户头皮及相近区域的水分烘热或烘干,避免用户因头皮上滞留凉水引起感冒,保障用户健康,提升用户使用舒适度。
风枕出风面71出来的气流吹及脑后部发际线附近区域及后脑勺,使后脑勺 上与头皮距离较近的头发从内侧被快速吹干,也将脑后部发际线附近区域的水分快速吹干,防止其继续下滑至脖颈及以下,影响用户使用体验及身体健康。用户将头部置于放置位10上时,头会微微后仰,出风枕7承托用户颈部及后脑勺下部,对用户的颈部起到支撑和保护的作用,使用户使用时体验更舒适。
通风管2内的通风空间形成通风管腔体21,通风管腔体21呈多段S形延伸,通风管腔体21横截面为扁孔状,通风管腔体21的内壁上设置有多个凹凸不平的纹理22。S形延伸的通风管腔体21能够引导风向,使得气流沿通风管腔体21内壁不断改变方向,在穿过通风管腔体21时会在不同位置的头发中穿梭,从而吹开成缕的头发,散出头发内部的水分。扁孔状能使头发平铺分散开,使经过的气流迅速带走头发上的水分,防止通风管2内的气流将垂发聚成一缕而导致中间的头发不易风干。在风干成缕头发时,头发因为水分存在容易集结成缕沾在通风管腔体21的内壁上而不易被风干。凹凸不平的纹理使头发不再被沾在通风管腔体21的内壁上集结成缕,而是被凹凸不平的纹理分散开,有利于头发与水分的分离。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种风干机,包括机体壳、包覆待干燥物体且上下贯通的通风管、提供风力的风力组件,通风管、风力组件与机体壳固定连接,其特征在于:通风管顶端设置有放置位,放置位连通外界与通风管,风力组件包括抽风口,抽风口与通风管底端连通。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的风干机,其特征在于:还包括开设有多个出风孔的出风罩,出风罩与机体壳固定连接,出风罩内部中空形成风罩风腔,风罩风腔与出风罩上的出风孔连通,出风罩上开设有出风孔的壁面形成风罩出风面,风罩出风面设置于通风管上方,风罩出风面与通风管顶端围合形成放置位,风力组件还包括送风口,风罩风腔与送风口连通。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的风干机,其特征在于:风罩出风面形状与人体头部形状适配,风罩出风面与通风管内壁平滑连接,风罩出风面设置于放置位左侧、右侧、上侧、后侧,通风管设置于放置位下侧。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的风干机,其特征在于:还包括出风枕,出风枕与机体壳固定连接,出风枕设置于放置位前侧、通风管上方、风罩出风面下方,出风枕形状与人体颈部形状适配。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的风干机,其特征在于:出风枕开设有多个出风孔,出风枕内部中空形成风枕风腔,风枕风腔与出风枕上的出风孔连通,出风枕上开设有出风孔的壁面形成风枕出风面,风枕出风面与通风管内壁平滑连接,风枕风腔与送风口连通。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的风干机,其特征在于:通风管内的通风空间形成通风管腔体,通风管腔体呈多段S形延伸,通风管腔体横截面为扁孔状,通风管腔体的内壁上设置有多个凹凸不平的纹理。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的风干机,其特征在于:还包括喇叭状接口,喇叭状接口底端与通风管连通,喇叭状接口顶端与风枕出风面、风罩出风面平滑连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的风干机,其特征在于:风力组件包括安装盒、第一 风机、第二风机,安装盒与机体壳固定连接,安装盒包括盒体与风腔过滤网,盒体内部中空形成脏风腔、净风腔,风腔过滤网设置于脏风腔、净风腔之间,脏风腔、净风腔通过风腔过滤网连通,第一风机、第二风机均包括送风口、抽风口,第一风机的送风口与风罩风腔连通,第二风机的送风口与风枕风腔连通,第一风机、第二风机的抽风口均与净风腔连通,通风管底端与脏风腔连通,第一风机的送风口、风罩风腔、出风罩上的出风孔依次连通形成风罩送风风道,第二风机的送风口、风枕风腔、出风枕上的出风孔依次连通形成风枕送风风道。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的风干机,其特征在于:安装盒还包括垃圾收集槽,垃圾收集槽设置于脏风腔中,垃圾收集槽与盒体可拆卸式连接,垃圾收集槽包括挡板与过滤网板,挡板与过滤网板围合形成槽状结构,通风管、槽状结构、过滤网板、风腔过滤网、净风腔、抽风口依次连通形成抽风风道。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的风干机,其特征在于:还包括加热件,加热件包括加热盒与PTC发热器,加热盒内部中空形成热风腔,PTC发热器安装于热风腔中,热风腔设置于风罩送风风道中。
