本公开实施例所提供的条形屏显示装置,包括条形壳体和条形显示模组,其条形壳体为条形型材结构,条形显示模组可以从该条形壳体的开口端抽出或插入,也就是,条形壳体与条形显示模组之间采用抽拉式设计,通过挤型模具先制造条形壳体,再与条形显示模组进行加工组装,这样,可以减小条形壳体与条形显示模组之间的装配间隙,使得空间利用最大化,并能减少拆件,降低模具成本,达到纤悉薄机身的效果,且保证整机结构的强度,使装配简单,易于操作,从而解决相关技术中条形屏显示装置不易安装、结构强度弱的问题。

在相关技术中,条形屏显示装置存在不易组装、结构强度弱等问题,本公开实施例提供了一种条形屏显示装置,提供了一种装配简单,易于操作、结构强度好的条形屏整机结构。
如图1所示,本公开实施例所提供的条形屏显示装置包括条形显示模组100和条形壳体200,所述条形显示模组100,以液晶显示屏为例,可以包括液晶显示面板及背光源等,所述条形显示模组100包括相背设置的显示侧和非显示侧;所述条形壳体200为具有内部中空腔体的条形型材结构,其至少一端为开口端230,所述条形壳体200包括相背设置的前侧板210和后侧板220,所述前侧板210上设有显示侧开口211,所述条形显示模组100容置于所述条形壳体200的腔体内,并能够从所述开口端230插入或抽出所述条形壳体200;所述条形显示模组100的显示侧朝向所述显示侧开口211,以使所述条形壳体200的显示侧开口211的四周侧边即作为所述条形显示模组100 的显示屏边框。
上述方案中,条形屏显示装置中条形壳体200为内部中空的条形型材结构,且至少一端为开口端230,条形显示模组100与条形壳体200的组装方式为:可以从该条形壳体200的开口端230抽出或插入,也就是,条形壳体200与条形显示模组100之间采用抽拉式设计。这样,可以通过挤型模具先制造出条形壳体200,再与条形显示模组100进行加工组装,这种抽拉式设计,可以减小条形壳体200与条形显示模组100之间的装配间隙,使得空间利用最大化,并能减少拆件,降低模具成本,达到纤悉薄机身的效果,且这样结构还可以保证整机结构的强度,使装配简单,易于操作,从而解决相关技术中条形屏显示装置不易安装、结构强度弱的问题。
在本公开一些示例性的实施例中,所述条形壳体200为一体成型的铝挤型材,铝挤型材具有成型工艺简单,成本低、结构强度高等优点。应当理解的是,在实际应用中,所述条形壳体200也可选用其他金属材质形成,对此不限定。
此外,在本公开一些示例性的实施例中,如图1所示,所述条形屏显示装置还包括主控板300,所述主控板300位于所述条形壳体200的腔体内,并位于所述条形显示模组100的非显示侧,且所述主控板300在所述前侧板210上的正投影与所述显示侧开口211至少部分重叠,与所述条形显示模组100之间进行电连接,用于使所述条形显示模组100实现显示功能。
其中所述主控板300可以通过排线等方式来与所述条形显示模组100之间进行电连接。
此外,在一些实施例中,所述条形屏显示装置还包括后背板400,所述条形壳体200的后侧板220上设有背板开口221,所述后背板400装配于所述背板开口221处,且所述主控板300固定于所述后背板400的内侧面,所述内侧面为所述后背板400的朝向所述条形壳体200的中空腔体的一面,所述后背板400上设有用于便于所述主控板300走线的走线开口,所述走线开口例如包括电源插口402以及通信接口401等。
采用上述技术方案,通过在条形壳体200的后侧板220上单独开始背板 开口221,并将主控板300与后背板400单独再在背板开口221处组装,一方面有利于组装,另一方面可以便于从后背板400拆卸下来维修主控板300等配件。
其中,在一些实施例中,所述主控板300与所述后背板400之间设有导热硅胶500,这样,可以提高所述主控板300的散热能力。同时,所述主控板300还可以通过螺钉与后背板400紧固,以将所述主控板300固定于所述后背板400上,提高结构稳定性。
此外,在一些实施例中,所述后背板400以可拆卸方式组装于所述条形壳体200上,例如,螺钉连接、卡扣连接等可拆卸方式,对于所述后背板400与所述条形壳体200之间的具体连接方式不限定。
在一些实施例中,如图1和图2所示,所述条形屏显示装置还包括:触控单元600及用于控制所述触控单元600实现触控功能的触控电路板700,所述触控单元600粘贴固定于所述前侧板210的外侧面,所述外侧面为所述前侧板210的背向所述中空腔体的一侧,且所述触控单元600与所述触控电路板700之间电连接,用于使所述触控单元600实现触控功能。
示例性的,所述条形显示模组100上设有用于装配所述触控电路板700的第一装配部,所述第一装配部为所述条形显示模组上预留的用于装配所述触控电路板700的空间,例如,所述第一装配部可以采用装配槽等结构,所述触控电路板700以可拆卸方式装配于所述第一装配部上,且所述触控电路板700与所述主控板300之间电连接。
在一些实施例中,所述触控电路板700与所述触控单元600之间可以用过排线连接。
在一些实施例中,所述触控电路板700与所述主控板300之间可通过排线连接。
组装上述实施例中的条形屏显示装置时,如图2至图5所示,可先将触控电路板700装配于条形显示模组100上(例如可通过粘贴等方式装配于所述第一装配部上),并将触控电路板700与条形显示模组100之间连接好线路之后,再将条形显示模组100从条形壳体200的开口端230插入到条形壳体 200内;然后,如图6所示,将主控板300与后背板400组装好,并将所述条形显示模组100的屏线、触控电路板700上的连接线分别与主控板300连接好,将后背板400盖在所述条形壳体200的后侧板220上的背板开口221处,并紧固固定。
上述方案中,所述条形屏显示装置中的触控单元600及触控电路板700是单独可拆卸地装配于条形显示模组100及条形壳体200上,这样,可提高该条形屏显示装置的通用性,应用于需要有触控功能的场景时,则可装配所述触控单元600及触控电路板700,应用于不需要触控孔内的场景时,则可不装配所述触控单元600及触控电路板700,由此可见,所述触控单元600及触控电路板700这样设计,可提高该条形屏显示装置的应用灵活性。
当然可以理解的是,在另一些实施例中,所述触控单元600也可以是与所述条形显示模组100集成于一体,也就是说,在条形显示模组的衬底基板上直接集成布设有触控单元的触控信号走线,此时,所述触控电路板700可以是单独装配于条形显示模组100上,再与主控板300电连接。在又一些实施例中,所述触控电路板700与所述主控板300集成设计。
此外,在一些示例性的实施例中,如图2至图5所示,所述条形屏显示装置还可以包括:NFC(Near Field Communication,近距离无线通信)板800,所述NFC板800以可拆卸方式装配于所述条形显示模组上,且所述NFC板800与所述主控板300之间进行电连接,用于实现该条形屏显示装置的NFC无线功能。
作为一种示例性的实施例中,所述条形显示模组100上设有用于装配所述NFC板800的第二装配部,所述NFC板800以可拆卸方式装配于所述第二装配部上,这里需要说明的是,所述第二装配部为所述条形显示模组上预留的用于装配所述NFC板800的空间,例如,所述第二装配部可以采用装配槽或者平整装配面等结构。
组装上述实施例中的条形屏显示装置时,可先将NFC板800装配于条形显示模组100上(例如可通过粘贴等方式装配于所述第二装配部上),并将NFC板800与条形显示模组100之间连接好线路之后,再将条形显示模组100 从条形壳体200的开口端230插入到金属壳体内,然后,将主控板300与后背板400组装好,并将所述条形显示模组100的连接线、NFC板800上的连接线分别与主控板300连接好,将后背板400盖在所述条形壳体200的后侧板220上的背板开口221处,并紧固固定。
上述方案中,所述条形屏显示装置中的NFC板800是单独可拆卸地装配于条形显示模组100及条形壳体200上,同样,可提高该条形屏显示装置的通用性,提高该条形屏显示装置的应用灵活性。
当然可以理解的是,在另一些实施例中,所述NFC板800与所述主控板300也可以是集成设计。
此外,在一些示例性的实施例中,如图6和图8所示,所述条形壳体200的后侧板220上还设有NFC暴露缺口260,所述NFC板800正对所述NFC暴露缺口260设置,也就是说,所述NFC板800在所述后侧板220上的正投影与所述NFC暴露缺口260至少部分重叠,且所述NFC板800暴露缺口260处可拆卸地装配有NFC后盖板270。
采用上述方案,该条形壳体200的后侧板220设置NFC暴露缺口260,可以暴露出NFC板800,这样,一方面避免NFC板800信号屏蔽,另一方面可以便于拆装NFC板800。
需要说明的是,所述触控电路板700、所述NFC板800与条形显示模组100之间可通过排线连接,所述触控电路板700、所述NFC板800与所述主控板300之间可通过排线连接。当然可以理解的是,对于所述触控电路板、所述NFC板800与所述条形显示模组100、所述主控板300之间的具体电连接方式不进行限定。
在一些实施例中,所述条形壳体200的至少一端为开口端230,在开口端230可装配端盖240。例如图1所示的实施例中,所述条形壳体200的两端均为开口端230,在两个开口端230上分别装配有端盖240。所述端盖240可选用金属材质,例如,铝制端盖240。
在一些实施例中,如图1所示,所述端盖240上设有用于封闭所述开口端230的盖板部241及设置于所述盖板部241上的伸入至所述条形壳体200 内的伸入部242,所述伸入部242上设有第一螺钉孔2421;所述端盖240通过所述第一螺钉孔2421内穿装第一紧固螺钉2421,以与所述后背板220之间进行可拆卸连接。
作为一种示例性的实施例中,如图1所示,所述NFC后盖板270靠近所述条形壳体200的至少一个开口端230设置;
所述NFC后盖板270与所述条形壳体200的后侧板220之间通过至少一个所述第一紧固螺钉2421连接,也就是说,所述第一紧固螺钉2421可以同时固定所述端盖及所述NFC后盖板这样,所述端盖240可以与所述NFC后盖板270共用螺丝钉,结构简单,组装更为方便。当然可以理解的是,在实际应用中,所述NFC后盖板270与所述端盖240的组装方式不限于此。
此外,在一些实施例中,如图10和图12所示,所述后侧板220的外侧面上可拆卸地装配有用于将所述条形屏显示装置安装固定于待安装物10上的安装支架900,可通过所述安装支架900将该条形屏显示装置装配于待安装物10(例如车体等)上。例如,所述安装支架900可通过螺钉连接方式与待安装物10上。
在一些实施例中,如图13所示,所述安装支架900包括:用于与所述后侧板220的外侧面固定的第一装配板910;用于与所述待安装物固定的第二装配板920;及,连接于所述第一装配板910与所述第二装配板920之间的至少一根连接梁930。
采用上述方案,可通过安装支架中第一装配板910可以可拆卸地设置在所述后侧板的外侧面上,通过第二装配板920可拆卸地设置在待安装物上,且第一装配板910和第二装配板920之间的连接梁930起到连接及增加强度的作用。
在一些实施例中,第一装配板910与第二装配板920相对设置,且第一装配板所在平面与所述第二装配板所在平面平行。
在另一些实施例中,如图13所示,所述第一装配板所在平面与所述第二装配板所在平面呈夹角,所述夹角α的取值范围为0°<α<90°。
这样,通过将第一装配板910与第二装配板920相对设置,也就是,第 一装配板910的一个表面面向第二装配板920的一个表面设置,且第一装配板910所在平面与第二装配板920所在平面之间呈夹角,即,第一装配板910与第二装配板920之间相对倾斜设置,这样,在将该条形屏显示装置装配于待安装物上之后,可以实现显示屏倾斜显示,可达到最佳观赏角度,解决反光显示不清楚的问题。
其中,针对不同应用场景,可以替换不同型号的安装支架900,以实现不同倾斜显示角度。例如,所述第一装配板910所在平面与所述第二装配板920所在平面之间的夹角α的取值范围为0°<α<90°。
作为一种示例性的实施例,所述第一装配板910所在平面与所述第二装配板920所在平面之间的夹角α的取值范围具体可以为10°≤α≤80°。
进一步的,所述第一装配板910所在平面与所述第二装配板920所在平面之间的夹角α的取值范围具体可以为45°≤α≤80°。
作为一种示例性实施例,所述第一装配板910所在平面与所述第二装配板920所在平面之间的夹角α的取值范围具体为65°。此时,在一些实施例中,可达到最佳观看角度。
例如,第一装配板910所在平面可以理解为第一装配板910的延伸方向所在的平面;第二装配板920所在平面可以理解为第二装配板920的延伸方向所在的平面。
此外,作为一种示例性的实施例,如图5所示,所述条形壳体200还包括位于所述前侧板210与所述后侧板220之间的顶侧板201和底侧板202,其中所述顶侧板201的外侧面与所述第二装配板920之间垂直设置。这样,由于所述第二装配板920装配于待安装物,所述第二装配板920与第一装配板910之间的夹角,也即是所述第二装配板920相对显示屏的倾斜角度,将所述顶侧板的外侧面设计为与所述第二装配板920呈垂直状态,可使得所述第二装配板920装配于待安装物的竖直平面上时,所述顶侧板的外侧面水平或大致水平,有利于美观,提升用户体验。
在另一些实施例中,还可以是,所述底侧板202的外侧面与所述第二装配板920之间垂直设置,同样的,可使得所述第二装配板920装配于待安装 物的竖直平面上时,所述底侧板的外侧面水平或大致水平,有利于美观,提升用户体验。
可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,所述顶侧板201也可以是与所述前侧板210垂直设置。
以图1所示实施例中的条形屏显示装置为例,本公开提供的条形屏显示装置的组装过程可以如下:
首先,如图2所示,将触控电路板700及NFC板800装配于条形显示模组100上,并将触控电路板700与条形显示模组100之间连接好线路;
然后,如图4所示,将装配好触控电路板700与NFC板800的条形显示模组100从条形壳体200的开口端230插入到金属壳体内;
然后,如图6所示,将主控板300与后背板400组装好,并将所述条形显示模组100的屏线、触控电路板700上的连接线以及NFC板800上的连接线分别与主控板300连接好,将后背板400盖在所述条形壳体200的后侧板220上的背板开口221处,并紧固固定;
然后,如图7所示,插入条形壳体200两端的端盖240,如图8所示,盖好NFC后盖板270,通过螺丝锁固好;
然后,如图9所示,在条形壳体200的前侧板210的外侧面上采用双面胶610框贴工艺粘贴触控单元600,并将触控单元600与触控板之间进行电连接,完成组装。
本公开实施例的条形屏显示装置,其条形壳体200采用抽拉式设计,可以减小装配间隙,使空间利用最大化,并能减少拆件,降低模具成本,达到纤悉薄机身的效果;且保证整机结构的强度,使装配简单,易于操作,从而解决不好安装、结构弱的问题;通过倾斜结构显示,达到最佳观赏角度,从而解决反光显示不清楚的问题。
本公开实施例提供的条形屏显示装置可应用于各种应用场景,例如,公交车、超市货架、地铁站提示牌等。

  1. 一种条形屏显示装置,其特征在于,包括:
    条形显示模组,包括相背设置的显示侧与非显示侧;
    条形壳体,所述条形壳体为具有内部中空腔体的条形型材结构,其至少一端为开口端,所述条形壳体包括相背设置的前侧板和后侧板,所述前侧板上设有显示侧开口,所述条形显示模组容置于所述条形壳体的腔体内,并能够从所述开口端插入或抽出所述条形壳体,所述条形显示模组的显示侧朝向所述显示侧开口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的条形屏显示装置,其特征在于,
    所述条形壳体为一体成型的铝挤型材。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的条形屏显示装置,其特征在于,
    所述条形屏显示装置还包括主控板,所述主控板位于所述条形壳体的腔体内,并位于所述条形显示模组的非显示侧,且所述主控板在所述前侧板上的正投影与所述显示侧开口至少部分重叠,所述主控板与所述条形显示模组之间电连接,用于使所述条形显示模组实现显示功能。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的条形屏显示装置,其特征在于,
    所述条形屏显示装置还包括后背板,所述条形壳体的后侧板上设有背板开口,所述后背板装配于所述背板开口处,所述后背板上设有用于便于所述主控板走线的走线开口。

    所述主控板固定于所述后背板的内侧面,所述内侧面为所述后背板的朝向所述条形壳体的中空腔体的一面。

    所述主控板与所述后背板之间设有导热硅胶。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的条形屏显示装置,其特征在于,
    所述条形屏显示装置还包括:触控单元及用于控制所述触控单元实现触控功能的触控电路板;

    所述条形壳体的后侧板上还设有NFC暴露缺口,所述NFC板在所述后侧板上的正投影与所述NFC暴露缺口至少部分重叠,且所述NFC板暴露缺口处可拆卸地装配有NFC后盖板。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的条形屏显示装置,其特征在于,
    所述开口端装配有端盖。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的条形屏显示装置,其特征在于,
    所述端盖包括用于封闭所述开口端的盖板部及设置于所述盖板部上的伸入至所述条形壳体内的伸入部,所述伸入部上设有至少一个第一螺钉孔,所述端盖通过所述第一螺钉孔内穿装第一紧固螺钉,以与所述后背板之间进行可拆卸连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的条形屏显示装置,其特征在于,
    所述NFC后盖板靠近所述条形壳体的至少一个开口端设置;
    所述NFC后盖板与所述条形壳体的后侧板之间通过至少一个所述第一紧固螺钉连接。
  14. 根据权利要求1至13任一项所述的条形屏显示装置,其特征在于,
    所述条形屏显示装置还包括:可拆卸地装配于所述后侧板的外侧面上的用于将所述条形屏显示装置安装固定于待安装物上的安装支架。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的条形屏显示装置,其特征在于,
    所述安装支架包括:
    第一装配板;
    第二装配板;
    及,连接于所述第一装配板与所述第二装配板之间的至少一根连接梁。

    所述第一装配板所在平面与所述第二装配板所在平面平行;
