目前的车辆上普遍安装有车载显示屏。通过车载显示屏进行一些信息显示,如音乐歌词、导航路线、接收的消息等,已经成为一种用户习惯。

本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种车载显示屏的显示控制方法,其优势在于,给出了一种较佳的第二对应关系,限定了当指令信息包含语音指令信息或手动指令信息时对应的指令响应方式。考虑到语音指令信息可能是白名单人员发出的,所以在不显示界面的情况下语音指令信息是可后台响应的。通过响应语音指令信息,可以实现对后台程序的语音控制,提高操作便利性。通过不响应手动指令信息,不在白名单上的人员既无法看到隐私信息,又无法对显示屏及后台程序进行控制,可提高操作安全性。

实施例1
图1示出了本实施例的一种车载显示屏的显示控制方法。其中,车载显示屏指的是车内的显示屏,其具体可以是车辆出厂原装的显示屏,也可以是车辆出厂后加装的显示屏,还可以是放置于车内的手机、平板电脑等用户终端的显示屏。车载显示屏通常固设或利用支架安装于车辆前部,具体可以位于车辆前排的中间。如图1所示,显示控制方法包括以下步骤:

上表还示出了第一对应关系包括的关系2,关系2为:当车内人员人脸信息有且仅有白名单人员的人脸信息,且指令信息包含手动指令信息时,对应的界面显示方式为根据手动指令信息显示车载显示屏的界面。其中,根据手动指令信息显示车载显示屏的界面可以包括根据手动指令信息操作的对象、手势、动作等显示车载显示屏的界面。关系2给出了车内人员人脸信息有且仅有白名单人员的人脸信息且指令信息包含手动指令信息时对应的界面显示方式,该种 对应关系考虑了这种场景的特点:车内人员人脸信息有且仅有白名单人员的人脸信息表明车内很可能只有白名单人员,手动指令信息很可能是白名单人员发出的,所以进行界面显示是相对安全的,隐私泄露的风险较低,可以根据手动指令信息显示界面以满足用户需求。

上述关系3、4、5中,只对车内人员人脸信息进行了限定,也就是说,只要车内人员人脸信息同时包含白名单人员的人脸信息和不在白名单上的人员的人脸信息,或车内人员人脸信息有且仅有不在白名单上的人员的人脸信息,或车内人员人脸信息同时不包含白名单人员的人脸信息和不在白名单上的人员的人脸信息,则无论指令信息是否包含语音指令信息或是否包含手动指令信息,均不显示车载显示屏的界面。
上述关系3、4考虑到车内人员只要包含不在白名单上的人员,就存在信息泄露的风险,所以无论获取到何种指令信息,均不显示车载显示屏的界面。上述关系5考虑到车内人员同时不包含白名单人员和不在白名单上的人员的情况下,不能确定车内究竟有何人员,如果显示车载显示屏的界面,同样有信息泄露的风险,所以无论获取到何种指令信息,均不显示车载显示屏的界面。
上述可选方式给出了多种较佳的第一对应关系,但本实施例的第一对应关系并不局限于此,根据实际需要或为了适应不同的场景,还可以设定其他的第一对应关系,例如放宽显示车载显示屏的界面的条件,如设定当车内人员人脸信息同时包含白名单人员的人脸信息和不在白名单上的人员的人脸信息且指令信息包含语音指令信息时,若语音指令信息为白名单人员发出的语音指令信 息,则显示车载显示屏的界面,否则不显示车载显示屏的界面。
在一种可选方式中,图2示出了本实施例方法的一种可选流程,其在步骤12之前,还包括以下步骤:
步骤111:设定不显示车载显示屏的界面时的第二对应关系,第二对应关系包括指令信息与指令响应方式之间的对应关系。
在步骤13之后,若与当前的车内人员人脸信息和当前的指令信息对应的界面显示方式为不显示车载显示屏的界面,则还包括:
步骤14:根据第二对应关系,确定与所获取的指令信息对应的指令响应方式。
其中,指令响应方式包括在后台响应和不响应。第二对应关系可以是固定的,或是随实际应用场景可变的,或是根据用户需求自定义的。第二对应关系可以以表的形式进行存储,表中包括不同指令信息及与之对应的指令响应方式,在步骤14中具体可以通过查表确定与所获取的指令信息对应的指令响应方式。
本方式通过设定的第二对应关系,将不显示车载显示屏的界面时指令信息与指令响应方式对应起来,根据第二对应关系确定与所获取的指令信息对应的指令响应方式,实现了在不显示界面的情况下的指令响应,具有既不会泄露隐私,又不影响用户操作的优点。
在一种可选方式中,第二对应关系可以如表2所示:

上表示出了第二对应关系包括的关系1,关系1为:当指令信息包含语音指令信息时,根据语音指令信息在后台响应语音指令信息。考虑到语音指令信息可能是白名单人员发出的,所以在不显示界面的情况下语音指令信息是可后台响应的。
但为了验证语音指令信息是否为白名单人员发出的,根据语音指令信息在后台响应语音指令信息的步骤,优选包括:根据语音指令信息是否为白名单人员发出的语音指令信息,判断是否在后台响应语音指令信息,其中,若语音指令信息是白名单人员发出的语音指令信息,则在后台响应语音指令信息,若语音指令信息不是白名单人员发出的语音指令信息,则不在后台响应语音指令信息。
本方式只对白名单人员发出的语音指令信息进行后台响应,在避免隐私泄露的同时,给白名单人员带来操作便利。
上表还示出了第二对应关系包括的关系2,关系2为:当指令信息包含手动指令信息时,不响应手动指令信息。通过不响应手动指令信息,不在白名单上的人员既无法看到隐私信息,又无法对显示屏及后台程序进行控制,可提高操作安全性。
在一种可选方式中,图3示出了本实施例方法的另一可选流程,其在步骤12之前,还包括以下步骤:
步骤112:判断是否开启隐私保护开关,若开启隐私保护开关,则执行步骤12-14;若未开启隐私保护开关,则执行步骤15-16。
步骤15:获取当前的指令信息。
步骤16:根据当前的指令信息确定车载显示屏的界面显示方式。
步骤112中,隐私保护开关可以是实体开关,也可以是虚拟开关,用户可以根据实际需求选择开启或关闭。
步骤16具体可以包括根据当前的指令信息显示或不显示车载显示屏的界面。
本方式通过隐私保护开关的开启与关闭控制获取何种信息以及如何进行界面显示,方便用户在隐私保护和不保护的两种模式下进行切换。
需要说明的是,本实施例所述的显示车载显示屏的界面是指显示指令信息要求显示的特定界面,如语音指令信息要求打开某应用程序,则显示该应用程序的界面。至于在显示指令信息要求显示的特定界面之前,显示屏可能处于熄屏状态或显示锁定界面、系统桌面或其他界面的状态。本实施例所述的不显示车载显示屏的界面是指不显示指令信息要求显示的特定界面,如语音指令信息 要求打开某应用程序,则不显示该应用程序的界面。至于在不显示指令信息要求显示的特定界面之后,显示屏可能进入熄屏状态或进入显示锁定界面、系统桌面或其他界面的状态。
实施例2
图4示出了本实施例的一种显示控制系统。其包括:相机21;指令接收设备22;车载显示屏23;一个或多个处理器24,一个或多个处理器24与相机21、指令接收设备22和车载显示屏23通信;以及存储器25,存储器25被配置成存储指令,当指令被一个或多个处理器24执行时,使一个或多个处理器24执行步骤,步骤包括:
设定第一对应关系,第一对应关系包括车内人员人脸信息、指令信息与车载显示屏的界面显示方式之间的对应关系;
从相机获取当前的车内人员人脸信息;
从指令接收设备获取当前的指令信息;
根据第一对应关系,确定与当前的车内人员人脸信息和当前的指令信息对应的界面显示方式。
本实施例的系统由相机21、指令接收设备22、车载显示屏23、处理器24和存储器25相配合,通过设定的第一对应关系将车内人员人脸信息、指令信息与车载显示屏的界面显示方式对应起来,通过获取的当前的车内人员人脸信息和当前的指令信息确定与之对应的界面显示方式,自动控制车载显示屏的界面显示,该界面显示方式适应于当前场景下车内人员和控制操作,可以避免隐私泄露,保证驾驶员的信息安全。
在一种可选方式中,图5示出了本实施例系统的一种可选结构,其中指令接收设备22包括语音接收器221。从指令接收设备获取当前的指令信息包括从语音接收器获取当前的语音指令信息。本方式通过语音接收器获取当前的语音指令信息,方便用户指令输入。
在一种可选方式中,如图5所示,指令接收设备22包括按键或触控屏222。从指令接收设备获取当前的指令信息包括从按键或触控屏获取当前的手动指令信息。本方式通过按键或触控屏获取当前的手动指令信息,丰富了指令输入形式,增加了控制车载显示屏显示的方式。
在一种可选方式中,显示控制系统设置于车辆内。本方式通过将显示控制系统设置于车辆内,方便获取车内的相关信息(如当前的车内人员人脸信息和当前的指令信息)。
在一种可选方式中,车内人员人脸信息包括:是否包含白名单人员的人脸信息,以及是否包含不在白名单上的人员的人脸信息;和/或,指令信息包括是否包含语音指令信息,以及是否包含手动指令信息。
在一种可选方式中,第一对应关系包括:当车内人员人脸信息有且仅有白名单人员的人脸信息,且指令信息包含语音指令信息时,对应的界面显示方式为根据语音指令信息显示车载显示屏的界面;当车内人员人脸信息有且仅有白名单人员的人脸信息,且指令信息包含手动指令信息时,对应的界面显示方式为根据手动指令信息显示车载显示屏的界面。
在一种可选方式中,根据语音指令信息显示车载显示屏的界面,包括:根据语音指令信息是否为白名单人员发出的语音指令信息,判断是否显示车载显示屏的界面,其中,若语音指令信息是白名单人员发出的语音指令信息,则显示车载显示屏的界面,若语音指令信息不是白名单人员发出的语音指令信息,则不显示车载显示屏的界面。
在一种可选方式中,第一对应关系包括:当车内人员人脸信息同时包含白名单人员的人脸信息和不在白名单上的人员的人脸信息,或车内人员人脸信息有且仅有不在白名单上的人员的人脸信息,或车内人员人脸信息同时不包含白名单人员的人脸信息和不在白名单上的人员的人脸信息时,对应的界面显示方式均为不显示车载显示屏的界面。
在一种可选方式中,在所述获取当前的车内人员人脸信息和当前的指令信息的步骤之前,还包括以下步骤:设定不显示车载显示屏的界面时的第二对应关系,第二对应关系包括指令信息与指令响应方式之间的对应关系;在根据第一对应关系,确定与当前的车内人员人脸信息和当前的指令信息对应的界面显示方式的步骤之后,若与当前的车内人员人脸信息和当前的指令信息对应的界面显示方式为不显示车载显示屏的界面,则还包括:根据第二对应关系,确定与所获取的指令信息对应的指令响应方式。
在一种可选方式中,第二对应关系包括:当指令信息包含语音指令信息时, 根据语音指令信息在后台响应语音指令信息;当指令信息包含手动指令信息时,不响应手动指令信息。
在一种可选方式中,根据语音指令信息在后台响应语音指令信息的步骤,包括:根据语音指令信息是否为白名单人员发出的语音指令信息,判断是否在后台响应语音指令信息,其中,若语音指令信息是白名单人员发出的语音指令信息,则在后台响应语音指令信息,若语音指令信息不是白名单人员发出的语音指令信息,则不在后台响应语音指令信息。
在一种可选方式中,所述获取当前的车内人员人脸信息和当前的指令信息;所述根据所述第一对应关系,确定与所述当前的车内人员人脸信息和所述当前的指令信息对应的界面显示方式,包括以下步骤:判断是否开启隐私保护开关;若开启隐私保护开关,则执行获取当前的车内人员人脸信息和当前的指令信息,以及,根据第一对应关系,确定与当前的车内人员人脸信息和当前的指令信息对应的界面显示方式的步骤;若未开启隐私保护开关,则获取当前的指令信息,根据当前的指令信息确定车载显示屏的界面显示方式。
实施例3
图6为本发明实施例3提供的一种电子设备的结构示意图。电子设备包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,处理器执行程序时实现实施例1中的车载显示屏的显示控制方法。图6显示的电子设备30仅仅是一个示例,不应对本发明实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图6所示,电子设备30可以以通用计算设备的形式表现,例如其可以为服务器设备。电子设备30的组件可以包括但不限于:上述至少一个处理器31、上述至少一个存储器32、连接不同系统组件(包括存储器32和处理器31)的总线33。
总线33包括数据总线、地址总线和控制总线。
存储器32可以包括易失性存储器,例如随机存取存储器(RAM)321和/或高速缓存存储器322,还可以进一步包括只读存储器(ROM)323。
存储器32还可以包括具有一组(至少一个)程序模块324的程序/实用工具325,这样的程序模块324包括但不限于:操作系统、一个或者多个应用程序、其它程序模块以及程序数据,这些示例中的每一个或某种组合中可能包括网络 环境的实现。
处理器31通过运行存储在存储器32中的计算机程序,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理,例如本发明实施例1中的车载显示屏的显示控制方法。
电子设备30也可以与一个或多个外部设备34(例如键盘、指向设备等)通信。这种通信可以通过输入/输出(I/O)接口35进行。并且,电子设备30还可以通过网络适配器36与一个或者多个网络(例如局域网(LAN),广域网(WAN)和/或公共网络,例如因特网)通信。如图6所示,网络适配器36通过总线33与电子设备30的其它模块通信。应当明白,尽管图中未示出,可以结合电子设备30使用其它硬件和/或软件模块,包括但不限于:微代码、设备驱动器、冗余处理器、外部磁盘驱动阵列、RAID(磁盘阵列)系统、磁带驱动器以及数据备份存储系统等。
应当注意,尽管在上文详细描述中提及了电子设备的若干单元/模块或子单元/模块,但是这种划分仅仅是示例性的并非强制性的。实际上,根据本发明的实施方式,上文描述的两个或更多单元/模块的特征和功能可以在一个单元/模块中具体化。反之,上文描述的一个单元/模块的特征和功能可以进一步划分为由多个单元/模块来具体化。
实施例4
本实施例提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,程序被处理器执行时实现实施例1中的车载显示屏的显示控制方法。
其中,可读存储介质可以采用的更具体可以包括但不限于:便携式盘、硬盘、随机存取存储器、只读存储器、可擦拭可编程只读存储器、光存储器件、磁存储器件或上述的任意合适的组合。
在可能的实施方式中,本发明还可以实现为一种程序产品的形式,其包括程序代码,当程序产品在终端设备上运行时,程序代码用于使终端设备执行实现实施例1中的车载显示屏的显示控制方法。
其中,可以以一种或多种程序设计语言的任意组合来编写用于执行本发明的程序代码,程序代码可以完全地在用户设备上执行、部分地在用户设备上执行、作为一个独立的软件包执行、部分在用户设备上部分在远程设备上执行或完全在远程设备上执行。
虽然以上描述了本发明的具体实施方式,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,这仅是举例说明,本发明的保护范围是由所附权利要求书限定的。本领域的技术人员在不背离本发明的原理和实质的前提下,可以对这些实施方式做出多种变更或修改,但这些变更和修改均落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种车载显示屏的显示控制方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    设定第一对应关系,所述第一对应关系包括车内人员人脸信息、指令信息与所述车载显示屏的界面显示方式之间的对应关系;
    获取当前的车内人员人脸信息和当前的指令信息;
    根据所述第一对应关系,确定与所述当前的车内人员人脸信息和所述当前的指令信息对应的界面显示方式。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的车载显示屏的显示控制方法,所述车内人员人脸信息包括:是否包含白名单人员的人脸信息,以及是否包含不在白名单上的人员的人脸信息;
    和/或,所述指令信息包括是否包含语音指令信息,以及是否包含手动指令信息。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的车载显示屏的显示控制方法,所述第一对应关系包括:
    当所述车内人员人脸信息有且仅有所述白名单人员的人脸信息,且所述指令信息包含所述语音指令信息时,对应的界面显示方式为根据所述语音指令信息显示所述车载显示屏的界面;
    当所述车内人员人脸信息有且仅有所述白名单人员的人脸信息,且所述指令信息包含所述手动指令信息时,对应的界面显示方式为根据所述手动指令信息显示所述车载显示屏的界面。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的车载显示屏的显示控制方法,所述根据所述语音指令信息显示所述车载显示屏的界面,包括:
    根据所述语音指令信息是否为所述白名单人员发出的语音指令信息,判断是否显示所述车载显示屏的界面,其中,若所述语音指令信息是所述白名单人员发出的语音指令信息,则显示所述车载显示屏的界面,若所述语音指令信息不是所述白名单人员发出的语音指令信息,则不显示所述车载显示屏的界面。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的车载显示屏的显示控制方法,所述第一对应关系包括:
    当所述车内人员人脸信息同时包含所述白名单人员的人脸信息和所述不在白名单上的人员的人脸信息,或所述车内人员人脸信息有且仅有所述不在白名单上的人员的人脸信息,或所述车内人员人脸信息同时不包含所述白名单人员的人脸信息和所述不在白名单上的人员的人脸信息时,对应的界面显示方式均为不显示所述车载显示屏的界面。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的车载显示屏的显示控制方法,在所述获取当前的车内人员人脸信息和当前的指令信息的步骤之前,还包括以下步骤:
    设定不显示所述车载显示屏的界面时的第二对应关系,所述第二对应关系包括所述指令信息与指令响应方式之间的对应关系;
    在所述根据所述第一对应关系,确定与所述当前的车内人员人脸信息和所述当前的指令信息对应的界面显示方式的步骤之后,若与所述当前的车内人员人脸信息和所述当前的指令信息对应的界面显示方式为不显示所述车载显示屏的界面,则还包括:
    根据所述第二对应关系,确定与所获取的指令信息对应的指令响应方式。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的车载显示屏的显示控制方法,所述第二对应关系包括:
    当所述指令信息包含语音指令信息时,根据所述语音指令信息在后台响应所述语音指令信息;
    当所述指令信息包含手动指令信息时,不响应所述手动指令信息。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的车载显示屏的显示控制方法,所述根据所述语音指令信息在后台响应所述语音指令信息的步骤,包括:
    根据所述语音指令信息是否为所述白名单人员发出的语音指令信息,判断是否在后台响应所述语音指令信息,其中,若所述语音指令信息是所述白名单人员发出的语音指令信息,则在后台响应所述语音指令信息,若所述语音指令信息不是所述白名单人员发出的语音指令信息,则不在后台响应所述语音指令信息。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的车载显示屏的显示控制方法,所述获取当前的车内人员人脸信息和当前的指令信息;所述根据所述第一对应关系,确定与所述当 前的车内人员人脸信息和所述当前的指令信息对应的界面显示方式,包括以下步骤:
    判断是否开启隐私保护开关;
    若开启所述隐私保护开关,则执行所述获取当前的车内人员人脸信息和当前的指令信息,以及,根据所述第一对应关系,确定与所述当前的车内人员人脸信息和所述当前的指令信息对应的界面显示方式的步骤;
    若未开启所述隐私保护开关,则获取所述当前的指令信息,根据所述当前的指令信息确定所述车载显示屏的界面显示方式。
  10. 一种显示控制系统,其特征在于,包括:
    相机;
    指令接收设备;
    车载显示屏;
    一个或多个处理器,所述一个或多个处理器与所述相机、所述指令接收设备和所述车载显示屏通信;以及
    存储器,所述存储器被配置成存储指令,当所述指令被所述一个或多个处理器执行时,使所述一个或多个处理器执行步骤,所述步骤包括:
    设定第一对应关系,所述第一对应关系包括车内人员人脸信息、指令信息与所述车载显示屏的界面显示方式之间的对应关系;
    从所述相机获取当前的车内人员人脸信息;
    从所述指令接收设备获取当前的指令信息;
    根据所述第一对应关系,确定与所述当前的车内人员人脸信息和所述当前的指令信息对应的界面显示方式。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的显示控制系统,所述指令接收设备包括:语音接收器;
    所述从所述指令接收设备获取当前的指令信息包括从所述语音接收器获取当前的语音指令信息。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的显示控制系统,所述指令接收设备包括按键或触控屏;
    所述从所述指令接收设备获取当前的指令信息包括从所述按键或触控屏获取当前的手动指令信息。
  13. 如权利要求10所述的显示控制系统,所述显示控制系统设置于车辆内。
  14. 一种电子设备,包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现权利要求1至9中任一项所述的车载显示屏的显示控制方法。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至9中任一项所述的车载显示屏的显示控制方法。
