Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有屋脊结构的折叠帐篷,其特征在于包括
    四个支撑腿(1);
    两个相对设置并分别位于所述折叠帐篷前后两侧的平折叠伸缩单元(2),所述平折叠伸缩单元(2)配合安装于两个相邻支撑腿(1)的上端之间;
    两个相对设置并分别位于所述折叠帐篷左右两侧的垂脊折叠伸缩单元(3),所述垂脊折叠伸缩单元(3)配合安装于两个相邻支撑腿(1)的上端之间,其包括偶数个第二X形交叉杆组,每个第二X形交叉杆组包括两根第二连杆(300),所述两根第二连杆(300)的长度不同,使得所述垂脊折叠伸缩单元(3)形成倒V形结构;以及
    正脊折叠伸缩单元(4),所述正脊折叠伸缩单元(4)配合安装于两个垂脊折叠伸缩单元(3)的中部之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有屋脊结构的折叠帐篷,其特征在于所述正脊折叠伸缩单元(4)包括多个依次铰接配合的第三X形交叉杆组,每个第三X形交叉杆组包括两根第三连杆(400)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有屋脊结构的折叠帐篷,其特征在于所述正脊折叠伸缩单元(4)中,相邻第三X形交叉杆组的上端之间通过设置的第一上铰座(401)铰接配合,相邻第三X形交叉杆组的下端之间通过设置的第一下铰座(402)铰接配合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种具有屋脊结构的折叠帐篷,其特征在于所述平折叠伸缩单元(2)包括多个依次铰接配合的第一X形交叉杆组,每个第一X形交叉杆组包括两根第一连杆(200)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种具有屋脊结构的折叠帐篷,其特征在于还包括 多个斜折叠伸缩单元(5),所述斜折叠伸缩单元(5)一端用以与正脊折叠伸缩单元(4)铰接,另一端用以与平折叠伸缩单元(2)铰接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种具有屋脊结构的折叠帐篷,其特征在于所述相邻第一X形交叉杆组的上端之间通过设置的第二上铰座(201)铰接配合;所述斜折叠伸缩单元(5)包括第四连杆(500)、第五连杆(501)和第六连杆(502),所述第四连杆(500)一端用以与对应的第一上铰座(401)铰接,另一端用以与第六连杆(502)的一端铰接,所述第五连杆(501)一端用以与对应的第一下铰座(402)铰接,另一端用以与第四连杆(500)中部铰接,所述第六连杆(502)背向第四连杆(500)一端用以与对应的第二上铰座(201)铰接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种具有屋脊结构的折叠帐篷,其特征在于所述第一上铰座(401)上环布四个第一铰接部(4010),所述第一下铰座(402)上环布四个第二铰接部(4020),在上下对应的第一上铰座(401)与第一下铰座(402)之间,所述四个第一铰接部(4010)与所述四个第二铰接部(4020)错位设置,使得当所述折叠帐篷收拢时,与第一上铰座(401)和第一下铰座(402)对应的连杆不会产生干扰。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种具有屋脊结构的折叠帐篷,其特征在于所述平折叠伸缩单元(2)中第一X形交叉杆组的个数与正脊折叠伸缩单元(4)中第三X形交叉杆组的个数相同。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一所述的一种具有屋脊结构的折叠帐篷,其特征在于所述支撑腿(1)上下设置固定铰座(6)和活动铰座(7),所述固定铰座(6)与支撑腿(1)固定安装,所述活动铰座(7)与支撑腿(1)滑动安装,所述垂脊折叠伸缩单元(3)的端部上侧和所述平折叠伸缩单元(2)的端部上侧均与对应固定铰座(6)铰接,所述垂脊折叠伸缩单元(3)的端部下侧和所述平折叠伸缩 单元(2)的端部下侧均与对应活动铰座(7)铰接。
  10. 根据权利要求2-8中任一所述的一种具有屋脊结构的折叠帐篷,其特征在于所述垂脊折叠伸缩单元(3)的正中间形成第一相交高点(A)和第二相交高点(B),所述第一相交高点(A)的位置高于第二相交高点(B)的位置,与第一相交高点(A)对应的两根第二连杆(300)之间通过设置的第三上铰座(301)铰接,所述第三上铰座(301)还与正脊折叠伸缩单元(4)中对应的第三连杆(400)铰接,与第二相交高点(B)对应的两根第二连杆(300)之间通过设置的第二下铰座(302)铰接,所述第二下铰座(302)还与正脊折叠伸缩单元(4)中对应的第三连杆(400)铰接。
