一种家用洗地机,其包括:
机身主体,其设置有真空源、水容器和集尘盒;
从所述机身主体的顶端向上延伸出的手柄;以及
清洁头,其铰接于所述机身主体的底端,所述清洁头通过滚刷与地面的摩擦对地面进行清洗;

由于设置有重力除杂质器,洗地操作中需要喷水时,清洁水是在水泵作用下在水容器内从下向上流动的,这使得水流中的杂质因重力作用回落至水容器中,不会随水流流出,所以能够防止水泵和单向阀堵塞。
由于在污水流道的入口设置有储水器,能够收集从污水流道回流的污水,所以能够避免清洗结束后污水流道残留的污水回流至地面造成二次污染。
由于采用过滤器组件实现双过滤,所以只需从集尘盒拆下过滤器组件,即可方便地清理集尘盒内的污水、固体垃圾以及各个过滤器,提高了清理垃圾的效率。其中的用于固液分离的第二过滤器吊装于支架底部,可以方便地倾倒出其中的大垃圾,不易弄脏手。

需要洗地时,扣住喷水扳机305,水泵502启动,将水容器220内的清洁水经清水流道500送至清洁头100的喷水口102,喷向滚刷103或待清洁地面,滚刷103转动对在地面实现湿擦拭,如图4中的带箭头的虚线所示,湿擦拭后的污水和垃圾从吸尘口105进入污水流道,沿污水流道进入集尘盒,经第二过滤器214进行固液分离,污水进入集尘盒的下部,固体垃圾收集在第二过滤器214上方,第一过滤器211对气流进行过滤,避免水、垃圾和灰尘被吸入真空源250。在此过程中,水容器220内的重力除杂质器221,使得水流中的杂质回落至水容器220,不会进入清水流道500,不会堵塞水泵502和单向阀503。
洗地结束后,污水流道残留的污水回流后,汇聚在储水器106中,不会回流至地面,不会污染地面。
由上可见,上述实施例通过在水容器220内增加重力除杂质器221,在清洁头100的吸尘口105处设置储水器106,在集尘盒213设置过滤器组件,解决了水中的杂质堵塞水泵502和单向阀503的问题,解决了清洗结束后污水流道残留的污水回流至地面造成二次污染的问题,以及解决了清理垃圾效率低, 也容易弄脏手的问题。能够大大提高用户的体验。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种家用洗地机,包括:
    机身主体(230),其设置有真空源(250)、水容器(220)和集尘盒(213);
    从所述机身主体(230)的顶端向上延伸出的手柄(300);以及
    清洁头(100),其铰接于所述机身主体(230)的底端,所述清洁头(100)通过滚刷(103)与地面的摩擦对地面进行清洗;
    其特征在于,所述家用洗地机还包括:
    重力除杂质器(221),其设置于所述水容器(220)内、用于利用重力去除提供给所述清洁头(100)的水中的杂质,所述重力除杂质器包括竖管,所述竖管的底端为入口,所述竖管的顶端通过清水流道(500)与所述清洁头(100)的喷水口(102)连通;
    储水器(106),其设置于所述清洁头(100)的吸尘口(105)处,所述储水器(106)用于在所述真空源(250)被关闭后储存从所述污水流道回流的污水;以及
    过滤器组件,其设置于所述集尘盒(213)内,所述过滤器组件用于固液分离并阻止污水、灰尘和垃圾进入所述真空源(250)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的家用洗地机,其特征在于,所述竖管固设于所述水容器(220)的盖体。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的家用洗地机,其特征在于,所述竖管的底端接近所述水容器(220)的底部、并与所述水容器(220)的底部相隔一定间隙,所述水容器(220)的盖体还设置有用于向所述水容器(220)补充清洁水的注水口。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的家用洗地机,其特征在于,所述储水器(106)为成型于所述污水流道的入口的凹槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的家用洗地机,其特征在于,所述过滤器组件包括:
    设置于所述集尘盒(213)的口部的支架(212);
    安装于所述支架(212)的顶部的、用于阻止污水、灰尘和垃圾进入所述真空 源(250)的第一过滤器(211);以及
    设置于所述支架(212)的底部的、用于固液分离的第二过滤器(214)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的家用洗地机,其特征在于,所述第二过滤器(214)吊装于所述支架(212)的底部,所述支架(212)的顶部具有容置腔(215),所述第一过滤器(211)通过所述容置腔(215)可拆卸地安装于所述支架(212)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的家用洗地机,其特征在于,所述第一过滤器(211)包括:
    滤架;以及
    可拆卸地安装于所述滤架的滤体。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的家用洗地机,其特征在于,所述家用洗地机还包括充电底座(400),所述充电底座(400)用于对所述家用洗地机的电池组(240)充电。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的家用洗地机,其特征在于,所述充电底座(400)对应所述滚刷(103)的位置还设置有清洗槽(401),所述家用洗地机的控制电路还包括自清洁控制器,所述自清洁控制器用于:
    控制从所述水容器(220)向所述清洗槽(401)注水;
    控制所述滚刷(103)转动对所述滚刷(103)进行自清洁;以及
    在自清洁结束后控制所述真空源(250)启动通过所述污水流道吸取所述清洗槽(401)内的水。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的家用洗地机,其特征在于,所述手柄(300)具有:
    与大拇指对应的第一区域(302);以及
    与食指对应的第二区域(304);
    所述第一区域(302)设置有电源开关(303),所述第二区域(304)设置有喷水扳机(305)。
