- 如权利要求48所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一操作为修改所述第一会话;在所述会话管理功能网元确定未接收到针对所述第一消息的响应消息且接收到所述第二消息时,所述会话管理功能网元响应于所述第二消息向所述接入和移动性管理功能网元发送第三消息,包括:在所述会话管理功能网元确定未接收到针对所述第一信息的响应消息,且接收到所述第二消息,且未请求建立所述第一会话的用户面资源时,所述会话管理功能网元响应于所述第二消息向所述接入和移动性管理功能网元发送所述第三消息。
- 如权利要求48或49所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述第三消息用于指示所述第一会话的用户面资源建立失败时,所述第三消息包括第一原因值,所述第一原因值指示所述第一会话的用户面资源建立失败的原因。
- 如权利要求50所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一会话的用户面资源建立失败的原因指示所述第一会话正在执行所述第一操作的流程。
- 如权利要求50或51所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述第三消息用于指示所述第一会话的用户面资源建立失败时,所述第三消息包括更新会话管理上下文响应消息和所述第一原因值,所述更新会话管理上下文响应消息包括用户面上下文状态信息,所述用户面上下文状态信息指示所述第一会话的用户面资源的状态处于去激活。

- 如权利要求48-54任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述第一操作为修改所述第一会话,所述第一消息包括PDU会话修改指令,所述PDU会话修改指令包括所述第一会话的标识;针对所述第一信息的响应消息为PDU会话修改完成指令,所述PDU会话修改完成指令包括所述第一会话的标识;若所述第一操作为释放所述第一会话,所述第一消息包括PDU会话释放指令,所述PDU会话释放指令包括所述第一会话的标识;针对所述第一信息的响应消息为PDU会话释放完成指令,所述PDU会话释放完成指令包括所述第一会话的标识。

- 如权利要求58-60任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:所述终端设备接收来自于所述接入和移动性管理功能网元的第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息指示所述第一操作;所述终端设备根据所述第一指示信息缓存所述第一消息或所述针对所述第一消息的响应消息。

- 如权利要求72或73所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元,用于停止第一定时器,所述第一定时器包括等待针对所述第一消息的响应消息的计时器。
- 如权利要求72-74任一项所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述收发单元,用于向所述接入和移动性管理功能网元发送第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息指示所述第一操作。

- 如权利要求72-77任一项所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元调用所述收发单元执行建立所述第一会话的用户面资源的流程具体可以包括以下步骤:向用户面功能网元发送会话修改请求消息,所述会话修改请求消息用于为所述用户面网元配置下行隧道信息,接收来自于所述用户面功能网元的会话修改响应消息,所述会话修改响应消息用于响应所述会话修改请求消息,响应所述第二消息向所述接入和移动性管理功能网元发送第三消息,所述第三消息指示所述第一会话的用户面资源建立成功。
- 如权利要求78所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述第三消息为更新会话管理上下文响应消息,所述更新会话管理上下文响应消息包括如下一个或多个:用户面上下文状态 信息或会话管理信息,所述用户面上下文状态信息指示所述第一会话的用户面资源的状态为正在激活,所述会话管理信息包括所述第一会话的用户面资源建立的相关参数。
- 如权利要求72-79任一项所述的通信装置,其特征在于,所述收发单元,用于在执行建立所述第一会话的用户面资源的流程之后,向所述接入和移动性管理功能网元发送所述第一消息。
