技术领域
本公开涉及无线通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种QoE测量报告的上报方法、设备、装置及存储介质。
背景技术
在通用移动通信系统(Universal Mobile Telecommunications System,UMTS)陆地无线接入网(UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network,UTRAN)和演进的UMTS陆地无线接入网(Evolved UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network,E-UTRAN)中,为流式服务指定了体验质量(Quality of Experience,QoE)测量收集。新空口(New Radio,NR)QoE测量不仅要收集流媒体服务的体验参数,还要考虑不同服务(如增强现实(Augmented Reality,AR)/虚拟现实(Virtual Reality,VR)和超高可靠超低时延通信(Ultra Reliable Low Latency Communication,URLLC))的典型性能要求。
NR QoE测量的目标是收集不同服务类型的体验参数,当核心网或者运行管理和维护(Operation,Administration,and Maintenance,OAM)发送QoE配置到网络侧设备后,网络侧设备会转发QoE配置到用户设备(User Equipment,UE),UE收集相关的QoE测量并上报QoE测量报告到网络侧设备,网络侧设备转发QoE测量报告到核心网或者OAM。通常QoE测量报告是很大的,当网络侧设备的负载较大,或者UE切换或重连接到一个不支持QoE功能的网络侧设备等情况时,网络侧设备需要控制UE的QoE测量报告的上报来减轻负担或者保证QoE测量报告的有效性。当负载减轻后,网络侧设备恢复UE的QoE测量报告的上报,此时会有大量的UE上报大量的QoE 测量报告,容易造成新一轮的网络侧设备拥塞。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本公开实施例提供一种QoE测量报告的上报方法、设备、装置及存储介质。
第一方面,本公开实施例提供一种体验质量QoE测量报告的上报方法,应用于用户终端,包括:
接收网络侧设备发送的QoE测量报告的第一指示信息;
根据所述第一指示信息,向所述网络侧设备上报QoE测量报告和/或QoE测量报告相关信息。
可选地,所述第一指示信息用于指示上报QoE测量报告,所述第一指示信息包括以下任意一种或多种:
上报的QoE测量报告的QoE测量标识ID;
超时后上报QoE测量报告的定时器;

第三代合作伙伴计划(3rd Generation Partnership Project,3GPP)协议定义了两种类型的QoE配置类型,一个是signalling based case,即基于信令的QoE配置类型,过程是OAM发送QoE配置到核心网(Core Network,CN),CN发送QoE配置到网络侧设备,网络侧设备转发QoE配置到UE,这种情况下的配置是针对特定UE的;另一个是management based case,即基于管理的QoE配置类型,过程是OAM直接发送QoE配置到网络侧设备,网络侧设备转发配置到UE,这种情况下是针对特定或者多个UE进行配置的。
在R16协议版本中定义了Quality of Experience(QoE)measurement management parameters体验质量(QoE)测量管理参数,其中包括:
a、QoE collection entity address
这是一个参数,用于定义QoE测量收集(QoE Measurement Collection,QMC)记录将传输到的互联网协议(Internet Protocol,IP)地址。可以使用互联网协议版本4(Internet Protocol version 4,Ipv4)或互联网协议版本6(Internet Protocol version 6,Ipv6)地址。
b、QoE reference
这个参数定义了网络请求会话,QoE reference应该是全球唯一的,所以由以下组成:
移动国家码(Mobile Country Code,MCC)+移动网络码(Mobile Network Code,MNC)+QMC标识(Identifier,ID),其中MCC和MNC是和trace激活请求一起来自于管理系统,用来定义管理系统包含的一个公共陆地移动网(Public Land Mobile Network,PLMN),QMC ID是3字节字符串。
c、PLMN target
此参数定义了当无线接入网(Radio Access Network,RAN)中支持多个PLMN时,在基于区域的QMC的情况下,应在网络请求会话中为其选择会话的PLMN(这意味着指定的PLMN允许共享小区和非共享小区)。此外,几个PLMN可用于非共享RAN案例以及共享RAN案例)。在UE报告为所选PLMN的PLMN与PLMN目标相同的情况下,只能选择会话。注意,PLMN目标可能不同于在网络请求会话Id中指定的PLMN,因为它指定了包含从网元(Network Equipment,NE)请求跟踪会话的管理系统的PLMN。如果部署了网络共享,则该参数是必需的。
d、Area scope
Area scope定义了应该执行QoE测量的物理区域或者小区或者追踪区域或者位置区域。如果该参数不存在,则应该在目标PLMN中规定的所有PLMN内进行QMC。
e、QMC configuration file

Recording session id应该和在应用层的整个会话是相同的,然而对应于每 一个不同的会话recording session id应该是不同的。
当核心网或者OAM发送QoE配置到网络侧设备后,网络侧设备会转发QoE配置到UE,UE收集相关的QoE测量并上报到网络侧设备。通常QoE测量报告是很大的,当网络侧设备的负载较大,或者UE切换或者重连接到一个不支持QoE功能的网络侧设备等情况时,网络侧设备需要控制UE的QoE测量报告的上报来减轻负担或者保证QoE测量报告的有效性。当负载减轻后,网络侧设备恢复UE的QoE测量报告的上报,此时会有大量的UE上报大量的QoE测量报告,容易造成新一轮的网络侧设备拥塞。
针对上述问题,本公开各实施例提供一种解决方案,能够避免网络侧设备恢复QoE测量报告上报后造成新一轮的拥塞。
图1为本公开实施例提供的QoE测量报告的上报方法的流程示意图,该方法应用于用户终端UE,如图1所示,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤100、接收网络侧设备发送的QoE测量报告的第一指示信息。
第一指示信息用于指示用户终端上报QoE测量报告和/或QoE测量报告相关信息。
步骤101、根据第一指示信息,向网络侧设备上报QoE测量报告和/或QoE测量报告相关信息。
具体地,在网络侧设备恢复用户终端的QoE测量报告的上报时,为了避免大量的用户终端上报大量的QoE测量报告而造成新一轮的网络侧设备拥塞,本公开实施例中,网络侧设备(例如基站下一代节点B(next generation NodeB,gNB))可以向用户终端发送第一指示信息,用户终端接收到第一指示信息后,可以根据第一指示信息中的指示来上报QoE测量报告和/或QoE测量报告相关信息。具体用户终端如何根据第一指示信息中的指示来上报QoE测量报告和/或QoE测量报告相关信息,以及QoE测量报告相关信息的具体内容将在下文中进行介绍。
可选地,上述第一指示信息可包括在各种专用信令中或广播消息中,在此不做具体限定。
本公开实施例提供的QoE测量报告的上报方法,用户终端可以根据网络 侧设备发送的第一指示信息来上报QoE测量报告和/或QoE测量报告相关信息,从而可以避免在网络侧设备恢复用户终端的QoE测量报告的上报时,大量的用户终端上报大量的QoE测量报告而造成新一轮的网络侧设备拥塞。
可选地,所述第一指示信息用于指示上报QoE测量报告,第一指示信息可以包括以下任意一种或多种:
(1)上报的QoE测量报告的QoE测量标识ID。
具体地,网络侧设备可以向用户终端发送第一指示信息,第一指示信息中包括上报的QoE测量报告的QoE测量标识ID,即网络侧设备指示恢复哪些QoE测量标识ID的QoE测量报告的上报,用户终端接收到该第一指示信息后,就可以根据该第一指示信息确定可以上报哪些QoE测量标识ID的QoE测量报告,从而选择相应QoE测量标识ID的QoE测量报告进行上报。其中,第一指示信息中指示的QoE测量标识ID可以是一个或多个。
可选地,上述QoE测量标识ID可以是QoE reference。
需要说明的是,各QoE配置所对应的QoE测量标识ID可以是网络侧设备携带在QoE测量配置消息中发送给用户终端的,从而用户终端可以根据QoE测量标识ID确定相应的QoE配置的QoE测量报告。
(2)超时后上报QoE测量报告的定时器。
具体地,网络侧设备可以向用户终端发送第一指示信息,第一指示信息中包括超时后上报QoE测量报告的定时器,例如,定时器时间设置为30毫秒,即指示用户终端在定时器的30毫秒计时结束后可以上报QoE测量报告,用户终端接收到该第一指示信息后,就可以根据该第一指示信息中的定时器确定在多长时间后进行QoE测量报告的上报。
(3)限制上报QoE测量报告的大小。
具体地,网络侧设备可以向用户终端发送第一指示信息,第一指示信息中包括限制上报QoE测量报告的大小,例如,可以限制用户终端可以上报的总的QoE测量报告的大小,也可以限制用户终端可以上报的每个服务类型或者QoE测量标识ID对应的QoE测量报告的大小,也可以限制用户终端可以上报的每种配置类型对应的QoE测量报告的大小,用户终端接收到该第一指 示信息后,就可以根据该第一指示信息确定可以上报的QoE测量报告的大小,从而选择合适大小的QoE测量报告进行上报。
(4)上报的QoE测量报告的服务类型。
具体地,网络侧设备可以向用户终端发送第一指示信息,第一指示信息中包括上报的QoE测量报告的服务类型,即网络侧设备指示恢复哪些服务类型的QoE测量报告的上报,用户终端接收到该第一指示信息后,就可以根据该第一指示信息确定可以上报哪些服务类型的QoE测量报告,从而选择相应服务类型的QoE测量报告进行上报。其中,上述第一指示信息指示的服务类型可以是一个或多个。
(5)上报的QoE测量报告的服务类型优先级。
具体地,网络侧设备可以向用户终端发送第一指示信息,第一指示信息中包括上报的QoE测量报告的服务类型优先级,即网络侧设备指示恢复哪些服务类型优先级的QoE测量报告的上报,用户终端接收到该第一指示信息后,就可以根据该第一指示信息确定可以上报哪些服务类型优先级的QoE测量报告,从而选择相应的QoE测量报告进行上报。其中,各服务类型的优先级可以由OAM或核心网或网络侧设备预先配置给用户终端,也可以通过专用信令或广播消息发送给用户终端。
(6)上报的QoE测量报告的QoE测量标识ID优先级。
具体地,网络侧设备可以向用户终端发送第一指示信息,第一指示信息中包括上报的QoE测量报告的QoE测量标识ID优先级,即网络侧设备指示恢复哪些QoE测量标识ID优先级的QoE测量报告的上报,用户终端接收到该第一指示信息后,就可以根据该第一指示信息确定可以上报哪些QoE测量标识ID优先级的QoE测量报告,从而选择相应的QoE测量报告进行上报。其中,各QoE测量标识ID的优先级可以由OAM或核心网或网络侧设备预先配置给用户终端,也可以通过专用信令或广播消息发送给用户终端。
(7)上报的QoE测量报告的配置类型。
具体地,网络侧设备可以向用户终端发送第一指示信息,第一指示信息中包括上报的QoE测量报告的配置类型,即网络侧设备指示恢复哪些配置类 型的QoE测量报告的上报,例如,可以指示恢复基于信令的QoE配置类型所对应的QoE测量报告,也可以指示恢复基于管理的QoE配置类型所对应的QoE测量报告,用户终端接收到该第一指示信息后,就可以根据该第一指示信息确定可以上报哪些配置类型的QoE测量报告,从而选择相应的QoE测量报告进行上报。
(8)QoE测量报告上报的定时回退时间。
具体地,网络侧设备可以向用户终端发送第一指示信息,第一指示信息中包括QoE测量报告上报的定时回退时间,即网络侧设备指示用户终端在定时器超时后再等待多长时间(即定时回退时间)可以上报QoE测量报告,例如,定时器时间设置为30毫秒,定时回退时间设置为10毫秒,即指示用户终端在定时器的30毫秒计时结束后再等待10毫秒上报QoE测量报告,用户终端接收到该第一指示信息后,就可以根据该第一指示信息中的定时回退时间确定在多长时间后进行QoE测量报告的上报。其中,定时器可以是网络侧设备预先配置给用户终端的,也可以是网络侧设备通过专用信令或广播消息发送给用户终端的。
本公开实施例提供的QoE测量报告的上报方法,用户终端可以根据网络侧设备发送的第一指示信息来上报QoE测量报告,从而可以避免在网络侧设备恢复用户终端的QoE测量报告的上报时,大量的用户终端上报大量的QoE测量报告而造成新一轮的网络侧设备拥塞。

具体地,本公开实施例中,网络侧设备可以通过第一指示信息向不同的用户终端指示不同的时间指示信息,这就意味着不同的用户终端进行QoE测量报告上报的时间不同。

需要说明的是,各QoE配置所对应的QoE测量标识ID可以是网络侧设备携带在QoE测量配置消息中发送给用户终端的,从而用户终端可以根据QoE测量标识ID确定相应的QoE配置的QoE测量报告。
(2)超时后上报QoE测量报告的定时器。
具体地,网络侧设备可以向用户终端发送第一指示信息,第一指示信息中包括超时后上报QoE测量报告的定时器,例如,定时器时间设置为30毫秒,即指示用户终端在定时器的30毫秒计时结束后可以上报QoE测量报告,从而用户终端接收到该第一指示信息后,可以根据该第一指示信息中的定时器确定在多长时间后进行QoE测量报告的上报。
(3)限制上报QoE测量报告的大小。
具体地,网络侧设备可以向用户终端发送第一指示信息,第一指示信息中包括限制上报QoE测量报告的大小,例如,可以限制用户终端可以上报的总的QoE测量报告的大小,也可以限制用户终端可以上报的每个服务类型或者QoE测量标识ID对应的QoE测量报告的大小,也可以限制用户终端可以上报的每种配置类型对应的QoE测量报告的大小,从而用户终端接收到该第一指示信息后,可以根据该第一指示信息确定可以上报的QoE测量报告的大小,从而选择合适大小的QoE测量报告进行上报。

(8)QoE测量报告上报的定时回退时间。
具体地,网络侧设备可以向用户终端发送第一指示信息,第一指示信息中包括QoE测量报告上报的定时回退时间,即网络侧设备指示用户终端在定时器超时后再等待多长时间(即定时回退时间)可以上报QoE测量报告,例如,定时器时间设置为30毫秒,定时回退时间设置为10毫秒,即指示用户终端在定时器的30毫秒计时结束后再等待10毫秒上报QoE测量报告,从而用户终端接收到该第一指示信息后,可以根据该第一指示信息中的定时回退时间确定在多长时间后进行QoE测量报告的上报。其中,所述定时器可以是网络侧设备预先配置给用户终端的,也可以是网络侧设备通过专用信令或广播消息发送给用户终端的。

本公开实施例涉及的网络侧设备,可以是基站,该基站可以包括多个为终端提供服务的小区。根据具体应用场合不同,基站又可以称为接入点,或者可以是接入网中在空中接口上通过一个或多个扇区与无线终端设备通信的设备,或者其它名称。网络侧设备可用于将收到的空中帧与网际协议(Internet Protocol,IP)分组进行相互更换,作为无线终端设备与接入网的其余部分之间的路由器,其中接入网的其余部分可包括网际协议(IP)通信网络。网络侧设备还可协调对空中接口的属性管理。例如,本公开实施例涉及的网络侧设备可以是全球移动通信系统(Global System for Mobile communications,GSM)或码分多址接入(Code Division Multiple Access,CDMA)中的网络设备(Base Transceiver Station,BTS),也可以是带宽码分多址接入(Wide-band Code Division Multiple Access,WCDMA)中的网络设备(NodeB),还可以是长期演进(long term evolution,LTE)系统中的演进型网络设备(evolutional Node B,eNB或e-NodeB)、5G网络架构(next generation system)中的5G基站(gNB),也可以是家庭演进基站(Home evolved Node B,HeNB)、中继节点(relay node)、家庭基站(femto)、微微基站(pico)等,本公开实施例中并不限定。在一些网络结构中,网络侧设备可以包括集中单元(centralized unit,CU)节点和分布单元(distributed unit,DU)节点,集中单元和分布单元也可以地理上分开布置。

  17. 根据权利要求12、13、14或16所述的QoE测量报告的上报方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    向所述用户终端发送第二指示信息,所述第二指示信息用于指示所述用户终端上报所有的QoE测量报告;或者,
    向所述用户终端发送第三指示信息,所述第三指示信息用于指示所述用户终端上报QoE测量报告;
    所述第三指示信息包括以下任意一种或多种:
    超时后上报QoE测量报告的定时器;
    限制上报QoE测量报告的大小;
    上报的QoE测量报告的服务类型;
    上报的QoE测量报告的服务类型优先级;
    上报的QoE测量报告的QoE测量标识ID;
    上报的QoE测量报告的QoE测量标识ID优先级;
    上报的QoE测量报告的配置类型;
    QoE测量报告上报的定时回退时间。
  18. 一种用户终端,包括存储器,收发机,处理器:
    存储器,用于存储计算机程序;收发机,用于在所述处理器的控制下收发数据;处理器,用于读取所述存储器中的计算机程序并执行以下操作:
    接收网络侧设备发送的体验质量QoE测量报告的第一指示信息;
    根据所述第一指示信息,向所述网络侧设备上报QoE测量报告和/或QoE测量报告相关信息。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的用户终端,其特征在于,所述第一指示信息用于指示上报QoE测量报告,所述第一指示信息包括以下任意一种或多种:
    上报的QoE测量报告的QoE测量标识ID;
    超时后上报QoE测量报告的定时器;
    限制上报QoE测量报告的大小;
    上报的QoE测量报告的服务类型;
    上报的QoE测量报告的服务类型优先级;
    上报的QoE测量报告的QoE测量标识ID优先级;
    上报的QoE测量报告的配置类型;
    QoE测量报告上报的定时回退时间。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的用户终端,其特征在于,所述向所述网络侧设备上报QoE测量报告和/或QoE测量报告相关信息,包括:
    向所述网络侧设备上报暂停QoE测量报告上报后所存储的QoE测量报告,和/或暂停QoE测量报告上报后所存储的QoE测量报告相关信息。
  21. 根据权利要求18所述的用户终端,其特征在于,所述操作应用于暂停QoE测量报告上报后恢复QoE测量报告上报的场景。
  22. 根据权利要求18至21任一项所述的用户终端,其特征在于,根据所述第一指示信息,向所述网络侧设备上报QoE测量报告和QoE测量报告相关信息,具体包括:

    剩余QoE测量报告的服务类型和/或QoE测量标识ID;
    剩余QoE测量报告的配置类型;
    剩余QoE测量报告的服务类型和/或QoE测量标识ID对应的QoE测量报告的大小;
    剩余QoE测量报告的配置类型对应的QoE测量报告的大小;
    用于表征是否已经上报完QoE测量报告的第一标识。

    请求所述用户终端上报存储的QoE测量报告的大小;
    请求所述用户终端上报存储的QoE测量报告的服务类型和/或QoE测量标识ID对应的QoE测量报告的大小;
    请求所述用户终端上报存储的QoE测量报告的配置类型对应的QoE测量报告的大小;
    请求所述用户终端上报QoE测量报告的存储时间;
    请求所述用户终端上报存储的QoE测量报告的服务类型和/或QoE测量标识ID;

    存储的QoE测量报告的配置类型对应的QoE测量报告的大小;
    QoE测量报告的存储时间;
    存储的QoE测量报告的服务类型和/或QoE测量标识ID;
    存储的QoE测量报告的配置类型;
    用于表征是否已经上报完QoE测量报告的第一标识。
  25. 根据权利要求18或21所述的用户终端,其特征在于,所述第一指示信息为指示所述用户终端恢复上报QoE测量报告的第二标识。
  26. 根据权利要求18、23、24、25任一项所述的用户终端,其特征在于,所述操作还包括:
    接收所述网络侧设备发送的第二指示信息,所述第二指示信息用于指示所述用户终端上报所有的QoE测量报告;或者,
    接收所述网络侧设备发送的第三指示信息,所述第三指示信息用于指示所述用户终端上报QoE测量报告;
    所述第三指示信息包括以下任意一种或多种:
    超时后上报QoE测量报告的定时器;
    限制上报QoE测量报告的大小;
    上报的QoE测量报告的服务类型;
    上报的QoE测量报告的服务类型优先级;
    上报的QoE测量报告的QoE测量标识ID;
    上报的QoE测量报告的QoE测量标识ID优先级;
    上报的QoE测量报告的配置类型;
    QoE测量报告上报的定时回退时间。
  27. 根据权利要求18或21所述的用户终端,其特征在于,所述第一指示信息为用于指示所述用户终端上报QoE测量报告的时间指示信息。

  29. 一种网络侧设备,包括存储器,收发机,处理器:
    存储器,用于存储计算机程序;收发机,用于在所述处理器的控制下收发数据;处理器,用于读取所述存储器中的计算机程序并执行以下操作:
    向用户终端发送体验质量QoE测量报告的第一指示信息;

    接收所述用户终端根据所述第一指示信息上报的暂停QoE测量报告上报后所存储的QoE测量报告,和/或暂停QoE测量报告上报后所存储的QoE测量报告相关信息。

    接收所述网络侧设备发送的第二指示信息,所述第二指示信息用于指示所述用户终端上报所有的QoE测量报告;或者,
    接收所述网络侧设备发送的第三指示信息,所述第三指示信息用于指示所述用户终端上报QoE测量报告;
    所述第三指示信息包括以下任意一种或多种:
    超时后上报QoE测量报告的定时器;
    限制上报QoE测量报告的大小;
    上报的QoE测量报告的服务类型;
    上报的QoE测量报告的服务类型优先级;
    上报的QoE测量报告的QoE测量标识ID;
    上报的QoE测量报告的QoE测量标识ID优先级;

  46. 一种体验质量QoE测量报告的上报装置,其特征在于,应用于网络侧设备,包括:
    发送单元,用于向用户终端发送QoE测量报告的第一指示信息;
