本发明的瓶座组件中,瓶座上安装有可转动的翻转栏杆。当瓶座的瓶装物需要围挡时,可将翻转栏杆转动至围挡位置,以由其围挡部对瓶装物进行围挡,使瓶装物位置更加稳固,不会产生倾倒或坠落。当瓶座内没有瓶装物或者不需要围挡时,可将翻转栏杆转动至搁物位置,以使其围挡部位于瓶座下方用于放置物品,一方面使围挡部不影响瓶座的正常储物,另一方面使围 挡部本身也在瓶座下方进行储物,提高了瓶座下方的空间利用率。本发明的瓶座组件仅在必要时才对放置在瓶座内的瓶状物施加有效约束,实现了“按需围挡”,使用非常灵活、功能更加丰富。
进一步地,本发明的瓶座组件中,翻转栏杆还包括可转动的托架,当翻转栏杆处于搁物位置时,使托架搭在围挡部上,以便更好地承载物品(围挡部的作用是围挡瓶装物,因此不可能将其设计地足够致密,故不利于承载物品)。而当翻转栏杆转动至围挡位置时,使托架处于垂挂在围挡部边缘的竖置状态,使其不占据瓶座的正上方空间,不影响瓶座的正常储物。例如,可使托架贴靠于门体内侧表面,这样一来,利用托架对围挡部进行支撑,使围挡部的位置更加稳固。
进一步地,本发明的冰箱中,使门体上安装有磁吸部,当翻转栏杆处于围挡位置时,使磁吸部通过磁力吸引翻转栏杆,使翻转栏杆的位置更加稳固。

具体实施方式
下面参照图1至图5来描述本发明实施例的冰箱及其瓶座组件。其中,“前”、“后”、“上”、“下”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“横向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
术语“第一”、“第二”等仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”等特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征,也即包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。当某个特征“包括或者包含”某个或某些其涵盖的特征时,除非另外特别地描述,这指示不排除其它特征和可以进一步包括其它特征。

图1是根据本发明一个实施例的冰箱的结构示意图;图2是本发明一个实施例的门体和瓶座组件在翻转栏杆处于围挡状态时的结构示意图;图3是图2中的瓶座组件的结构示意图;图4是图2所示结构在翻转栏杆处于搁物状态时的结构示意图;图5是图4中的瓶座组件的结构示意图。
如图1至图5所示,本发明实施例提供了一种冰箱。冰箱包括门体,以用于打开或关闭冰箱箱体限定的储物间室。本发明实施例并不限定门体的布局方式,如图1所示,冰箱可包括两个对开式的门体10以及两个抽屉门30。
冰箱整体可通过蒸气压缩制冷循环系统进行制冷,其限定有一个冷却室,冷却室内设置有蒸发器,以用于对空气进行冷却。利用风道将冷风传输至各储物间室,以对各储物间室进行制冷。每个储物间室可对应设置相应的门体,以用于开闭储物间室。
根据制冷温度的不同,冰箱内部的各储物间室可划分为冷藏室、冷冻室和变温室等不同间室。例如冷藏室内的温度一般控制在2℃至10℃之间,优先为4℃至7℃。冷冻室内的温度范围一般控制在-22℃至-14℃。变温室可在-18℃至8℃之间调节,以实现变温效果。不同种类的物品的最佳存储温度并不相同,适宜存放的储物间室也并不相同。例如果蔬类食物适宜存放于冷藏室,而肉类食物适宜存放于冷冻室。
冰箱还包括至少一个瓶座组件20,瓶座组件20包括瓶座100,瓶座100 可拆卸地安装于门体10的内侧,具体为安装于门体10内侧的门衬上,以便放置物品。下面参考图2至图5对本发明实施例的瓶座组件20进行详细介绍。
如图2至图5所示,本发明实施例提供了一种用于冰箱的瓶座组件20。瓶座组件20一般性地可包括瓶座100和翻转栏杆200。
瓶座100用于安装在冰箱的门体10的内侧,以用于放置瓶状物。瓶状物指的是采用瓶装或罐装的存储物。具体如图2所示,瓶座100可为盒体状,其上侧敞开形成开口以便放置瓶状物。瓶座100的两侧壁可设置有插槽,以供门体10的内侧的卡持凸起插入其中,从而将瓶座100固定于门体10,用户向上一提,即可取下瓶座100。瓶座100的上述安装方式在现有技术中广泛应用,在此不再做更详细地介绍。
翻转栏杆200包括围挡部210和两个连杆220。两个连杆220的第一端(图3状态的上端)分别固定于围挡部210的横向两端(横向方向已在图中标示出),第二端(图3状态的下端)分别可绕横向轴线转动地安装于瓶座100的两个横向侧壁120。翻转栏杆200配置成:可转动至使围挡部210位于瓶座100上方,以用于对瓶座100内的存储物进行围挡的围挡位置,如图2和图3;或转动至使围挡部210位于瓶座100下方,以用于承载物品的搁物位置,如图4和图5。
本发明实施例的瓶座组件20安装于门体10后,当瓶座100上放置了较高的瓶装物,用户想对瓶装物施加围挡时,可将如图2和图3所示,将翻转栏杆200转动至围挡位置,使围挡部210位于瓶座100上方,并围住瓶装物,以避免其在门体10剧烈开启时位置不稳,倾倒或甚至坠落。而当瓶座100内没有瓶装物或者瓶装物较小不需要围挡时,可如图4和图5所示,将翻转栏杆200转动至搁物位置,以使其围挡部210位于瓶座100下方用于放置物品。如此一来,一方面使围挡部210不影响瓶座100的正常储物,另一方面使围挡部210本身也在瓶座100下方进行储物,提高了瓶座100下方的空间利用率。
由上可见,本发明实施例的瓶座组件20中,围挡部210仅在必要时才对放置在瓶座100内的瓶状物施加有效约束,实现了“按需围挡”,具有两种使用场景,功能更加丰富,使用非常灵活方便。
在一些实施例中,如图2至图5所示,翻转栏杆200还包括托架230。 托架230可转动地安装于围挡部210的边缘。翻转栏杆200配置成:在翻转栏杆200处于围挡位置时,使托架230处于垂挂在围挡部210边缘的竖置状态,如图2和图3,如此一来,使其不占据瓶座100的正上方空间,不影响瓶座100的正常储物。当翻转栏杆200转动至搁物位置时,使托架230转动至平置状态(水平设置或大致水平设置的状态,以便在其上面搁置物品)并搭在围挡部210上,以用于承载物品,如图4和图5。由于围挡部210的作用是围挡瓶装物,因此其不可能设计地过于致密,不利于承载物品,故设置托架230,由围挡部210支撑托架230,将物品放置在托架230上即可。
在一些实施例中,如图2至图5所示,使托架230可绕一横向轴线转动地安装于围挡部210。并且,翻转栏杆200配置成在其处于围挡位置时,使托架230贴靠于门体10的内侧表面。也就是使托架230竖立在瓶装物后侧,以使其完全不影响瓶装物的摆放。而且,也可使托架230底部与瓶座100顶部接触,由瓶座100支撑托架230,然后由托架230支撑围挡部210,使围挡部210的位置更加稳固。
在一些实施例中,可使门体10上安装有磁吸部(未图示),在翻转栏杆200处于围挡位置时,磁吸部通过磁力吸引翻转栏杆200,以使其保持在围挡位置。例如,磁吸部可为磁铁,其贴在门体10门侧表面或者嵌在门体10内侧。翻转栏杆200的整体或者局部为钢铁材料,在翻转栏杆200处于围挡位置,使磁吸部与翻转栏杆200的实体部分相对,以实现磁吸,使翻转栏杆200被“吸”在门体10上。优选设置多个磁吸部,以与托架230多处以及连杆220的多处相对,以使翻转栏杆200的位置更加稳固。
在一些实施例中,如图2至图5所示,可使围挡部210为矩形圈状,具体由沿横向方向延伸的两个横杆211、212和连接两个横杆211、212两端的两个侧杆213、214围成。并且,每个连杆220的延伸方向(主体部分的延伸方向)垂直于侧杆213、214,其两端分别弯折形成两个横向延伸的弯折段221,以分别连接侧杆213、214和瓶座100的横向侧壁120。例如在图3的视角下,两个横杆211、212沿横向方向延伸,侧杆213沿前后方向延伸,且连接两个横杆211、212的左侧端部,侧杆214沿前后方向延伸,且连接两个横杆211、212的右侧端部。连杆220(的主体部分)沿上下方向延伸(垂直于侧杆213、214),连杆220的两端分别弯折形成两个弯折段221,一个弯折段221连接侧杆213、214,另一弯折段221可转动地安装于瓶座100 的横向侧壁120。
托架230包括“U”形外框231和至少一个支撑杆232。“U”形外框231包括沿横向方向延伸的横边2311和从横边2311弯折延伸出的两个竖边2312,横边2311可转动地连接于一个横杆211。支撑杆232沿横向方向延伸且固定于两个竖边2312上,在托架230处于搭在围挡部210的状态时,“U”形外框231被围挡部210围在其内,支撑杆232的端部搭在围挡部210的侧杆213、214上,如图5。这便以非常简单的结构实现了托架230与围挡部210的相互搭接,且不会使“U”形外框231的高于围挡部210的环圈,结构非常巧妙。支撑杆232可为多个,以更好地支撑瓶装物,例如图中设置两个。
如图5所示,可使支撑杆232上形成有至少一处内凹区段2322,在托架230处于搭在围挡部210的状态时,内凹区段2322朝下凹进,以便容纳瓶状物,使得瓶状物恰好处于内凹区段2322内,以约束其横向方向的自由度。如图5,每个支撑杆232形成三个内凹区段2322,以便可放置三个瓶装物,如图4。
在一些实施例中,请参考图3和图5,“U”形外框231的横边2311通过多个连接件240连接于围挡部210的横杆211、212。每个连接件240开设有两个相平行的通孔,横边2311和横杆211分别可转动地插入一个通孔内。这样一来,托架230既能绕横杆211转动,又能绕横边2311转动,以便能够转动至位于横杆211下方(翻转栏杆200处于围挡位置时)和横杆211内侧(翻转栏杆200处于搁物位置时)。
在一些实施例中,请参考图3,每个连杆220可转动地安装于瓶座100的横向侧壁120的安装孔121内。并且,瓶座100的每个横向侧壁120具有高度不同的多个安装孔121,以便改变连杆220的安装位置。
例如图3,可设置两个安装孔121,图3状态下,连杆220安装于位置较高的安装孔121内,如此当翻转栏杆200处于围挡位置时,围挡部210位置较高,适合用于围挡较高的瓶装物,当翻转栏杆200转动至搁物位置时,围挡部210位置较高,与瓶座100底部间距较小,适合放置较细的瓶装物。可知,如果将连杆220安装于另一安装孔121,当翻转栏杆200处于围挡位置时,围挡部210位置变低,适合用于围挡较矮的瓶装物,当翻转栏杆200转动至搁物位置时,围挡部210位置较低,与瓶座100底部间距变大,适合 放置较粗的瓶装物。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于冰箱的瓶座组件,包括:
    瓶座,用于安装在所述冰箱的门体内侧;和
    翻转栏杆,其包括围挡部和两个连杆,两个所述连杆的第一端分别固定于所述围挡部的横向两端,第二端分别可绕横向轴线转动地安装于所述瓶座的两个横向侧壁,所述翻转栏杆配置成:
    可转动至使所述围挡部位于所述瓶座上方,以用于对所述瓶座内的存储物进行围挡的围挡位置;
    或转动至使所述围挡部位于所述瓶座下方,以用于承载物品的搁物位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的瓶座组件,其中所述翻转栏杆还包括:
    托架,可转动地安装于所述围挡部的边缘;所述翻转栏杆配置成:
    在所述翻转栏杆处于所述围挡位置时,使所述托架处于垂挂在所述围挡部边缘的竖置状态;
    在所述翻转栏杆转动至所述搁物位置时,使所述托架转动至平置状态并搭在所述围挡部上,以用于承载物品。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的瓶座组件,其中
    所述托架可绕横向轴线转动地安装于所述围挡部;且
    所述翻转栏杆配置成在其处于所述围挡位置时,使所述托架贴靠于所述门体的内侧表面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的瓶座组件,其中
    所述围挡部为矩形圈状,其由沿横向方向延伸的两个横杆和连接两个所述横杆两端的两个侧杆围成;
    每个所述连杆的延伸方向垂直于所述侧杆,其两端分别弯折形成两个横向延伸的弯折段,以分别连接所述侧杆和所述瓶座的横向侧壁。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的瓶座组件,其中
    所述托架包括“U”形外框和至少一个支撑杆,所述“U”形外框包括 沿横向方向延伸的横边和从所述横边弯折延伸出的两个竖边,所述横边可转动地连接于一个所述横杆;
    所述支撑杆沿横向方向延伸且固定于两个所述竖边上,在所述托架处于搭在所述围挡部的状态时,所述“U”形外框被所述围挡部围在其内,所述支撑杆的端部搭在所述围挡部的所述侧杆上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的瓶座组件,其中
    所述支撑杆上形成有至少一处内凹区段,在所述托架处于搭在所述围挡部的状态时,所述内凹区段朝下凹进,以便容纳瓶状物。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的瓶座组件,其中
    所述横边通过多个连接件连接于所述横杆,每个所述连接件开设有两个相平行的通孔,所述横边和所述横杆分别可转动地插入一个所述通孔内,以便所述托架绕所述横杆和所述横边转动。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的瓶座组件,其中
    每个所述连杆可转动地安装于所述瓶座的横向侧壁的安装孔内;且
    所述瓶座的每个横向侧壁具有高度不同的多个安装孔,以便改变所述连杆的安装位置。
  9. 一种冰箱,其包括:
    门体;和
    至少一个根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的瓶座组件,其中所述瓶座可拆卸地安装于所述门体的内侧。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的冰箱,其中
    所述门体上安装有磁吸部,在所述翻转栏杆处于所述围挡位置时,所述磁吸部通过磁力吸引所述翻转栏杆,以使其保持在所述围挡位置。
