舌苔软胶刷组件及电动冲牙器 技术领域
本申请涉及冲牙领域,特别是涉及舌苔软胶刷组件及电动冲牙器。
背景技术
适当压力的水流早已被证明能有效地清洁人们的牙齿和口腔,而冲牙器是一种清洁口腔的辅助性工具,利用脉冲水流冲击的方式来清洁牙齿、牙缝的一种工具,按照可移动性主要分为便携式及台式;冲牙器的清洁作用主要是利用在一定压力下喷射出来的高速水柱的冲击力来实现的。
但是,传统冲牙器的配件只有冲洗用的喷头,没有舌苔刷,不能起到清洁舌苔的作用。
实用新型内容
基于此,有必要提供一种舌苔软胶刷组件及电动冲牙器。
一种舌苔软胶刷组件,包括:舌苔软胶刷头、软胶板、空芯导水管杆及组装软胶套管;
所述软胶板固定设置在所述舌苔软胶刷头上,所述软胶板上设有至少三个舌苔软胶触点,各所述舌苔软胶触点规则排列;
所述舌苔软胶刷头开设有出水孔且所述出水孔的位置邻近所述舌苔软胶触点设置;
所述空芯导水管杆与所述舌苔软胶刷头连接,以连通所述出水孔;
所述组装软胶套管与所述空芯导水管杆连接,用于连通出水位置以使水流 顺序通过所述组装软胶套管、所述空芯导水管杆及所述出水孔。
上述舌苔软胶刷组件,巧妙地设计了舌苔软胶刷头应用于冲牙清洁,一方面有利于一边采用软胶刮擦舌苔一边喷水冲洗,另一方面有利于通过软胶刮擦对于舌苔实现良好的清洁作用,再一方面配合出水孔可以冲水清洗舌苔和口腔,又一方面通过设计组装软胶套管实现快速组装,有利于快速连接电动冲牙器或从电动冲牙器上拆卸出来,完全不影响电动冲牙器的正常使用,并且产品使用方便,易于更换。

在其中一个实施例中,所述舌苔软胶刷头具有长方体形状、棱柱体形状、椭圆柱体形状或圆柱体形状;或者,

在其中一个实施例中,所述舌苔软胶触点具有圆台体、棱台体、顶部钝化的圆锥体或棱锥体形状;或者,所述舌苔软胶触点的顶部呈圆球形、椭球形、部分圆球形或部分椭球形。
在其中一个实施例中,所述软胶板开设有至少三出水槽,各所述出水槽设置于各所述舌苔软胶触点之间;
所述舌苔软胶刷头设有至少三出水管,各所述出水管与各所述出水槽一一 对应设置,以于所述软胶板上形成第三出水孔。
在其中一个实施例中,所述软胶板具有矩形、圆形、半圆形、椭圆形、部分椭圆形或其结合的形状。
在其中一个实施例中,所述软胶板与所述舌苔软胶刷头一体成型设置;或者,
所述软胶板粘接设置在所述舌苔软胶刷头上。
在其中一个实施例中,所述空芯导水管杆与所述舌苔软胶刷头一体成型设置且内部形成导水空腔。
在其中一个实施例中,一种电动冲牙器,其包括冲牙器本体、喷水嘴及任一项所述舌苔软胶刷组件,所述组装软胶套管通过所述喷水嘴连接所述冲牙器本体的出水位置,且使所述冲牙器本体的出水位置通过所述喷水嘴连通所述空芯导水管杆。

在其中一个实施例中,一种舌苔软胶刷组件,其包括以下实施例的部分结构或全部结构;即,所述舌苔软胶刷组件包括以下的部分技术特征或全部技术特征。在其中一个实施例中,一种舌苔软胶刷组件如图1所示,其包括舌苔软胶刷头110、软胶板130、空芯导水管杆140及组装软胶套管150;所述软胶板130固定设置在所述舌苔软胶刷头110上,所述软胶板130上设有至少三个舌苔软胶触点131,各所述舌苔软胶触点131规则排列;所述舌苔软胶刷头110开设有出水孔120且所述出水孔120的位置邻近所述舌苔软胶触点131设置;所述空芯导水管杆140与所述舌苔软胶刷头110连接,以连通所述出水孔120;所述组装软胶套管150与所述空芯导水管杆140连接,用于连通出水位置以使水流顺序通过所述组装软胶套管150、所述空芯导水管杆140及所述出水孔120。进一步地,请一并参阅图2,本实施例中,所述软胶板130上的各所述舌苔软胶触点131规则排列成为矩阵。这样的设计,应用于冲牙清洁,为冲牙和通过软胶板以软胶刮擦方式清洁舌苔结合方案实现了从0到1的突破,有利于一边通过刷软胶刷舌苔一边喷水冲洗。
为了便于使用所述舌苔软胶刷组件,在其中一个实施例中,所述舌苔软胶刷头具有至少四面体形状,所述软胶板固定设置在所述舌苔软胶刷头的一面上; 在其中一个实施例中,所述舌苔软胶刷头具有长方体形状、棱柱体形状、椭圆柱体形状或圆柱体形状。这样的设计,巧妙地设计了舌苔软胶刷头应用于冲牙清洁,有利于方便地将所述舌苔软胶刷组件伸入口腔内部,便利地清洁舌苔。
为了解决冲牙和软胶清洁舌苔的结合问题,在其中一个实施例中,所述软胶板固定设置在所述舌苔软胶刷头上,所述软胶板上设有至少三个舌苔软胶触点,各所述舌苔软胶触点规则排列;在其中一个实施例中,所述软胶板具有矩形、圆形、半圆形、椭圆形、部分椭圆形或其结合的形状。为了确保舌苔软胶触点的刮擦作用,在其中一个实施例中,所述舌苔软胶触点具有圆台体、棱台体、顶部钝化的圆锥体或棱锥体形状;或者,在其中一个实施例中,所述舌苔软胶触点的顶部呈圆球形、椭球形、部分圆球形或部分椭球形。这样的设计,一方面有利于对所接触的舌部的舌苔起到刮擦作用,另一方面有利于避免舌苔软胶触点损伤舌部,即只除苔不伤舌,从而通过软胶刮擦对于舌苔实现良好的清洁作用。
为了配合解决冲牙和软胶清洁舌苔的结合问题,在其中一个实施例中,所述舌苔软胶刷头开设有出水孔且所述出水孔的位置邻近所述舌苔软胶触点设置;在其中一个实施例中,所述出水孔围绕所述软胶板设置;为了解决保持水压的问题,进一步地,在其中一个实施例中,各所述出水孔的总面积为喷水嘴的通过面积的2倍至10倍。这样的设计,产品使用方便一方面有利于确保出水冲洗舌苔或口腔的水压,另一方面由于不是冲洗牙缝,因此无需维持过高水压,在确保清洁作用的同时,又提升了用户的使用舒适度。
为了提高出水的均匀性,在其中一个实施例中,所述出水孔具有与所述舌苔软胶触点延伸方向相同的出水方向,在其中一个实施例中,所述出水孔具有与所述舌苔软胶触点延伸方向相垂直的出水方向。在其中一个实施例中,所述 出水孔具有与所述舌苔软胶触点延伸方向相同的出水方向,所述出水孔具有与所述舌苔软胶触点延伸方向相垂直的出水方向。即部分出水孔具有与所述舌苔软胶触点延伸方向相同的出水方向,部分出水孔具有与所述舌苔软胶触点延伸方向相垂直的出水方向。这样的设计,一方面有利于实现对口腔的润滑及冲洗作用,另一方面有利于冲去舌苔软胶刷头的舌苔软胶触点所刮擦下来的污物。
为了解决引流导水的问题,在其中一个实施例中,所述空芯导水管杆与所述舌苔软胶刷头连接,以连通所述出水孔;在其中一个实施例中,所述空芯导水管杆与所述舌苔软胶刷头一体成型设置且内部形成导水空腔。即所述舌苔软胶刷组件内部具有导水空腔,用于使水流通过组装软胶套管后流入导水空腔,然后从出水孔喷出。进一步地,在其中一个实施例中,所述空芯导水管杆与所述舌苔软胶刷头采用注塑方式一体成型设置。在其中一个实施例中,如图1及图4所示,所述空芯导水管杆140与所述舌苔软胶刷头110一体成型设置。为了解决保持水压的问题,进一步地,在其中一个实施例中,所述导水空腔的通过面积为喷水嘴的通过面积的2倍至5倍,在其中一个实施例中,各所述出水孔的总面积为喷水嘴的通过面积的2倍至10倍。在其中一个实施例中,所述导水空腔在确保水流通过的前提下可以做得很扁,只需将导水管道141导入到各个出水孔120即可。这样的设计,喷水嘴或其他出水位置例如水管,所输出的水流进入导水空腔后由于通过面积增加,因此水压降低,此时由于是清洗舌苔而不是冲洗牙缝,因此无需维持过高水压,确保了出水冲洗舌苔或口腔。可以理解的是,所述舌苔软胶刷头的大小根据口腔及舌头的大小设置,空芯导水管杆一方面用于导水,另一方面还具有便于手持操作的作用。
为了保证对于舌苔的清理作用,各所述舌苔软胶触点规则排列,且所述舌苔软胶板设置于所述舌苔软胶刷头的远离所述空芯导水管杆的一端;在其中一 个实施例中,所述软胶板与所述舌苔软胶刷头一体成型设置;或者,在其中一个实施例中,所述软胶板粘接设置在所述舌苔软胶刷头上。在其中一个实施例中,如图1、图2及图3所示,所述软胶板130粘接设置在所述舌苔软胶刷头110上。各实施例中,所述舌苔软胶刷头与所述舌苔软胶板的装配方式不限,可以为粘胶组装、超声组装或过盈配合组装等,只需能够稳固地设置所述舌苔软胶板即可。
为了便于连接冲牙器尤其是冲牙器的出水管或者喷水嘴,在其中一个实施例中,所述组装软胶套管与所述空芯导水管杆连接,用于连通出水位置以使水流顺序通过所述组装软胶套管、所述空芯导水管杆及所述出水孔。进一步地,在其中一个实施例中,所述组装软胶套管用于连通及连接出水位置。在其中一个实施例中,所述组装软胶套管以紧密插接方式连接所述出水位置以实现紧配组装及防止连接位置漏水。在其中一个实施例中,所述组装软胶套管用于在连通出水位置发生可恢复性形变,用于紧密接触出水位置或具有所述出水位置的出水结构例如喷水嘴等,以防止连接位置漏水。在其中一个实施例中,所述组装软胶套管完全嵌设或部分嵌设于所述空芯导水管杆中;或者,在其中一个实施例中,所述组装软胶套管以部分形变方式插接或螺接于所述空芯导水管杆中。在其中一个实施例中,如图1及图3所示,所述组装软胶套管150部分嵌设于所述空芯导水管杆140中,请一并参阅图6及图10,所述组装软胶套管150设有用于连通出水位置的进水口151,且进水口151连通所述空芯导水管杆140的导水管道141。这样的设计,一方面便于连接冲牙器例如冲牙器的出水管或者喷水嘴,另一方面有利于快速连接电动冲牙器或从电动冲牙器上拆卸出来,完全不影响电动冲牙器的正常使用,易于更换。
各实施例中,所述出水孔的位置和数量不限。为了解决出水方向不均的问 题,在其中一个实施例中,如图3所示,所述出水孔120围绕所述软胶板130的舌苔软胶触点131设置且排列形成至少两圈。在其中一个实施例中,所述出水孔包括与所述软胶板同处一面的至少三第一出水孔,以及处于相邻两面的至少三第二出水孔。进一步地,在其中一个实施例中,所述第一出水孔围绕所述舌苔软胶刷头设置且排列形成至少两圈;即所述第一出水孔围成至少两圈。
在其中一个实施例中,如图4所示,所述出水孔包括与所述软胶板130同处一面的至少三第一出水孔121,进一步地,在其中一个实施例中,各所述第一出水孔121围绕所述软胶板130及其舌苔软胶触点131形成至少两圈。这样的设计,有利于保证出水量及均匀度。
请一并参阅图5及图6,所述舌苔软胶刷头110具有长方体形状,长方体形状的各角部圆滑设置以保护用户。所述舌苔软胶触点131略微突出,各实施例中,所述舌苔软胶触点131突出的高度不限,以便于清洁舌苔为准即可。同样地,所述舌苔软胶板130的长度根据实际需求设置即可,本申请各实施例对此均不作额外限制。请一并参阅图7,所述空芯导水管杆140需具有一定长度以便于用户手持使用。在其中一个实施例中,所述空芯导水管杆140的长度大于等于5厘米。在其中一个实施例中,所述空芯导水管杆140的长度大于等于8厘米。
在其中一个实施例中,每一面的所述第二出水孔排列形成至少两行。为了确保邻近舌苔软胶触点的出水,在其中一个实施例中,所述舌苔软胶刷头具有至少四面体形状,所述软胶板固定设置在所述舌苔软胶刷头的一面上;所述出水孔包括与所述软胶板同处一面的至少三第一出水孔,以及处于相邻两面的至少三第二出水孔。为了调配各出水孔的出水量,在其中一个实施例中,所述第二出水孔的孔径小于所述第一出水孔的孔径。在其中一个实施例中,如图8所 示,所述舌苔软胶刷头110具有长方体形状,所述软胶板130固定设置在所述舌苔软胶刷头110的一面上;所述出水孔120包括与所述软胶板130同处一面的至少三第一出水孔121,以及处于相邻两面的至少三第二出水孔122。本实施例中,所述出水孔120中的第一出水孔121具有与所述舌苔软胶触点131延伸方向相同的出水方向,所述出水孔120中的第二出水孔122具有与所述舌苔软胶触点131延伸方向相垂直的出水方向。这样的设计,形成了全包围舌苔软胶板的出水点,有利于在清洁舌苔的过程中,在四面八方各个位置提供水流,一方面起到了润滑作用,另一方面又具有冲洗污垢的效果。
在其中一个实施例中,如图9所示,所述舌苔软胶触点131具有顶部钝化的圆锥体形状,且所述舌苔软胶触点131的顶部呈圆球形或部分圆球形或部分椭球形。这样的设计,有利于在软胶刮擦舌苔的作用下,适当保护用户,一方面具有便于生产制造所述舌苔软胶刷头的优点,另一方面有利于通过舌苔软胶板对于舌苔实现良好的清洁作用,从而确保对于舌苔的清理作用,再一方面易于手持所述舌苔软胶刷头进行舌苔清理。
为了进一步提升软胶刮擦舌苔的水流润滑作用,在其中一个实施例中,所述软胶板开设有至少三出水槽,各所述出水槽设置于各所述舌苔软胶触点之间;所述舌苔软胶刷头设有至少三出水管,各所述出水管与各所述出水槽一一对应设置,以于所述软胶板上形成第三出水孔。在其中一个实施例中,如图11所示,所述软胶板130上形成有第三出水孔123,且各第三出水孔123位于各舌苔软胶触点131之间。本实施例中,各所述第三出水孔123排列形成矩阵。这样的设计,配合第三出水孔可以冲水清洗舌苔和口腔,且在舌苔软胶触点之间,亦即在各舌苔软胶触点之间,也有水流协助滋润、润滑及冲洗,因而提升了对于舌苔的清洁效果。
下面给出一个具体实施例进行说明,但是该实施例的具体形态不应被认定为对于所述舌苔软胶刷头造型的限制。舌苔软胶刷头110上面设有若干出水孔120的同时还设置了软胶板130亦可称为舌苔软胶板,软胶板130上有若干个凸出的软胶触点即舌苔软胶触点131,空芯导水管杆140内部的导水管道与出水孔120相通,在使用时软胶板130上的舌苔软胶触点131可以起到清洁舌苔的作用,将空芯导水管杆140插到匹配的电动冲牙器的喷水嘴上,组装软胶套管150是起到紧配组装和防溢水的作用。电动冲牙器水流通过喷水嘴后经过空芯导水管杆140然后从舌苔软胶刷头110的出水孔120流出,起到冲洗舌苔和口腔的功能。这样的舌苔软胶刷组件,可以作为冲牙器配套产品使用,也可以单独连接水管使用,还可以作为冲牙器喷水嘴配套的带出水孔舌苔刷套头使用,可以实现在刷舌苔的同时能够出水冲洗清洁口腔、冲走秽物的功能。所述舌苔软胶刷组件尤其适合与配套的带水泵的电动牙刷产品组装起来使用,在使用此舌苔软胶刷组件时舌苔软胶板可以起到清洁舌苔的作用,水流通过空芯导水管杆子然后从舌苔软胶刷头的出水孔流出,起到冲洗舌苔和口腔的功能。一边刷舌苔的同时可以冲水清洗舌苔和口腔,使用方便。
为了解决传统的舌苔刷产品不带出水孔,没有洗漱功能,不能一边刷舌苔一边喷水冲洗导致使用功能单一的问题,在其中一个实施例中,一种电动冲牙器,包括冲牙器本体及任一实施例所述舌苔软胶刷组件,所述组装软胶套管连接所述冲牙器本体的出水位置,且使所述冲牙器本体的出水位置连通所述空芯导水管杆。在其中一个实施例中,所述电动冲牙器包括冲牙器本体及舌苔软胶刷组件,其中,所述舌苔软胶刷组件包括舌苔软胶刷头、软胶板、空芯导水管杆及组装软胶套管;所述软胶板固定设置在所述舌苔软胶刷头上,所述软胶板上设有至少三个舌苔软胶触点,各所述舌苔软胶触点规则排列;所述舌苔软胶 刷头开设有出水孔且所述出水孔的位置邻近所述舌苔软胶触点设置;所述空芯导水管杆与所述舌苔软胶刷头连接,以连通所述出水孔;所述组装软胶套管与所述空芯导水管杆连接,用于连通出水位置以使水流顺序通过所述组装软胶套管、所述空芯导水管杆及所述出水孔。其余实施例以此类推,不做赘述。在其中一个实施例中,一种电动冲牙器,其包括冲牙器本体、喷水嘴及任一实施例所述舌苔软胶刷组件,所述组装软胶套管通过所述喷水嘴连接所述冲牙器本体的出水位置,且使所述冲牙器本体的出水位置通过所述喷水嘴连通所述空芯导水管杆。这样的设计,巧妙地设计了舌苔软胶刷头应用于冲牙清洁,一方面有利于一边采用软胶刮擦舌苔一边喷水冲洗,另一方面有利于通过软胶刮擦对于舌苔实现良好的清洁作用,再一方面配合出水孔可以冲水清洗舌苔和口腔,又一方面通过设计组装软胶套管实现快速组装,有利于快速连接电动冲牙器或从电动冲牙器上拆卸出来,完全不影响电动冲牙器的正常使用,并且产品使用方便,易于更换。在其中一个实施例中,如图12所示,电动冲牙器200包括冲牙器本体210、喷水嘴220及舌苔软胶刷组件100,舌苔软胶刷组件100设有舌苔软胶板130及组装软胶套管150,所述组装软胶套管150通过所述喷水嘴220连接所述冲牙器本体210的出水位置,且使所述冲牙器本体210的出水位置所述喷水嘴220连通所述空芯导水管杆140,且通过所述空芯导水管杆140连通所述出水孔120。即,所述冲牙器本体210喷出的水流经过所述喷水嘴220后进入所述组装软胶套管150,然后进入所述空芯导水管杆140,然后从所述出水孔120喷出。
需要说明的是,本申请的其它实施例还包括,上述各实施例中的技术特征相互组合所形成的、能够实施的舌苔软胶刷组件及电动冲牙器。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对 上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对申请专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请的专利保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种舌苔软胶刷组件,其特征在于,包括:舌苔软胶刷头、软胶板、空芯导水管杆及组装软胶套管;
    所述软胶板固定设置在所述舌苔软胶刷头上,所述软胶板上设有至少三个舌苔软胶触点,各所述舌苔软胶触点规则排列;
    所述舌苔软胶刷头开设有出水孔且所述出水孔的位置邻近所述舌苔软胶触点设置;
    所述空芯导水管杆与所述舌苔软胶刷头连接,以连通所述出水孔;
    所述组装软胶套管与所述空芯导水管杆连接,用于连通出水位置以使水流顺序通过所述组装软胶套管、所述空芯导水管杆及所述出水孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述舌苔软胶刷组件,其特征在于,所述出水孔围绕所述软胶板设置;或者,
    所述出水孔具有与所述舌苔软胶触点延伸方向相同的出水方向,及/或,所述出水孔具有与所述舌苔软胶触点延伸方向相垂直的出水方向。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述舌苔软胶刷组件,其特征在于,所述舌苔软胶刷头具有至少四面体形状,所述软胶板固定设置在所述舌苔软胶刷头的一面上;
    所述出水孔包括与所述软胶板同处一面的至少三第一出水孔,以及处于相邻两面的至少三第二出水孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述舌苔软胶刷组件,其特征在于,所述舌苔软胶刷头具有长方体形状、棱柱体形状、椭圆柱体形状或圆柱体形状;或者,
    所述第二出水孔的孔径小于所述第一出水孔的孔径。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述舌苔软胶刷组件,其特征在于,所述舌苔软胶触点具有圆台体、棱台体、顶部钝化的圆锥体或棱锥体形状;或者,所述舌苔软胶 触点的顶部呈圆球形、椭球形、部分圆球形或部分椭球形。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述舌苔软胶刷组件,其特征在于,所述软胶板开设有至少三出水槽,各所述出水槽设置于各所述舌苔软胶触点之间;
    所述舌苔软胶刷头设有至少三出水管,各所述出水管与各所述出水槽一一对应设置,以于所述软胶板上形成第三出水孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述舌苔软胶刷组件,其特征在于,所述软胶板具有矩形、圆形、半圆形、椭圆形、部分椭圆形或其结合的形状。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述舌苔软胶刷组件,其特征在于,所述软胶板与所述舌苔软胶刷头一体成型设置;或者,
    所述软胶板粘接设置在所述舌苔软胶刷头上。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述舌苔软胶刷组件,其特征在于,所述空芯导水管杆与所述舌苔软胶刷头一体成型设置且内部形成导水空腔。
  10. 一种电动冲牙器,其特征在于,包括冲牙器本体、喷水嘴及权利要求1至9中任一项所述舌苔软胶刷组件,所述组装软胶套管通过所述喷水嘴连接所述冲牙器本体的出水位置,且使所述冲牙器本体的出水位置通过所述喷水嘴连通所述空芯导水管杆。
