基于此,有必要提供一种舌苔毛刷组件及电动冲牙器。
一种舌苔毛刷组件,包括舌苔毛刷头、空芯导水管杆及组装软胶套管;
所述舌苔毛刷头上设有舌苔刷毛,所述舌苔毛刷头开设有出水孔且所述出水孔的位置邻近所述舌苔刷毛设置;
所述空芯导水管杆与所述舌苔毛刷头连接,以连通所述出水孔;
所述舌苔刷毛规则排列,且所述舌苔刷毛设置于所述舌苔毛刷头的远离所述空芯导水管杆的一端;
所述组装软胶套管与所述空芯导水管杆连接,用于连通出水位置以使水流顺序通过所述组装软胶套管、所述空芯导水管杆及所述出水孔。
上述舌苔毛刷组件,应用于冲牙清洁,为冲牙和通过刷毛清洁舌苔结合方案实现了从0到1的突破,并且产品使用方便,一方面有利于一边通过刷毛刷舌苔一边喷水冲洗,另一方面有利于通过舌苔刷毛对于舌苔实现良好的清洁作用,再一方面配合出水孔可以冲水清洗舌苔和口腔,又一方面组装软胶套管的巧妙设计,有利于快速连接电动冲牙器或从电动冲牙器上拆卸出来,完全不影响电动冲牙器的正常使用,易于更换。
在其中一个实施例中,所述空芯导水管杆与所述舌苔毛刷头一体成型设置且内部形成导水空腔。
在其中一个实施例中,所述组装软胶套管完全嵌设或部分嵌设于所述空芯导水管杆中;或者,
所述组装软胶套管以部分形变方式插接或螺接于所述空芯导水管杆中。
在其中一个实施例中,所述舌苔毛刷头具有三角形状,且所述空芯导水管杆与所述舌苔毛刷头的一角部连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述舌苔毛刷头还开设有通槽,所述通槽的形状与所述舌苔毛刷头的外形相同或相似。
在其中一个实施例中,所述舌苔刷毛直接固定设置在所述舌苔毛刷头上;或者,
所述舌苔毛刷组件还包括固定设置于所述舌苔毛刷头内部的刷毛板,所述舌苔刷毛的一端固定于所述刷毛板中。
在其中一个实施例中,所述出水孔包括围绕所述舌苔刷毛设置的至少四个第一出水孔及至少四个第二出水孔;
各所述第一出水孔排列成两行,各所述第二出水孔排列成至少两列。
在其中一个实施例中,所述出水孔还包括设置于规则排列的所述舌苔刷毛之间的至少三个第三出水孔。
在其中一个实施例中,一种电动冲牙器,包括冲牙器本体及任一项所述舌苔毛刷组件,所述组装软胶套管连接所述冲牙器本体的出水位置,且使所述冲牙器本体的出水位置连通所述空芯导水管杆。
在其中一个实施例中,所述电动冲牙器还包括喷水嘴,所述组装软胶套管通过所述喷水嘴连接所述冲牙器本体的出水位置,且使所述冲牙器本体的出水位置通过所述喷水嘴连通所述空芯导水管杆。

在其中一个实施例中,一种舌苔毛刷组件,其包括以下实施例的部分结构或全部结构;即,所述舌苔毛刷组件包括以下的部分技术特征或全部技术特征。为了解决传统冲牙器产品没有舌苔刷配件,不能清洁舌苔导致功能性缺失面的问题,在其中一个实施例中,如图1所示,一种舌苔毛刷组件,包括舌苔毛刷头110、空芯导水管杆140及组装软胶套管150;所述舌苔毛刷头110上设有舌苔刷毛130,所述舌苔毛刷头110开设有出水孔120且所述出水孔120的位置邻近所述舌苔刷毛130设置;所述空芯导水管杆140与所述舌苔毛刷头110连接以连通所述出水孔120;所述舌苔刷毛130规则排列,且所述舌苔刷毛130设置于所述舌苔毛刷头110的远离所述空芯导水管杆140的一端;所述组装软胶套管150与所述空芯导水管杆140连接,用于连通出水位置以使水流顺序通过所述组装软胶套管150、所述空芯导水管杆140及所述出水孔120。可以理解的是,舌苔刷毛包括若干束刷毛亦即若干组刷毛,各束刷毛规则排列,在其中一个实施例中,各束刷毛规则排列成为矩阵。本实施例中,各束刷毛规则排列成为梯形,即所述舌苔刷毛130规则排列为梯形。这样的设计,应用于冲牙毛刷清洁,为冲牙和通过刷毛清洁舌苔结合方案实现了从0到1的突破,有利于一边通过 刷毛刷舌苔一边喷水冲洗。
为了解决冲牙和刷毛清洁舌苔的结合问题,在其中一个实施例中,所述舌苔毛刷头上设有舌苔刷毛,所述舌苔毛刷头开设有出水孔且所述出水孔的位置邻近所述舌苔刷毛设置;为了解决保持水压的问题,进一步地,在其中一个实施例中,各所述出水孔的总面积为喷水嘴的通过面积的2倍至10倍。这样的设计,产品使用方便一方面有利于确保出水冲洗舌苔或口腔的水压,另一方面由于不是冲洗牙缝,因此无需维持过高水压,在确保刷除清洁作用的同时,又提升了用户的使用舒适度。
为了减轻产品重量,在其中一个实施例中,所述舌苔毛刷头还开设有通槽,所述通槽的形状与所述舌苔毛刷头的外形相同或相似。在其中一个实施例中,如图1及图2所示,所述舌苔毛刷头110还开设有通槽111,所述通槽111的形状与所述舌苔毛刷头110的外形相似。这样的设计,一方面有利于减轻产品重量,另一方面有利于节省原材料。
为了解决引流导水的问题,在其中一个实施例中,所述空芯导水管杆与所述舌苔毛刷头连接,以连通所述出水孔;在其中一个实施例中,所述空芯导水管杆与所述舌苔毛刷头一体成型设置且内部形成导水空腔。即所述舌苔毛刷组件内部具有导水空腔,用于使水流通过组装软胶套管后流入导水空腔,然后从出水孔喷出。进一步地,在其中一个实施例中,所述空芯导水管杆与所述舌苔毛刷头采用注塑方式一体成型设置。在其中一个实施例中,如图1及图2所示,所述空芯导水管杆140与所述舌苔毛刷头110一体成型设置。为了解决保持水压的问题,进一步地,在其中一个实施例中,所述导水空腔的通过面积为喷水嘴的通过面积的2倍至5倍,在其中一个实施例中,各所述出水孔的总面积为喷水嘴的通过面积的2倍至10倍。在其中一个实施例中,所述导水空腔在确保 水流通过的前提下可以做得很扁,只需将导水管道141导入到各个出水孔120即可。这样的设计,喷水嘴或其他出水位置例如水管,所输出的水流进入导水空腔后由于通过面积增加,因此水压降低,此时由于是清洗舌苔而不是冲洗牙缝,因此无需维持过高水压,确保了出水冲洗舌苔或口腔。可以理解的是,所述舌苔毛刷头的大小根据口腔及舌头的大小设置,空芯导水管杆一方面用于导水,另一方面还具有便于手持操作的作用。
为了保证对于舌苔的清理作用,所述舌苔刷毛规则排列,且所述舌苔刷毛设置于所述舌苔毛刷头的远离所述空芯导水管杆的一端;各实施例中,所述舌苔毛刷头与所述舌苔刷毛的装配方式不限,可以为粘胶组装、超声组装或植毛组装等,只需能够稳固地设置所述舌苔刷毛即可。各实施例中,所述舌苔毛刷头造型不限,可为任意形态,通常以使用于口腔内部以清理舌苔为宜,下面给出一个具体实施例进行说明,但是该实施例的具体形态不应被认定为对于所述舌苔毛刷头造型的限制。在其中一个实施例中,如图1所示,所述舌苔毛刷头110具有三角形状,且所述空芯导水管杆140与所述舌苔毛刷头110的一角部连接。在其中一个实施例中,所述舌苔刷毛直接固定设置在所述舌苔毛刷头上;在其中一个实施例中,所述舌苔毛刷组件还包括固定设置于所述舌苔毛刷头内部的刷毛板,所述舌苔刷毛的一端固定于所述刷毛板中。这样的设计,一方面具有便于生产制造所述舌苔毛刷头的优点,另一方面有利于通过舌苔刷毛对于舌苔实现良好的刷毛清洁作用,从而确保对于舌苔的清理作用,再一方面易于手持所述舌苔毛刷头进行舌苔清理。
为了便于连接冲牙器尤其是冲牙器的出水管或者喷水嘴,在其中一个实施例中,所述组装软胶套管与所述空芯导水管杆连接,用于连通出水位置以使水流顺序通过所述组装软胶套管、所述空芯导水管杆及所述出水孔。进一步地, 在其中一个实施例中,所述组装软胶套管用于连通及连接出水位置。在其中一个实施例中,所述组装软胶套管以紧密插接方式连接所述出水位置以实现紧配组装及防止连接位置漏水。在其中一个实施例中,所述组装软胶套管用于在连通出水位置发生可恢复性形变,用于紧密接触出水位置或具有所述出水位置的出水结构例如喷水嘴等,以防止连接位置漏水。在其中一个实施例中,所述组装软胶套管完全嵌设或部分嵌设于所述空芯导水管杆中;或者,在其中一个实施例中,所述组装软胶套管以部分形变方式插接或螺接于所述空芯导水管杆中。在其中一个实施例中,如图2及图3所示,所述组装软胶套管150部分嵌设于所述空芯导水管杆140中,所述组装软胶套管150设有用于连通出水位置的进水口151,且进水口151连通所述空芯导水管杆140的导水管道141。这样的设计,一方面便于连接冲牙器例如冲牙器的出水管或者喷水嘴,另一方面有利于快速连接电动冲牙器或从电动冲牙器上拆卸出来,完全不影响电动冲牙器的正常使用,易于更换。
各实施例中,所述出水孔的位置和数量不限。为了解决出水方向不均的问题,在其中一个实施例中,所述出水孔包括围绕所述舌苔刷毛设置的至少四个第一出水孔及至少四个第二出水孔;各所述第一出水孔排列成两行,各所述第二出水孔排列成至少两列。这样的设计,形成了全包围舌苔刷毛的出水点,有利于在刷毛清洁舌苔的过程中,在四面八方各个位置提供水流,一方面起到了润滑作用,另一方面又具有冲洗污垢的效果。
为了进一步提升出水的均匀性,在其中一个实施例中,所述出水孔还包括设置于规则排列的所述舌苔刷毛之间的至少三个第三出水孔。这样的设计,配合出水孔可以冲水清洗舌苔和口腔,且在舌苔刷毛之间,亦即在各束刷毛之间,也有水流协助滋润、润滑及冲洗,因而提升了对于舌苔的清洁效果。
在其中一个实施例中,如图4所示,所述出水孔120包括围绕所述舌苔刷毛130设置的至少四个第一出水孔121及至少四个第二出水孔122;各所述第一出水孔121排列成两行,各所述第二出水孔122排列成至少两列。所述出水孔120还包括设置于规则排列的所述舌苔刷毛130之间的至少三个第三出水孔123。请一并参阅图5,本实施例中,各所述第三出水孔123排列形成三角形。请一并参阅图6,所述舌苔毛刷组件还包括固定设置于所述舌苔毛刷头110内部的刷毛板131,所述舌苔刷毛130的一端固定于所述刷毛板131中。
在其中一个实施例中,如图7及图8所示,所述舌苔毛刷头110呈板状,所述舌苔刷毛130的长度根据实际需求设置即可,本申请各实施例对此均不作额外限制。请一并参阅图9,所述空芯导水管杆140需具有一定长度以便于用户手持使用。在其中一个实施例中,所述空芯导水管杆140的长度大于等于5厘米。在其中一个实施例中,所述空芯导水管杆140的长度大于等于8厘米。
各实施例中,舌苔毛刷头110上面设有舌苔刷毛130的同时还设置了若干出水孔120,空芯导水管杆140内部的导水管道与出水孔120相通,在使用时舌苔刷毛130可以起到清洁舌苔的作用,将空芯导水管杆140插到匹配的电动冲牙器的喷水嘴上,组装软胶套管150是起到紧配组装和防溢水的作用。电动冲牙器水流通过喷水嘴后经过空芯导水管杆140然后从舌苔毛刷头110的出水孔120流出,起到冲洗舌苔和口腔的功能。这样的舌苔毛刷组件,可以作为冲牙器配套产品使用,也可以单独连接水管使用,还可以作为冲牙器喷水嘴配套的带出水孔舌苔刷套头使用,可以实现在刷舌苔的同时能够出水冲洗清洁口腔、冲走秽物的功能。所述舌苔毛刷组件尤其适合与配套的带水泵的电动牙刷产品组装起来使用,在使用此舌苔毛刷组件时舌苔刷毛可以起到清洁舌苔的作用,水流通过空芯导水管杆子然后从舌苔毛刷头的出水孔流出,起到冲洗舌苔和口腔 的功能。一边刷舌苔的同时可以冲水清洗舌苔和口腔,使用方便。
为了解决传统的舌苔刷产品不带出水孔,没有洗漱功能,不能一边刷舌苔一边喷水冲洗导致使用功能单一的问题,在其中一个实施例中,一种电动冲牙器,包括冲牙器本体及任一实施例所述舌苔毛刷组件,所述组装软胶套管连接所述冲牙器本体的出水位置,且使所述冲牙器本体的出水位置连通所述空芯导水管杆。在其中一个实施例中,所述电动冲牙器包括冲牙器本体及舌苔毛刷组件,其中,所述舌苔毛刷组件包括舌苔毛刷头、空芯导水管杆及组装软胶套管;所述舌苔毛刷头上设有舌苔刷毛,所述舌苔毛刷头开设有出水孔且所述出水孔的位置邻近所述舌苔刷毛设置;所述空芯导水管杆与所述舌苔毛刷头连接,以连通所述出水孔;所述舌苔刷毛规则排列,且所述舌苔刷毛设置于所述舌苔毛刷头的远离所述空芯导水管杆的一端;所述组装软胶套管与所述空芯导水管杆连接,所述组装软胶套管还连接所述冲牙器本体的出水位置,且使所述冲牙器本体的出水位置连通所述空芯导水管杆,以使水流顺序通过所述组装软胶套管、所述空芯导水管杆及所述出水孔。其余实施例以此类推,不做赘述。这样的设计,应用于冲牙刷毛清洁,产品使用方便,一方面有利于一边通过刷毛刷舌苔一边喷水冲洗,另一方面有利于通过舌苔刷毛对于舌苔实现良好的清洁作用,再一方面配合出水孔可以冲水清洗舌苔和口腔,又一方面组装软胶套管的巧妙设计,有利于快速连接电动冲牙器或从电动冲牙器上拆卸出来,完全不影响电动冲牙器的正常使用,易于更换。
在其中一个实施例中,所述电动冲牙器还包括喷水嘴,所述组装软胶套管通过所述喷水嘴连接所述冲牙器本体的出水位置,且使所述冲牙器本体的出水位置通过所述喷水嘴连通所述空芯导水管杆。在其中一个实施例中,如图10所示,电动冲牙器200包括冲牙器本体210、喷水嘴220及舌苔毛刷组件100,舌 苔毛刷组件100设有舌苔刷毛130及组装软胶套管150,舌苔毛刷组件100还开设有通槽111,所述组装软胶套管150通过所述喷水嘴220连接所述冲牙器本体210的出水位置,且使所述冲牙器本体210的出水位置所述喷水嘴220连通所述空芯导水管杆140,且通过所述空芯导水管杆140连通所述出水孔120。即,所述冲牙器本体210喷出的水流经过所述喷水嘴220后进入所述组装软胶套管150,然后进入所述空芯导水管杆140,然后从所述出水孔120喷出。
需要说明的是,本申请的其它实施例还包括,上述各实施例中的技术特征相互组合所形成的、能够实施的舌苔毛刷组件及电动冲牙器。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

  1. 一种舌苔毛刷组件,其特征在于,包括:舌苔毛刷头、空芯导水管杆及组装软胶套管;
    所述舌苔毛刷头上设有舌苔刷毛,所述舌苔毛刷头开设有出水孔且所述出水孔的位置邻近所述舌苔刷毛设置;
    所述空芯导水管杆与所述舌苔毛刷头连接,以连通所述出水孔;
    所述舌苔刷毛规则排列,且所述舌苔刷毛设置于所述舌苔毛刷头的远离所述空芯导水管杆的一端;
    所述组装软胶套管与所述空芯导水管杆连接,用于连通出水位置以使水流顺序通过所述组装软胶套管、所述空芯导水管杆及所述出水孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述舌苔毛刷组件,其特征在于,所述空芯导水管杆与所述舌苔毛刷头一体成型设置且内部形成导水空腔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述舌苔毛刷组件,其特征在于,所述组装软胶套管完全嵌设或部分嵌设于所述空芯导水管杆中;或者,
    所述组装软胶套管以部分形变方式插接或螺接于所述空芯导水管杆中。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述舌苔毛刷组件,其特征在于,所述舌苔毛刷头具有三角形状,且所述空芯导水管杆与所述舌苔毛刷头的一角部连接。

  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述舌苔毛刷组件,其特征在于,所述出水孔包括围绕所述舌苔刷毛设置的至少四个第一出水孔及至少四个第二出水孔;
    各所述第一出水孔排列成两行,各所述第二出水孔排列成至少两列。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述舌苔毛刷组件,其特征在于,所述出水孔还包括设置于规则排列的所述舌苔刷毛之间的至少三个第三出水孔。
  9. 一种电动冲牙器,其特征在于,包括冲牙器本体及权利要求1至8中任一项所述舌苔毛刷组件,所述组装软胶套管连接所述冲牙器本体的出水位置,且使所述冲牙器本体的出水位置连通所述空芯导水管杆。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述电动冲牙器,其特征在于,还包括喷水嘴,所述组装软胶套管通过所述喷水嘴连接所述冲牙器本体的出水位置,且使所述冲牙器本体的出水位置通过所述喷水嘴连通所述空芯导水管杆。
