Claims (17)
- Appareil de préparation culinaire (1, 1’) prévu pour déshydrater et broyer les aliments, comportant un réceptacle (2) pour recevoir les aliments à préparer, le réceptacle (2) présentant une paroi latérale (5), un outil de broyage (3) agencé dans le réceptacle (2), une base (10, 10’) logeant un moteur électrique (30, 30’), le moteur électrique (30, 30’) étant configuré pour entraîner en rotation l’outil de broyage (3), un dispositif de chauffe (20, 20’) agencé dans la base (10, 10’), le dispositif de chauffe (20, 20’) étant configuré pour déshydrater les aliments disposés dans le réceptacle (2), le dispositif de chauffe (20, 20’) étant un dispositif de production d’air chaud, caractérisé en ce que le réceptacle (2) est monté amovible sur la base (10, 10’), en ce que le réceptacle (2) présente un fond ajouré (4), et en ce que le dispositif de production d’air chaud est configuré pour souffler de l’air chaud dans le réceptacle (2) par le fond ajouré (4).
- Appareil de préparation culinaire (1, 1’) prévu pour déshydrater et broyer les aliments, comportant un réceptacle (2) pour recevoir les aliments à préparer, un outil de broyage (3) agencé dans le réceptacle (2), un moteur électrique (30, 30’) configuré pour entraîner en rotation l’outil de broyage (3), et un dispositif de chauffe (20, 20’) configuré pour déshydrater les aliments disposés dans le réceptacle (2), caractérisé en ce que le réceptacle (2) est monté amovible sur une base (10, 10’) logeant le moteur électrique (30, 30’), en ce que le réceptacle (2) présente un fond ajouré (4) et une paroi latérale (5), en ce que le dispositif de chauffe (20, 20’) est agencé dans la base (10, 10’), et en ce que le dispositif de chauffe (20, 20’) est un dispositif de production d’air chaud configuré pour souffler de l’air chaud dans le réceptacle (2) par le fond ajouré (4).
- Appareil de préparation culinaire (1, 1’) selon l’une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l’outil de broyage (3) est monté sur un axe (40) traversant le fond ajouré (4), l’outil de broyage (3) étant de préférence monté amovible sur ledit axe (40), en ce que l’axe (40) porte un organe entraîneur inférieur (42), en ce que la base (10, 10’) présente une sortie d’entraînement (11, 11’) entraînée en rotation par le moteur électrique (30, 30’), et en ce que la sortie d’entraînement (11, 11’) est configurée pour entraîner en rotation l’organe entraîneur inférieur (42) lorsque le réceptacle (2) est en place sur la base (10, 10’).
- Appareil de préparation culinaire (1, 1’) selon l’une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le fond ajouré (4) appartient à un porte-outil (6) monté amovible par rapport à la paroi latérale (5).
- Appareil de préparation culinaire (1, 1’) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la paroi latérale (5) présente une première ouverture (51) et une deuxième ouverture (52) opposée à la première ouverture (51), et en ce que le porte-outil (6) peut être assemblé avec la paroi latérale (5) du côté de la première ouverture (51), pour former le réceptacle (2).
- Appareil de préparation culinaire (1, 1’) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième ouverture (52) est plus petite que la première ouverture (51).
- Appareil de préparation culinaire (1, 1’) selon l’une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce qu’il comporte un couvercle (9), et en ce que le couvercle (9) peut être assemblé avec la paroi latérale (5) du côté de la deuxième ouverture (52).
- Appareil de préparation culinaire (1, 1’) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (9) présente au moins un échappement (90).
- Appareil de préparation culinaire (1, 1’) selon l’une des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu’il comporte un autre porte-outil (6’) configuré pour être assemblé avec la paroi latérale (5) du côté de la deuxième ouverture (52), pour former un autre réceptacle (2’).
- Appareil de préparation culinaire (1, 1’) selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l’autre porte-outil (6’) présente un autre fond (4’) non-ajouré.
- Appareil de préparation culinaire (1, 1’) selon l’une des revendications 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce qu’il comporte un autre couvercle (9’), et en ce que l’autre couvercle (9’) peut être assemblé avec la paroi latérale (5) du côté de la première ouverture (51).
- Appareil de préparation culinaire (1, 1’) selon l’une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la paroi latérale (5) présente une forme tronconique inversée.
- Appareil de préparation culinaire (1, 1’) selon l’une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la paroi latérale (5) présente une poignée (50).
- Appareil de préparation culinaire (1, 1’) selon l’une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de production d’air chaud (20, 20’) comprend un ventilateur (21, 21’), et au moins un élément chauffant (22, 22’) agencé dans le flux du ventilateur (21, 21’).
- Appareil de préparation culinaire (1) selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que le ventilateur (21) est entrainé par un autre moteur électrique (35) distinct du moteur électrique (30).
- Appareil de préparation culinaire (1’) selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que le ventilateur (21’) est entrainé par le moteur électrique (30’).
- Appareil de préparation culinaire (1, 1’) selon l’une des revendications 14 à 16 dépendant de la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un élément chauffant (22, 22’) est agencé entre le moteur électrique (30, 30’) et la sortie d’entrainement (11, 11’).
