Abstract
本申请提供了影响鸭脂肪酸组成相关基因EL0VL3的SNP分子标记及其在选育肉鸭、鉴定肉质等方面的应用,本申请中的SNP分子标记位于EL0VL3基因上游-619bp处,基因型为AA、GG或GA。本发明结合GWAS分析及细胞试验鉴别到了位于EL0VL3基因上游区域影响其表达活性的SNP,进一步检测确定AA型个体具有比GG型个体更高的多不饱和脂肪酸碳链延长能力,可选择对提高鸭肉脂肪酸含量有利的优势基因型进行留种。
