本申请涉及针组件领域,尤其涉及一种具有保护罩的针座。还涉及一种注射器,包括前述具有保护罩的针座。
背景技术
针对注射器而言,使用过的针管容易意外刺扎人体,进而造成疾病感染,因此需要对使用过的针管进行屏蔽。
绝大多数的注射器通常利用自带的针护套屏蔽针管。
由于注射器自带的针护套需要双手操作,而在医疗作业中,医务人员常常不能无法令双手空闲,为此,目前具有一种带有防针刺保护套的注射器。这种带有防针刺保护套的注射器在注射完成后,医务人员可以单手操作保护套,令保护套屏蔽针管。
然而,现有的带有防针刺保护套的注射器不仅结构复杂、生产加工难度大且效率低,而且在使用时,为了令保护套准确、安全地屏蔽针管,对医务人员操作保护套的要求较高,反过来说,医务人员在操作时容易出现针管屏蔽不当的现象,存在较大的安全风险。
发明内容
本申请的目的是提供一种具有保护罩的针座,可以简化生产加工、降低成本,还能简化保护套对针管的屏蔽操作,提高使用的安全性和可靠性。本申请的另一目的是提供一种注射器,包括前述具有保护罩的针座。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供一种具有保护罩的针座,包括一体注塑 成型的针座主体和保护罩;所述针座主体用以供针管插装固定;所述保护罩用以以开口朝向所述针座主体和针管的角度翻转且罩扣所述针座主体和针管;所述保护罩的根部在翻转且罩扣于所述针座主体时锁定于所述针座主体的周侧。
优选地,所述针座主体的周侧设有定位柱;所述保护罩设有用以供所述定位柱插嵌定位的定位孔。
优选地,所述定位柱的数量为两个,且两个所述定位柱分别位于所述针座主体的两对侧;所述保护罩的根部侧壁设有两个相向分布的所述定位孔;两个所述定位孔的间距小于两个所述定位柱的最大间距。
优选地,所述根部侧壁还设有导向滑槽;所述导向滑槽的槽底面自所述根部侧壁的边缘向所述定位孔的内孔缘平滑过渡。
优选地,所述保护罩的型腔内设有加强筋;所述加强筋的脱模方向与所述保护罩的侧向开口方向相同。
优选地,所述保护罩包括第一曲面侧壁;所述第一曲面侧壁位于所述保护罩的侧向开口的对侧;所述第一曲面侧壁的根部和头部之间设有手指凹槽。
优选地,所述根部较之于所述头部平滑鼓突、以形成所述手指凹槽。
优选地,所述针座主体和所述保护罩二者之间还设有一体注塑的塑性连接部;所述塑性连接部的表面设有长条状的缺口槽;所述保护罩以所述缺口槽的中心轴线为轴翻转并罩扣所述针座主体和针管。
优选地,所述缺口槽的断面呈梯形;所述缺口槽的槽宽自所述塑性连接部的表面向内部渐缩。
本申请还提供一种注射器,包括如上所述的具有保护罩的针座。
相对于上述背景技术,本申请所提供的具有保护罩的针座包括一体注塑成型的针座主体和保护罩。
该具有保护罩的针座中,针座主体用于供针管插装固定;保护罩用于以开口朝向针座主体和针管的角度翻转且罩扣针座主体和针管。其中,保护罩以自身的根部也就是与针座主体连接的部分为关节进行翻转,且保护罩的根部在罩扣于针座主体时与针座主体的周侧相互锁定,实现保护罩在 当前位置下与针座主体、针管的相对固定。
针对本申请所提供的具有保护罩的针座而言,保护套和针座主体注塑为一个零件,既能够在产品装配过程简化装配工艺和装配难度,起到了节约成本和提高生产效率的作用;也能够在产品使用过程中从根源上避免保护罩与插装有针管的针座主体分离、相对移动或转动,进而避免保护罩在翻转罩扣过程中与针管错位,或者在罩扣状态下脱离针管,提高屏蔽作业的效率和安全性。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
为了使本技术领域的技术人员更好地理解本申请方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本申请作进一步的详细说明。
请参考图1至图4,图1为本申请实施例所提供的具有保护罩的针座的结构示意图;图2为图1的正视图;图3为本申请实施例所提供的具有保护罩的针座的剖视图;图4为本申请实施例所提供的注射器的结构示意图。
本申请提供一种具有保护罩的针座,包括用以供针管01插装固定的针座主体1和用以罩扣针座主体1和针管01的保护罩2;保护罩2位于针座主体1的一侧,二者一体注塑成型。使用该具有保护罩的针座时,保护罩2绕自身的根部也就是与针座主体1的连接处翻转,实现保护罩2的根部罩扣且锁定于针座主体1的周侧,并实现保护罩2的头部和中部罩扣于插装于针座主体1的针管01。
其中,保护罩2的根部锁定于针座主体1的周侧指的是,当保护罩2的头部和中部罩扣针管01时,保护罩2的根部处于部分或全部针座主体1的周侧外且与针座主体1固定连接。至于保护罩2与针座主体1实现锁定的具体方式,包括且不限于二者采用凹凸结构实现榫卯连接、保护罩2过盈套设于针座主体1外等。
该实施例中,保护罩2可设置为长条状的罩体结构且开口设于侧面,形成侧向开口的长形罩体状。因此,该保护罩2沿长度方向的两端分别为该保护罩2的头部和根部。其中,前述根部与针座主体1连接,用于罩扣并连接针座主体1;前述头部和中部用以罩扣插装于针座主体1的针管01。显然,对于上述呈长形罩体状的保护罩2而言,保护罩2的侧向指的是保护罩2的径向四周,区别于保护罩2的长度方向的两端。
至于针座主体1的形状,可结合实际需要具体设置。例如针座主体1可设置为管柱状结构。可参考图1至图3,对于该针座主体1沿轴向的其中一端而言,其内部设有用以供针管01插装的第一圆筒,第一圆筒的外周设有十字形筋板,第一圆筒和十字型筋板的外周套设有第二圆筒。对于该针座主体1沿轴向的另外一端而言,其内部设有鲁尔锁定接头,用于与任意规格的针筒02配合。
对于一体注塑成型的保护罩2和针座主体1而言,由于保护罩2的根部可以通过变形实现保护罩2的翻转,因此,保护罩2和针座主体1可采用具有弹性或塑性的材质加工,包括且不限于热塑性材料。
由于该具有保护罩的针座采用一体注塑的加工工艺成型,为了方便脱模,无论是针座主体1还是保护罩2,其外周轮廓以及内部的型腔均朝向各自脱模方向延伸,此外,在该具有保护罩的针座尚未使用时,针座主体1和保护罩2二者的型腔开口也可同向分布。
综上,本申请所提供的具有保护罩的针座将保护套和针座主体1注塑成为一个零件,在产品装配过程中,简化了包括该针座在内的注射器的工序流程和装配难度,起到了节约成本和提高生产效率的作用;在产品使用期间,使得保护罩2与插装有针管01的针座主体1不存在分离、相对移动或转动的风险,避免保护罩2在翻转罩扣过程中与针管01错位,或者避免处于罩扣状态下的保护罩2脱离针管01。
下面结合附图和实施方式,对本申请所提供的具有保护罩的针座做更进一步的说明。
在上述实施例的基础上,本申请所提供的具有保护罩的针座利用轴孔配合实现针座主体1和保护罩2根部的锁定。
例如,针座主体1的周侧设有定位柱4,而保护罩2设有用以供前述定位柱4插嵌定位的定位孔5。定位孔5可设置于保护罩2的型腔内,也可设置于保护罩2的罩体壁。至于前述定位柱4和定位孔5,可利用模具中的滑块实现注塑加工,脱模方便且成型质量高。
至于保护罩2翻转至针座主体1的周侧时,定位柱4和定位孔5具体如何实现连接,取决于定位柱4和定位孔5的相对位置关系。
例如,当定位柱4和定位孔5二者相向分布时,定位柱4的轴向和定位孔5的轴向均处于保护罩2的翻转平面内,则在保护罩2翻转至针座主体1时,定位孔5朝向定位柱4的轴端靠近并插入,此时定位孔5和定位柱4可通过轴孔过盈配合实现连接。
若定位孔5的轴向和定位柱4的轴向均垂直于保护罩2的翻转平面时,则在保护罩2翻转至针座主体1时,保护罩2受针座主体1的挤压变形而 扩张,使得定位孔5套设于定位柱4。由于该示例中,定位孔5的轴向和定位柱4的轴向均与保护罩2的翻转平面垂直,因此,已经套设于定位柱4的定位孔5不会自动脱离定位柱4,实现了针座主体1和保护罩2的固定连接。
以图1为例,该具有保护罩的针座可在针座主体1的周侧设有两个对称分布的定位柱4,与之相适应地,保护罩2的根部侧壁设有两个相向分布的定位孔5,且这两个定位孔5的间距小于两个定位柱4的最大间距。
其中,上述两个定位柱4的最大间距指的是,两个定位柱4中相距最远的两个轴端的距离。
针对上述具有保护罩的针座,保护罩2朝向针座主体1和针管01翻转时,保护罩2的根部侧壁受针座主体1挤压而扩张,使得两个定位孔5的间距扩大至不小于两个定位柱4的最大间距,实现定位孔5套设于定位柱4。一旦定位孔5套设于定位柱4时,保护罩2和针座主体1在当前位置下被锁定,若不向保护罩2和针座主体1施加较大的外力,保护罩2和针座主体1不易被再次拆开。
为了实现更好的技术效果,在上述实施例的基础上,本申请所采用的保护罩2在根部侧壁还设有导向滑槽6。
导向滑槽6和定位孔5设于同一面状结构即同一根部侧壁。导向滑槽6的槽底面自根部侧壁的边缘向定位孔5的内孔缘平滑过渡,且导向滑槽6的槽宽自根部侧壁的边缘向定位孔5的内孔缘渐缩。
结合图1来看,若以导向滑槽6所在的根部侧壁的表面为基准,则导向滑槽6的槽底面可平行于前述根部侧壁的表面,也可设置为相对于前述表面倾斜的斜面。
以导向滑槽6的槽底面设置为斜面为例。对于保护罩2的两个相对分布的根部侧壁而言,分别位于前述两个根部侧壁的两个导向滑槽6的槽底面的间距并不处处相等。以图1所示的方位来看,位于图1的左侧的两个导向滑槽6的槽底面的间距大于位于图1的右侧的两个导向滑槽6的间距。基于导向滑槽6及其槽底面,保护罩2翻转罩扣针座主体1时,导向滑槽6可引导定位柱4的相对运动方向,令定位柱4准确快速滑动且嵌入定位 孔5内。对于保护罩2和针座主体1而言,导向滑槽6的设置可以简化保护罩2与针座主体1的翻转锁定,确保使用者在翻转方向正确的前提下,即使每次向保护罩2施加的作用力在力度和角度上存在偏差,仍然能够实现令保护罩2安全地罩扣于针管01外周。
对于本申请所采用的保护罩2而言,其型腔内设有加强筋7。由于该具有保护罩的针座采用一体注塑的方式加工成型,因此,对于设于保护罩2内的加强筋7而言,该加强筋7的脱模方向与保护罩2的侧向开口方向相同。
特别的,设于保护罩2的型腔内的任意一个加强筋7均为平面,且此平面垂直于保护罩2的罩底面。以图1为例,保护罩2的罩底面指的是与保护罩2的侧向开口方向相对的一面,下文也称之为第一曲面侧壁21。
对于本申请所采用的保护罩2而言,保护罩2包括位于保护罩2的侧向开口的对侧的第一曲面侧壁21,可见,第一曲面侧壁21即为上文所述的罩底面。该示例中,第一曲面侧壁21的根部和头部之间设有手指凹槽。结合使用者的使用习惯而言,前述手指凹槽的形状与人的拇指或食指的指尖形状吻合,方便使用者通过手指凹槽向保护罩2施加压力,实现保护罩2的翻转。
此外,保护罩2还具有第二曲面侧壁和第三曲面侧壁,上述所提及的两个相对分布的根部侧壁即为第二曲面侧壁的局部和第三曲面侧壁的局部。
考虑到保护罩2以及保护罩2所罩扣的针座主体1和针管01的形状,上述保护罩2的根部较之于保护罩2的头部平滑鼓突,此时,保护罩2的根部和头部之间的衔接面形成手指凹槽。由于保护罩2的根部与头部相比鼓突扩大,相应地,保护罩2的型腔中,型腔根部的尺寸大于型腔的头部的尺寸,能够更好地适用于针座主体1的形状尺寸和针管01的形状尺寸。
此外,针座主体1和保护罩2二者之间还设有与前述二者一体注塑成型的塑性连接部3,塑性连接部3的一端连接于针座主体1、另一端连接于保护罩2的根部。保护罩2相对于针座主体1翻转时,塑性连接部3向保护罩2的侧向开口一侧弯曲变形。
其中,塑性连接部3的表面可设置长条状的缺口槽8。保护罩2翻转时,以前述缺口槽8的中心轴线为轴朝向针座主体1以及插装于针座主体1内的针管01旋转。
上述缺口槽8的断面呈梯形,且缺口槽8的槽宽自塑性连接部3的表面向内部渐缩。以图1为例,设于塑性连接部3下表面的缺口槽8的断面呈上小下大的倒置梯形。
本申请还提供一种注射器,包括如上任意一个实施例所提供的具有保护罩的针座。
除了针座主体1、保护罩2、塑性连接部3以外,该注射器还可包括具有活塞和推杆的针筒02、用于沿针管01轴向罩扣针管01的针护套03。
其中,针护套03多设置为圆筒形针护套03,用于注射器的产品包装,起到屏蔽针管01的作用,通常应用于注射前,注射时需要拔下弃用。相较之下,本申请所采用的保护罩2则用于注射器注射完成后。
以上对本申请所提供的注射器和具有保护罩的针座进行了详细介绍。本文中应用了具体个例对本申请的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本申请的方法及其核心思想。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以对本申请进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本申请权利要求的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有保护罩的针座,其特征在于,包括一体注塑成型的针座主体(1)和保护罩(2);所述针座主体(1)用以供针管(01)插装固定;所述保护罩(2)用以以开口朝向所述针座主体(1)和针管(01)的角度翻转且罩扣所述针座主体(1)和针管(01);所述保护罩(2)的根部在翻转且罩扣于所述针座主体(1)时锁定于所述针座主体(1)的周侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有保护罩的针座,其特征在于,所述针座主体(1)的周侧设有定位柱(4);所述保护罩(2)设有用以供所述定位柱(4)插嵌定位的定位孔(5)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的具有保护罩的针座,其特征在于,所述定位柱(4)的数量为两个,且两个所述定位柱(4)分别位于所述针座主体(1)的两对侧;所述保护罩(2)的根部侧壁设有两个相向分布的所述定位孔(5);两个所述定位孔(5)的间距小于两个所述定位柱(4)的最大间距。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的具有保护罩的针座,其特征在于,所述根部侧壁还设有导向滑槽(6);所述导向滑槽(6)的槽底面自所述根部侧壁的边缘向所述定位孔(5)的内孔缘平滑过渡。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的具有保护罩的针座,其特征在于,所述保护罩(2)的型腔内设有加强筋(7);所述加强筋(7)的脱模方向与所述保护罩(2)的侧向开口方向相同。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的具有保护罩的针座,其特征在于,所述保护罩(2)包括第一曲面侧壁(21);所述第一曲面侧壁(21)位于所述保护罩(2)的侧向开口的对侧;所述第一曲面侧壁(21)的根部和头部之间设有手指凹槽。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的具有保护罩的针座,其特征在于,所述根部较之于所述头部平滑鼓突、以形成所述手指凹槽。
  8. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的具有保护罩的针座,其特征在于,所述针座主体(1)和所述保护罩(2)二者之间还设有一体注塑的塑性连接部(3);所述塑性连接部(3)的表面设有长条状的缺口槽(8);所述保护罩(2)以所述缺口槽(8)的中心轴线为轴翻转并罩扣所述针座主体(1)和针管(01)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的具有保护罩的针座,其特征在于,所述缺口槽(8)的断面呈梯形;所述缺口槽(8)的槽宽自所述塑性连接部(3)的表面向内部渐缩。
  10. 一种注射器,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9任一项所述的具有保护罩的针座。
