家用洗地机 技术领域
本实用新型涉及智能家居技术领域,具体涉及一种家用洗地机。
背景技术
现有技术中,洗地机一般分为商用洗地机和家用洗地机,商用洗地机一般用于面积比较大的工厂、车库、商场超市等场所,而家用洗地机一般适用于面积比较小(一般小于200平方米)的家庭。
针对家用洗地机,其结构主要包括依次连接的手柄、洗地机主体和地刷,洗地机主体上主要设有清水箱(以向滚筒供应干净水)、污水箱(以收集污水)和用于抽吸的吸力电机;而地刷内主要设有用于清洗地面的滚筒、用于控制滚筒的滚筒电机、以及喷液装置等。工作时,所述喷液装置处于开启状态,向所述滚筒喷液;所述滚筒电机处于开启状态,使所述滚筒旋转;所述吸力电机处于开启状态,将流过所述滚筒的液体(污水)吸至吸液管道,并最终流入污水箱内。这种小型的家用洗地机因其方便实用而得到了大众的广泛青睐。例如,中国发明专利申请CN110960151A公开了一种清洗机,包括滚刷、水泵和控制器,参见其图6所示,其结构主要包括依次连接的手柄、洗地机主体和地刷,洗地机主体上从上至下依次设有溶液桶50(即清水箱)、吸力电机和污水箱,且三者的轴心线基本同线设置,这种结构具有较好的视觉美感,但实际应用发现存在如下问题:在搬运整个设备时,由其于其手柄的高度较高(基本上位于人体的腰部以上),搬运不太方便,尤其是上下楼的时候,提拉手柄上楼是很难操作的,一般需要抱住设备的机身才能上下楼,非常的不方便。
而对于上述结构的洗地机,为了保证整体的设计美感,也难以进行改进。因此,开发一种方便搬运的新结构家用洗地机,以提高用户体验,显然具有积极的实际意义。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种家用洗地机。
为了达到上述发明目的,采用的技术方案是:一种家用洗地机,主要包 括依次连接的手柄、洗地机主体和地刷,所述洗地机主体上设有清水箱、吸力电机和污水箱,所述洗地机主体上设有提手结构。
上文中,所述提手结构可以是常用的拉环式结构,也可以是其他常用结构;提手结构优选设于洗地机主体的侧面,也可以设于其他地方。
优选的,所述吸力电机设于所述清水箱的侧边,所述清水箱位于所述污水箱的上方;所述吸力电机的底面设有所述提手结构。所述吸力电机设于所述清水箱的侧边,这里的侧边具有较宽的保护范围,即只要两者相邻即可,而并不需要上部或下部平齐。在实际结构中,可以将吸力电机设于所述清水箱的斜上方。
优选的,所述洗地机主体的骨架主体大致呈S形,所述清水箱设于所述骨架主体的正面,所述吸力电机设于所述骨架主体的背面。
优选的,所述骨架主体的正面还设有所述污水箱,所述污水箱位于所述清水箱的下方;所述污水箱的侧边设有电池,所述电池设于所述骨架主体的背面。
优选的,所述吸力电机底部的壳体向下延伸,形成凸出的环状结构,构成所述提手结构。
优选的,所述清水箱位于所述污水箱的正上方。即两者的轴心线基本同线设置。
优选的,所述清水箱和吸力电机均位于所述污水箱的上方。
优选的,所述地刷内主要设有用于清洗地面的滚筒、用于控制滚筒的滚筒电机、以及喷液装置。
所述提手结构距离所述地刷的高度为35~70cm。优选的,所述提手结构距离所述地刷的高度为40~50cm。当然,也可以是37cm、38cm、42cm、45cm、48cm、52cm、54cm、56cm、60cm、62cm、64cm、66cm、68cm。
优选的,所述壳体内只有一个滚筒。优选的,所述滚筒位于壳体的前方。
由于上述技术方案运用,本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
1.本实用新型在洗地机主体上设置了提手结构,因而可以用该提手结构提起整个设备,方便搬运,尤其是上下楼,非常好用、便捷,大大提高用户体验;
2.本实用新型将洗地机主体的骨架主体设计为大致呈S形,并将清水箱设于骨架主体的正面,吸力电机设于骨架主体的背面,并且在吸力电机的底面设置提手结构,从而不仅方便了搬运,而且兼顾了洗涤水量和设备的整体高度,避免了吸力电机的高度对设备整体高度上的影响,提高了用户体验,显然具有积极的实际意义;
3.本实用新型将洗地机主体的骨架主体设计为大致呈S形,并将清水箱和污水箱设于骨架主体的正面,吸力电机和电池设于骨架主体的背面,从而不仅充分利用了空间,而且重心更稳,不容易出现侧翻等意外情况,提高了用户体验;
4.本实用新型的吸力电机位于清水箱侧边,可以适当拉长风道结构,有助于降噪,相比普通的真空吸尘器,洗地机需要更大的真空度和功率,因此噪音也相对较大,因此,设计降噪结构更符合实际情形,更好地满足客户要求,提高用户体验;
5.本实用新型的产品结构新颖,且成本较低,且具有良好的商业化意义,适于推广应用。

参见图1~4所示,一种家用洗地机,主要包括依次连接的手柄1、洗地机主体2和地刷3,所述洗地机主体上设有清水箱4、吸力电机5和污水箱6,所述吸力电机设于所述清水箱的侧边,所述清水箱位于所述污水箱的上方。
本实施例中,吸力电机设于所述清水箱的斜上方。所述清水箱位于所述 污水箱的正上方。即两者的轴心线基本同线设置。所述清水箱和吸力电机均位于所述污水箱的上方。
本实施例中,所述洗地机主体的骨架主体7大致呈S形。所述清水箱设于所述骨架主体的正面,所述吸力电机设于所述骨架主体的背面。所述骨架主体的正面还设有所述污水箱,所述污水箱位于所述清水箱的下方。所述污水箱的侧边设有电池8,所述电池设于所述骨架主体的背面。所述吸力电机底部的壳体向下延伸,形成凸出的环状结构,构成所述提手结构9,参见图3所示。所述提手结构距离所述地刷的高度为47cm。

  1. 一种家用洗地机,主要包括依次连接的手柄、洗地机主体和地刷,所述洗地机主体上设有清水箱、吸力电机和污水箱,其特征在于:所述洗地机主体上设有提手结构。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的家用洗地机,其特征在于:所述吸力电机设于所述清水箱的侧边,所述清水箱位于所述污水箱的上方;所述吸力电机的底面设有所述提手结构。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的家用洗地机,其特征在于:所述洗地机主体的骨架主体大致呈S形,所述清水箱设于所述骨架主体的正面,所述吸力电机设于所述骨架主体的背面。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的家用洗地机,其特征在于:所述骨架主体的正面还设有所述污水箱,所述污水箱位于所述清水箱的下方;所述污水箱的侧边设有电池,所述电池设于所述骨架主体的背面。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的家用洗地机,其特征在于:所述吸力电机底部的壳体向下延伸,形成凸出的环状结构,构成所述提手结构。
