Description

一种用于洗地机的风道组件及洗地机 技术领域
本实用新型涉及智能家居技术领域,具体涉及一种用于洗地机的风道组件及洗地机。
背景技术
现有技术中,洗地机一般分为商用洗地机和家用洗地机,商用洗地机一般用于面积比较大的工厂、车库、商场超市等场所,而家用洗地机一般适用于面积比较小(一般小于200平方米)的家庭。
针对家用洗地机,其结构主要包括依次连接的手柄、洗地机主体和地刷,洗地机主体上主要设有清水箱(以向滚筒供应干净水)、污水箱(以收集污水)和用于抽吸的吸力电机;而地刷内主要设有用于清洗地面的滚筒、用于控制滚筒的滚筒电机、以及喷液装置等。工作时,所述喷液装置处于开启状态,向所述滚筒喷液;所述滚筒电机处于开启状态,使所述滚筒旋转;所述吸力电机处于开启状态,将流过所述滚筒的液体(污水)吸至吸液管道,并最终流入污水箱内。这种小型的家用洗地机因其方便实用而得到了大众的广泛青睐。
然而,现有的洗地机结构中,其风道结构主要由进风通道和出风通道组成,且两者为独立的风道结构,这种结构虽然可以较好地传输气流等物料,但存在如下问题:(1)由于进风通道和出风通道为2个独立的零件,因此装配相对复杂,也容易出现漏风的隐患;且2个独立的零件的成本也较高;(2)噪声较大。
因此,开发一种新的洗地机,以进一步降低成本,并降低设备的噪声,显然具有积极的实际意义。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于洗地机的风道组件及洗地机。
为了达到上述发明目的,采用的技术方案是:一种用于洗地机的风道组件,所述风道组件主要由进风通道和出风通道组成;
所述进风通道和出风通道交叉设置,且进风通道的至少一部分位于所述 出风通道内;
所述进风通道和出风通道为一体结构。
上文中,所述进风通道和出风通道为一体结构,即风道组件是一个零件。相比于现有技术中的两个以上零件构成的风道组件,本实用新型可以进一步降低成本,并降低设备的噪声,同时,该一体结构的零件具有更好的刚性,装配时也更加简单。
优选的,所述进风通道的进风口的横截面积大于其出风口的横截面积。优选的,所述进风通道为喇叭口结构。这种结构可以更好的进行导风,使气流更顺畅。
优选的,所述出风通道为跑道形结构。
本发明同时请求保护一种洗地机,采用上述的风道组件。
优选的,包括洗地机主体,所述洗地机主体上设有清水箱、吸力电机和污水箱,所述进风通道的出风口与所述吸力电机连接。

由于上述技术方案运用,本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
1.本实用新型开发了一种新结构的家用洗地机,通过将进风通道和出风通道设计为一体结构,相比于现有技术中的两个以上零件构成的风道组件,本实用新型可以进一步降低成本,同时,该一体结构的零件具有更好的刚性,装配时也更加简单可靠,显然具有积极的实际意义;
2.本实用新型通过将进风通道和出风通道设计为一体结构,同时将进风 通道的一部分设于出风通道内,两个通道内的声波振频相同但振幅相反,因此在通道相交处正负湮灭,从而实现了降噪目的,提高了用户体验;
3.本实用新型通过将吸力电机设于清水箱的侧边,从而避免了吸力电机的高度在设备整体高度上的影响,从而同时兼顾了洗涤水量和设备的整体高度,提高了用户体验;
4.为了配合吸力电机位于清水箱侧边的结构,本实用新型将洗地机主体的骨架主体设计为大致呈S形,并将清水箱设于骨架主体的正面,吸力电机设于骨架主体的背面,从而不仅充分利用了空间,而且重心更稳,不容易出现侧翻等意外情况,提高了用户体验;
5.本实用新型在吸力电机的底面设有提手结构,因而可以用该提手结构提起整个设备,方便搬运,尤其是上下楼,非常好用、便捷;
6.本实用新型的产品结构简单,成本较低,且具有良好的商业化意义,适于推广应用。

参见图1~5所示,一种家用洗地机,主要包括依次连接的手柄1、洗地机主体2和地刷3,所述洗地机主体上设有清水箱4、吸力电机5和污水箱6,所述吸力电机设于所述清水箱的侧边,所述清水箱位于所述污水箱的上方。
所述风道组件位于洗地机主体内,风道组件主要由进风通道9和出风通 道10组成;所述进风通道和出风通道交叉设置,且进风通道的至少一部分位于所述出风通道内;所述进风通道和出风通道为一体结构;所述进风通道的出风口与所述吸力电机连接。参见图4-5所示。
本实施例中,所述进风通道的进风口的横截面积大于其出风口的横截面积。所述进风通道为喇叭口结构。所述出风通道为跑道形结构。
本实施例中,吸力电机设于所述清水箱的斜上方。所述清水箱位于所述污水箱的正上方。即两者的轴心线基本同线设置。所述清水箱和吸力电机均位于所述污水箱的上方。
本实施例中,所述洗地机主体的骨架主体7大致呈S形。所述清水箱设于所述骨架主体的正面,所述吸力电机设于所述骨架主体的背面。所述骨架主体的正面还设有所述污水箱,所述污水箱位于所述清水箱的下方。所述污水箱的侧边设有电池8,所述电池设于所述骨架主体的背面。
