Description

吸尘器清洁工作完成后,需要将尘杯内的灰尘、毛发等脏物倒出。每次清理吸尘器的尘杯时,往往都需要拆解吸尘器、开启尘杯的杯盖等动作,工作繁复。且倒灰时,灰尘四散,对环境造成二次污染,也会弄脏用户双手。故而开发有集尘站在内的集尘设备,使吸尘器可由集尘设备统一收纳脏物,减少人工操作、减轻污染问题。
但是,现有集尘设备仍显笨重,功能单一,无法真正解放用户双手,实现尘杯内脏物的自动收纳的效果。因此,有必要对现有技术予以改良以克服现有技术中的所述缺陷。

本发明的目的在于提供一种集尘自动化、解放用户双手的用于吸尘器的集尘站。

吸尘器的尘杯400具有用于封闭尘杯400的尘杯盖410,而尘杯盖410包括开启尘杯400的打开位置和封闭尘杯400的关闭位置。当尘杯盖410处于打开位置时,尘杯400内部的脏物可以倒出;当尘杯盖410处于关闭位置时,封闭尘杯400,尘杯400内部的脏物无法倒出。为了实现集尘站集尘的自动化,当容积盖210处于开启位置时,开启上述开口进而开启空腔200,同时尘杯盖410可从关闭位置移动到打开位置,进而开启尘杯400,则空腔200经开口与尘杯400内部连通,脏物由尘杯400内部倒入空腔200,完成集尘站对吸尘器内的灰尘等脏物的收集,无需分别进行打开尘杯盖410、容积盖210等操作。其中,尘杯400倒灰完毕需要复位时,在尘杯盖410处于打开位置时,容积盖210从开启位置到封闭位置的过程中,容积盖210带动尘杯盖410从打开位置再到关闭位置,无需单独驱动尘杯盖410进行关闭动作。
尘杯盖410在吸尘器中一般处于锁定状态,以封闭尘杯400,防止脏物外泄。只有需要倒出脏物和清理尘杯时开启尘杯盖410,此时需要先解锁尘杯盖410。在其中一个实施例中,尘杯400还包括解锁尘杯盖410的解锁按钮,按下解锁按钮以解锁尘杯盖410,以及设于尘杯放置区300的按钮触发器310。按钮触发器310对应设置在解锁按钮随尘杯放置后的位置,当尘杯400置于尘杯放置区300时,按钮触发器310正对解锁按钮,进而可通过按钮触发器310触发解锁按钮的解锁动作,从而为开启尘杯盖410作准备。在不同实施例中,尘杯盖410可受重力影响自然打开,或受其他驱动件驱动打开,或随容积盖210随动打开。
设置按钮触发器310,是实现集尘站智能化的一种手段。按钮触发器310的一端机械端接续吸尘器尘杯400上的解锁按钮,将解锁尘杯盖410的动作转化为触动集尘站上的按钮触发器310,而按钮触发器310的另一端则可设在便于人操作的更符合人体工学的位置上。按钮触发器310可进一步设置有电子电路和信号发射端,从而信号连接集尘站中的控制芯片或外部手机APP,进而与集尘站其他功能部件甚至吸尘器实现自动化智能控制。
在其中一个实施例中,尘杯盖410位于容积盖210的上方,其中,解锁 按钮解锁后,在容积盖210在封闭位置到开启位置的过程中,尘杯盖410从关闭位置到打开位置。本实施例中,尘杯盖410是随容积盖210运动而运动,如容积盖210处于封闭位置或停止运动,则尘杯盖410也不运动。
在其中一个实施例中,主体100上还设置有启动按钮,启动按钮与按钮触发器310和驱动机构110信号连接。触发启动按钮后,按钮触发器310和驱动机构110可收到相关信号,以控制按钮触发器310和驱动机构110的启停、动作。启动按钮作为上述按钮触发器310的另一端则可设在便于人操作的更符合人体工学的位置上,如集尘器朝向人体的一侧侧面。当然,包括启动按钮在内,用于用户操作的按钮可以但不限于按压式开关,甚至设置为触摸屏。
为了实现智能控制,在其中一个实施例中,集尘站还包括可设置在主体100中的控制器。控制器配置成接收到清洁信号后控制按钮触发器310和驱动机构110同时启动,清洁信号可由启动按钮发出。同时启动按钮触发器310和驱动机构110,则意味着同时解锁尘杯盖410和开始转动容积盖210,接通尘杯400和空腔200,从而一键启动倒灰模式,节约操作步骤。结合实际使用情景和实验室测试,启动按钮可在触发清洁信号后控制器设置0.5-5秒的间隔时间,之后控制启动按钮触发器310和驱动机构110,为用户反应、纠错、和多部件协调运行预留时间。
可进一步配置视觉或光感传感器组件,设置在尘杯放置区300并与上述控制器信号连接,以检测尘杯400位置。从而在尘杯放置区300放置吸尘器的尘杯400后,触发清洁信号。
在其中一个实施例中,按钮触发器310为电磁阀或电机,电磁阀或电机固定在主体100内,电磁阀或电机的输出端抵靠解锁按钮,启动电磁阀或电机后解锁解锁按钮。
在其中一个实施例中,按钮触发器310为电磁阀,电磁阀包括推拉式电磁铁311、触头312和复位弹簧313。推拉式电磁铁311两端分别与触头312和复位弹簧313的一端固定,触头312与尘杯放置后的解锁按钮抵顶,复位弹簧313的另一端与主体100固定。通过推拉式电磁铁311的电流通断就控制了推拉式电磁铁311和触头312的机械运动,使触头312可以用于触发解锁按 钮,而复位弹簧313辅助运动后的推拉式电磁铁311和触头312归回初始位置。触头312可采用柔性材质,如橡胶、软塑料等,防止多次接触解锁按钮后产生磨损和损坏。优选的,复位弹簧313处于拉伸状态,以持续施加回复力,使电磁阀完成解锁按钮的触发后立即回复初始状态。
当容积盖210已处于开启位置后,需要关停驱动机构110。在其中一个实施例中,上述主体100内还设有微动开关120,微动开关120连接并控制驱动机构110启停,微动开关120对应设置在容积盖210的开启位置,容积盖210处于开启位置后触发微动开关120关停驱动机构110。在不同实施例中,可进一步配置视觉或光感传感器组件,设置在容积盖210的开启位置,以检测容积盖210位置,从而在容积盖210已处于开启位置后,发出信号给驱动机构110并关停驱动机构110。优选的,控制器连接上述微动开关120或传感器组件,以实现智能控制。
为了使尘杯400内的脏物顺利倒出,当容积盖210处于开启位置时,同时尘杯盖410可从关闭位置移动到打开位置,则空腔200与尘杯400内部连通,此时需要对空腔200抽真空。在其中一个实施例中,主体100内还设有抽吸电机,抽吸电机的抽吸口与空腔200连通。为了实现自动控制,上述微动开关120连接并控制抽吸电机启动,容积盖210处于开启位置后,空腔200与尘杯400内部连通,则触发微动开关120启动抽吸电机抽真空,而无需再单独操作启动抽吸电机。相应的,尘杯400倒灰完毕需要复位时,容积盖210从开启位置到封闭位置的过程中,微动开关120复位,抽吸电机停止抽真空。
在其中一个实施例中,集尘器还包括控制器,为了实现智能控制,控制器配置成接收到清洁信号后控制抽吸电机、按钮触发器310和驱动机构110同时启动,完成开始抽真空、解锁尘杯400、和开启容积盖210动作。在不同实施例中,控制器被配置成控制按钮触发器310和驱动机构110启动后,再自动控制抽吸电机启动。优选的,上述清洁信号可由传感器组件或启动按钮发出。
在其中一个实施例中,按钮触发器310触发尘杯盖410解锁按钮后,尘杯盖410可受重力影响自然打开,容积盖210承受尘杯盖410重力作用。则容积盖210向下逐渐转动开启时,尘杯盖410随之向下转动开启;当容积盖210 向上逐渐转动关闭时,尘杯盖410在容积盖210支撑下,随之向上转动关闭。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明用于吸尘器的集尘站,结构合理,设计巧妙,将放置集尘站上的吸尘器尘杯的尘杯盖自动打开,智能控制内部容积盖等各功能部件,进而自动启动集尘功能,实现集尘站集尘的自动化,优化人体工学,节约操作步骤,解放用户双手。
以上述依据本申请的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关工作人员完全可以在不偏离本项申请技术思想的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项申请的技术性范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定其技术性范围。
Claims (12)
- 一种用于吸尘器的集尘站,其特征在于,包括:主体,内部设置有具有开口的空腔;容积盖,设置于所述空腔的开口处,所述容积盖具有开启位置和封闭位置以开启或封闭所述空腔;驱动机构,设于所述主体内,所述驱动机构结构连接并带动所述容积盖在所述开启位置和所述封闭位置之间移动;尘杯放置区,设于所述主体并放置吸尘器的尘杯,所述尘杯具有封闭尘杯的尘杯盖,所述尘杯盖包括打开位置和关闭位置,当所述容积盖处于开启位置时所述尘杯盖可从关闭位置移动到打开位置,其中,在所述尘杯盖处于打开位置时,所述容积盖从开启位置到封闭位置的过程中,所述容积盖带动所述尘杯盖从所述打开位置到所述关闭位置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于吸尘器的集尘站,其特征在于,所述尘杯还包括解锁所述尘杯盖的解锁按钮,以及设于所述尘杯放置区的按钮触发器,所述按钮触发器对应设置在所述解锁按钮随所述尘杯放置后的位置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的用于吸尘器的集尘站,其特征在于,所述尘杯盖位于所述容积盖的上方,其中,所述解锁按钮解锁后,在所述容积盖在所述封闭位置到所述开启位置的过程中,所述尘杯盖从所述关闭位置到所述打开位置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的用于吸尘器的集尘站,其特征在于,所述主体上还设置有启动按钮,所述启动按钮与所述按钮触发器和驱动机构信号连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的用于吸尘器的集尘站,其特征在于,还包括控制器,所述控制器配置成接收到清洁信号后控制所述按钮触发器和驱动机构同时启动。
- 根据权利要求2所述的用于吸尘器的集尘站,其特征在于,所述按钮触发器为电磁阀或电机,所述电磁阀或电机固定在所述主体内,所述电磁阀或电机的输出端抵靠所述解锁按钮。
- 根据权利要求6所述的用于吸尘器的集尘站,其特征在于,所述按钮触发器为电磁阀,所述电磁阀包括推拉式电磁铁、触头和复位弹簧,所述 推拉式电磁铁两端分别与所述触头和复位弹簧的一端固定,所述触头与所述尘杯放置后的所述解锁按钮抵顶,所述复位弹簧的另一端与所述主体固定。
- 根据权利要求7所述的用于吸尘器的集尘站,其特征在于,所述复位弹簧处于拉伸状态。
- 根据权利要求2所述的用于吸尘器的集尘站,其特征在于,所述主体内还设有微动开关,所述微动开关连接并控制所述驱动机构启停,所述微动开关对应设置在所述容积盖的开启位置,所述容积盖处于所述开启位置后触发所述微动开关关停所述驱动机构。
- 根据权利要求9所述的用于吸尘器的集尘站,其特征在于,所述主体内还设有抽吸电机,所述抽吸电机的抽吸口与所述空腔连通,所述微动开关连接并控制所述抽吸电机启动,所述容积盖处于所述开启位置后触发所述微动开关启动所述抽吸电机。
- 根据权利要求10所述的用于吸尘器的集尘站,其特征在于,还包括控制器,所述控制器配置成接收到清洁信号后控制所述抽吸电机、按钮触发器和驱动机构同时启动。
- 根据权利要求2所述的用于吸尘器的集尘站,其特征在于,所述按钮触发器触发所述尘杯盖解锁按钮后,所述容积盖承受所述尘杯盖重力。
