Abstract
An ocean anchoring foundation and a method for using same. The ocean anchoring foundation comprises a rod body (1) and a negative-pressure anti-pulling device (2). The negative-pressure anti-pulling device (2) comprises an expansion mechanism (21) and an opening and closing sealing cover (22), wherein the expansion mechanism (21) comprises a telescopic member, and the opening and closing sealing cover (22) comprises a sealing film (221) and an opening and closing frame arranged around the bottom end of the rod body (1), the upper end of the opening and closing frame being rotationally connected to the bottom end of the rod body (1), the sealing film (221) being arranged inside the opening and closing frame, and the sealing film (221) at least being capable of covering an exposed gap formed by the opening and closing frame. The negative-pressure anti-pulling device (2) further comprises a positioning assembly, wherein a positioning hole (233) extending in a radial direction is provided at the upper end of the opening and closing frame, and the opening and closing sealing cover (22) has a closed state and an open state. In the closed state, the bottom end of the opening and closing frame is closed. In the open state, the opening and closing frame is overturned so that the bottom end is unfolded, and the positioning assembly is inserted into the positioning hole (233). The ocean anchoring foundation is subjected to the action of negative-pressure resistance below the bottom end of the foundation during a service process, thereby effectively improving the vertical anchoring resistance of the foundation under the action of an extreme ocean environmental load.
