第二方面,本申请实施例提供一种新风空调的演示系统,其包括上述新风空调的演示装置,以及新风空调室内样机,新风空调室内样机设置在容置腔内;新风空调室内样机包括外壳和新风模块;外壳内部具有安装腔,外壳上设置有与安装腔连通的外壳新风进口和外壳新风出口;新风模块设置在安装腔内,新风模块包括新风壳体、风机以及新风管;新风壳体内部具有新风腔,新风壳体上设置有与新风腔连通的新风进风口和新风出风口;新风管的第一端与新风进风口连通,新风管的第二端穿装在外壳新风进口内,并伸出到外壳外;风机安装在新风出风口处,且风机的出风口与外壳新风出口连通。
在一个实现方式中,新风模块还包括过滤组件;过滤组件设置在新风腔内,过滤组件遮挡新风进风口或新风出风口。
本申请实施例的新风空调的演示装置和包括该新风空调的演示装置的 新风空调的演示系统中,演示柜具有容置腔,演示柜设置有与容置腔连通的安装口,新风空调室内样机从该安装口安装到容置腔内;气体发生器设置在容置腔内,气体发生器的出口用于与新风空调室内样机的新风进风口靠近或连通,气体发生器用于制造气体;灯源设置在容置腔内,灯源用于发生光线,在灯源的照射下,人们可以通过演示柜上的透明区域观测到容置腔内的气体的浓度;当需要演示新风空调室内样机具有新风模式时,气体发生器和容置腔内设置的新风空调室内样机均打开,气体发生器产生的气体可以被新风空调室内样机吸入内部之后再排出,此时,可以直观的看到从新风空调室内样机排出气体;当需要继续演示新风空调室内样机在新风模式下还具有过滤效果时,将运行的气体发生器关闭,将灯源打开,并保持新风空调室内样机运行,此时,可以直观的看到容置腔内的气体浓度逐渐变低,直至消失,综上,人们可以直观看到新风空调室内样机具有新风模式,且新风模式下可以过滤空气,提升空气质量。

相关技术中,人们通常直接在卖场设置新风空调样机,用于演示新风空调的新风模式,然而,新风空调样机演示新风模式时,室外空气进入室内的效果并不直观。
为了解决现有技术中的上述问题,即为了解决新风空调样机演示新风模式时,室外空气进入室内的效果不直观的问题。本申请实施例提供一种新风空调的演示装置,其设置有演示柜,在演示柜内设置有灯源和气体发生器,当需要演示新风空调室内样机的新风模式时,新风空调室内样机设置在演示柜内,气体发生器的出口与新风空调室内样机的新风进风口靠近或者连通,气体发生器产生的气体用于模拟室外空气,演示柜内的空间用于模拟室内环境,通过气体发生器产生的气体的流动路径可以展示新风模式下室外空气进入室内的流动路径,于此同时,配合灯源,使得人们更直观的看到空气中的气体的浓度变化,如此,可以直观的显示新风空调样机在新风模式下,室外空气进入室内。为了方便描述和理解,将气体发生器产生的气体定义为室外空气,将演示柜内的气体定义为室内空气。
本申请实施例的新风空调的演示装置,其适用于在类似于卖场等场所对新风空调的新风模式进行直观展示,进而使得人们可以直观看到新风模式下,空气的流动路径,以及新风模式下对空气的净化效果。
本申请实施例的新风空调的演示装置,需要和新风空调样机配合使用,新风空调样机通常包括新风空调室内样机和新风空调室外样机。当仅用于显示新风空调的新风模式时,本申请实施例的新风空调的演示装置也可以仅与新风空调室内样机配合使用。
请参阅图1,本申请实施例还提供一种新风空调的演示系统,其包括本申请实施例的新风空调的演示装置100,以及新风空调室内样机200,新风空调室内样机200设置在新风空调演示装置中的容置腔104内。
下面结合附图对新风空调室内样机200进行详细的介绍。
请参阅图2和图3,新风空调室内样机200包括外壳201和新风模块202。外壳201内部具有安装腔203,新风模块202设置在安装腔203内,外壳201提供新风模块202的安装空间,且对新风模块202进行保护,新风模块202用于实现换新风功能。在如图2示出的实施方式中,新风空调室内样机200为柜式空调室内机,新风模块202设置在外壳201内部且靠近外壳201底部的位置。
请参阅图2和图3,外壳201为空心柱状结构,外壳201内部具有安装腔203,外壳201上设置有与安装腔203连通的外壳新风进口204和外壳新风出口205,外壳新风进口204和外壳新风出口205设置在外壳201的侧部,外壳新风进口204的形状可以为圆形,外壳新风进口204用于穿装新风模块202中的下述新风管206,外壳新风出口205的形状可以为圆形、矩形等,外壳新风出口205用于将室外空气排到容置腔104内。
请参阅图2、图3和图4,新风模块202包括新风壳体208、风机209、新风管206以及过滤组件207。新风壳体208内部具有新风腔210,新风壳体208上设置有与新风腔210连通的新风进风口211,以及与新风腔210连通的新风出风口212,新风壳体208用于提供安装过滤组件207的空间,且用于安装风机209。过滤组件207设置在新风腔210内,且过滤组件207可以靠近并遮挡新风进风口211,也可以靠近并遮挡新风出风口212,过滤组件207用于对进入新风腔210内的空气净化过滤。风机209安装在新风出风口212处,风机209的进风口与新风出风口212连通,风机209的出风口与外壳新风出口205连通,风机209用于驱动外壳201外的气流进入新风腔210,并从外壳新风出口205排出,风机209可以为离心风机209。新风管206的第一端与新风进风口211连通,新风管206的第二端穿装在外壳新风进口204内,并伸出到外壳201外,新风管206用于在风机209运行时,将室外空气引流到新风腔210,进而从新风腔210进入到容置腔104内。
请参阅图3和图4,新风壳体208大致为矩形箱体,且可以由两个半壳213扣合形成,两个半壳213扣合后可以采用螺纹连接紧固在一起,新风壳体208的内部空腔为新风腔210,新风腔210内部用于安装过滤组件207,新风壳体208的侧部设置新风进风口211,新风进风口211可以为圆孔,新风进风口211用于连接新风管206,新风壳体208的顶部设置新风 出风口212,新风出风口212可以为圆孔,新风出风口212用于安装风机209,风机209的进风口与新风出风口212连通。
请参阅图4,过滤组件207包括安装架214和设置在安装架214内的滤芯215,安装架214用于对滤芯215进行固定,滤芯215遮挡新风进风口211。
本申请实施例的新风空调的演示装置100中,新风空调室内样机200内的滤芯215包括抗菌滤网,以及层叠设置在抗菌滤网一侧的HEPA滤网或者IFD滤网。抗菌滤网可以抑制空气中细菌的生长、繁殖,抗菌滤网可以为银离子抗菌滤网、生物酶抗菌滤网等能够起到杀死细菌、抑制细菌生长或者抑制细菌繁殖的滤网。HEPA滤网或者IFD滤网可以过滤较小颗粒物、烟雾、花粉、异味等。HEPA滤网的英文全称为High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter,中文全称为高效空气过滤器,HEPA滤网可以对0.3微米以上颗粒进行有效过滤。IFD滤网的英文全称为Intense Field Dielectric Air Filter,IFD滤网通过静电场对带电颗粒物进行吸附。通过抗菌滤网以及HEPA滤网或者IFD滤网,可以对空气进行有效的过滤净化。
下面结合附图对新风空调的演示装置100进行详细的介绍。
请参阅图1,本申请实施例的新风空调的演示装置100,其包括演示柜101、气体发生器102、以及灯源103,演示柜101用于给气体发生器102、灯源103和新风空调室内样机200提供安装空间,灯源103用于人们更加清楚的看到空气中气体的浓度变化,气体发生器102用于产生便于人们肉眼观察的气体,其中气体发生器102产生的气体可以为水雾。
请参阅图1,演示柜101具有用于放置新风空调室内样机200的容置腔104,演示柜101的形状可以为长方体、立方体、圆柱体、半球形体等多种形状。演示柜101包括环形的侧板105、以及盖设在侧板105两端开口上的顶板106和底板107,顶板106、底板107以及侧板105围合出容置腔104。其中,顶板106和底板107相对设置,侧板105和顶板106之间可以通过胶粘接在一起,侧板105和底板107之间也可以通过胶粘接在一起。侧板105可以为圆形结构的环形侧板105,也可以是矩形结构的环形侧板105,当侧板105为圆形形状的环形侧板105时,顶板106和底板107可以为与圆形形状的环形侧板105对应的圆形板,当侧板105为矩形形状的环形侧板105时,顶板106和底板107可以为与矩形形状的环形侧板105 对应的矩形板。
请参阅图1,演示柜101设置有与容置腔104连通的安装口108,安装口108设置在侧板105上。新风空调室内样机200可以从安装口108安装在容置腔104内,或者可以经安装口108从容置腔104内取出。
请参照图1和图5,演示柜101上安装有打开或关闭安装口108的门板109,门板109与侧板105转动连接。例如,安装口108为矩形口,门板109为矩形板,门板109一边的顶端和底端设置有两个转动轴110,两个转动轴110的轴线重合,侧板105上设置有两个转轴孔111,两个转轴孔111的中心线重合,且门板109上的两个转动轴110对应安装在两个转轴孔111内,可以实现门板109与侧板105转动连接。
本申请实施例的新风空调的演示装置100,演示柜101的至少部分腔壁为透明区域,透明区域用于人们直观观测容置腔104内气体的浓度。其中,顶板106、底板107、侧板105以及门板109可以为透明塑料板或者玻璃板,顶板106、底板107、侧板105以及门板109可以形成透明区域;或者,顶板106、侧板105以及门板109为透明塑料板或者玻璃板,顶板106、侧板105以及门板109可以形成透明区域;或者,侧板105和门板109为透明塑料板或者玻璃板,侧板105和门板109可以形成透明区域;或者,侧板105或门板109为透明塑料板或者玻璃板,侧板105或门板109可以形成透明区域。上述透明塑料板为亚克力板。
请参阅图1,灯源103设置在容置腔104内,灯源103可以为LED灯,灯源103设置在顶板106上,或者,灯源103设置在侧板105的顶端,以便于灯源103的光照射在整个容置腔104内,便于人们观察容置腔104内气体的浓度变化。
请参阅图1、图2和图3,气体发生器102设置在容置腔104内,气体发生器102为水雾发生器、干冰发生器以及烟雾发生器中至少一种,气体发生器102的出口用于与新风空调室内样机200的新风进风口211靠近或连通。气体发生器102设置在底板107上,或者,气体发生器102设置在侧板105的底端,以便于与新风空调室内样机200的新风管206连通或者靠近。
请参阅图1和图6,本申请实施例的新风空调的演示装置100,其还包括三通管112,三通管112包括第一管段113、第二管段114以及第三管段 115,第一管段113的第一端口、第二管段114的第一端口以及第三管段115的第一端口相连通,第一管段113的第二端口与气体发生器102的出口连通,第二管段114的第二端口用于与新风空调室内样机200的新风进风口211相邻或连通,第三管段115的第二端口用于与新风空调室内样机200的室内进风口相邻或连通,其中,新风空调室内样机200的室内进风口指新风空调室内样机200处于制冷模式或者制热模式时,室内空气进入新风空调室内样机200内部的进口,在演示过程中,室内空气指容置腔104内的空气,如此,可以直观的显示新风空调室内样机200的新风和内循环风的混合效果,新风指气体发生器102产生的气体进入新风模块202并排除外壳201后的空气,内循环风指容置腔104内的空气进入外壳201后经外壳201内的热处理模块热处理后的空气,热处理模块指用于对进入外壳201内的空气进行制冷或者制热的模块。
请参阅图1,新风空调的演示装置100还包括控制器116和遥控器117,控制器116和气体发生器102控制连接,控制器116与遥控器117通信连接,控制器116接收遥控器117发送的控制信号,并控制气体发生器102开机、停机、或定档运行,如此,便于人们控制气体发生器102的开机、停机或者换挡。其中,气体发生器102可以有多个档位,且各档位下,气体发生器102单位时间的产气量不同。另外,遥控器117和控制器116之间可以通过蓝牙方式通信连接,遥控器117和控制器116之间也可以通过无线网络方式通信连接。
当然,本申请实施例的新风空调的演示装置100中,气体发生器102也可以设置按钮,人们可以通过安装口108对气体发生器102的按钮进行操作,进而控制气体发生器102的开机、停机或者换挡。
本申请实施例的新风空调的演示装置100和包括该新风空调的演示装置100的新风空调的演示系统中,当需要演示新风空调室内样机200具有新风模式时,气体发生器102和容置腔104内设置的新风空调室内样机200均打开,气体发生器102产生的气体可以被新风空调室内样机200吸入内部之后再排出,气体发生器102产生的气体等同于室外空气,此时,可以直观的看到新风空调室内样机200吸入气体发生器102产生的气体后排出,演示出了新风空调室内样机200处于新风模式时的气流流动路径。
本申请实施例的新风空调的演示装置100和包括该新风空调的演示装 置100的新风空调的演示系统中,当需要继续演示新风空调室内样机200在新风模式下还具有过滤效果时,将运行的气体发生器102关闭,将灯源103打开,并保持新风空调室内样机200运行,此时,可以直观的看到容置腔104内的气体浓度逐渐变低,直至消失,如此,演示出了新风空调室内样机200处于新风模式时可以过滤空气。
本申请实施例的新风空调的演示装置100和包括该新风空调的演示装置100的新风空调的演示系统中,当需要继续演示新风空调的新风和内循环风的混合效果时,可以同时开启新风模块和用于制冷、制热或除湿的热处理模块,此时,人们可以直观的看到新风和内循环风的混合效果。
综上,本申请实施例的新风空调的演示装置100和包括该新风空调的演示装置100的新风空调的演示系统中,人们可以直观看到新风空调室内样机200具有新风模式,且新风模式下可以过滤空气,提升空气质量。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本申请的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本申请的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本申请的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种新风空调的演示装置,其特征在于,包括演示柜、气体发生器、以及灯源;
    所述演示柜具有用于放置新风空调室内样机的容置腔,所述演示柜设置有与所述容置腔连通的安装口,所述演示柜的至少部分腔壁为透明区域;
    所述灯源设置在所述容置腔内;
    所述气体发生器设置在所述容置腔内,所述气体发生器的出口用于与所述新风空调室内样机的新风进风口靠近或连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的新风空调的演示装置,其特征在于,所述演示柜包括环形的侧板、以及盖设在所述侧板两端开口上的顶板和底板,所述顶板、所述底板以及所述侧板围合出所述容置腔;
    所述安装口设置在所述侧板上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的新风空调的演示装置,其特征在于,所述演示柜上安装有打开或关闭所述安装口的门板,所述门板与所述侧板转动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的新风空调的演示装置,其特征在于,所述顶板、所述底板、所述侧板以及所述门板为透明塑料板或者玻璃板;或者,
    所述顶板、所述侧板以及所述门板为透明塑料板或者玻璃板;或者,
    所述侧板和/或所述门板为透明塑料板或者玻璃板。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4任一项所述的新风空调的演示装置,其特征在于,所述灯源设置在所述顶板上;或者,
    所述灯源设置在所述侧板的顶端。
  6. 根据权利要求2-4任一项所述的新风空调的演示装置,其特征在于,所述气体发生器设置在所述底板上;或者,
    所述气体发生器设置在所述侧板的底端。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的新风空调的演示装置,其特征在于,所述新风空调的演示装置还包括控制器和遥控器;
    所述控制器和所述气体发生器控制连接,所述控制器与所述遥控器通信连接,所述控制器接收所述遥控器发送的控制信号,并控制所述气体发生器开机、停机、或定档运行。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的新风空调的演示装置,其特征在于,所述新风空调的演示装置还包括三通管,所述三通管包括第一管段、第二管段以及第三管段,所述第一管段的第一端口、所述第二管段的第一端口以及所述第三管段的第一端口相连通,所述第一管段的第二端口与所述气体发生器的出口连通,所述第二管段的第二端口用于与所述新风空调室内样机的新风进风口相邻或连通,所述第三管段的第二端口用于与所述新风空调室内样机的室内进风口相邻或连通。
  9. 一种新风空调的演示系统,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-8任一项所述的新风空调的演示装置,以及新风空调室内样机,所述新风空调室内样机设置在所述容置腔内;
    所述新风空调室内样机包括外壳和新风模块;
    所述外壳内部具有安装腔,所述外壳上设置有与所述安装腔连通的外壳新风进口和外壳新风出口;
    所述新风模块设置在所述安装腔内,所述新风模块包括新风壳体、风机以及新风管;所述新风壳体内部具有新风腔,所述新风壳体上设置有与所述新风腔连通的新风进风口和新风出风口;所述新风管的第一端与所述新风进风口连通,所述新风管的第二端穿装在所述外壳新风进口内,并伸出到所述外壳外;所述风机安装在所述新风出风口处,且所述风机的出风口与所述外壳新风出口连通。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的新风空调的演示系统,其特征在于,所述新风模块还包括过滤组件;
    所述过滤组件设置在所述新风腔内,所述过滤组件遮挡所述新风进风口或所述新风出风口。
