1、该新型的电缆防爆盒,通过设置有U形杆、橡胶压块、楔形块和楔形卡块,当需要把电缆防爆盒安装在电缆接头处时,首先把两端电缆穿过电缆防爆盒主体两端,并通过钢丝绳箍筋锥形接线套,通过锥形橡胶套对电缆防爆盒主体两端密封处理,之后把两个电缆头穿过支撑板和U形杆,接着通过连接杆按压U形杆,U形杆下移的过程中,橡胶压块挤压电缆表面,同时楔形块下移会在楔形卡块的限位下达到固定电缆的目的,接着再对两个电缆进行连接,避免电缆在电缆防爆盒主体晃动而造成电缆接头松动,并保障电缆能够正常工作,该机构使电缆防爆盒具有电缆固定功能,提高电缆在电缆防爆盒内部的稳定性,并能够避免发生电缆接头松散而造成电路中断的情况,进而提高了电缆防爆盒内电缆工作的稳定可靠性。
2、该新型的电缆防爆盒,通过设置有灭火机构和防爆机构,首先通过矩形密封环和橡胶密封垫提高弧形盖板与电缆防爆盒主体连接的密封性,进而提高电缆防爆盒的密封性,同时通过弧形卡片和限位块能够提高电缆防爆盒安装的便捷性,在电缆接头出现异常使电缆防爆盒内温度升高要发生爆炸时,首先温度升高使电缆防爆盒内空气膨胀,空气膨胀使橡胶袋向上形变,接着橡胶袋被破碎刀片刺破,此时橡胶袋内灭火干粉喷洒在电缆接头处,使接头处隔绝氧气,避免起火发生爆炸,同时电缆防爆盒内 气体会挤压橡胶塞,橡胶塞在弹簧的压力下继续向上移动,最终电缆防爆盒主体内空气会通过排气孔排出,以便降低电缆防爆盒主体内压力,防止电缆防爆盒爆炸,以及橡胶塞向上移动时,挡块随着移动杆上移,且挡块上的刺针向上移动刺破橡胶球,橡胶球内彩色涂料流出提醒工作人员该电缆防爆盒内电缆接头出现故障,以便工作人员能够快速抢修,该机构能够有效提高电缆防爆盒的密封性,通过防爆机构和灭火机构提高电缆防爆盒的防爆效果,同时使电缆防爆盒具有灭火功能,另外电缆防爆盒安装使用过程简便,能够提高电缆防爆盒安装的效率。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-6,新型的电缆防爆盒,包括电缆防爆盒主体1,电缆防爆盒主体1的上表面开设有安装孔,电缆防爆盒主体1的上表面固定连接有限位框2,限位框2的内壁活动连接有弧形盖板3,弧形盖板3的侧壁固定连接有弧形卡片4,电缆防爆盒主体1的外壁固定连接有多个与弧形卡片4相配合的限位块5,多个弧形卡片4的外壁均固定连接有拉环6,弧形盖板3的上表面开设有固定通孔,且固定通孔的孔壁固定连接有防爆机构7,电缆防爆盒主体1的内壁固定连接有两个对称分布的支撑机构8,弧形盖板3的下表面固定连接有灭火机构9,电缆防爆盒主体1的两端均固定连接有锥形橡胶套10,锥形橡胶套10的外壁固定连接有多个橡胶环11,多个橡胶环11的内壁共同连接有钢丝绳12,弧形盖板3的内壁边缘处固定连接有矩形密封环13,限位框2的内壁固定连接有橡胶密封垫14。
防爆机构7包括圆筒71,圆筒71的上表面开设有连接通孔,且连接通孔的孔壁活动连接有移动杆72,移动杆72的底端固定套接有橡胶塞73,橡胶塞73的外壁与圆筒71的内壁活动连接,移动杆72的顶端固定连接有挡块74,移动杆72的杆壁活动套接有弹簧75,弹簧75的两端分别与圆筒71的上表面和挡块74的下表面固定连接,圆筒71的外壁开设有两个对称分布的排气孔76,弧形盖板3的上表面固定连接有挡罩77,挡罩77的内壁固定连接有橡胶球78,挡块74的上表面固定连接有刺针79。
支撑机构8包括与电缆防爆盒主体1内壁固定连接的支撑板81,支撑板81的上表面开设有两个通孔,且两个通孔的孔壁共同活动连接有U形杆82,两个U形杆82的杆壁共同固定连接有连接杆83,两个U形杆82的两端外壁均固定连接有楔形块84,电缆防爆盒主体1的内壁固定连接有支撑块85,支撑块85靠近U形杆82的一侧固定连接有多个楔形卡块86,两个U形杆82的杆壁均固定连接有橡胶压块87,该机构使电缆防爆盒具有电缆固定功能,提高电缆在电缆防爆盒内部的稳定性,并能够避免发生电缆接头松散而造成电路中断的情况,提高电缆防爆盒内电缆工作的稳定可靠性。
灭火机构9包括与弧形盖板3内壁固定连接的橡胶袋91和破碎刀片92,橡胶袋91内填充有灭火干粉93,破碎刀片92位于橡胶袋91的内部, 橡胶袋91被破碎刀片92刺破,此时橡胶袋91内灭火干粉93喷洒在电缆接头处,使接头处隔绝氧气,避免起火发生爆炸。
电缆防爆盒主体1的外壁开设有矩形通孔,且矩形通孔的孔壁固定连接有散热片15,散热片15能够提高电缆防爆盒的散热效果。
橡胶球78的内部填充有彩色涂料,橡胶球78内彩色涂料流出提醒工作人员该电缆防爆盒内电缆接头出现故障,以便工作人员能够快速抢修。
限位块5的侧壁开设有弧形卡片4侧端相配合的凹槽16,凹槽16能够提高弧形卡片4与限位块5连接的稳定可靠性。
弧形盖板3的上表面固定连接有弧形把手17,弧形把手17能够方便推动弧形盖板3与限位框2连接。
综上所述,该新型的电缆防爆盒,当需要把电缆防爆盒安装在电缆接头处时,首先把两端电缆穿过电缆防爆盒主体1两端,并通过钢丝绳12箍筋锥形接线套10,通过锥形橡胶套10对电缆防爆盒主体1两端密封处理,之后把两个电缆头穿过支撑板81和U形杆82,接着通过连接杆83按压U形杆82,U形杆82下移的过程中,橡胶压块87挤压电缆表面,同时楔形块84下移会在楔形卡块86的限位下达到固定电缆的目的,接着再对两个电缆进行连接,避免电缆在电缆防爆盒主体1晃动而造成电缆接头松动,并保障电缆能够正常工作,该机构使电缆防爆盒具有电缆固定功能,提高电缆在电缆防爆盒内部的稳定性,并能够避免发生电缆接头松散而造成电路中断的情况,提高电缆防爆盒内电缆工作的稳定可靠性,接着通过矩形密封环13和橡胶密封垫14提高弧形盖板3与电缆防爆盒主体1连接的密封性,进而提高电缆防爆盒的密封性,同时通过弧形卡片4和限位块5能够提高电缆防爆盒安装的便捷性,在电缆接头出现异常使电缆防爆盒内温度升高要发生爆炸时,首先温度升高使电缆防爆盒内空气膨胀,空气膨胀使橡胶袋91向上形变,接着橡胶袋91被破碎刀片92刺破,此时橡胶袋91内灭火干粉93喷洒在电缆接头处,使接头处隔绝氧气,避免起火发生爆炸,同时电缆防爆盒内气体会挤压橡胶塞73,橡胶塞73在弹簧75的压力下继续向上移动,最终电缆防爆盒主体1内空气会通过排气孔76排出,以便降低电缆防爆盒主体1内压力,防止电缆防爆盒爆炸,以及橡胶塞73向上移动时,挡块74随着移动杆72上移,且挡块74上的 刺针79向上移动刺破橡胶球78,橡胶球78内彩色涂料流出提醒工作人员该电缆防爆盒内电缆接头出现故障,以便工作人员能够快速抢修,该机构能够有效提高电缆防爆盒的密封性,通过防爆机构和灭火机构提高电缆防爆盒的防爆效果,同时使电缆防爆盒具有灭火功能,另外电缆防爆盒安装使用过程简便,能够提高电缆防爆盒安装的效率。

  1. 新型的电缆防爆盒,包括电缆防爆盒主体(1),其特征在于:所述电缆防爆盒主体(1)的上表面开设有安装孔,所述电缆防爆盒主体(1)的上表面固定连接有限位框(2),所述限位框(2)的内壁活动连接有弧形盖板(3),所述弧形盖板(3)的侧壁固定连接有弧形卡片(4),所述电缆防爆盒主体(1)的外壁固定连接有多个与弧形卡片(4)相配合的限位块(5),多个所述弧形卡片(4)的外壁均固定连接有拉环(6),所述弧形盖板(3)的上表面开设有固定通孔,且固定通孔的孔壁固定连接有防爆机构(7),所述电缆防爆盒主体(1)的内壁固定连接有两个对称分布的支撑机构(8),所述弧形盖板(3)的下表面固定连接有灭火机构(9),所述电缆防爆盒主体(1)的两端均固定连接有锥形橡胶套(10),所述锥形橡胶套(10)的外壁固定连接有多个橡胶环(11),多个所述橡胶环(11)的内壁共同连接有钢丝绳(12),所述弧形盖板(3)的内壁边缘处固定连接有矩形密封环(13),所述限位框(2)的内壁固定连接有橡胶密封垫(14)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的新型的电缆防爆盒,其特征在于:所述防爆机构(7)包括圆筒(71),所述圆筒(71)的上表面开设有连接通孔,且连接通孔的孔壁活动连接有移动杆(72),所述移动杆(72)的底端固定套接有橡胶塞(73),所述橡胶塞(73)的外壁与圆筒(71)的内壁活动连接,所述移动杆(72)的顶端固定连接有挡块(74),所述移动杆(72)的杆壁活动套接有弹簧(75),所述弹簧(75)的两端分别与圆筒(71)的上表面和挡块(74)的下表面固定连接,所述圆筒(71)的外壁开设有两个对称分布的排气孔(76),所述弧形盖板(3)的上表面固定连接有挡罩(77),所述挡罩(77)的内壁固定连接有橡胶球(78),所述挡块(74)的上表面固定连接有刺针(79)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的新型的电缆防爆盒,其特征在于:所述支撑机构(8)包括与电缆防爆盒主体(1)内壁固定连接的支撑板(81),所述支撑板(81)的上表面开设有两个通孔,且两个通孔的孔壁共同活动连接有U形杆(82),两个所述U形杆(82)的杆壁共同固定连接有连接杆(83),两个所述U形杆(82)的两端外壁均固定连接有楔形块(84),所述电缆防爆盒主体(1)的内壁固定连接有支撑块(85),所述支撑块(85) 靠近U形杆(82)的一侧固定连接有多个楔形卡块(86),两个所述U形杆(82)的杆壁均固定连接有橡胶压块(87)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的新型的电缆防爆盒,其特征在于:所述灭火机构(9)包括与弧形盖板(3)内壁固定连接的橡胶袋(91)和破碎刀片(92),所述橡胶袋(91)内填充有灭火干粉(93),所述破碎刀片(92)位于橡胶袋(91)的内部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的新型的电缆防爆盒,其特征在于:所述电缆防爆盒主体(1)的外壁开设有矩形通孔,且矩形通孔的孔壁固定连接有散热片(15)。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的新型的电缆防爆盒,其特征在于:所述橡胶球(78)的内部填充有彩色涂料。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的新型的电缆防爆盒,其特征在于:所述限位块(5)的侧壁开设有弧形卡片(4)侧端相配合的凹槽(16)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的新型的电缆防爆盒,其特征在于:所述弧形盖板(3)的上表面固定连接有弧形把手(17)。
