作为本发明的进一步改进,所述刀网盘上绕其轴线布置有多个呈片状的内定刀,相邻内定刀之间形成供毛发沿轴向进入的内围进入槽;所述刀架具有内动刀,刀架绕其轴线转动时内动刀和内定刀配合将毛发切削。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述外围进入槽向外的延伸方向偏斜于刀网盘的径向,并且偏斜的方向与刀架转动方向相逆;所述内围进入槽向外的延伸方向偏斜于刀网盘的径向,并且偏斜的方向与刀架转动方向相顺。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述环形汇集槽的宽度为0.2mm-0.7mm。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述导梳齿的端部由侧面圆滑地合拢形成。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述分流通道的底部最低处不高于所述环形汇集槽的最低处。
一种剃毛器,包括刀头组件、机壳、电机;所述刀头座固定在机壳的一端,所述电机置于机壳内,其输出轴与所述刀架通过连轴结构传动连接。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果:
1. 本发明的导梳齿支撑在皮肤上,使得刀网盘边缘处的外定刀减少接触皮肤的机会,降低了对皮肤的伤害。
2. 本发明的导梳齿,其齿身用于将毛发分流,并且起到梳理作用,将平贴在皮肤的毛发竖立起来,由分流通道进入毛发剃除区域。
3. 本发明的导梳齿与环形汇集槽相配合,可以提高单位时间或面积的进毛量,并且切削毛发的长度明显更长。
4. 本发明的导梳齿,可改善亲肤性,剃除毛发的过程中与皮肤接触的圆滑的端部,有效改善了对表皮的保护作用。
5. 本发明的刀网盘、环形壁,可被皮肤以及皮肤上的毛发顶起并推动缩回刀头座内,使得毛发更加容易进入内围进入槽进行切削。

本发明的实施方式
下面根据附图和实施案例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
在本说明书中提到或者可能提到的上、下、左、右、前、后、正面、背面、顶部、底部等方位用语是相对于各附图中所示的构造进行定义的,词语“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向它们是相对的概念,因此有可能会根据其所处不同位置、不同使用状态而进行相应地变化。所以,也不应当将这些或者其他的方位用语解释为限制性用语。
实施案例1:
参照图1-图4,一种刀头组件,包括刀网盘1、环形壁2、刀架3、导梳齿4,其中刀网盘1、环形壁2以及刀架3同轴设置,环形壁2靠近皮肤一端与刀网盘1的边缘通过数个横跨两者的连接片一体连接,环形壁2和刀网盘1之间呈折角关系,从而使得刀网盘1与环形壁2构成了一个盖状的整体结构,并且,刀网盘1的边缘与环形壁2靠近皮肤一端的边沿之间形成有环形汇集槽J3,用于汇集毛发使其更加容易进入外围进入槽J1。刀架3位于刀网盘1和盖体构成的盖状结构内,并且其中心点可转动地连接在刀网盘1。刀网盘1沿其边缘处布置有多个呈锯齿状的外定刀11,外定刀11之间形成供毛发沿径向进入的外围进入槽J1,刀网盘1上绕其轴线布置有多个呈片状的内定刀12,相邻内定刀12之间形成供毛发沿轴向进入的内围进入槽J2;外围进入槽J1与所述环形汇集槽J3折角相通,为待切削毛发的汇集和进入提供三维立体空隙。刀架3具有外动刀31、内动刀32,刀架3绕其轴线转动时外动刀31和外定刀11配合将毛发切削,刀架3绕其轴线转动时内动刀32和内定刀12配合将毛发切削。
导梳齿4布置在环形壁2的外围,并且基本上是沿着刀网盘1的轴向延伸的,其端部4-1的最高处不低于所述刀网盘1顶面。在使用刀头组件剃除毛发时,导梳齿4的端部4-1支撑在皮肤上,使得刀网盘1边缘处的外定刀11减少接触皮肤的机会;特别的,对较为光滑的皮肤进行剃除毛发时可以避免外定刀11接触皮肤。导梳齿4支撑在皮肤上限定了一个呈圆形的毛发剃除区域,该毛发剃除区域对应了刀头组件笼罩在皮肤上的范围。导梳齿4的齿身用于将毛发的梳理、分流,相邻导梳齿4之间形成了分流通道P,以供毛发进入毛发剃除区域,分流通道P的底部最低处不高于环形汇集槽J3的最低处。。
本申请的刀头组件,剃除毛发的过程如下:导梳齿4支撑在皮肤上并限定了一个呈环形的毛发剃除区域,随着刀头组件在皮肤上滑动,导梳齿4对毛发进行梳理,使得毛发从对应的分流通道P进入毛发剃除区域。较长的毛发随即汇集在刀网盘1边缘与环形壁2边沿之间的环形汇集槽J3内,然后从刀网盘1之外沿其径向分别进入不同的外围进入槽J1内,通过外定刀11和外动刀31的配合将其切削。位于刀网盘1表面和皮肤之间的毛发(没有完全被剃除的毛发以及较短的毛发)沿着刀网盘1的轴向进入内围进入槽J2内,通过内定刀12和内动刀32的配合将其切削或二次切削。
基于剃除毛发的过程,导梳齿4、导梳齿4之间形成的分流通道P、环形壁2、环形壁2和刀网盘1之间的环形汇集槽J3构成了“篱半墙”的组合式结构。
相比现有技术,导梳齿4支撑在皮肤上,可以使得刀网盘1边缘呈锯齿状的外定刀11减少与皮肤接触的机会,从而降低了外定刀11皮肤的伤害,避免皮肤出现红肿现象,也可以降低由于皮肤褶皱导致外定刀11划伤划破皮肤的风险。
为了改善导梳齿4的亲肤性,导梳齿4的结构设置呈柱状结构,其端部4-1由侧面圆滑地合拢形成,基本上呈现出圆头状的结构,使其与皮肤接触更为滑顺,起到了对皮肤的保护作用。用力将本申请的刀头组件压在皮肤上时,毛发剃除区域呈现出中间向上隆起、周边向下凹陷的弧面,周边向下凹陷是由于导梳齿4的作用,由于导梳齿4的亲肤性,因此不会对皮肤造成伤害,反而毛发剃除区域呈现出的弧面可以对皮肤上的褶皱具有拉平的效果,提高皮肤的平滑度更加容易剃除毛发。
另外,在接触褶皱的皮肤时,“篱半墙”的导梳齿4毛发剃除区域边缘的皮肤使其绷紧,毛发剃除区域与刀网盘1之间不会出现紧贴的情况,较之于现有技术中外定刀11推压皮肤使得整个刀网盘1压迫皮肤,在本申请中,毛发更容易进入“篱半墙”的环形汇集槽J3并进而进入外围进入槽J1进行切削。
 “篱半墙”的导梳齿4还有一个非常重要的作用,会对毛发进入毛发剃除区域前进行梳理,尤其是对于较为柔软的、较为卷曲的、相互缠绕的毛发,这些类型的毛发基本都是平贴在皮肤上的,导梳齿4的梳理作用可以使得这类毛发竖起后通过分流通道P进入毛发剃除区域内,从而更加容易被环形汇集槽J3捕获汇集,并进入外围进入槽J1内。因此在导梳齿4、环形汇集槽J3、外围进入槽J1的作用下,本申请的刀头组件,单位时间或面积的进毛量大幅度提高,切割毛发的长度也有明显更长。
 “篱半墙”的环形汇集槽J3特别适用于捕获汇集较长的毛发,在理论上环形汇集槽J3的宽度越大,捕获汇集长毛发的性能就越强,进毛量就越大,但是在实际应用时,过宽的环形汇集槽J3会造成毛发缠绕在刀架3或外定刀11上,继而影响到刀网盘1和刀架3之间的配合削切性能,因此在本实施案例中,环形汇集槽J3宽度限定在0.2mm-0.7mm,可在避免毛发缠绕刀架3的前提下,提高进毛量。
另外,外围进入槽J1向外的延伸方向T1偏斜于刀网盘1的径向,并且偏斜的方向与刀架3转动方向T3相逆,从而使得刀架3旋转带动外动刀31和外定刀11配合切削时,在外围进入槽J1内的毛发容易滑出来,提高了外动刀31和外定刀11剃除毛发的效率。内围进入槽J2向外的延伸方向偏斜于刀网盘1的径向,并且偏斜的方向T2与刀架3转动方向T3相顺,因此内动刀32在和内定刀12配合切削时会将毛发推向内围进入槽J2远离刀网盘1中心点的一端,使得内动刀32的切削位置是线速度最快的部位,提高内动刀32和内定刀12的切削性能。
刀头组件还包括与刀网盘1同轴设置的刀头座5,刀头座5呈筒状并且在两端开口,导梳齿4的根部4-2植于刀头座5靠近皮肤一端的边沿上,环形壁2滑动插接在刀头座5靠近皮肤的端口。
将刀头座5靠近皮肤的一端定义为头端,远离皮肤的一端定义为尾端,刀头座5的内壁在靠近头端的位置具有一圈台阶结构51,刀头座5内还设置有支撑在其内壁上的支撑环52,支撑环52相对于台阶结构51更靠近刀头座5的尾端,台阶结构51、支撑环52、位于两者之间的刀头座5内壁形成了一个环形凹槽5-a,环形壁2的外表面具有沿径向凸出的一圈凸缘结构2-b,凸缘结构2-b卡嵌在环形凹槽5-a内,并且可沿轴向滑动,而台阶结构51和支撑环52就构成了第一止位点和第二止位点,用以限制环形壁2、刀网盘1沿轴向滑动的范围。
环形壁2、刀网盘1受限制的轴向滑动可在刀网盘1与皮肤之间形成一个浮动的纵向空间,由皮肤以及皮肤上的毛发顶在刀网盘1上并可推动刀网盘1、环形壁2向刀头座5内滑动收缩,从而使得这些毛发可以沿轴向进入刀网盘1的内围进入槽J2内,而且也更容易使得其他毛发弹起并一同进入内围进入槽J2内。另外,刀头座5内还设置有弹性复位结构53用以驱使刀网盘1、环形壁2滑动复位,在本实施案例中,弹性复位结构53选用压簧。
实施案例2:
参照图5,一种剃毛器,包括实施案例1的刀头组件、机壳6、电机7。机壳6呈筒状结构,刀头座5固定在机壳6的一端,电机7置于机壳内,其输出轴与刀架3通过连轴结构8传动连接。另外还设置有罩壳9,可以扣合在机壳将刀头组件罩住。
最后应说明的是:以上实施案例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施案例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施案例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施案例技术方案的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种刀头组件,包括同轴布置的刀网盘(1)、环形壁(2)、刀架(3);所述刀网盘(1)沿边缘布置有多个呈锯齿状的外定刀(11),相邻外定刀(11)之间形成供毛发沿径向进入的外围进入槽(J1);所述刀架(3)具有外动刀(31),刀架(3)绕其轴线转动时外动刀(31)和外定刀(11)配合将毛发切削;所述环形壁(2)与所述刀网盘(1)一体连接并呈折角关系;所述刀网盘(1)的边缘与环形壁(2)靠近皮肤一端的边沿之间形成有环形汇集槽(J3),用于汇集毛发使其更加容易进入所述外围进入槽(J1);所述外围进入槽(J1)与所述环形汇集槽(J3)折角相通,为待切削毛发的汇集和进入提供三维立体空隙;
    其特征在于:
    所述刀头组件还包括布置在环形壁(2)外围的导梳齿(4);所述导梳齿(4)基本沿刀网盘(1)的轴向延伸,其端部(4-1)的最高处不低于所述刀网盘(1)顶面,用以支撑在皮肤上使得刀网盘(1)的边缘减少接触皮肤的机会;所述导梳齿(4)限定了毛发剃除区域;所述导梳齿(4)的齿身用于将毛发梳理、分流,并在相邻导梳齿(4)之间形成了分流通道(P),供毛发进入毛发剃除区域。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的刀头组件,其特征在于,所述刀头组件还包括与刀网盘(1)同轴并且呈筒状的刀头座(5),所述刀头座(5)在两端开口;所述导梳齿(4)的根部(4-2)植于刀头座(5)靠近皮肤一端的边沿上;所述环形壁(2)滑动插接在刀头座(5)靠近皮肤的端口上;皮肤以及皮肤上的毛发可顶在刀网盘(1)上的毛发并推动刀网盘(1)、环形壁(2)向刀头座(5)内滑动收缩。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的刀头组件,其特征在于,所述刀头座(5)内还设置有弹性复位结构(53),用于驱使刀网盘(1)、环形壁(2)、刀架(3)滑动复位。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的刀头组件,其特征在于,所述刀头座(5)的内沿轴向形成有第一止位点和第二止位点,所述刀网盘(1)、环形壁(2)的滑动范围被限制在第一止位点和第二止位点之间。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的刀头组件,其特征在于,所述刀网盘(1)上绕其轴线布置有多个呈片状的内定刀(12),相邻内定刀(12)之间形成供毛发沿轴向进入的内围进入槽(J2);所述刀架(3)具有内动刀(32),刀架(3)绕其轴线转动时内动刀(32)和内定刀(12)配合将毛发切削。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的刀头组件,其特征在于,所述外围进入槽(J1)向外的延伸方向(T1)偏斜于刀网盘(1)的径向,并且偏斜的方向与刀架(3)转动方向(T3)相逆;所述内围进入槽(J2)向外的延伸方向(T2)偏斜于刀网盘(1)的径向,并且偏斜的方向与刀架(3)转动方向(T3)相顺。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的刀头组件,其特征在于,所述环形汇集槽(J3)的宽度为0.2mm-0.7mm。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的刀头组件,其特征在于,所述导梳齿(4)的端部(4-1)由侧面圆滑地合拢形成。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的刀头组件,其特征在于,所述分流通道(P)的底部最低处不高于所述环形汇集槽(J3)的最低处。
  10. 一种剃毛器,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9任一项所述的刀头组件、机壳(6)、电机(7);所述刀头座(5)固定在机壳(6)的一端,所述电机(7)置于机壳(6)内,其输出轴与所述刀架(3)通过连轴结构(8)传动连接。
