Claims (12)
- 복수의 전지셀들이 일방향으로 적층된 전지셀 적층체,상기 전지셀 적층체를 수용하고, 내부면 및 외부면을 갖는 모듈 프레임 및상기 모듈 프레임과 결합하고, 상기 전지셀 적층체의 전면 또는 후면을 덮는 엔드 플레이트를 포함하고,상기 모듈 프레임에는 상기 내부면에 형성된 유입구 및 상기 외부면에 형성된 배출구를 정의하는 홀 형태의 벤팅부가 적어도 하나 형성되며,상기 벤팅부의 홀은 배리어층에 의해 덮여 있는 전지 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 배리어층은 용융점이 약 200 ℃이하인 물질을 포함하는 전지 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 배리어층은 내열 플라스틱, CFRP(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic), GFRP(Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastics), Mica 계열 소재, Ceramic 계열 소재, 또는 실리콘을 포함하는 전지 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 배리어층은 무기 탄산염, 무기 인산염, 및 무기 황산염으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 소화 약제를 포함하는 전지 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 배리어층은 상기 벤팅부가 형성된 상기 모듈 프레임의 일면과 상기 전지셀 적층체 사이에 위치하는 전지 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 배리어층은 상기 벤팅부의 홀의 내부 공간을 채우는 전지 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 배리어층은, 상기 벤팅부의 홀의 내부 공간을 채우는 제1 배리어층 및 상기 벤팅부가 형성된 상기 모듈 프레임의 일면과 상기 전지셀 적층체 사이에 위치하는 제2 배리어층을 포함하는 전지 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수의 전지셀들이 적층되는 방향을 적층 방향으로 정의할 때,상기 벤팅부는 상기 적층 방향을 따라 연장되는 상기 모듈 프레임의 일면 상에 형성되는 전지 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 벤팅부는 상기 모듈 프레임의 상면에 형성되는 전지 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 벤팅부의 배출 방향은 상기 벤팅부가 형성된 상기 모듈 프레임의 일면과 예각을 이루고,상기 벤팅부의 배출 방향은 상기 유입구로부터 상기 배출구를 향하는 방향인 전지 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수의 전지셀은 제1 전지셀 및 제2 전지셀을 포함하고,상기 제1 전지셀과 대응되는 위치에 형성된 제1 벤팅부와 대응되는 상기 배리어층의 제1 부분이 개방될 때,상기 제2 전지셀과 대응되는 위치에 형성된 제2 벤팅부와 대응되는 상기 배리어층의 제2 부분은 개방되지 않는 전지 모듈.
- 제1항에 따른 적어도 하나의 전지 모듈을 포함하는 전지 팩.
