Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Wärmebehandlung von metallischen Werkstücken, insbesondere Getriebekomponenten, bei welchem aufgekohlte metallische Werkstücke in ein Mittel zum Erwärmen von Werkstücken eingeführt werden und darin erwärmt werden, wobei das Mittel zum Erwärmen von Werkstücken als Durchlaufofen ausgestaltet ist und wobei Werkstücke in den Durchlaufofen durch eine erste Öffnungseinrichtung eingebracht werden und durch eine von der ersten Öffnungseinrichtung beabstandete zweite Öffnungseinrichtung aus dem Durchlaufofen ausgebracht werden, wobei Werkstücke nach dem Ausbringen zum Härten in ein Mittel zum Härten eingeführt werden.
