与现有技术相比,本申请具有如下有益效果:本申请提供的洗地机,结构紧凑,体 积小巧,操作便捷,同时前滚刷与后滚刷之间形成收集通道,后滚刷直接与地刷壳之间形成风道,提高脏污的流动速度,同时配合第一刮板和第二刮板的布置,能够将脏污快速从前滚刷、后滚刷上刮除,提高脏污的清除速度,进一步提高脏污的回收效率,能够更快、更高效的完成地面清洁。

具体实施方式
为使本申请的上述目的、特征和优点能够更为明显易懂,下面结合附图,对本申请的具体实施方式做详细的说明。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用于解释本申请,而非对本申请的限定。另外还需要说明的是,为了便于描述,附图中仅示出了与本申请相关的部分而非全部结构。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
请参阅图1、图2所示,本申请一实施例提供了一种洗地机,包括主体部10,握持组件20,地刷组件30。
其中,握持组件20用于供用户操作握持。握持组件20与地刷组件30连接,用户操作握持组件20,从而操控地刷组件30在地面上执行清洁任务。在一实施场景中,握持组件20在非使用状态,能够稳定立于地刷组件30之上,洗地机又可以称之为立式洗地机。
在本实施例中,主体部10连接于地刷组件30的上方,握持组件20与主体部10连接,主体部10和握持组件20以及地刷组件30连接成为一个整体,在清洗操作时,用户操纵握持组件20,操控主体部10和地刷组件30。具体而言,主体部10纵长延伸,握持组件20连接于主体部10的上端,地刷组件30连接于主体部10的下端,主体部10与地刷组件30通过转接头40可转动的设置,使得握持组件20和主体部10能够相对地刷组件30转动,从而改变操作角度,灵活的调整清洗姿态。
请参阅图2,主体部10包括抽吸机构、回收桶102和回收管道103,回收管道103连通在回收桶102和地刷组件30之间,抽吸机构用于形成负压,以将地面上的污水、脏物等脏污通过回收管道103吸入回收桶102。
请参阅图1、图3,地刷组件30包括地刷壳301、滚刷、第一刮板304,第二刮板305。地刷壳301具有相对的前部3011和后部3012,地刷壳301内形成有用于回收脏污的吸口306,吸口306与回收管道103相连通。滚刷包括前滚刷307和后滚刷308,前滚刷307设置于地刷壳301的前部3011,后滚刷308设置于地刷壳301的后部3012,结构紧凑,体积小巧,操作便捷。前滚刷307与后滚刷308之间形成收集通道309,便于前滚刷307与后滚刷308在工作时的空气流动,从而将脏污进行收集。后滚刷308的上部与地刷壳301之间形成风道310,收集通道309、风道310、吸口306依次相连通。
第一刮板304与前滚刷的外周面3071相接触,第二刮板305与后滚刷的外周面3081相接触。前滚刷307和后滚刷308被驱动高速旋转以清洁地面,前滚刷307和后滚刷308的设置在确保结构紧凑的同时能够保证清洁效率,同时通过第一刮板304的设置能够将前滚刷307上的脏污刮掉进入风道310内,第二刮板305的设置能够将后滚刷308上的脏污刮掉进入吸口306内,最终均通过回收管道103进入回收桶102内。
在一实施例中,第一刮板304位于前滚刷307的后部靠近风道310的位置,这样,第一刮板304从前滚刷307上刮下的脏污离风道310近,能够被迅速吸入风道310内。在一实施例中,第二刮板305位于后滚刷308的后部靠近吸口306的位置,便于将第二刮板305从后滚刷308上刮下的脏污迅速吸入吸口306内,从而快速通过回收管道103收集到回收桶102内,提高脏污回收效率。
请参阅图3,第一刮板304的前端3041高于前滚刷307的轴线,这样,第一刮板304从前滚刷307上刮下的脏污由于与清洁面之间有一定的高度,脏污不会落到清洁面上,而是由收集通道309的气流带入风道307内,避免对清洁面的污染。请参阅图3,第二刮板305的前端3051不高于后滚刷308的轴线,避免对吸口306造成阻挡,提高吸口306的吸脏污能力。
为了提高第一刮板304对前滚刷307上的脏污刮除能力,第一刮板304的前端3041具有与前滚刷307抵接的第一抵接面3042,第一抵接面3042的投影穿过前滚刷307的轴线。为了提高第二刮板305对后滚刷308上的脏污刮除能力,第二刮板305的前端3051具有与后滚刷308抵接的第二抵接面3052,第二抵接面3052的投影穿过后滚刷308的轴线。
在本实施例中,前滚刷307具有在第一刮板304位置的第一旋转切线3071,第一刮板304的前端3041与第一旋转切线3071基本垂直,保证对前滚刷307上的脏污刮除效果达到最优,使得脏污刮除彻底,进一步提高前滚刷307的去脏污能力。在本实施例中,后滚刷308具有在第二刮板305位置的第二旋转切线3081,第二刮板305的前端与第二旋转切线3081基本垂直,保证对后滚刷308上的脏污刮除效果达到最优,使得脏污刮除彻底,进一步提高后滚刷308的去脏污能力。
请参阅图3,前滚刷307与后滚刷308旋转方向相反,在收集通道309的位置,前滚 刷307的旋转切线3072方向与后滚刷308的旋转切线3082方向均朝向上方。以图3所示的洗地机的状态作为参考,前滚刷307设置成逆时针转动,后滚刷308设置成沿顺时针转动,从而便于前滚刷307旋转带动的脏污和后滚刷308旋转带动的脏污均进入收集通道309,再通过风道310、吸口306、回收管道103进入回收桶102,提高脏污回收的效率,保证清洁效果。
在一实施例中,前滚刷307及后滚刷308直接与清洁面接触。
在一具体实施例中,第一刮板304通过第一卡板311固定于地刷壳301。具体而言,第一刮板304卡接在第一卡板311与地刷壳301之间,卡接稳固,同时也方便对第一刮板304进行更换,以适用于不同直径的前滚刷307。在其他实施例中,也可以将第一刮板304与地刷壳301一体成型,或者将第一刮板304通过螺丝或胶水固定在地刷壳301上。
在一具体实施例中,第二刮板305通过第二卡板312固定于地刷壳301。具体而言,第二刮板305卡接在第二卡板312与地刷壳301之间,卡接稳固,同时也方便对第二刮板305进行更换,以适用于不同直径的后滚刷308。在其他实施例中,也可以将第二刮板305与地刷壳301一体成型,或者将第二刮板305通过螺丝或胶水固定在地刷壳301上。
在一具体实施例中,抽吸机构包括电机104和叶轮(图中未示出),电机104驱动叶轮旋转以产生负压。在另一具体实施例中,抽吸机构也可以采用真空泵以形成负压。
进一步地,为了提高洗地机的便携性,请参阅图2,主体部10还包括电池包105,电池包105与电机104电连接,提供电机104运转的电能。
主体部10还包括清水桶106,清水桶106用于存储清洁用水,通过清水供给管路(图中未示出)将清水桶106与地刷组件30形成清洁用水供给通道,用于润湿前滚刷307、后滚刷308和/或地面。其中,回收管道103与清水供给管路均为柔性软管,穿过转接头40,与地刷组件30连接,能够随着转接头40的转动而适应性的调整姿态。
在其他实施例中,主体部10也可以与地刷组件30和握持组件20分体设置,回收管道103和清水供给管路部分外置,连接在主体部10和地刷组件30之间。回收管道和清水供给管路均为柔性软管,因此在清洗操作时,主体部10可以保持不动,只有地刷组件30和握持组件20被操作,从而操作的对应体积更小,重量更轻,提高操作舒适性。
本实施例在使用时,清水桶106可提供拖洗地面所需要的洁净的水,洁净的水通过内置清水供给管路喷洒至带有绒毛的前滚刷307、后滚刷308上,前滚刷307和后滚刷308高速旋转拖洗地面,由电机104提供动力,在收集通道309、风道310、吸口306、回收管道103内形成负压和气流,前滚刷307和后滚刷308拖洗地面后的脏污通过收集通道309依次经由风道310、吸口306、回收管道103进入回收桶102,完成拖洗、吸的过程,同时,在前滚刷307和后滚刷308转动时,前滚刷307与第一刮板304接触,后滚刷308与第二刮板305接触,第一刮板304、第二刮板305分别将前滚刷307、后滚刷308上的脏污刮除,第一刮板304刮除的脏污通过风道310、吸口306进入回收管道103 被回收桶102回收,第二刮板305刮除的脏污通过吸口306进入回收管道103被回收桶102回收。
本申请实施例描述的“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”等方位词,均是以用户在操作洗地机的状态下,以图1箭头所示为“前”方,身体的左侧为左,右侧为右,上述描述仅用于说明目的,不能理解为对本申请的限制。
上述仅为本申请的一个具体实施方式,其它基于本申请构思的前提下做出的任何改进都视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种洗地机,包括:主体部,位于所述主体部一端的用于握持的握持组件,位于所述主体部另一端的地刷组件,其中,所述地刷组件包括:
    地刷壳,具有相对的前部和后部,所述地刷壳内形成有用于回收脏污的吸口;
    滚刷,包括设置于所述地刷壳的所述前部的前滚刷和设置于所述地刷壳的所述后部的后滚刷,所述前滚刷与所述后滚刷之间形成收集通道,所述后滚刷的上部与所述地刷壳之间形成风道,所述收集通道、风道、吸口依次相连通;
    第一刮板,与所述前滚刷的外周面相接触;
    第二刮板,与所述后滚刷的外周面相接触。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种洗地机,其中,所述第一刮板位于所述前滚刷的后部靠近所述风道的位置。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种洗地机,其中,所述第二刮板位于所述后滚刷的后部靠近所述吸口的位置。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种洗地机,其中,所述第一刮板的前端高于所述前滚刷的轴线。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种洗地机,其中,所述第二刮板的前端不高于所述后滚刷的轴线。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种洗地机,其中,所述第一刮板的前端具有与所述前滚刷抵接的第一抵接面,所述第一抵接面的投影穿过所述前滚刷的轴线。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种洗地机,其中,所述第二刮板的前端具有与所述后滚刷抵接的第二抵接面,所述第二抵接面的投影穿过所述后滚刷的轴线。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种洗地机,其中,所述前滚刷具有在第一刮板位置的第一旋转切线,所述第一刮板的前端与第一旋转切线基本垂直。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的一种洗地机,其中,所述后滚刷具有在所述第二刮板位置的第二旋转切线,所述第二刮板的前端与第二旋转切线基本垂直。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的一种洗地机,其中,所述前滚刷与后滚刷旋转方向相反,在所述收集通道的位置,所述前滚刷的旋转切线方向与所述后滚刷的旋转切线方向均朝向上方。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的一种洗地机,其中,所述前滚刷及后滚刷直接与清洁面接触。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的一种洗地机,其中,所述第一刮板通过第一卡板固定于所述地刷壳,和/或所述第二刮板通过第二卡板固定于所述地刷壳。
  13. 一种洗地机,包括:主体部,位于所述主体部一端的用于握持的握持组件,位于所述主体部另一端的地刷组件,其中,所述地刷组件包括:
    地刷壳,具有相对的前部和后部,所述地刷壳内形成有用于回收脏污的吸口;
    滚刷,包括设置于所述地刷壳的所述前部的前滚刷和设置于所述地刷壳的所述后部的后滚刷;
    第一刮板,与所述前滚刷的外周面相接触,所述第一刮板的前端具有与所述前滚刷抵接的第一抵接面,所述第一抵接面的投影穿过所述前滚刷的轴线;
    第二刮板,与所述后滚刷的外周面相接触,所述第二刮板的前端具有与所述后滚刷抵接的第二抵接面,所述第二抵接面的投影穿过所述后滚刷的轴线。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的一种洗地机,其中,所述第一刮板的前端高于所述前滚刷的轴线。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的一种洗地机,其中,所述第二刮板的前端不高于所述后滚刷的轴线。
  16. 如权利要求13所述的一种洗地机,其中,所述前滚刷具有在第一刮板位置的第一旋转切线,所述第一刮板的前端与第一旋转切线基本垂直。
  17. 如权利要求13所述的一种洗地机,其中,所述后滚刷具有在所述第二刮板位置的第二旋转切线,所述第二刮板的前端与第二旋转切线基本垂直。
  18. 如权利要求13所述的一种洗地机,其中,所述前滚刷与所述后滚刷之间形成收集通道,所述后滚刷的上部与所述地刷壳之间形成风道,所述收集通道、风道、吸口依次相连通。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的一种洗地机,其中,所述前滚刷与后滚刷旋转方向相反,在所述收集通道的位置,所述前滚刷的旋转切线方向与所述后滚刷的旋转切线方向均朝向上方。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的一种洗地机,其中,所述第一刮板位于所述前滚刷的后部靠近所述风道的位置。
  21. 如权利要求19所述的一种洗地机,其中,所述第二刮板位于所述后滚刷的后部靠近所述吸口的位置。
