随着LED灯具的普及,现有的LED台灯,大多数采用一体式设计,底座与LED发光模块部分不能分离,若需将底座与LED发光模块分离,需要对台灯进行拆卸,必须要取下螺丝甚至有时需破坏台灯的外壳才能取出发光模块,因此,如遇发光元件或者电路控制元件出现故障,则造成整个发光模组或台灯需要维修或更换,甚至可能报废;由此导致,现有台灯的维修成本高昂,限制了台灯的使用周期,同时现有一体式设计的台灯,组装生成复杂不够灵活。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,下文所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本申请,并不是用于限制本申请。在本申请中,在未作相反说明的情况下,使用的方位词如“上”和“下”通常是指装置实际使用或工作状态下的上和下,具体为附图中的方向;而“内”和“外”通常是针对装置的轮廓而言的。
本申请实施例提供一种结构模块化设计的台灯。需说明的是,以下实施例的描述顺序不作为对实施例优选顺序的限定。
如图1所示,本申请实施例提供一种结构模块化设计的台灯,所述台灯包括电源底座1、以及照明组件2,所述电源底座1包括第一嵌件3,所述照明组件2包括第二嵌件4、发光单元5以及支撑部6,所述第一嵌件3一端固定于所述电源底座1内且内部电路相连接,所述支撑部6包括一壳体61,所述第二嵌件4一端连接导线后设置于所述支撑部6的一端并固定于所述壳体61内,所述壳体61紧固套接所述第一嵌件3使得所述第一嵌件3另一端与所述第二嵌件4的一端接触,所述支撑部6的另一端与所述发光单元5连接,在所述支撑部6的所述壳体61内,所述第二嵌件4的另一端与所述发光单元5电路连接。所述照明组件2还包括连接部7,所述连接部7与所述支撑部6以及所述发光单元5通过万向转动件8连接。
具体的,所述第二嵌件4设置于所述壳体6内形成内凹的母头,所述第一 嵌件3设置于所述电源底座1上即为凸起的公头,所述壳体61紧固套接所述第一嵌件3使得所述第一嵌件3另一端与所述第二嵌件4的一端接触形成电性连接完成公母配合连接。
所述电源底座1设置有触控面板11,所述触控面板11设置有功能按键,所述功能按键用于控制所述发光单元5的开关和调光,本实施例对所述触控面板11设置的功能不做限制,除此之外还可以设置显示屏显示时间,温度,或者设置其他智能功能模块,以使台灯与智能设备无线连接,例如,通过智能设备上安装的相应的APP,不仅能看到显示屏上的显示内容,还可以通过APP控制光源的开关状态以及调节光源的亮度;或者设置环境光线感应模块,根据环境光线强度来自动感应调节合适的台灯亮度,避免光照过强对人眼造成损害。
如图2、图3以及图4所示,所述第一嵌件3、所述第二嵌件4均有一外壳(31、41),且所述外壳(31、41)采用注塑成型工艺形成,为绝缘材质,且具有至少一螺孔(32、42),所述支撑部6的所述外壳61设有两个螺孔62,所述支撑部6套接于所述第一嵌件3与所述第二嵌件4,通过螺钉63与所述第一嵌件3的所述外壳31的所述螺孔32以及所述第二嵌件4的所述外壳41的所述螺孔42配合进行固定。所述第一嵌件3的所述外壳31其外壁向外凸起设有平行轨道37,与所述支撑部6内部设有相匹配的轨道相配合,以达到对所述支撑部6的一定固定作用。
在本实施例中,并未对所述支撑部6的形状规格做限制,所述支撑部6可以为一套管,还可以为其他形状规格,只要可以安装固定连接所述第一嵌件3与所述第二嵌件4,内部可以布置导线即可。所述第一嵌件3的所述外壳31与所述第二嵌件4的所述外壳41形状规格亦不做限制,只要可以与所述支撑部6配合固定即可。
如图3所示,所述第一嵌件3还包括设置于所述外壳31内的第一导电柱33,以及第一绝缘座34,所述第一绝缘座34一端面设有四个孔35,以使所述第一导电柱33伸出所述第一绝缘座34,所述第一绝缘座34包裹所述第一导电柱33的柱体,所述第一导电柱33的第一端(远离ME的一端)露出,且所述第一导电柱33的第一端与所述电源底座1内部电路连接。所述第一导电柱33其轴向均匀分布设置有环绕其柱体的凹槽36。所述第一导电柱33其与所述电源底座1连接的 第一端设置电路连接部,用于与所述电源底座1内部电路连接,连接方式可以通过在所述电路连接部进行焊接方式或者其他导线连接方式连接固定,可以在所述电路连接部上设置便于导线连接或者便于焊接的结构,例如孔或凹槽,只要可以电路的牢固连接即可,本实施例对连接方式不做限制。
所述第一嵌件3的所述外壳31还具有一卡槽38与所述电源底座1适配。所述电源底座1与所述第一嵌件3之间具有空隙用以容纳所述支撑部6的所述壳体61。所述第一导电柱33以及所述第一绝缘座34的所述孔35的数目仅为示例,可以需求选择,本实施例不做限制,只要所述第一导电柱33的数目与所述孔35的数目相匹配即可。
如图4以及图5所示,在本实施例中,所述第二嵌件4还包括设置于所述外壳41内的第二导电柱43,所述外壳41为绝缘材质,同时作为第二绝缘座44,所述第二绝缘座44一端面设有四个孔45,以使所述第二导电柱43伸出所述第二绝缘座44,所述第二绝缘座44包裹所述第二导电柱43的柱体,所述第二导电柱43的第一端(远离FE的一端)露出,用于与所述发光单元5电连接,且所述第二导电柱43其轴向均匀分布设置有环绕其柱体的凹槽46。所述第二导电柱43与所述第一导电柱33接触。
所述第一导电柱33的第二端ME伸出所述第一绝缘座34,所述第二导电柱43的第二端(FE)伸出所述第二绝缘座44,所述第二导电柱43的第二端(FE)陷入所述第二绝缘座44内,其上方形成空腔用于适配所述第一导电柱33的第二端(ME)。本实施例并未对所述第一导电柱33与所述第二导电柱44之间的连接方式做限制,还可以是,所述第一导电柱33的第二端(ME)陷入所述第一绝缘座34内,其上方形成空腔用于适配所述第二导电柱43的第二端(FE)。
在本实施例中,所述第二导电柱43的第一端设置电路连接部,用于与所述发光单元5电连接,连接方式可以通过在所述电路连接部进行焊接方式或者其他导线连接方式连接固定,可以在所述电路连接部上设置便于导线连接或者便于焊接的结构,例如孔或凹槽,只要可以电路的牢固连接即可,本实施例对连接方式不做限制。
如图5所示,在本实施例中,所述第一导电柱33包括导电针脚331、导电弹簧332及导电座333,其中所述导电针脚331设置于所述导电座333中,所述导电 弹簧332设置于所述导电针脚331与所述导电座333之间,所述第二导电柱43包括与所述第一导电柱33同样的结构。所述导电弹簧332用以使所述导电针脚331在第一位置P1与第二位置P2之间移动,提供所述导电针脚331与所述第二导电柱43的接触力。
在本申请的实施例所提供的一种结构模块化设计的台灯,其电路连接方式为,在所述电源底座1内部,通过第一嵌件3的所述第一导电柱33与所述电源底座1连接的一端设有的孔,利用导线连接到所述电源底座1内部的电路上,所述第二嵌件4的所述第二导电柱43设有凹槽的一端FE套接于所述第一导电柱33远离所述电源底座1的一端ME,通过在所述支撑部6与所述连接部7内部设置导线,连接所述第二导电柱43的另一端以及所述发光单元5,利用所述电源底座1的所述触控面板11上设置的功能模块控制所述发光单元5的开关状态以及调节光源的亮度。
如图1以及图6所示,在本实施例中,所述连接部7与所述支撑部6以及所述发光单元5通过万向转动件8连接,使所述连接部7与所述支撑部6以及所述发光单元5可以相向或反向旋转实现三者平行、或折叠成任意角度。
在本实施例中,并未对所述连接部7与所述支撑部6以及所述发光单元5之间的连接方式做限制,除了通过所述万向转动件8连接,也可以通过铰链连接,或者其他连接方式,只要可以实现所述连接部7与所述支撑部6以及所述发光单元5的旋转、折叠即可。如图6所示,为所述结构模块化设计的台灯拆卸、折叠后的状态。所述结构模块化设计的台灯通过方便拆卸、折叠,大大减小了产品包装规格。
本申请实施例所提供的结构模块化设计的台灯,简化组装工艺,对于组装工艺更加灵活多变,大大提高生产产能,可以模块化生产,可以满足客户DIY的要求,另外,此种模块化设计的结构,还可以应用于组装护眼台灯、读写台灯、落地灯等各种形式的灯具,适用于书房、卧室、客厅等各种场合,利于设计平台化,可以实现柔性化组装,通过拆装、利用所述连接部与所述支撑部以及所述照明组件的相向或反向旋转折叠,大大减小包装体积。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种结构模块化设计的台灯,所述台灯包括电源底座、以及照明组件,其中,所述电源底座包括第一嵌件,所述照明组件包括第二嵌件、发光单元以及支撑部,所述第一嵌件一端固定于所述电源底座内且内部电路相连接,所述支撑部包括一壳体,所述第二嵌件一端连接导线后设置于所述支撑部的一端并固定于所述壳体内,所述壳体紧固套接所述第一嵌件使得所述第一嵌件另一端与所述第二嵌件的一端接触以公母配合连接,所述支撑部的另一端与所述发光单元连接,在所述支撑部的所述壳体内,所述第二嵌件的另一端与所述发光单元电路连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的结构模块化设计的台灯,其中,所述第一嵌件、所述第二嵌件均有一外壳,且所述外壳具有至少一螺孔,所述支撑部的所述外壳设有两个螺孔,通过螺钉与所述第一嵌件的所述外壳的所述螺孔以及所述第二嵌件的所述外壳的所述螺孔配合进行固定。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的结构模块化设计的台灯,其中,所述电源底座设置有触控面板,所述触控面板设置有功能按键,所述功能按键用于控制所述照明组件的开关和亮度调节。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的结构模块化设计的台灯,其中,所述第一嵌件的所述外壳内还包括第一导电柱,以及包裹所述第一导电柱其柱体的第一绝缘座,所述第一导电柱的第一端露出,且所述第一导电柱的第一端与所述电源底座内部电路连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的结构模块化设计的台灯,其中,所述第一导电柱其与电源底座连接的第一端设置电路连接部,用于与所述电源底座内部电路连接。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的结构模块化设计的台灯,其中,所述第二嵌件的所述外壳内还包括第二导电柱,以及包裹所述第二导电柱其柱体的第二绝缘座,所述第二导电柱的第一端露出,用于与所述发光单元电连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的结构模块化设计的台灯,其中,所述第一导电柱、所述第二导电柱均设置有环绕其柱体的凹槽。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的结构模块化设计的台灯,其中,所述第一导电柱 /所述第二导电柱的第二端伸出第一绝缘座/所述第二绝缘座,所述第二导电柱/第一导电柱的第二端陷入所述第二绝缘座/第一绝缘座内,其上方形成空腔用于适配所述第一导电柱/第二导电柱的第二端。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的结构模块化设计的台灯,其中,所述第一导电柱/第二导电柱包括导电针脚、导电弹簧及导电座,其中所述导电针脚设置于所述导电座中,所述导电弹簧设置于所述导电针脚与所述导电座之间。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的结构模块化设计的台灯,其中,所述照明组件还包括连接部,所述连接部与所述支撑部以及所述发光单元通过万向转动件连接。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的结构模块化设计的台灯,其中,所述第一嵌件的所述外壳具有一卡槽与所述电源底座适配。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的结构模块化设计的台灯,其中,所述电源底座与所述第一嵌件之间具有空隙用以容纳所述支撑部的所述壳体。
