Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种旋转式光感LED小夜灯,包括壳体,转接在壳体底端的旋转插头座,壳体包括上壳、下壳,下壳围合形成容置腔,容置腔内置有光控开关,在下壳底端设置有圆形凹槽,圆形凹槽边缘设有定位凸缘;旋转插头座包括插头座外壳,连接在插头座外壳上部的旋转连接座,插头座外壳顶端外圆环面上设有多个与定位凸缘相对应卡扣的定位凹槽。本实用新型的在小夜灯结构上设置LED灯并连接于光控开关上,使其具有光控式感应;旋转插头座与下壳的旋转连接方式更加简单,有效降低了成本;创造性的在下壳底端设置定位凸缘,将定位凸缘与插头座外壳顶端外圆环面上设置的定位凹槽相配合,让小夜灯能自由的进行360°旋转,解决小夜灯的空间照射定位问题。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及灯具技术领域,尤其涉及一种装配方便、旋转定位快捷、灵敏度高的旋转式光感LED小夜灯。 
背景技术
小夜灯作为灯饰是装饰为主,照明为辅的产品,随着生活水平逐步提高,各式各样的小夜灯除要满足照明的需求外,亦要符合装饰和美化居室的效果。一般家庭中常用的小夜灯,是可直接插设在电源插座上的小型灯具。如专利号为201120000990.0的中国专利公开了一种旋转式小夜灯,包括灯座本体,具有相对的顶面与底面,底面设置一凹入灯座本体的容纳空间,一插头,一端设有两金属片,另一端设有一旋转接头,旋转接头紧配合于容纳空间内部,并相对于容纳空间360°旋转,一灯泡,设置在灯座本体的第三面上,一开关组件,设置灯座本体内部,包括一开关(可接触或非接触式),开关裸露在灯座本体的顶面,两金属片、开关组件及灯泡之间电性连接。这样的就结构比较复杂,装配麻烦,生产成本较高,需要进一步改进。又如发明人在先申请的专利申请号为201220104130.6的中国专利公开了一种旋转式小夜灯灯头,包括有壳体、灯座组件、灯泡接口、第一电极导电片和第二电极导电片,壳体内还设有环形连接导电片,灯座组件包括有灯座、两个电源插脚,灯座转动连接在壳体内部,其中一个电源插脚与第二电极导电片电连接,另一个电源插脚的顶部顶触在连接导电片上,简化了结构,减少装配工艺和成本,并且灯座组件能够360度旋转,能够适应任意插孔方向的插座,使用方便,并且壳体内部设有用于指示灯座旋转角度数据的刻度,这样在使用过程中,可方便转动灯座调节所需的角度,每个角度均有角度数据显示,这样使用者能对调节的角度数据一目了然,使用调 节方便,角度调节准确,节省时间。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于,克服现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种装配方便,生产成本低的旋转式光感LED小夜灯。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供的技术方案如下:一种旋转式光感LED小夜灯,包括壳体,转接在壳体底端的旋转插头座,壳体包括上壳、下壳,上壳顶端设有通光孔,上壳底端设有定位连接柱,上壳左侧设置有上灯头壳,下壳围合形成容置腔,容置腔内置有导电片,下壳左侧设置有下灯头壳,下灯头壳与上灯头壳的前部外端套接有套环,在下壳底端中部设置有圆形凹槽,圆形凹槽中部设有中连接柱;旋转插头座包括插头座外壳,插接在插头座外壳上设有插脚,插头座外壳中部开设有定位孔,连接在插头座外壳上部内腔的旋转连接座,容置腔内置导电片上设置有光控开关;圆形凹槽上设置有多个定位凸缘,插头座外壳顶端外圆环面上设有多个与下壳底端圆形凹槽的定位凸缘相对应卡扣的定位凹槽,定位孔内设置有定位螺丝,定位螺丝上套设有定位弹簧。 
光控开关包括PCB电路板及设置在PCB电路板上的光感器,光感器顶端连接有光感片。 
PCB电路板左侧连接有LED灯。 
定位凸缘数量为2至8个;定位凹槽的数量为4至8个 
本实用新型的有益之处是,相对于其它光感小夜灯或旋转式小夜灯,在小夜灯结构上设置LED灯并连接于光控开关上,使其具有光控式感应,增加了小夜灯的实用性;旋转插头座与下壳的旋转连接方式更加简单,整体装配只需两个螺丝即可完全定位,而且减少小夜灯的金属连接片,有效降低了成本;更具有创造性的是巧妙地在下壳底端设置定位凸缘,将定位凸缘与插头座外壳顶端 外圆环面上设置的定位凹槽相配合,让小夜灯能自由的进行360°旋转,从而解决小夜灯的空间照射定位问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及较佳实施例就本实用新型旋转式光感LED小夜灯的技术方案作进一步的说明。 
如图1至图4所示,本实用新型所述的一种旋转式光感LED小夜灯,包括壳体1,转接在壳体1底端的旋转插头座4,壳体包括上壳11、下壳12,上壳11底端设有一个定位连接柱110及多个定位柱111,上壳11左侧设置有上灯头壳113,上壳11顶端设有通光孔13,下壳12设有容置腔,容置腔内置有光控开关16,光控开关16连接有第一导电片14及第二导电片15,下壳12左侧设置有下灯头壳121,下灯头壳121与上灯头壳113的前部外端套接有套环3,在下壳12底端中部设置有圆形凹槽122,圆形凹槽122中部设有连接柱123,连接柱123前侧、后侧与右侧分别设有第一插头连接孔124、第二插头连接孔125,连接定位孔126,在圆形凹槽122边上还设置有四个定位凸缘127,分别设置在圆形凹槽122的前、后、左、右;旋转插头座4包括插头座外壳41,插接在插头座外壳41上第一插脚42、第二插脚43,插头座外壳41中部开设有第二定位孔40,连接在插头座外壳41上部内腔的旋转连接座44,旋转连接座44上部内腔中部设置有内套441,旋转连接座44外部设置有外套442,内套441外端套 接有内金属环45,外套442的外端套接有外金属环46,第一插脚42、第二插脚43的顶端分别与外金属环46内圆周面电连接、内金属环45内圆周面电连接。 
光控开关16包括PCB电路板17及设置在PCB电路板17上的光感器18,光感器18顶端连接有光感片19。 
PCB电路板17左侧连接有LED灯20。 
第一导电片14、第二导电片15的底端分别穿过下壳12底端的第一插头连接孔124、第二插头连接孔125,分别与外金属环46内圆周面电连接、内金属环45外圆周面电连接。 
插头座外壳41顶端外圆环面412上设有多个与下壳12底端圆形凹槽122的定位凸缘127相对应卡扣的定位凹槽414,旋转插头座4能在壳底端的圆形凹槽122内做360°无障碍旋转,定位凸缘127能与定位凹槽414定位配合,锁定小夜灯的空间位置。 
下壳12的圆形凹槽122的连接定位孔126与上壳11底端的定位连接柱110内连接有第一定位螺丝5。 
插头座外壳41中部的第二定位孔40与下壳12底端中部的中连接柱123之间连接有第二定位螺丝6,第二定位螺丝6外部套设有定位弹簧7。 
第一导电片14与第二导电片15通过光控开关16控制通断连接。 
以上,光控开关的光感片及光感器通过通光孔感应外界环境光量的变化来达到控制LED灯的照明,因下壳底端设置有定位凸缘,将定位凸缘与插头座外壳顶端外圆环面上设置的定位凹槽相配合,让小夜灯能进行任意角度的旋转。 
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的原理和较佳实施例。应当指出,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下,还能做出若干的变型和改进,也应视为属于本实用新型的保护范围。 

Claims (4)

1.一种旋转式光感LED小夜灯,包括壳体,转接在壳体底端的旋转插头座,壳体包括上壳、下壳,上壳顶端设有通光孔,上壳底端设有定位连接柱,上壳左侧设置有上灯头壳,下壳围合形成容置腔,容置腔内置有导电片,下壳左侧设置有下灯头壳,下灯头壳与上灯头壳的前部外端套接有套环,在下壳底端中部设置有圆形凹槽,圆形凹槽中部设有中连接柱;旋转插头座包括插头座外壳,插接在插头座外壳上设有插脚,插头座外壳中部开设有定位孔,连接在插头座外壳上部内腔的旋转连接座,其特征在于:所述容置腔内置导电片上设置有光控开关;圆形凹槽上设置有多个定位凸缘,插头座外壳顶端外圆环面上设有多个与下壳底端圆形凹槽的定位凸缘相对应卡扣的定位凹槽,定位孔内设置有定位螺丝,定位螺丝上套设有定位弹簧。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋转式光感LED小夜灯,其特征在于:所述光控开关包括PCB电路板及设置在PCB电路板上的光感器,光感器顶端连接有光感片。 
3.根据权利要求2所述的旋转式光感LED小夜灯,其特征在于:所述PCB电路板左侧连接有LED灯。 
4.根据权利要求1所述的旋转式光感LED小夜灯,其特征在于:所述定位凸缘数量为2至8个;定位凹槽的数量为4至8个。
