本申请提供了一种摄像头组件和电子设备,所述摄像头组件包括:第一电路板、柔性电路板、底座、多个第一弹性件、第一线圈和感光芯片;多个第一弹性件的固定端固定安装于底座,多个第一弹性件的自由端悬空设置;第一电路板安装于多个第一弹性件形成的悬空架上,且第一电路板上设有第一线圈和感光芯片;柔性电路板的一端与第一电路板固定连接,柔性电路板的另一端与底座固定连接。

技术领域
本申请属于影像技术领域,具体涉及一种摄像头组件和电子设备。
背景技术
随着以智能手机为代表的电子设备的普及和发展,越来越多的人使用电子设备进行拍照。人们在使用电子设备进行拍摄的过程中,可能会因摄像头抖动,造成拍摄到的图像较为模糊,或者不清晰。
目前,为了解决上述问题,部分电子设备配置了芯片防抖的功能。芯片防抖是指在摄像头发生抖动的情况下,移动感光芯片的位置,补偿因摄像头抖动而产生的光路损失。然而,在上述方式中,需要利用金属悬丝将感光芯片悬空设置,以便感光芯片移动,并且需要将与感光芯片连接的电路板折弯,这大大增加了摄像头组件的组装难度。
发明内容
本申请实施例的目的是提供一种摄像头组件和电子设备,能够解决现有的摄像头组件的组装难度较高的技术问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请是这样实现的:
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种摄像头组件,包括:
第一电路板、柔性电路板、底座、多个第一弹性件、第一线圈和感光芯片;
所述多个第一弹性件的固定端固定安装于所述底座,所述多个第一弹性件的自由端悬空设置;
所述第一电路板安装于所述多个第一弹性件形成的悬空架上,且所述第 一电路板上设有所述第一线圈和所述感光芯片;
所述柔性电路板的一端与所述第一电路板固定连接,所述柔性电路板的另一端与所述底座固定连接;
其中,所述第一线圈在通电后与第一线圈所处磁场的永磁体配合,驱动所述第一电路板带动所述感光芯片移动。
第二方面,本申请实施例提供了一种电子设备,包括:
第一电路板、柔性电路板、底座、多个第一弹性件第一线圈和感光芯片;
所述多个第一弹性件的固定端固定安装于所述底座,所述多个第一弹性件的自由端悬空设置;
所述第一电路板安装于所述多个第一弹性件形成的悬空架上,且所述第一电路板上设有所述第一线圈和所述感光芯片;
所述柔性电路板的一端与所述第一电路板固定连接,所述柔性电路板的另一端与所述底座固定连接;
其中,所述第一线圈在通电后与第一线圈所处磁场的永磁体配合,驱动所述第一电路板带动所述感光芯片移动。
本申请实施例中,通过将多个第一弹性件的自由端悬空设置,将设有感光芯片的第一电路板安装于多个第一弹性件形成的悬空架上,以此实现第一电路板的悬空设置,并不需要使用金属悬丝将第一电路板悬空;并且,在本申请实施例中,柔性电路板的一端与第一电路板固定连接,柔性电路板的另一端与底座固定连接,并不需要将柔性电路板折弯,通过上述方式,降低了摄像头组件的组装难度。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
本申请的说明书和权利要求书中的术语“第一”、“第二”等是用于区别类似的对象,而不用于描述特定的顺序或先后次序。应该理解这样使用的数据在适当情况下可以互换,以便本申请的实施例能够以除了在这里图示或描述的那些以外的顺序实施。此外,说明书以及权利要求中“和/或”表示所连接对象的至少其中之一,字符“/”,一般表示前后关联对象是一种“或”的关系。
请参阅图1至图6,本申请实施例提供的摄像头组件包括第一电路板10、柔性电路板20、底座30、多个第一弹性件40、第一线圈11和感光芯片12;所述多个第一弹性件40的固定端41固定安装于所述底座30,所述多个第一弹性件40的自由端42悬空设置;所述第一电路板10安装于所述多个第一弹性件40形成的悬空架上,且所述第一电路板10上设有所述第一线圈11和所述感光芯片12;所述柔性电路板20的一端与所述第一电路板10固定连接,所述柔性电路板20的另一端与所述底座30固定连接。
本实施例中,上述第一电路板10可以采用陶瓷材料,或者其他材料;第一电路板10可以是电路基板,也可以是柔性电路板。第一电路板10内部设置有电路,通过内部电路导通第一电路板10上的感光芯片12和第一线圈11。
如上所述,柔性电路板20的一端与第一电路板10固定连接,柔性电路板20的另一端与底座30固定连接,这样,柔性电路板20可以通过与底座30连接的一端与摄像头组件之外的元件导通,柔性电路板20可以通过与第一电路板10连接的一端与第一电路板10导通。
上述底座30可以是液晶高分子聚合物(Liquid Crystal Polymer,LCP)材质,也可以由其他材料构成,在此不做具体限制。
上述第一弹性件40可以是弹簧,该第一弹性件40可以由常规的合金材 料,例如铁、铜等,经过蚀刻和折弯形成。上述第一弹性件40的固定端41固定安装于底座30,可选地,可以将第一弹性件40的固定端41通过粘接的方式,固定在底座30;第一弹性件40的自由端42悬空设置形成悬空架,在悬空架上放置第一电路板10,将整个第一电路板10悬空设置,这样,悬空设置的第一电路板10可以自由移动而不受到外力限制。
可选地,该第一弹性件40垂直于底座30,这样,可以减少第一弹性件40占用的内部空间,降低电子设备的整机堆叠厚度。
上述第一线圈11又称为防抖线圈,上述第一线圈11可以通过焊接的方式固定在第一电路板10上。
上述感光芯片12可以通过芯片倒装工艺,设置在第一电路板10上;感光芯片12用于将接收到的光信号转换为电信号,以形成拍摄图像。
应理解,本实施例中的摄像头组件还设置有永磁体61,永磁体61产生磁场,摄像头组件中的各个部件,均处于该磁场中,其中,第一线圈11在通电后,受到永磁体61产生的磁场的影响,产生驱动第一电路板10的安培力。
本实施例的应用原理为:第一线圈11在通电后,第一线圈11与永磁体61配合产生安培力,以此驱动第一电路板10移动,从而带动感光芯片12移动,实现芯片防抖。
本申请实施例中,通过将多个第一弹性件40的自由端42悬空设置,将设有感光芯片12的第一电路板10安装于多个第一弹性件40形成的悬空架上,以此实现第一电路板10的悬空设置,并不需要使用金属悬丝将第一电路板10悬空;并且,在本申请实施例中,柔性电路板的一端与第一电路板10固定连接,柔性电路板的另一端与底座30固定连接,并不需要将柔性电路板折弯,通过上述方式,降低了摄像头组件的组装难度。
可选地,所述第一弹性件40的数量为四个;所述第一电路板10为矩形电路板,所述第一弹性件40位于所述第一电路板10的四个顶角处。
请参阅图4,图4是本申请实施例提供的第一电路板的正视图。如图4所示,该第一电路板10为矩形电路板,第一弹性件40的数量为四个,且这四个第一弹性件40位于矩形电路板的四个顶角,位于矩形电路板四个顶角的第一弹性件40可以沿着矩形电路板的对角线移动。这样,位于第一电路板 10四个顶角的第一弹性件40能最大程度的支撑第一电路板10,避免第一电路板10在移动过程中从悬空架上掉落。
应理解,第一弹性件40的数量也可以为两个,且这两个第一弹性件40位于第一电路板10的相对侧。
可选地,所述第一弹性件40的自由端42位于所述第一电路板10的底部,且所述第一弹性件40的自由端42与所述第一电路板10固定连接。
本实施例中,请参阅图5,图5是本申请实施例提供的第一弹性件的结构示意图。如图5所示,第一弹性件40包括固定端41和自由端42,其中第一弹性件40的自由端42位于第一电路板10的底部,第一弹性件40的自由端42可以与第一电路板10的底部固定连接,这样,使得第一弹性件40可以更加稳定的承载第一电路板10。
在第一弹性件40的数量为四个的情况下,可以将第一弹性件40的自由端42设置在第一电路板10的相对侧,使得第一弹性件40可以更加稳定的承载第一电路板10。
可选地,所述第一弹性件40包括第一连接部43和第二连接部44,所述固定端41设置在所述第一连接部43上,所述自由端42设置在所述第二连接部44上,所述第一连接部43位于所述第一电路板10的第一侧,所述第二连接部44位于所述第一电路板10的第二侧,且所述第一侧和所述第二侧为所述第一电路板10的相邻侧。
请继续参阅图5,如图5所示,第一弹性件40包括第一连接部43和第二连接部44,其中,固定端41设置在第一连接部43上,自由端42设置在所述第二连接部44上。在第一电路板10为矩形电路板的情况下,可以设置第一连接部43位于第一电路板10的第一侧,第二连接部44位于第一电路板10的第二侧,且第一侧和所述第二侧为第一电路板10的相邻侧。这样,由多个第一弹性件40形成的悬空架的形状为矩形,换言之,悬空架的形状与第一电路板10的形状相同,在第一电路板10移动过程中,可以限制第一电路板10的移动方向,以防止第一电路板10在移动过程中从悬空架上掉落。
可选地,所述第一连接部43与所述第一电路板10的第一侧贴合,所述第二连接部44与所述第一电路板10的第二侧贴合,且所述第一连接部43和 所述第二连接部44相互垂直。
本实施例中,第一弹性件40的第一连接部43与第一电路板10的第一侧贴合,第二连接部44与第一电路板10的第二侧贴合。在第一电路板10为矩形电路板的情况下,第一连接部43和所述第二连接部44相互垂直。这样,当第一电路板10安装于悬空架上时,多个第一弹性件40夹持第一电路板10,将第一电路板10夹持固定在悬空架上。
可选地,所述柔性电路板20的数量为两个;所述柔性电路板20部分与位于所述第一电路板10同侧的两个所述第一连接部43连接。
本实施例中,在第一弹性件40的数量为四个的情况下,可以设置柔性电路板20的数量为两个。一个柔性电路板20可以与位于第一电路板10对侧的两个第一弹性件40连接。具体而言,柔性电路板20的一端可以与一个第一弹性件40的第一连接部43连接,柔性电路板20的另一端可以与另一第一弹性件40的第一连接部43连接,柔性电路板20的部分区域形成拱形,其中,上述两个第一弹性件40相对设置。
这样,在芯片防抖的过程中,第一电路板10移动,第一弹性件40跟随第一电路板10移动,通过相对设置的两个第一弹性件40承载一个柔性电路板20,柔性电路板20也跟随第一弹性件40移动,进而避免柔性电路板20在芯片防抖的过程中折断。且柔性电路板20也不需要经过折弯工艺设置成弯曲结构,减少了摄像头组件的组装难度。
可选地,为了减少柔性电路板20在移动过程中产生的阻力,将柔性电路板20设计为单层电路板。
本实施例中,通过将柔性电路板20搭载在第一弹性件40上,使得柔性电路板20跟随第一弹性件40移动,并且,设置柔性电路板20为单层电路板,可以减少柔性电路板20所占用的电子设备的内部空间,从而减少整机堆叠厚度。
可选地,设置柔性电路板20的长度大于第一电路板10同侧的两个固定端41的长度,以此增加柔性电路板20的长度。
可选地,所述底座30设置有凸起部31,所述凸起部31与所述柔性电路板20部分粘接。
请参阅图6,图6是本申请实施例提供的底座的结构示意图。本实施例中,在底座30设置有凸起部31,且该凸起部31为斜面,将柔性电路板20的部分区域与底座30的凸起部31粘接,其中,可以将柔性电路板20的一面与底座30的凸起部31粘接,以此防止柔性电路板20在移动过程中折断。
可选地,所述摄像头组件还包括壳体50、固定件60、移动件70和镜头100;
所述壳体50、所述固定件60和所述移动件70上均设有开孔;所述壳体50与所述底座30围合形成第一容置腔,所述移动件70和所述固定件60均位于所述第一容置腔内;所述固定件60与所述壳体50固定连接,所述移动件70位于所述固定件60内;所述镜头100的一端与所述移动件70粘接,所述镜头100的另一端穿过所述壳体50的开孔位于所述壳体50外。
本实施例中,上述壳体50、上述固定件60和上述移动件70可以是液晶高分子聚合物材质。本实施例中,镜头100的一端与移动件70粘接,移动件70可以在固定件60内移动,从而带动镜头100移动,以此实现镜头100的对焦功能。
可选地,所述摄像头组件还包括滤波片13、第二弹性件80、第三弹性件90、第二线圈71以及永磁体61;
所述滤波片13与所述第一电路板10固定连接,且所述滤波片13与所述感光芯片12相对设置;所述第二弹性件80、第三弹性件90、第二线圈71以及永磁体61均位于所述第一容置腔内;所述固定件60与所述移动件70围合形成在所述移动件70相对两侧的第二容置腔和第三容置腔;所述第二弹性件80位于所述第二容置腔内,且所述第二弹性件80垂直于所述移动件70;所述第三弹性件90位于所述第三容置腔内,且所述第三弹性件90垂直于所述移动件70;所述第二线圈71位于所述移动件70的第一凹槽内,所述永磁体61位于所述固定件60的第二凹槽内,且所述永磁体61与所述第二线圈71相对设置。
如图1所示,摄像头组件还包括滤波片13,可以将滤波片13粘接在第一电路板10上,实现滤波片13与第一电路板10的固定连接;也可以使用其他方式将滤波片13与第一电路板10固定连接,在此不做具体限制。
应理解,上述滤波片13用于滤除特定光线,以避免图像失真。可选地,该滤波片13可以是用于滤除红外光的红外滤波片13。
应理解,滤波片13与感光芯片12相对设置,且滤波片13与镜头100的距离小于感光芯片12与镜头100的距离。也就是说,滤波片13接收镜头100传输的光线,并滤除特定波长的光线,将滤除后的光线传输至感光芯片12。
本实施例中,上述第二弹性件80和第三弹性件90可以为弹簧;上述永磁体61可以是磁石。上述第二线圈71又称为对焦线圈。
本实施例中,第二线圈71通电后,与永磁体61发生电磁效应产生安培力,驱动移动件70移动。设置第二弹性件80和第三弹性件90设置在移动件70两侧,且第二弹性件80和第三弹性件90均与移动件70垂直,以通过第二弹性件80和第三弹性件90限制移动件70的移动方向,使得移动件70只能沿固定件开孔的开设方向移动。也就是说,与移动件70固定连接的镜头100在安培力的驱动下伸缩,实现镜头100的自动对焦。
此外,第二弹性件80的一端与移动件70固定连接,第二弹性件80的另一端与固定件60固定连接。第二线圈71设置在移动件70的第一凹槽内,由于第二弹性件80的一端与移动件70固定连接,可以设置第二线圈71与第二弹性件80导通;进一步的,可以在壳体50上设置与固定件60连接的外接引脚,由于第二弹性件80的另一端与固定件60固定连接,因此可以实现第二弹性件80与外接引脚的连接,这样,实现了第二线圈71与外接引脚的导通,可以通过外接引脚对第二线圈71上电。
本申请实施例中,还提供一种电子设备,该电子设备包括摄像头组件,所述摄像头组件包括第一电路板10、柔性电路板20、底座30、多个第一弹性件40、第一线圈11和感光芯片12;
其中,第一电路板10、柔性电路板20、底座30、多个第一弹性件40、第一线圈11和感光芯片12的连接关系可以参照上述说明,为避免重复,对此不作赘述。其中,摄像头组件的具体实施方式可以参照上述说明,并能够达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,对此不作赘述。
本发明实施例中,上述电子设备可为计算机(Computer)、手机、平板电脑(Tablet Personal Computer)、膝上型电脑(Laptop Computer)、个人数字助 理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、移动上网电子设备(Mobile Internet Device,MID)、可穿戴式设备(Wearable Device)、电子阅读器、导航仪、数码相机等。
上面结合附图对本申请的实施例进行了描述,但是本申请并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本申请的启示下,在不脱离本申请宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,均属于本申请的保护之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种摄像头组件,包括第一电路板、柔性电路板、底座、多个第一弹性件、第一线圈和感光芯片;
    所述多个第一弹性件的固定端固定安装于所述底座,所述多个第一弹性件的自由端悬空设置;
    所述第一电路板安装于所述多个第一弹性件形成的悬空架上,且所述第一电路板上设有所述第一线圈和所述感光芯片;
    所述柔性电路板的一端与所述第一电路板固定连接,所述柔性电路板的另一端与所述底座固定连接;
    其中,所述第一线圈在通电后与永磁体配合,驱动所述第一电路板带动所述感光芯片移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像头组件,其中,所述第一弹性件的数量为四个;
    所述第一电路板为矩形电路板,所述第一弹性件位于所述第一电路板的四个顶角处。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的摄像头组件,其中,所述第一弹性件的自由端位于所述第一电路板的底部,且所述第一弹性件的自由端与所述第一电路板固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的摄像头组件,其中,所述第一弹性件包括第一连接部和第二连接部,所述固定端设置在所述第一连接部上,所述自由端设置在所述第二连接部上;
    所述第一连接部位于所述第一电路板的第一侧,所述第二连接部位于所述第一电路板的第二侧,且所述第一侧和所述第二侧为所述第一电路板的相邻侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的摄像头组件,其中,所述第一连接部与所述第一电路板的第一侧贴合,所述第二连接部与所述第一电路板的第二侧贴合,且所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部相互垂直。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的摄像头组件,其中,所述柔性电路板的数量为 两个;
    所述柔性电路板部分与位于所述第一电路板同侧的两个所述第一连接部连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像头组件,其中,所述底座设置有凸起部,所述凸起部与所述柔性电路板部分粘接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像头组件,其中,所述摄像头组件还包括壳体、固定件、移动件和镜头;
    所述壳体、所述固定件和所述移动件上均设有开孔;
    所述壳体与所述底座围合形成第一容置腔,所述移动件和所述固定件均位于所述第一容置腔内;
    所述固定件与所述壳体固定连接,所述移动件位于所述固定件内;
    所述镜头的一端与所述移动件粘接,所述镜头的另一端穿过所述壳体的开孔位于所述壳体外。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的摄像头组件,其中,所述摄像头组件还包括滤波片、第二弹性件、第三弹性件、第二线圈以及永磁体;
    所述滤波片与所述第一电路板固定连接,且所述滤波片与所述感光芯片相对设置;
    所述第二弹性件、第三弹性件、第二线圈以及永磁体均位于所述第一容置腔内;
    所述固定件与所述移动件围合形成在所述移动件相对两侧的第二容置腔和第三容置腔;
    所述第二弹性件位于所述第二容置腔内,且所述第二弹性件垂直于所述移动件;所述第三弹性件位于所述第三容置腔内,且所述第三弹性件垂直于所述移动件;
    所述第二线圈位于所述移动件的第一凹槽内,所述永磁体位于所述固定件的第二凹槽内,且所述永磁体与所述第二线圈相对设置。
  10. 一种电子设备,所述电子设备包括如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的摄像头组件。
