Claims (10)
- 一种摄像头组件,包括第一电路板、柔性电路板、底座、多个第一弹性件、第一线圈和感光芯片;所述多个第一弹性件的固定端固定安装于所述底座,所述多个第一弹性件的自由端悬空设置;所述第一电路板安装于所述多个第一弹性件形成的悬空架上,且所述第一电路板上设有所述第一线圈和所述感光芯片;所述柔性电路板的一端与所述第一电路板固定连接,所述柔性电路板的另一端与所述底座固定连接;其中,所述第一线圈在通电后与永磁体配合,驱动所述第一电路板带动所述感光芯片移动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的摄像头组件,其中,所述第一弹性件的数量为四个;所述第一电路板为矩形电路板,所述第一弹性件位于所述第一电路板的四个顶角处。
- 根据权利要求2所述的摄像头组件,其中,所述第一弹性件的自由端位于所述第一电路板的底部,且所述第一弹性件的自由端与所述第一电路板固定连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的摄像头组件,其中,所述第一弹性件包括第一连接部和第二连接部,所述固定端设置在所述第一连接部上,所述自由端设置在所述第二连接部上;所述第一连接部位于所述第一电路板的第一侧,所述第二连接部位于所述第一电路板的第二侧,且所述第一侧和所述第二侧为所述第一电路板的相邻侧。
- 根据权利要求4所述的摄像头组件,其中,所述第一连接部与所述第一电路板的第一侧贴合,所述第二连接部与所述第一电路板的第二侧贴合,且所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部相互垂直。
- 根据权利要求4所述的摄像头组件,其中,所述柔性电路板的数量为 两个;所述柔性电路板部分与位于所述第一电路板同侧的两个所述第一连接部连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的摄像头组件,其中,所述底座设置有凸起部,所述凸起部与所述柔性电路板部分粘接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的摄像头组件,其中,所述摄像头组件还包括壳体、固定件、移动件和镜头;所述壳体、所述固定件和所述移动件上均设有开孔;所述壳体与所述底座围合形成第一容置腔,所述移动件和所述固定件均位于所述第一容置腔内;所述固定件与所述壳体固定连接,所述移动件位于所述固定件内;所述镜头的一端与所述移动件粘接,所述镜头的另一端穿过所述壳体的开孔位于所述壳体外。
- 根据权利要求8所述的摄像头组件,其中,所述摄像头组件还包括滤波片、第二弹性件、第三弹性件、第二线圈以及永磁体;所述滤波片与所述第一电路板固定连接,且所述滤波片与所述感光芯片相对设置;所述第二弹性件、第三弹性件、第二线圈以及永磁体均位于所述第一容置腔内;所述固定件与所述移动件围合形成在所述移动件相对两侧的第二容置腔和第三容置腔;所述第二弹性件位于所述第二容置腔内,且所述第二弹性件垂直于所述移动件;所述第三弹性件位于所述第三容置腔内,且所述第三弹性件垂直于所述移动件;所述第二线圈位于所述移动件的第一凹槽内,所述永磁体位于所述固定件的第二凹槽内,且所述永磁体与所述第二线圈相对设置。
- 一种电子设备,所述电子设备包括如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的摄像头组件。
