下面结合实施例和附图对本实用新型作进一步说明:
在本实用新型实施例的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“顶部”、“底部”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本实用新型和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。在本实用新型的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“设置”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以通过具体情况理解上述术语在本实用新型中的具体含义。
如图1、图2和图3一种可旋转、可调节长度的多向减震空气呼吸器背负装置的三个视图所示,一种可旋转、可调节长度的多向减震空气呼吸器背负装置,包括:
背板1,背板1上设有一卡槽6,用于放置卡爪装置2;
卡爪装置2,放置在卡槽6中,卡爪装置2能够在卡槽6中上下移动,调整自身的位置,从而调整承接装置3的位置;
承接装置3,承接装置3连接卡爪装置2的一侧,通过卡爪装置2固定在背板1上;
减震器4,设置在承接装置3的一侧,用于连接腰托板5;
腰托板5,腰托板5设置在减震器4上,减震器4能够减小运动中腰托板5的震动,从而减小腰托板5对人体的冲击力。
一些可行的实施例中,具体的,如图8和图9一种可旋转、可调节长度的多向减震空气呼吸器背负装置背板正、侧视图所示,背板1的形状为矩形,在背板1的中部偏下位置开设一卡槽6,卡槽6的宽度匹配卡爪装置2的宽度,保证卡爪装置2能够恰好放置进卡槽6中。卡槽6的两侧还设有若干对称的凸出部分,用于放置卡爪装置2中的调节块23,根据不同人的身高和腰部位置,调节块23伸入不同高度的凸出部分中,将卡爪装置2固定在卡槽6中,解决现有的背负装置不能根据不同人的身高来进行调节的问题,提高了装置的适配度。
在背板1的顶部位置的两侧还设有第四通孔7,个数不限,在本实施例中设置为4个,用于穿过背带;在背板1中部偏上位置的两侧对称设置 有第五通孔8,用于穿过空气呼吸器的绑带,将空气呼吸器绑接在背板1上,进行作业。
一些可行的实施例中,如图4、5、6、7一种可旋转、可调节长度的多向减震空气呼吸器背负装置卡爪装置结构图和各向剖视图所示,卡爪装置2包括第一支撑板21、第二支撑板22、调节块23、连接块24和弹簧26。
其中,第一支撑板21为圆柱体,放置在卡槽6中时,第一支撑板21在背板1外部,紧贴背板1的外表面,卡爪装置2能够更稳定的固定在背板1上。第一支撑板21的中间位置上设置有一第三通孔27,用于穿过调节块23,第三通孔27的宽度略大于调节块23的宽度,使得调节块23能够自由在第三通孔27内左右移动即可。
调节块23为“L”型的块体,个数为2个,分别放置在第三通孔27的左右两侧,在两个调节块23上对向开设有两个放置弹簧26的凹槽25,凹槽25的形状为矩形,凹槽25的深度由弹簧26的长度决定,两个凹槽25的深度相加要比弹簧26的长度短;弹簧26设置在凹槽25内,控制调节块23之间的距离,当调节块23放置在紧贴第三通孔27的两端时,弹簧26放置在凹槽25内刚好处于放松状态。在使用时,用外力将2个调节块23之间的距离减小,随后松开时弹簧26控制2个调节块23回到原位,恰好卡在卡槽6中,将卡爪装置2固定在背板1上。
连接块24的个数为两个,设置在第一支撑块21和第二支撑块22之间,两个连接块24之间留有一段空隙,用于放置调节块23,空隙的宽度略大于调节块23的宽度,使得调节块23能够在空隙之间任意来回移动;连接块24的一侧使用螺栓连接第一支撑板21,另一侧可旋转的连接第二支撑板22,第二支撑板21能够相对第一支撑板22旋转。
第二支撑板22上开设有一定位孔28,定位孔28的个数为2个,配合螺栓将第二腰托承板33固定在第二支撑板22与连接块24之间,在第二支撑板22旋转时带动第二腰托承板33一起转动。
一些可行的实施例中,如图10、11、12、13一种可旋转、可调节长度的多向减震空气呼吸器背负装置中腰托板、减震器和承接装置的各方向视图所示,承接装置3包括第一腰托承板31、旋转件32和第二腰托承板 33。
第二腰托承板33的形状大体为矩形,在两侧有略微后弯的变形,横置在背板1的一侧;第一腰托承板31的个数为2个,形状为三角形,通过旋转件32连接在第二腰托承板33的左右两侧。第二腰托承板33采用螺栓连接的方式连接在卡爪装置2的第二支撑板22上,从而通过第二支撑板22可旋转的固定在背板1上;旋转件32的个数为2个,连接在2个第一腰托承板31的中心位置,另一侧连接第二腰托承板33,稳固的连接第一腰托承板31和第二腰托承板33,第一腰托承板31与第二腰托承板33能够相对旋转,第二腰托承板33与背板1能够相对旋转。通过三轴结构,最大程度的响应出人体侧弯时的背板1的对应变化,避免“硬”式背板因不能响应人体侧弯的要求,而引起的背负不适和运动阻碍。
第二腰托承板33上设有一第一通孔34,第一通孔34的大小与连接块24的大小一致,用于放置卡爪装置2的连接块24,第二腰托承板33的一侧接触连接块24,另一侧与第二支撑板22接触,并采用螺栓连接固定,使得第二腰托承板33能够随着第二支撑板22的旋转一起旋转。
第二腰托承板33上还设有第二通孔35,个数为2个,设置在第二腰托承板33的左右两侧,用于穿过腰带。
一些可行的实施例中,减震器4可以由中空胶球弹簧、鼓型弹簧等组成,可以对任意方向的位移进行阻尼减震,减震器4的个数为6个,三个为一组,采用螺栓对称的连接在左右两侧的第一腰托承板31的三个角上,用于连接腰托板5。
腰托板5的个数为2个,腰托板5的形状根据中国男性大数据模型,在相应的位置采样成型,以符合人体工学的要求,两个腰托板5通过螺栓连接在减震器4上,每个腰托板5连接3个减震器4,使得空气呼吸器可以在多方向、多角度作业时,都可以实现减冲、减压的目的。
人员配戴空气呼吸器作业时,空气呼吸器与人体之间的相对运动,并非单纯的垂直或水平运动,通常为复合的多向运动,减震器4的介入,较好的解决了多向运动的阻尼问题。按照冲力公式:F=ΔMv/t,平均作用力F与作用时间t成反比,与物体质量M和速度成正比。由于减震器4的加入,空气呼吸器与人体反向运动时,作用人体的时间从零点几秒,延 长到数秒,从而数十倍的降低空气呼吸器对人体产生的平均作用力F。
同时由于腰托板5为分段式设计,可以较好的实现空气呼吸器重量的腰臀部分布要求和与人体曲线的最大程度的契合,减轻肩部受力和缩短空气呼吸器重心与人体中轴线的距离,从而减少空气呼吸器重量作用人体的力矩。
在使用过程中,在背板1上的第五通孔8处绑接绑带,将空气呼吸器绑接在背板1上,背板1的下部,安装有减压器支架和减压器,减压器通过罗纹或快换的形式与气瓶连通,减压器的中低压输出通过软管与供气阀连同,供气阀用快插的形式与空气呼吸器面罩连通,至此,构成了完整的新型空气呼吸器系统。再通过第四通孔7处绑接背带,穿戴在工作人员的背部。根据不同工作人员的身高,调整卡爪装置2在卡槽6中的高度,找到合适位置后,使用外力将调节块23之间的距离缩短,放置进卡槽6中,在松开时,弹簧26对调节块23施加一定的作用力,将调节块23回复原位,卡爪装置2就固定在背板1上。
人员在背负空气呼吸器作业时,由于惯性的原因,空气呼吸器与人体运动趋势之间会产生相对位移,即当人体行走或奔跑时,身体轴线上的轨迹,可以体现为上下的运动且幅度较大,而空气呼吸器由于惯性的原因,将保持其原有的运动状态不变,当人体由向下改为向上(或由向上改为向下)运动时,必然会因为与空气呼吸器产生的相对位移,而使其对人体产生冲击,剧烈运动时,其冲力往往数十倍于空气呼吸器本身的重量。减震器4的减冲、减压装置的介入,大大减轻了位移对人体造成的冲力和压力,从而减少操作人员的体力消耗,提高舒适度。
在人体曲线侧弯时,首先第二腰托承板33通过中部的卡爪装置2做出对应的倾斜,其次,左、右两侧的第一腰托承板31通过与第二腰托承板33之间的旋转件32,对应侧弯内侧和外侧的不同角度,做出对应的旋转。进一步地,腰托板5和第一腰托承板31呈左右对称布置,中间留有间隙,且腰托板5和第一腰托承板31之间安装有减震器4,当人体俯身时,脊柱弯曲凸起的部分,刚好可以“镶嵌”进左右腰托板5之间,且腰托板5还可以做相应角度的变化,进一步带动第一腰托承板31与第二腰托承板33之间的旋转件32发生相应位移,极大减少俯身时的运动约束,提 高舒适度。
本实用新型中利用减震器4、承接装置3和腰托板5更好的契合人体曲线的腰托设计,使得空气呼吸器佩戴者在作业时,空气呼吸器与人体因相对位移产生的对身体的冲击力减小,且腰托板5分段为左右两片式,同时可以相对旋转,不仅可以更好“适应”人体曲线的变化,更是避免了人体俯身时,脊柱与背板直接挤压,从而实现减冲和减压的目的。试验表明,本装置可以有效减轻佩戴者作业时,空气呼吸器对人体的冲力和各种约束,大大提高作业人员的舒适度,且本背负装置配合现有空气呼吸器的成熟设计,使得本实施例,可以低成本的快速投入市场。
如图14-19所示,本实用新型的另一实施例中,承接装置3包括第二腰托承板33,减震器4的个数为2个,直接利用螺栓连接在第二腰托承板33的左右两侧,;腰托板5的个数为2个,利用螺栓连接在减震器4上,其余卡爪装置以及背板等与上述实施例一致,在此不再赘述。本实施例的结构相对上述实施例进行了简化,在使用过程中,人体侧弯时,通过减压器4的相对转动以及第二腰托承板33连接卡爪装置2进行相对旋转,来配合人体的侧弯或俯身等动作,本实施例在制作过程中较上述实施例简单,在尽量能够到达相似功能的情况下尽可能的节约生产成本,能够更大批量的生产、普及。
以上对本实用新型的实施例进行了详细说明,但所述内容仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例,不能被认为用于限定本实用新型的实施范围。凡依本实用新型申请范围所作的均等变化与改进等,均应仍归属于本实用新型的专利涵盖范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可旋转、可调节长度的多向减震空气呼吸器背负装置,其特征在于,包括:
    背板,所述背板上设有一卡槽;
    卡爪装置,能够移动的设置在所述卡槽中;
    承接装置,所述承接装置连接所述卡爪装置,固定在所述背板上;
    减震器,设置在所述承接装置的一侧;
    腰托板,所述腰托板设置在所述减震器上,所述腰托板通过所述减震器减小所述腰托板的震动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可旋转、可调节长度的多向减震空气呼吸器背负装置,其特征在于:所述承接装置包括第一腰托承板、旋转件和第二腰托承板,所述第二腰托承板通过所述卡爪装置固定在所述背板上;所述旋转件一侧连接所述第一腰托承板,另一侧连接所述第二腰托承板,所述第一腰托承板与所述第二腰托承板能够相对旋转,所述第二腰托承板与所述背板能够相对旋转。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可旋转、可调节长度的多向减震空气呼吸器背负装置,其特征在于:所述第二腰托承板上设有一第一通孔,用于放置所述卡爪装置。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可旋转、可调节长度的多向减震空气呼吸器背负装置,其特征在于:所述第二腰托承板上还设有至少一个第二通孔,用于穿过腰带。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种可旋转、可调节长度的多向减震空气呼吸器背负装置,其特征在于:所述卡爪装置包括第一支撑板、第二支撑板、调节块、连接块和弹簧,所述第一支撑板上设置有一第三通孔,用于穿过所述调节块;所述调节块上设置有一放置所述弹簧的凹槽;所述弹簧设置在所述凹槽内,控制所述调节块之间的距离;所述连接块的一侧连接所述第一支撑板,另一侧连接所述第二支撑板,所述第二支撑板能够相对所述第一支撑板旋转。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种可旋转、可调节长度的多向减震空气呼吸器背负装置,其特征在于:所述调节块的个数为2个,所述凹槽对向设 置在2个所述调节块上,所述弹簧的两端伸入2个所述凹槽中,使用外力将两个所述调节块之间的距离减小,随后松开时所述弹簧控制2个所述调节块回到原位,恰好卡在所述卡槽中。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种可旋转、可调节长度的多向减震空气呼吸器背负装置,其特征在于:所述第二支撑板上设置有定位孔,配合螺栓将所述承接装置固定在所述第二支撑板上。
  8. 根据权利要求1-4、6、7任一所述的一种可旋转、可调节长度的多向减震空气呼吸器背负装置,其特征在于:所述腰托板的个数为2个,分别设置在所述承接装置的左右两侧。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种可旋转、可调节长度的多向减震空气呼吸器背负装置,其特征在于:所述腰托板被设置为贴合人体腰部曲线的形状。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可旋转、可调节长度的多向减震空气呼吸器背负装置,其特征在于:所述背板的顶部位置还设有若干用于穿过背带的第四通孔,在所述背板的中部位置还设有若干用于穿过绑带的第五通孔。
