如图1和图2所示,本发明提供一种口腔清洗装置用的带安全阀的水泵,包括泵体组件以及水泵动力组件2,泵体组件包括带进水口和出水口的泵体1,以及设于泵体1中的活塞4,活塞4与水泵动力组件2相连,水泵动力组件2带动活塞4往复运动;水泵还包括安全阀,安全阀包括安全阀座10、弹性件11和安全阀头12,安全阀头12通过弹性件11与安全阀座10相连,安全阀座10设于泵体1上,且泵体1上开设有与泵体1内导通的安全阀口,安全 阀头12位于安全阀口中且在弹性件11的作用下将安全阀口封堵。
本实施例的一种口腔清洗装置用的带安全阀的水泵在正常运行时,水泵动力组件2带动活塞4做往复运动,当活塞4朝泵体1的泵腔外运动时,泵腔内形成负压,水在大气压的作用下,从进水口进入泵腔,当活塞4朝泵腔(即向泵体1内)运动时,压缩泵腔空间,水从出水口喷出,此时水泵完成一个抽水喷水循环,接着活塞4继续朝泵腔外运动继续下一循环,在整个抽水喷水循环之中安全阀头12所收到的泵腔中的水压始终小于弹性件11施加的压力,安全阀口处于闭合的状态;但当水泵的出水口阻塞时,活塞4朝泵体1的泵腔外运动,泵腔内形成负压,水在大气压的作用下,从进水口进入泵腔,当活塞4朝泵腔运动时,压缩泵腔空间,但由于出水口阻塞,水无法从出水口喷出,泵腔内的水压越来越大,以至于安全阀头12所受到的泵腔中的水压超过了弹性件11施加在安全阀头12上的压力,此时弹性件11被压缩,安全阀口打开,水从安全阀处卸出,减小了泵腔内的水压,保证了水泵的安全;本发明通过设置在口腔清洗装置的水泵上的安全阀避免了水泵因出水口堵塞导致水泵无法排水进而过压损坏的问题。
为了实现水泵单向进水的功能,如图1所示,泵体1的进水口中设有进水座3,进水座3上设有单向阀片5,且进水座3与泵体1间设有密封组件,单向阀片5保证了水只能从进水座3流入泵体1,而不能从进水座3流出;当活塞4朝泵腔外运动时,水在大气压的作用下,会从进水座3进入泵腔,此时单向阀片5为开启状态;当活塞4朝泵腔运动时,压缩泵腔空间,此时单向阀片5为关闭状态,水不会从进水口流出,单向阀片5保证了水的单向流通,同时密封组件则保证了泵体1内的水不会从进水座3往外渗出。
在本实施例中,如图2和图3所示,为了加强安全阀头12封堵安全阀口的密封性,安全阀头12为橡胶,也可使用其他具有防水性能的软性弹性体。
在本实施例中,如图2和图3所示,安全阀口的开口为球形凹槽,对应的安全阀头12的端部为球形,这样安全阀头12与安全阀口的贴合更加的紧密,同样也使的安全阀头12上各个位置所受到的泵腔中的水压更加均匀,对于水压的反应更加准确。
作为安全阀的另一实施例,如图2和图3所示,本实施例中安全阀座10上设有进水孔以及置放弹性件11的凹槽,凹槽与安全阀口相通,进水孔与泵体的进水口相通,且凹槽与进水孔通过连通孔相连通;凹槽一方面起到对弹性件11的限位作用,一方面使得安全阀口与进水口导通,这样设计在当出水口堵塞时,从安全阀口卸出的水会在活塞4的作用下,通过进水口回流进泵腔则无需额外设置管路导出从安全阀口卸出的水;且安全阀座10与泵体1之间设有密封件13,通过密封件13保证了水不会从安全阀座10与泵体1的接缝处渗出。本实施例 将进水座3与安全阀座10集成为一体,安全阀座10上设置进水孔起到了进水座的作用,因此便于安装和使用。
为了实现水泵单向出水的功能,如图2和图3所示,出水口处设有出水座6和使出水口单向流通的出水阀片8,出水座6与泵体1间具有密封圈7,出水阀片8保证了水只能从出水座6流出泵体1,而不能从出水座6流入;当活塞4朝泵腔外运动时,此时出水阀片8为关闭状态,水无法从出水座6流入泵体1;当活塞4朝泵腔运动时,压缩泵腔空间,水从出水座6喷出,此时出水阀片8为开启状态,出水阀片8保证了水的单向流通,同时密封圈7则保证了泵体1内的水不会从出水座6往外渗出。
如图2和图3所示,出水口处还设有止流弹性体9,止流弹性体9与出水阀片8相连且提供使出水阀片8封堵出水口的作用力,止流弹性体9保证了当口腔清洗装置处于静置状态时,从进水口进入泵腔的水不会冲破出水阀片8,导致出水口漏水;进一步的,在本实施例中使用压簧作为止流弹性体9,如图2和图3所示,出水座6上设有凹槽,压簧的一端设于凹槽内,压簧的另一端抵设在出水阀片8上,利用压簧施加在出水阀片8上的回弹力来保持出水阀片8的闭合状态,结构简单安装方便;作为另一种实施方式,止流弹性体9为拉簧,拉簧位于出水阀片8背离出水座6的一侧,拉簧的两端分别与泵体1和出水阀片8相连,用拉簧施加在出水阀片8上的拉力来保持出水阀片8的闭合状态,同样采用这种结构便于安装维护。
综上,本发明一种口腔清洗装置用的带安全阀的水泵,通过设置在泵体1上的安全阀,解决了当出水口堵塞时,泵腔中的水无法排出,导致水泵过压损坏的问题。所以,本发明有效克服了现有技术中的种种缺点而具高度产业利用价值。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种口腔清洗装置用的带安全阀的水泵,包括:
    泵体组件以及水泵动力组件,所述泵体组件包括带进水口和出水口的泵体,以及设于泵体中的活塞,所述活塞与水泵动力组件相连,所述水泵动力组件带动所述活塞往复运动;
    其特征在于,所述水泵还包括安全阀,所述安全阀包括安全阀座、弹性件和安全阀头,所述安全阀头通过弹性件与所述安全阀座相连,所述泵体上开设有与泵体内导通的安全阀口,安全阀座设于所述安全阀口处,且所述安全阀头位于所述安全阀口中且在所述弹性件的作用下将所述安全阀口封堵。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种口腔清洗装置用的带安全阀的水泵,其特征在于:所述泵体的进水口中设有进水座,所述进水座上设有单向阀片,且进水座与所述泵体间设有密封组件。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种口腔清洗装置用的带安全阀的水泵,其特征在于:所述安全阀头为软性弹性体。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种口腔清洗装置用的带安全阀的水泵,其特征在于:所述安全阀头的端部为球形。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种口腔清洗装置用的带安全阀的水泵,其特征在于:所述安全阀座上设有进水孔以及置放所述弹性件的凹槽,所述凹槽与所述安全阀口相通,所述进水孔与所述进水口相通,且凹槽与所述进水孔通过连通孔相连通,且所述安全阀座与泵体之间设有密封件。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种口腔清洗装置用的带安全阀的水泵,其特征在于:所述出水口处设有出水座和使出水口单向流通的出水阀片,所述出水座与泵体间具有密封圈。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种口腔清洗装置用的带安全阀的水泵,其特征在于:所述出水口处设有止流弹性件,所述止流弹性件与出水阀片相连且提供使出水阀片封堵出水口的作用力。
