本发明提供了一种转向起泡器,包括:转换连接件和起泡器本体,以及连接于所述转换连接件和起泡器本体之间的转向连接件;所述转向连接件包括第一转向连接件和第二转向连接件;所述第一转向连接件的顶端外围设有第一肋圈,所述第一肋圈底面支撑在所述转换连接件底面出水口外围,使所述第一转向连接件围绕所述转换连接件转动;所述第二转向连接件包括上连接部,所述上连接部侧面设有卡接部,所述卡接部卡接于所述第一转向连接件底端侧面,使所述第二转向连接件围绕所述第一转向连接件转动。还提供一种水龙头,基于上述转向起泡器。本发明的转向起泡器具有两个转动状态,转动方便,便于调节出水方向。

技术领域
本发明涉及卫浴器具领域,尤其涉及一种转向起泡器及水龙头。
背景技术
起泡器用于连接在水龙头或其他出水管道上,用于让水龙头或出水管道中流出的水与空气充分混合,使水流具有发泡效果,从而改善水流的冲击效果,提高水流的冲刷效果,且能够起到节约用水和过滤水中杂质的作用。因此,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,起泡器已经在许多家庭中使用,改善人们的用水质量。
现有的起泡器一般是安装在水龙头的出水口处,或者使安装在水龙头的管道内部。对于采用此种方式安装的起泡器,无法灵活的调整水龙头的出水方向,水流经过起泡器后只能朝着固定方向流动。对于一些可以转向的起泡器连接结构,转动角度小,使用场景有限,并且此种可转向的起泡器连接结构复杂,不利于安装生产,造成成本较高,无法普及。
技术问题
本发明提供了一种起泡器,可以有效解决上述问题。

转换连接件和起泡器本体,以及连接于所述转换连接件和起泡器本体之间的转向连接件。

所述第二转向连接件包括上连接部,所述上连接部顶端一侧向外凸出形成第二旋转面,并在所述第二旋转面上设有卡接部;其中,所述卡接部卡接于所述第一出水腔底壁,使所述第二转向连接件围绕所述第一转向连接件转动。

所述转向连接件包括第一转向连接件以及卡片;所述第一转向连接件包括球头连接件以及环状卡槽;且所述第一转向连接件的流道贯穿所述球头连接件以及环状卡槽;所述球头连接件与所述球头铰座配合,从而使所述转向连接件可沿各个方向转动;所述卡片设置有与所述环状卡槽相配合的C型卡槽,所述环状卡槽伸入所述起泡器本体内,并通过所述卡片卡合固定于所述起泡器本体中,从而使所述起泡器本体可绕所述环状卡槽转动。

本发明的有益效果是。
其一:本发明提供了一种转向起泡器,包括转换连接件、起泡器本体以及转向连接件,并且转向连接件包括第一转向连接件和第二转向连接件;通过第一转向连接件围绕转换连接件转动,提供一个转动自由度;通过第二转向连接件带动起泡器本体围绕第一转向连接件转动,提供另一个转动自由度;通过设置转动自由度,可以为起泡器本体提供两个不同维度的转动方向,使起泡器本体在三维空间内转动,有效提升了起泡器本体的转动范围;并且当起泡器本体转动到某个位置时,可以保持在该位置不动,让水流持续流动,不需要人手动扶持起泡器本体,丰富了起泡器的使用场景,提升用户使用体验。
其二:本发明中第一转向连接件嵌套于转换连接件中外套件的下部,第一转向连接件顶端上的第一肋圈直接支撑在外套件下端面的支撑条上,方便连接,结构简单,便于加工制作;同时第二转向连接件的顶端设置卡接部,通过卡爪弹性地卡入第一转向连接件底端侧面的第一出水腔底壁,结构简单,便于连接,加工成本低,适于推广。
其三:本发明中的转向起泡器使用范围广泛,通过转换连接件可以将转向连接件和起泡器本体连接在各种水龙头上,其中水龙头包括厨房和浴室中洗水池中的水龙头、浴室中的淋浴头、浴缸中的冲水头,以及其他出水装置等。

实施例1。
参照图1、图2所示,本发明实施例提供了一种转向起泡器,包括:转换连接件1、起泡器本体2以及转向连接件3,转向连接件3包括第一转向连接件31和第二转向连接件32。
具体的,本实施例转向起泡器中的转换连接件1用于连接在外部的出水装置上的出水管上,作为转换接头。在转换连接件1和起泡器本体2之间连接有转向连接件3。转向连接件3用于起泡器本体2的转向使用,便于调整起泡器本体2的出水口方向。因此本实施例中的转向连接件3包括两个转向件,即第一转向连接件31和第二转向连接件32,第一转向连接件31的底端连接于第二转向连接件32顶端。第一转向连接件31围绕所述转换连接件1转动,具有一个转向自由度;第二转向连接件32围绕第一转向连接件31转动,具有另一个转向自由度。因此,本实施例中的转向起泡器具有两个转向自由度,有利于调整起泡器本体2的出水口方向,有效提升用户的使用体验。
进一步的,所述转换连接件1包括内套件11和外套件12,所述内套件11上部外侧设有螺纹部111,用于连接外部进水管道;所述内套件11的下部卡合于所述外套件12的上部内壁,并在所述内套件11和外套件12之间设有第一密封圈4。
具体的,如图3、图4所示,本实施例中内套件11上部外侧的螺纹部111可与外部进水管道连接,所述外部进水管道包括水管、水龙头以及淋浴头等。外套件12用于连接转向连接件3,使转向连接件3可以与转换连接件1相连接。内套件11和外套件12通过卡合连接,内套件11外壁上的卡条卡合于外套件12内壁上的卡槽,便于安装拆卸。同时,在内套件11和外套件12之间设置了第一密封圈4,使内套件11中流通的水不会从内套件11和外套件12之间的连接缝中渗漏,保证转换连接件1的密封性。
进一步的,如图5所示,所述第一转向连接件31的顶端外围设有第一肋圈311,底端侧面向内收进形成第一旋转面312,并在所述第一旋转面312上设有第一出水腔313;其中,所述第一肋圈311底面支撑在所述转换连接件1底面出水口外围,使所述第一转向连接件31围绕所述转换连接件1转动。
同时,在所述第一肋圈311上方设有第二肋圈314,所述第一肋圈311与所述第二肋圈314之间设有第二密封圈5,使所述第一转向连接件31的顶端外侧与所述转换连接件1下部内壁密封起来。
具体的,在外套件12下部底端的出水口外围设置了一圈环形的支撑条121,第一转向连接件31的顶端嵌套于所述外套件12的下部时,使第一肋圈311底面支撑在支撑条121上,此时,第一转向连接件31可以环绕外套件12的下部转动。如图3、图4所示,第二密封圈5将第一转向连接件31的顶端外壁和外套件12的底部内壁密封起来,水流不会渗漏出去。同时,当第一转向连接件31的顶端在外套件12的下部内转动时,第二密封圈5与外套件12的下部内壁接触,使第一转向连接件31的顶端在外套件12的下部内具有一定的摩阻力,第一转向连接件31转动到某处位置时,可以保持在该处位置,不会自动回转,保证了转动的稳定性。
进一步的,所述第二转向连接件32包括上连接部321,所述上连接部321顶端一侧向外凸出形成第二旋转面3211,并在所述第二旋转面3211上设有卡接部3212;其中,所述卡接部3212卡接于所述第一出水腔313底壁,使所述第二转向连接件32围绕所述第一转向连接件31转动。
所述第二旋转面3211的形状相适应于所述第一旋转面312,并且所述卡接部3212卡接于所述第一出水腔313底壁时,所述第二旋转面3211贴合于所述第一旋转面312。
具体的,第二旋转面3211贴合在第一旋转面312上后,卡接部3212可以卡接在第一出水腔313中,将第二转向连接件32与第一转向连接件31连接起来。此时,第二旋转面3211可以围绕第一旋转面312转动,从而形成了第二转向连接件32与第一转向连接件31的转动接触面。本实施例中,第一转向连接件31的底端与第二转向连接件32的顶端均为向外扩大的圆球形,两个圆球形一侧向内收进时分别形成了第一旋转面312和第二旋转面3211,第一旋转面312与第二旋转面3211的形状相同,均为圆形面。将第一转向连接件31的底端与第二转向连接件32的顶端设为圆球形时,有利于提供稳定的转动接头,提高转动连接的稳定性。
进一步的,所述卡接部3212中间设有第二出水腔3213,所述第二出水腔3213连通于所述第一出水腔313,并且在第二出水腔3213外侧设有若干卡爪3214,所述卡爪3214弹性的卡入所述第一出水腔313的底壁;所述卡接部3212与所述第一出水腔313内壁之间设有第三密封圈6。
具体的,如图4所示,本实施例中,第二出水腔3213的外侧前端设有四个卡爪3214,卡爪3214嵌套在第一出水腔313中,卡爪3214弹性的向内收缩,直至卡爪3214的末端卡合在第一出水腔313的底壁,保持连接。同时,在卡接部3212的外壁上设置了一圈凹槽,用于放置第三密封圈6,保证密封性,不会漏水。同时,本实施例中,设置第三密封圈6之后,第三密封圈6与第一出水腔313内表面具有一定的摩阻力,使得第二转向连接件32转动到某一位置时,可以带动起泡器本体2在该位置处保持平衡,不会因重力作用自动回转至原先位置;同时,当流水经过第一出水腔313时,流水冲击卡爪3214,为卡爪3214提供挤压力,也提高了卡爪3214与第一转向连接件31底端卡接的稳定性。因此,第二转向连接件32与第一转向连接件31之间的转动更加稳定平衡。
进一步的,所述第二转向连接件32还包括下连接部322,所述上连接部321的底部固定在所述下连接部322上表面的一侧,使所述第一转向连接件31底端中心点位于所述下连接部322表面中心点上方。
所述下连接部322底部卡合于所述起泡器本体2的顶端内壁,并在所述下连接部322与所述起泡器本体2之间设有第四密封圈7。
具体的,在本实施例中,上连接部321的底部固定在下连接部322上表面的一侧。此时,如图4所示,第一转向连接件31底端中心点位于下连接部322表面中心点上方。不论第二转向连接件32如何转动时,下连接部322表面中心点均是对准第一转向连接件31底端中心点,保持美观简洁。同时,在下连接部322的底部侧壁上设置卡条,可卡接在起泡器本体2顶端内壁上设置的卡槽内,便于安装于拆卸。同时,本实施例中的内套件11下部外壁上的卡条也可以卡接于起泡器本体2顶端内壁上的卡槽内,即起泡器本体2可直接与内套件11连接,但此时便不具有转向功能。
进一步的,定义所述第一转向连接件31的中轴线与所述转换连接件1的中轴线夹角为A,则角度A为25~35°,并且,所述第一转向连接件31围绕所述转换连接件1转动时,形成的转动轨迹为以2A为圆锥顶角的圆锥体。
具体的,如图7所示,第一转向连接件31顶端嵌套于外套件12的下部,第一转向连接件31的中轴线与转换连接件1的中轴线夹角为A,同时,由上述可知,第一转向连接件31的顶端可以在外套件12的下部内转动,从而使第一转向连接件31转动时所形成的转动轨迹为以角度2A为圆锥顶角的一个圆锥体,第一转向连接件31并非单一的只在平面内转动,由于倾角A的设置,从而形成了转动轨迹为圆锥体的空间内转动。本实施例中的角度A为25~35°,当角度A低于25°时,第一转向连接件31的转动空间有限,不利于转向起泡器在更大的转动空间内转动,从而限制了第一转向连接件31的转动空间,使转向起泡器无法在更大转动范围内使用。同时,当角度A超出35°时,第一转向连接件31的转动角度较大,转向起泡器不宜用在贴近墙壁位置处的水龙头上使用,否则第一转向连接件31会触碰在墙壁上,限制转动。因此,本实施例对角度A进行限定,使角度A在25~35°之间,既有利于转向起泡器的美观,又有利于转向起泡器在更多使用场景中使用。
本实施例中定义第一转向连接件31长度为L,则L的范围为5~15cm,低于5cm不利于提升转向起泡器的转动空间,大于15cm时使得转向起泡器长度过长,对水龙头的设置高度产生影响,不适用于更多的使用场景。
进一步的,所述第二转向连接件32围绕所述第一转向连接件31转动时形成扇形转动面,定义所述扇形转动面的圆心角为B,则角度B为0~240°。
具体的,如图4、图8所示,第二转向连接件32可以围绕第一转向连接件31底端侧面的第一旋转面312转动,从而带动起泡器本体2围绕第一转向连接件31转动。本实施中,在第二转向连接件32与起泡器本体2在一个平面内转动,转动轨迹为一扇形转动面,扇形转动面的圆心角B范围为0~240°。因此,水流从起泡器本体2中的出水孔流出时,可以根据使用需要随意调整起泡器本体2的出水孔方向,丰富了起泡器本体2的使用场景。
在本实施例中,第一转向连接件31提供了一个转向自由度,可称为第一转向状态,第二转向连接件32又提供了一个转向自由度,可称为第二转向状态。第一转向状态形成的圆锥体底面垂直于第二转向状态形成的扇形转动面,两个转向状态相互搭配,丰富了转向起泡器的转动空间,最终使转向起泡器在三维空间中转动,成为万向转动起泡器。但是本实施例中的转向起泡器不同于传统中的具有可调节转动方向的起泡器,传统中的可转向的起泡器不具有两个转向自由度,无法在一个三维空间内转动。此外,还有将起泡器本体连接在一个连接软管上,从而可随意调整起泡器本体的方向。但是连接软管不具有支撑能力,当需要将起泡器出水方向向上时,必须要用人手去拿起软管。而本实施例中的第一转向连接件31以及第二转向连接件32在转动时,转动连接处都具有一定的摩阻力和支撑力,可以支撑起第一转向连接件31和第二转向连接件32,当人手部调整好起泡器本体2的出水方向后,即不需要人手部的扶持,可使起泡器本体2保持转动方向,使水流出。
实施例2。
本实施例提供一种水龙头,基于以上所述的转向起泡器,所述水龙头的出水端连接于所述转向起泡器入水端。所述水龙头包括厨房和浴室中洗水池中的水龙头、浴室中的淋浴头、浴缸中的冲水头,以及其他出水装置,在此不进行限定。将上述的水龙头与转换连接件1上端的螺纹部111连接,即可使用转向起泡器。
实施例3,请参见图9-14,所述转换连接件包括内套件11、外套件13。所述外套件13包括中空本体131、球头铰座132、密封圈134。所述中空本体131设置有内螺纹。所述球头铰座132以及所述密封圈134均设置于所述中空本体131中,且所述球头铰座132具有与所述中空本体131内螺纹配合的外螺纹。所述转向连接件3进一步包括第一转向连接件33以及卡片34。所述第一转向连接件33包括球头连接件331以及环状卡槽333。且所述第一转向连接件33的流道332贯穿所述球头连接件331以及环状卡槽333。所述球头连接件331与所述球头铰座132配合,从而使所述转向连接件3可沿各个方向转动。所述密封圈134密封于所述球头连接件331与所述球头铰座132之间。所述卡片34设置有与所述环状卡槽333相配合的C型卡槽341,所述环状卡槽333伸入所述起泡器本体2内,并通过所述卡片34卡合固定于所述起泡器本体2中,从而使所述起泡器本体2可绕所述环状卡槽333转动。所述C型卡槽341的两侧进一步设置有过水槽342,从而防止所述卡片34阻水。
作为进一步改进的,所述密封圈134进一步设置有开口151,从而方向安装及保证一定的余量。
作为进一步改进的,所述环状卡槽333远离所述起泡器本体2的一侧进一步设置有密封槽334。所述密封槽334内可进一步设置密封垫335,从而防止漏水。所述环状卡槽333可整体垂直于所述第一转向连接件33设置。

    转换连接件(1)和起泡器本体(2),以及连接于所述转换连接件(1)和起泡器本体(2)之间的转向连接件(3);
    所述转向连接件(3)包括第一转向连接件(31)和第二转向连接件(32);
    所述第一转向连接件(31)的顶端外围设有第一肋圈(311),底端侧面向内收进形成第一旋转面(312),并在所述第一旋转面(312)上设有第一出水腔(313);其中,所述第一肋圈(311)底面支撑在所述转换连接件(1)底面出水口外围,使所述第一转向连接件(31)围绕所述转换连接件(1)转动;
    所述第二转向连接件(32)包括上连接部(321),所述上连接部(321)顶端一侧向外凸出形成第二旋转面(3211),并在所述第二旋转面(3211)上设有卡接部(3212);其中,所述卡接部(3212)卡接于所述第一出水腔(313)底壁,使所述第二转向连接件(32)围绕所述第一转向连接件(31)转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的转向起泡器,其特征在于,所述转换连接件(1)包括内套件(11)和外套件(12),所述内套件(11)上部外侧设有螺纹部(111),用于连接外部进水管道;所述内套件(11)的下部卡合于所述外套件(12)的上部内壁,并在所述内套件(11)和外套件(12)之间设有第一密封圈(4)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的转向起泡器,其特征在于,所述第一肋圈(311)上方设有第二肋圈(314),所述第一肋圈(311)与所述第二肋圈(314)之间设有第二密封圈(5),使所述第一转向连接件(31)的顶端外侧与所述转换连接件(1)下部内壁密封起来。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的转向起泡器,其特征在于,所述第二旋转面(3211)的形状相适应于所述第一旋转面(312),并且所述卡接部(3212)卡接于所述第一出水腔(313)底壁时,所述第二旋转面(3211)贴合于所述第一旋转面(312)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的转向起泡器,其特征在于,所述卡接部(3212)中间设有第二出水腔(3213),所述第二出水腔(3213)连通于所述第一出水腔(313),并且在第二出水腔(3213)外侧设有若干卡爪(3214),所述卡爪(3214)弹性的卡入所述第一出水腔(313)的底壁;所述卡接部(3212)与所述第一出水腔(313)内壁之间设有第三密封圈(6)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的转向起泡器,其特征在于,所述第二转向连接件(32)还包括下连接部(322),所述上连接部(321)的底部固定在所述下连接部(322)上表面的一侧,使所述第一转向连接件(31)底端中心点位于所述下连接部(322)表面中心点上方。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的转向起泡器,其特征在于,所述下连接部(322)底部卡合于所述起泡器本体(2)的顶端内壁,并在所述下连接部(322)与所述起泡器本体(2)之间设有第四密封圈(7)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的转向起泡器,其特征在于,定义所述第一转向连接件(31)的中轴线与所述转换连接件(1)的中轴线夹角为A,则角度A为25~35 ,并且,所述第一转向连接件(31)围绕所述转换连接件(1)转动时,形成的转动轨迹为以2A为圆锥顶角的圆锥体。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的转向起泡器,其特征在于,所述第二转向连接件(32)围绕所述第一转向连接件(31)转动时形成扇形转动面,定义所述扇形转动面的圆心角为B,则角度B为0~240 。
  10. 一种转向起泡器,其特征在于,包括:
    转换连接件(1)和起泡器本体(2),以及连接于所述转换连接件(1)和起泡器本体(2)之间的转向连接件(3);
    所述转换连接件(1)包括内套件(11)以及外套件(13);所述外套件(13)包括中空本体(131)、球头铰座(132);所述中空本体(131)设置有内螺纹;所述球头铰座(132)设置于所述中空本体(131)中,且所述球头铰座(132)具有与所述中空本体(131)内螺纹配合的外螺纹;
    所述转向连接件(3)包括第一转向连接件(33)以及卡片(34);所述第一转向连接件(33)包括球头连接件(331)以及环状卡槽(333);且所述第一转向连接件(33)的流道(332)贯穿所述球头连接件(331)以及环状卡槽(333);所述球头连接件(331)与所述球头铰座(132)配合,从而使所述转向连接件(3)可沿各个方向转动;所述卡片(34)设置有与所述环状卡槽(333)相配合的C型卡槽(341),所述环状卡槽(333)伸入所述起泡器本体(2)内,并通过所述卡片(34)卡合固定于所述起泡器本体(2)中,从而使所述起泡器本体(2)可绕所述环状卡槽(333)转动。
  11. 11.根据权利要求10所述的转向起泡器,其特征在于,所述外套件(13)进一步包括密封圈(134);所述密封圈(134)密封于所述球头连接件(331)与所述球头铰座(132)之间。
  12. 12.根据权利要求10所述的转向起泡器,其特征在于,所述C型卡槽(341)的两侧进一步设置有过水槽(342),从而防止所述卡片(34)阻水。
  13. 13.根据权利要求10所述的转向起泡器,其特征在于,所述环状卡槽(333)远离所述起泡器本体(2)的一侧进一步设置有密封槽(334)以及密封垫(335)。
  14. 14.一种基于权利要求1~13任一项所述的转向起泡器的水龙头,其特征在于,所述水龙头的出水端连接于所述转向起泡器入水端。
