一种具有音叉共振多功能的鞋,包括前掌面(12)和后掌面(13),前掌面(12)设有第一音叉(1),后掌面(13)设有第二音叉(2),第一音叉(1)的左端外部设有第一配重位(9),第二音叉(2)的右端外部设有第二配重位(10),第一音叉(1)的左端和第二音叉(2)的右端均安装有高低调节器(11)。人们在运动时,第一音叉(1)和第二音叉(2)可以运用音叉共振产生韧性效果,减缓运动时产生的冲击力,并有效缓解膝盖关节的压力,第一音叉(1)和第二音叉(2)的结构与材质硬度可以支撑身体平衡,具有音叉共振多功能的鞋可以根据个人需要调节高度和重量,从而使人们获得更好的体验感,可以解决现有技术中的问题,满足市场的需要。

Description

一种具有音叉共振多功能的鞋 技术领域
本发明涉及制鞋技术领域,具体涉及一种具有音叉共振原理来产生韧性和可以调节高低功能的鞋。
背景技术
鞋是人们日常生活中用到的重要物品,鞋的穿戴有助于保护和保障穿着者的足部的多种目的,鞋底通常提供对足部的摩擦和缓冲。
技术问题
但是目前的鞋底结构传统守旧,材料硬的平衡支撑达到了,但弯曲不好,减振效果差,对脚部关机损伤,不舒适。材料软的柔软性,舒适性达到了,但平衡支撑不够,易变形,容易引起人体脊椎变形,人们在跑步时,穿着的鞋子,很难同时达到平衡支撑够,减振效果好,柔韧性好的体验感。
技术解决方案
为了解决以上存在的问题,发明人根据自己在制鞋技术领域长期实验和摸索,研发出了一种具有音叉共振多功能的鞋。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种具有音叉共振多功能的鞋,包括前掌面和后掌面,所述前掌面内部设有第一音叉,所述后掌面内部设有第二音叉,所述第一音叉的左端和第二音叉的右端均安装有高低调节器。
进一步的,所述高低调节器的顶部设有带轴支撑块,所述底部设有带轴底座,所述带轴支撑块的左侧设有第一连接块,所述带轴支撑块的右侧设有第二连接块,所述带轴底座的左侧设有第四连接块,所述带轴底座的右侧设有第三连接块,所述第一连接块通过第一连接轴与第四连接块连接,所述第二连接块通过第二连接轴与第三连接块连接,所述高低调节器的中部设有调节螺杆,所述调节螺杆的右端设有调节环。
进一步的,所述第一音叉是由第一材质和第二材质以及高低调节器构成,所述第一材质的厚度为1-10MM,硬度为90度以上,所述第二材质厚度1-10MM,硬度为90度以上,所述高低调节器第一连接块,第二连接块,第三连接块,第四连接块硬度为90度以上。
进一步的,所述第二音叉是由第三材质和第四材质以及高低调节器构成,所述第三材质的厚度为1-10MM,硬度为90度以上,所述第四材质厚度1-10MM,硬度为90度以上,所述高低调节器第一连接块,第二连接块,第三连接块,第四连接块硬度为90度以上。
进一步的,所述第一音叉的外部左侧设有第一配重位,所述第二音叉的外部右侧设有第二配重位。
进一步的,所述第一音叉和第二音叉之间及外围填充有第五材质。
进一步的,所述第一音叉和第二音叉的内部无填充材质。
进一步的,所述第一材质至第四材质与高低调节器第一连接块至第四连接块为组成音叉结构的韧性材质。
进一步的,所述第五材质为橡胶RB、EVA、MD、PU、TPR等材料。
进一步的,所述无填充材质为空的。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明的音叉结构材质有90度以上,完全可以支持身体穿鞋平衡性。在前掌面和后掌面设有第一音叉和第二音叉,人们在运动时,第一音叉和第二音叉可以利用音叉共振原理来产生韧性效果,减缓运动时产生的冲击力。还可以根据个人运动需要调节重量,调节高度。从而使人们获得更好的体验感,本发明可以解决现有技术中的问题,满足市场的需要。

如图1—图5所示,一种具有音叉共振多功能的鞋,包括前掌面12和后掌面13,所述前掌面12内部设有第一音叉1,所述后掌面13内部设有第二音叉2,所述第一音叉1的左端和第二音叉2的右端均安装有高低调节器11。
在本实施例中,所述高低调节器11的顶部设有带轴支撑块1101,所述底部设有带轴底座1102,所述带轴支撑块1101的左侧设有第一连接块1103,所述带轴支撑块1101的右侧设有第二连接块1104,所述带轴底座1102的左侧设有第四连接块1106,所述带轴底座1102的右侧设有第三连接块1105,所述第一连接块1103通过第一连接轴1107与第四连接块1106连接,所述第二连接块1104通过第二连接轴1110与第三连接块1105连接,所述高低调节器11的中部设有调节螺杆1108,所述调节螺杆1108的右端设有调节环1109。可以用内六方插入到调节环1109中,通过转动调节环1109带动调节螺杆1108,来调节第一音叉1和第二音叉2的高度,从而使运动者获得更好的体验感。
在本实施例中,所述第一音叉1是由第一材质6和第二材质5以及高低调节器第一连接块1103,第二连接块1104,第三连接块1105,第四连接块1106构成,所述第一材质6的厚度为1-10MM,硬度为90度以上,所述第二材质5厚度1-10MM,硬度为90度以上,所述高低调节器调节器第一连接块1103,第二连接块1104,第三连接块1105,第四连接块1106硬度为90度以上。
在本实施例中,所述第二音叉2是由第三材质7和第四材质8以及高低调节器第一连接块1103,第二连接块1104,第三连接块1105,第四连接块1106构成,所述第三材质7的厚度为1-10MM,硬度为90度以上,所述第四材质8厚度1-10MM,硬度为90度以上,所述高低调节器调节器第一连接块1103,第二连接块1104,第三连接块1105,第四连接块1106硬度为90度以上。

在本实施例中,所述第一材质6至第五材质3为橡胶RB、EVA、MD、PU、TPR等材料。
在本实施例中,所述无填充材质4为空的,空的可以使音叉产生韧性作用,可以减缓运动中产生的冲力,提高运动的舒适感。
实施例2
如图2所示,在本实施例中,第一音叉1和第二音叉2并未安装有高低调节器11,除高低调节器11以外,其余部分与实施例1中的一样,此处不再赘述。人们在运动时,通过自身的重力对音叉产生压力,从而使音叉振动产生韧性,减缓运动中产生的冲力,提高运动的舒适感。
在本文中,所涉及的上方、底部、左侧等方位词是以附图中的结构位于图中以及结构相互之间的位置来定义的,只是为了表达技术方案的清楚及方便。应当理解,所述方位词的使用不应对本发明的保护范围进行限制。

  1. 一种具有音叉共振多功能的鞋,其特征在于:包括前掌面和后掌面,所述前掌面内部设有第一音叉,所述后掌面内部设有第二音叉,所述第一音叉的左端和第二音叉的右端均安装有高低调节器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种具有音叉共振多功能的鞋,其特征在于:所述高低调节器的顶部设有带轴支撑块,所述底部设有带轴底座,所述带轴支撑块的左侧设有第一连接块,所述带轴支撑块的右侧设有第二连接块,所述带轴底座的左侧设有第四连接块,所述带轴底座的右侧设有第三连接块,所述第一连接块通过第一连接轴与第四连接块连接,所述第二连接块通过第二连接轴与第三连接块连接,所述高低调节器的中部设有调节螺杆,所述调节螺杆的右端设有调节环。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述一种具有音叉共振多功能的鞋,其特征在于:所述第一音叉是由第一材质和第二材质以及高低调节器构成,所述第一材质的厚度为1-10MM,硬度为90度以上,所述第二材质厚度1-10MM,硬度为90度以上,所述高低调节器第一连接块,第二连接块,第三连接块,第四连接块硬度为90度以上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有音叉共振多功能的鞋,其特征在于:所述第二音叉是由第三材质和第四材质以及高低调节器构成,所述第三材质的厚度为1-10MM,硬度为90度以上,所述第四材质厚度1-10MM,硬度为90度以上,所述高低调节器第一连接块,第二连接块,第三连接块,第四连接块硬度为90度以上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有音叉共振多功能的鞋,其特征在于:所述第一音叉的外部左侧设有第一配重位,所述第二音叉的外部右侧设有第二配重位。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有音叉共振多功能的鞋,其特征在于:所述第一音叉和第二音叉之间及外围填充有第五材质。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有音叉共振多功能的鞋,其特征在于:所述第一音叉和第二音叉的内部无填充材质。
