一种具备导向组件的纺织生产用裁断装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及纺织生产领域,尤其涉及一种具备导向组件的纺织生产用裁断装置。
背景技术
纺织业在中国是一个劳动密集程度高和对外依存度较大的产业,中国是世界上最大的纺织品服装生产和出口国,纺织品服装出口的持续稳定增长对保证中国外汇储备、国际收支平衡、人民币汇率稳定、解决社会就业及纺织业可持续发展至关重要。
纺织生产在我们的生活中十分常见,纺织生产过程中需要对纺织面料进行裁断,现如今在面料裁断过程中难以对不同厚度纺织面料起到很好的导向作用,从而难以对纺织面料起到很好的限位作用,纺织面料裁断过程中面料容易发生褶皱的情况,面料的平整性差,难以更好更快的保证对不同厚度纺织面料的裁断。
实用新型内容
(一)实用新型目的
为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本实用新型提出一种具备导向组件的纺织生产用裁断装置,能够在纺织生产裁断过程中对不同厚度纺织面料起到很好的导向作用,从而对纺织面料起到了很好的限位作用,很好的防止了纺织面料裁断过程中面料发生褶皱的情况,提高了面料的平整性。
(二)技术方案
本实用新型提供了一种具备导向组件的纺织生产用裁断装置,包括底板,底板顶部的一侧固定连接有第一固定箱,底板的顶部且位于第一固定箱的一侧固定连接有第二固定箱,第一固定箱的内壁之间固定连接有固定杆,并且固定杆的外表面固定连接有导向筒,第二固定箱内壁的顶部固定连接有弹性件,并且弹性件的底端固定连接有导向板,导向板的底部固定连接有第一橡胶垫,并且导向板的正面开设有限位孔,限位孔的内部卡接有限位杆。
优选的,限位杆的一端贯穿第二固定箱并延伸至第二固定箱的正面,第二固定箱的正面开设有固定孔。
优选的,限位孔和固定孔均与限位杆相适配,第一弹性件和固定孔的数量均为若干个。
优选的,底板的顶部且位于第二固定箱的一侧固定连接有竖板,并且竖板一侧的顶部固定连接有横板,横板的底部固定连接有液压杆。
优选的,液压杆的底端固定连接有电机,并且电机输出轴的一端固定连接有转动杆,转动杆远离电机的一端固定连接有切割刀片。
优选的,第一固定箱的顶部开设有第一通口,并且第一固定箱的一侧开设有第二通口。
优选的,第二固定箱的两侧均开设有第三通口,底板的底部固定连接有第二橡胶垫。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的上述技术方案具有如下有益的技术效果:本实用新型通过底板、第一固定箱、第二固定箱、固定杆、导向筒、弹性件、导向板、第一橡胶垫、限位孔、限位杆、固定孔、竖板、横板、液压杆、电机、转动杆、切割刀片、第一通口、第二通口、第三通口和第二橡胶垫的设置,能够在纺织生产裁断过程中对不同厚度纺织面料起到很好的导向作用,从而对纺 织面料起到了很好的限位作用,很好的防止了纺织面料裁断过程中面料发生褶皱的情况,提高了面料的平整性,更好更快的保证了对不同厚度纺织面料的裁断。

如图1-4所示,本实用新型提出的一种具备导向组件的纺织生产用裁断装置,包括底板1,底板1顶部的一侧固定连接有第一固定箱2,底板1的顶部且 位于第一固定箱2的一侧固定连接有第二固定箱3,第一固定箱2的内壁之间固定连接有固定杆4,并且固定杆4的外表面固定连接有导向筒5,第二固定箱3内壁的顶部固定连接有弹性件6,并且弹性件6的底端固定连接有导向板7,导向板7的底部固定连接有第一橡胶垫8,并且导向板7的正面开设有限位孔9,限位孔9的内部卡接有限位杆10。
本实用新型中,通过第一通口18将面料放入第一固定箱2,将面料放在导向筒5上,面料的一侧通过第二通口19穿出第一固定箱2,再通过一侧的第三通口20穿入第二固定箱3中,将面料放在第二固定箱3内壁底部和导向板7、第一橡胶垫8之间,再通过另一侧的第三通口20穿出第二固定箱3,通过导向板7和第一橡胶垫8对面料起到导向限位作用,通过将导向板7向上拉动对弹性件6进行挤压,通过将限位杆10穿过不同高度的固定孔11插入限位孔9,能够将导向板7固定在不同高度,从而能够对不同厚度面料进行导向限位,最后将面料通过第三通口20拉出,启动液压杆14和电机15,液压杆14伸长带动电机15、转动杆16和切割刀片17向下运动,电机15带动转动杆16和切割刀片17转动,通过切割刀片17对面料进行裁断。
在一个可选的实施例中,限位杆10的一端贯穿第二固定箱3并延伸至第二固定箱3的正面,第二固定箱3的正面开设有固定孔11。
需要说明的是,通过将限位杆10穿过不同高度的固定孔11插入限位孔9,能够将导向板7固定在不同高度,从而能够对不同厚度面料进行导向限位。
在一个可选的实施例中,限位孔9和固定孔11均与限位杆9相适配,第一弹性件6和固定孔11的数量均为若干个。
需要说明的是,通过限位孔9和固定孔11均与限位杆9相适配能够更稳定的对导向板7进行限位固定。
在一个可选的实施例中,底板1的顶部且位于第二固定箱3的一侧固定连接有竖板12,并且竖板12一侧的顶部固定连接有横板13,横板13的底部固定连接有液压杆14。
需要说明的是,通过液压杆14的设置能够对电机15、转动杆16和切割刀片17的高度进行调节,从而更好的对面料进行裁断。
在一个可选的实施例中,液压杆14的底端固定连接有电机15,并且电机15输出轴的一端固定连接有转动杆16,转动杆16远离电机15的一端固定连接有切割刀片17。
需要说明的是,液压杆14和电机15通过连接线与外部电源连接,通过设置于第二固定箱3背面的电源开关控制启动和关闭。
在一个可选的实施例中,第一固定箱2的顶部开设有第一通口18,并且第一固定箱2的一侧开设有第二通口19。
需要说明的是,通过第一通口18的设置对面料进行取放,通过第二通口19的设置能够在面料进行裁断时将面料穿出第一固定箱2。
在一个可选的实施例中,第二固定箱3的两侧均开设有第三通口20,底板1的底部固定连接有第二橡胶垫21,通过底板1、第一固定箱2、第二固定箱3、固定杆4、导向筒5、弹性件6、导向板7、第一橡胶垫8、限位孔9、限位杆10、固定孔11、竖板12、横板13、液压杆14、电机15、转动杆16、切割刀片17、第一通口18、第二通口19、第三通口20和第二橡胶垫21的设置,能够在纺织生产裁断过程中对不同厚度纺织面料起到很好的导向作用,从而对纺织面料起到了很好的限位作用,很好的防止了纺织面料裁断过程中面料发生褶皱的情况,提高了面料的平整性,更好更快的保证了对不同厚度纺织面料的裁断。
需要说明的是,通过第二橡胶垫21能够增加摩擦力,增加该装置使用过程 中的稳定性。

  1. 一种具备导向组件的纺织生产用裁断装置,其特征在于,包括底板(1),底板(1)顶部的一侧固定连接有第一固定箱(2),底板(1)的顶部且位于第一固定箱(2)的一侧固定连接有第二固定箱(3),第一固定箱(2)的内壁之间固定连接有固定杆(4),并且固定杆(4)的外表面固定连接有导向筒(5),第二固定箱(3)内壁的顶部固定连接有弹性件(6),并且弹性件(6)的底端固定连接有导向板(7),导向板(7)的底部固定连接有第一橡胶垫(8),并且导向板(7)的正面开设有限位孔(9),限位孔(9)的内部卡接有限位杆(10)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具备导向组件的纺织生产用裁断装置,其特征在于,限位杆(10)的一端贯穿第二固定箱(3)并延伸至第二固定箱(3)的正面,第二固定箱(3)的正面开设有固定孔(11)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具备导向组件的纺织生产用裁断装置,其特征在于,限位孔(9)和固定孔(11)均与限位杆(9)相适配,第一弹性件(6)和固定孔(11)的数量均为若干个。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具备导向组件的纺织生产用裁断装置,其特征在于,底板(1)的顶部且位于第二固定箱(3)的一侧固定连接有竖板(12),并且竖板(12)一侧的顶部固定连接有横板(13),横板(13)的底部固定连接有液压杆(14)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种具备导向组件的纺织生产用裁断装置,其特征在于,液压杆(14)的底端固定连接有电机(15),并且电机(15)输出轴的一端固定连接有转动杆(16),转动杆(16)远离电机(15)的一端固定连接有切割刀片(17)。
