Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé et un appareil permettant de former un composant métallique tridimensionnel, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant : à déposer, sur un substrat placé sur une platine, au moins une couche crue formée au moyen d'une extrudeuse destinée à déposer une chaîne de matière première, ladite couche correspondant à une tranche d'un modèle numérique dudit composant métallique tridimensionnel, ladite couche crue étant constituée d'un mélange de particules métalliques et d'une composition de liant ; à délianter la ou les couches crues afin de former une couche brune au moyen de l'impact d'un faisceau d'énergie, émanant d'une source d'énergie présentant un premier réglage, sur une surface supérieure de ladite couche crue disposée sur ledit substrat sur ladite platine, ledit déliantage éliminant la plupart de ladite composition de liant ; à fritter la couche brune afin de former une couche métallique au moyen de l'impact d'un faisceau d'énergie, émanant d'une source d'énergie présentant un second réglage, sur une surface supérieure de ladite couche brune ; et à répéter les étapes a-c jusqu'à achèvement du composant métallique tridimensionnel.
