为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:一种托盘,包括用于安装椅脚的底座、用于安装椅座的顶座和用于安装椅背的尾座,所述顶座上设有向下延伸的第一连接部,所述尾座包括向前延伸的第二连接部,所述底座通过第一连接轴与所述顶座的第一连接部活动连接,所述底座通过第四连接轴与所述尾座的第二连接部铰接,所述尾座通过第五连接轴与所述顶座的第一连接部铰接,所述第一连接轴位于所述第五连接轴后方,第四连接轴位于所述第一连接轴位于所述第五连接轴之间,第四连接轴位于所述第一连接轴位于所述第五连接轴下方,所述第一连接轴和所述第五连接轴之间设有弹性复位件。
作为优选,所述第一连接部有两个,所述第二连接部有两个,所述底座位于两个第二连接部之间,两个第二连接部位于两个第一连接部之间。
作为优选,还包括摆动设置在所述底座内的锁板,所述第四连接轴贯穿所述锁板,所述锁板上贯穿有第三连接轴,所述第三连接轴的两端与尾座的两个第二连接部连接,实现锁板和尾座同步动作,所述第三连接轴贯穿所述底座并且与其滑动连接。
作为优选,所述第四连接轴和所述第三连接轴位于所述第一连接轴和第五连接轴之间,第三连接轴位于所述第一连接轴位于所述第五连接轴下方,所述第三连接轴位于所述第四连接轴前方。
作为优选,还包括位于第三连接轴的下方的倾仰锁定组件,包括倾仰拉线以及安装底座上的第一安装座和锁舌安装座,第一安装座上安装有可左右移动的弹簧组件,锁舌安装座上安装有可左右移动的锁舌组件,所述锁板上开设有若干锁定部,通过拉紧或放松倾仰拉线可使得所述弹簧组件在第一安装座上左右移动,进而带动锁舌件在锁舌安装座上左右移动,进而与若干锁定部配合限制锁板摆动,进而通过第三连接轴控制尾座的倾仰角,所述锁定部为锁止孔,所述锁舌件为锁止销,所述锁止孔和所述锁止销插拔连接。
作为优选,还包括升降锁定组件,包括升降拉线以及铰接在底座内的压板,所述压板与升降拉线活动连接;所述第四连接轴上套设有拉线转向套,所述升降拉线由所述压板起始经过所述拉线转向套的下方向前延伸。
作为优选,所述顶座前端固定连接有顶简易罩,所述底座前端铰接有底简易罩,所述顶简易罩将底简易罩罩住并且活动连接,所述顶简易罩将底简易罩活动连接。
作为优选,所述顶简易罩凸起有第二连接轴,所述底简易罩上开设有第二滑移孔,第二连接轴位于第二滑移孔内。
作为优选,弹性复位件包括压簧和可伸缩的导向件,导向件的两端分别转动安装在第一连接轴和第五连接轴上,所述压簧位于第一连接轴和第五连接轴之间并且套设在导向件上。
一种椅子,包括如上所述的一种托盘。
有益效果
本发明的技术方案中,尾座和底座的滑动连接的位置位于后方,可以根据实际使用场景,灵活的改变第一连接轴和第五连接轴的间距,使得托盘更加紧凑;锁板直接连接在滑动设置在底座内,锁板与尾座通过第三连接轴和第四连接轴实现同步动作,使得托盘处于锁定状态时,更加稳定,有效;用于锁定的锁板和倾仰组件全部位于第一连接轴和第五连接轴的下方,使得锁板可以小范围的摆动完成锁定动作,进而进一步紧凑托盘结构,使得锁定效果更加精确稳定;锁板呈扇形,用于锁止的锁止孔靠近锁板弧形边缘,如此设置可减小锁板的体积;锁板位于第三连接轴下方,从而使与其配合的倾仰锁止组件缩小,使得托盘的结构更加紧凑。

本具体实施方式中各部件的参考方位,将椅子在正常安装使用时,椅子的前方为前端、前部,而办公椅的后方包括椅背所在的位置为后端、后部。
如图1-4所展示的一种托盘,包括用于连接椅脚的底座1、用于安装椅座的顶座2和用于安装椅背的尾座3;所述底座1与所述顶座2活动连接,所述底座1和所述尾座3铰接,所述顶座2和所述尾座3铰接,还包括摆动设置在所述底座1上的锁板52,通过控制锁板52的摆动角度,实现尾板3摆动角度的锁定。
本实施例中,所述顶座2一体成型有两个向下延伸的第一连接部21,所述尾座3包括两个第二连接部31,两个第二连接部31之间固设有尾板32,所述底座1位于两个第二连接部31之间,底座1位于尾板32前方,两个第二连接部31位于两个第一连接部21之间,所述底座1通过第一连接轴61与所述顶座2的两个第一连接部21活动连接,所述底座1通过第四连接轴64与所述尾座3的两个第二连接部31铰接,所述尾座3通过第五连接轴65与所述顶座2的第一连接部21铰接,所述第四连接轴64贯穿所述锁板52,所述锁板52和两个第二连接部31通过第三连接轴63铰接,所述第四连接轴64和所述第三连接轴63位于所述第一连接轴61和第五连接轴65之间,所述第一连接轴61和第五连接轴65之间设有弹性复位件4,所述第三连接轴63和第四连接轴64位于所述第一连接轴61和第五连接轴65下方。
如此设置,当人体向后倾倒对椅背发力,使得椅背带动尾座3围绕第四连接轴64转动,尾座3的两个第二连接部31的前端上扬并且向后移动,第四连接轴64带动顶座2向上并且向后运动,所述顶座2的两个第一连接部21与第一连接轴61发生相对滑动,弹性复位组件4受压产生反作用与第五连接轴65的力,弹性复位组件4所产生的反作用力可以使得人体在倾倒的过程更加平滑,避免出现椅背迅速且直接运动至倾倒角度。
本实施例中,顶座2两个第一连接部21上均设有第三滑移孔22,所述第一连接轴61的两端分为通过两个第三滑移孔22,所述第一连接轴61与两个第三滑移孔22滑动配合;所述第一连接轴61上套设有两个滑动轴套,所述底座1位于两个滑动轴套之间,所述滑动轴套位于所述第三滑移孔22内并且滑动配合。
本实施例中,第五连接轴65位于所述底座1的前方,第一连接轴61位于所述底座1的后方部段并且位于所述尾座3的两个第二连接部31的上方,所述第四连接轴64和所述第三连接轴63位于第一连接轴61和第五连接轴65之间。
进一步优选地,第三连接轴63位于所述第四连接轴64的前方。所述底座1的左右两侧均开设有倾斜的第一滑移孔11,所述第一滑移孔11位于所述第四连接轴64前方,所述第三连接轴63通过底座1上两个第一滑移孔11,第一滑移孔11与第三连接轴63滑动配合;如此设置,当尾座3转动至一定角度后,第三连接轴63与连个第一滑移孔11发生抵触,尾座3将不再动作,如此可避免倾仰角度过大导致的侧翻的风险,同时避免应倾仰角度过大导致托盘中其余组件相互挤压,从而产生实效。
进一步优选的,所述第三连接轴63滑移行程的最低点高于所述第四连接轴64的最低点。
如此设置,尾座3是围绕第四连接轴64转动,因此尾座3发生倾倒时的起始动作为:尾座3带动第三连接接轴63向上并且向后运动,从而避免繁杂的运动路径,提升托盘的稳定性。
本实施例中,还包括顶简易罩23和底简易罩12,顶简易罩23固定在顶座2的底部的前侧部段上,所述底简易罩12铰接在底座1的前端,所述顶简易罩23与所述底简易罩12滑动配合;所述第五连接轴65位于所述顶简易罩23内侧。
进一步优选的,所述顶简易罩23呈弧形且左右两侧向后弯折将所述底简易罩12顶部段罩住,顶简易罩23左右两侧均向内侧凸起有第二连接轴62,所述底简易罩12的左右两侧均设有倾斜的第二滑移孔13,所述第二连接轴62延伸至第二滑移孔13内并且与其活动配合;如此设置,通过顶简易罩23将尾座3的两个第二连接部31的前端遮挡;当顶座1向上移动时带动顶简易罩23移动时,顶简易罩23带动第二连接轴62在第二滑移孔13内滑动,实现展开的视觉效果。
本实施例中,所述弹性复位组件4如图1和图2所示,包括压簧41和可伸缩的导向件42,所述导向件42的两端分别活动连接在第一连接轴61和第五连接轴65上,所述压簧41套设在导向件42上。
进一步优选,所述导向件42一端固定复位套筒,所述复位套筒套设在第五连接轴65上,所述导向件42的另一端固定有限位块,所述限位块上开设有弧形槽,所述限位块通过弧形槽顶压所述第一连接轴61,所述压簧41的两端分别顶压复位套筒和限位块,导向件4为插拔连接的导柱和导套。
本实施例中,托盘还包括如图5-7中所示的用于控制尾座3倾仰角度的倾仰锁定组件5,所述倾仰锁定组件5位于锁板52和第三连接轴63的下方,所述倾仰锁定组件5包括倾仰拉线71以及安装在底座1内的第一安装座51和锁舌安装座56,所述锁舌安装座56上安装有可左右移动的锁舌组件,第一安装座51上安装有可左右移动的弹簧组件,所述锁板52上开设有若干锁定部73,通过拉紧或放松倾仰拉线71可使得所述弹簧组件在第一安装座51上左右移动,进而带动锁舌组件在锁舌安装座56上左右移动,进而与若干锁定部73配合限制锁板52摆动,进而通过第三连接轴63控制尾座3的倾仰角度。如此设置,当倾仰锁定组件5处于锁定状态时,锁板52、底座1、顶座2和尾座3形成稳固的四连杆机构,区别与传统托盘的三连杆机构,四连杆机构的运行更为顺滑。
进一步优选的,第一安装座51位于第三连接轴63的下方,锁舌安装座56位于第一安装座51前方;如此设置合理的利用了底座1内的空间,使得托板中的各零部件高度集中化,有效减少了托盘的占用体积。
本实施例中,所述弹簧组件包括滑动设置在第一安装座51上的滑动杆,所述滑动杆贯穿所述第一安装座51,所述滑动杆的两端分别设有第一阻挡部76和第二阻挡部54,所述第一安装座位于所述第一阻挡部76和第二阻挡部54之间,所述弹簧组件还包括锁止弹簧74,所述锁止弹簧74套设在滑动杆上,所述锁止弹簧74位于第二阻挡部54和第一安装座51之间;所述锁舌组件包括锁舌件53和连接件55,所述锁舌件53贯穿所述锁舌固定座56并且与其滑动配合,所述连接件55一端固定在锁舌件53的一侧,所述连接件55的另一端固定在第一阻挡部76上,所述第一阻挡部76和倾仰拉线71活动配合。
进一步优选的,连接件55为弹性件,第二阻挡部54为与所述滑移杆另一端螺纹配合的螺钉,锁止销与锁止孔插拔连接设置。如此设置是因为连接件55的移动可带动锁舌件53移动,但当锁舌件53未与锁定部73对齐时,两者间的运动同步性是比较差的,具体来说,当第一阻挡部76返回至初始位置时,锁舌件53是处于与锁板4相抵的状态,因此两者间需要通过连接件55相连以弥补运动过程中的位置差,同时在锁板4的转动过程中,使得锁舌件53与锁定部73对齐,进而在连接件55的作用下,锁舌件53与锁定部73配合完成对锁板4的锁定,如上所述,连接件55应为弹性件;在本实施例中,连接件55为扭簧。本实施例中,锁舌件53为锁止销,所述锁板52呈扇形,所述锁定部73为锁止孔,若干锁止孔靠近锁板52弧形边缘一端,所述锁止销和所述锁止孔插拔连接。
进一步优选,第一阻挡部76上设有一仅供倾仰拉线71穿过的第一通道,倾仰拉线71一端上固定有第三阻挡部;当倾仰拉线71穿过第一通道后,第三阻挡部与第一阻挡部76抵触,从而阻止倾仰拉线71通过第一阻挡部76;进一步优选,所述第三阻挡部为球体、圆柱体或其他形状。
本实施例中,还设有升降锁定组件,升降锁定组件位于倾仰锁定组件5的后方,包括升降拉线72以及安装在底座1内的第二安装座57,所述第二安装座57上向下凹陷有用于安装升降气杆的气杆固定孔,所述气杆固定孔向下延伸贯穿所述底座1,所述第二安装座57的顶部凸起有两个支座,所述支座之间铰接有开关轴,所述开关轴上安装有压板58,所述支座与所述压板58之间设置有用于压板58复位的开关扭簧59,所述压板58一端安装在所述开关轴上,所述压板58的另一端与升降拉线72活动连接;如此设置,拉动所述升降拉线72带动所述压板58的一端下移,所述压板58下压所述气杆的开关并且下压所述开关扭簧59使其蓄力,松开所述升降拉线72,所述开关扭簧59释放带动所述压板58和升降拉线72复位,气杆开关自行复位。
进一步优选的,所述压板58上开设有仅能通过升降拉线72的第二通道,升降拉线72一端固定有第四阻挡部,当升降拉线72穿过第二通道时,第四阻挡部与压板58抵触,从而阻止升降拉线72继续通过压板58。进一步优选,所述第三阻挡部为球体、圆柱体或其他形状。
进一步优选的,所述第四连接轴64上套设有拉线转向套75,所述升降拉线72由所述压板58起始经过所述拉线转向套75的下方向前延伸,所述升降拉线72向前延伸通过所述底座1和底简易罩12;本方案中压板58运动行程的最低端高于拉线转向套75的最低端。如此设置,方便用户对托盘升降控制,通过拉线转向套75,使得升降拉线72平滑的,避免升降拉线72在转向处小角度弯折影响托盘的使用寿命。
一种椅子,包括如上所述的托盘。还包括安装在底座1的支撑脚,安装在尾座3上的椅背和安装在顶座3上的椅座。

  1. 一种托盘,其特征在于:包括用于安装椅脚的底座(1)、用于安装椅座的顶座(2)和用于安装椅背的尾座(3),所述顶座(2)上设有向下延伸的第一连接部(21),所述尾座(3)包括向前延伸的第二连接部(31)所述底座(1)通过第一连接轴(61)与所述顶座(2)的第一连接部(21)活动连接,所述底座(1)通过第四连接轴(64)与所述尾座(3)的第二连接部(31)铰接,所述尾座(3)通过第五连接轴(65)与所述顶座(2)的第一连接部(21)铰接,所述第一连接轴(61)位于所述第五连接轴(65)后方,第四连接轴(64)位于所述第一连接轴(61)位于所述第五连接轴(65)之间,第四连接轴(64)和所述第一连接轴(61)和所述第五连接轴(65)下方,所述第一连接轴(61)和所述第五连接轴(65)之间设有弹性复位件(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种托盘,其特征在于:所述第一连接部(21)有两个,所述第二连接部(31)有两个,所述底座(1)位于两个第二连接部(31)之间,两个第二连接部(31)位于两个第一连接部(21)之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种托盘,其特征在于:还包括摆动设置在所述底座(1)内的锁板(52),所述第四连接轴(64)贯穿所述锁板(52),所述锁板(52)上贯穿有第三连接轴(63),所述第三连接轴(63)的两端与尾座(3)的两个第二连接部(31)连接,实现锁板(52)和尾座(3)同步动作,所述第三连接轴(63)贯穿所述底座(1)并且与其滑动连接,第三连接轴(63)位于所述第一连接轴(61)和所述第五连接轴(65)下方。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种托盘,其特征在于:所述第四连接轴(64)和所述第三连接轴(63)位于所述第一连接轴(61)和第五连接轴(65)之间,所述第三连接轴(63)位于所述第四连接轴(64)前方。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种托盘,其特征在于:还包括位于第三连接轴(63)的下方的倾仰锁定组件(5),包括倾仰拉线(71)以及安装底座(1)上的第一安装座(51)和锁舌安装座(56),第一安装座(51)上安装有可左右移动的弹簧组件,锁舌安装座(56)上安装有可左右移动的锁舌组件,所述锁板上开设有若干锁定部(73),通过拉紧或放松倾仰拉线可使得所述弹簧组件在第一安装座上左右移动,进而带动锁舌件(53)在锁舌安装座(56)上左右移动,进而与若干锁定部配合限制锁板(52)摆动,进而通过第三连接轴(63)控制尾座(3)的倾仰角,锁定部(73)为锁止孔,所述锁舌件(53)为锁止销,所述锁止孔和所述锁止销插拔连接。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种托盘,其特征在于:还包括升降锁定组件,包括升降拉线(72)以及铰接在底座(1)内的压板,所述压板(58)与升降拉线(72)活动连接;所述第四连接轴(64)上套设有拉线转向套(75),所述升降拉线(72)由所述压板(58)起始经过所述拉线转向套(75)的下方向前延伸。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种托盘,其特征在于:所述顶座(2)前端固定连接有顶简易罩(23),所述底座(1)前端铰接有底简易罩(12),所述顶简易罩(23)将底简易罩(12)罩住并且活动连接,所述顶简易罩(23)将底简易罩(12)活动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种托盘,其特征在于:所述顶简易罩(23)凸起有第二连接轴(62),所述底简易罩(12)上开设有第二滑移孔(13),第二连接轴(62)位于第二滑移孔(13)内。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种托盘,其特征在于:弹性复位件(4)包括压簧(41)和可伸缩的导向件(42),导向件的两端分别转动安装在第一连接轴(61)和第五连接轴(65)上,所述压簧(41)位于第一连接轴(61)和第五连接轴(65)之间并且套设在导向件(42)上。
  10. 一种椅子,其特征在于:包括如上权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的一种托盘。
