Description
本实用新型涉及工具技术领域,更具体地涉及一种剪切钳和剪切钳钳头。
管道配件用于连接管道。一般的管道配件包括弯头、三通、大小头、管帽、各种管接头、法兰、阀门、膨胀节、管道支架等等。其中,例如像塑料管道等非金属管道和这些管道配件常常使用套接的方式连接,安装时先将非金属管道的开口处胀大,再将胀大后的管道套设在管道配件上,然后在非金属管道自身张力的作用下收缩抱住管道配件,以达到将非金属管道紧密套设在管道配件上的目的。
但是,在实际应用中,经常存在需要将管道配件从管道上拆卸的情况,比如安装错误,或者管道的改造等等。如果管道和管道配件配合得不是十分紧密的情况并且管道配件上没有设有倒刺等特殊结构的时候,可以采用剪切工具来剪开非金属管道,从而将管道配件从管道内拆下。但是现有的用来拆卸配件的剪切工具只能适用于单一尺寸的管径,如需对不同尺寸的管道及其配件进行拆卸时,需要使用不同尺寸的剪切工具,对用户造成不便,同时也降低了工作效率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了克服现有技术的至少一个不足,提供一种可以适合不同尺寸的管径的剪切钳和剪切钳钳头。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种剪切钳,包括剪切钳主体、第一剪切部、第二剪切部、调节件及铰接构件。剪切钳主体包括互相铰接的左钳柄和右钳柄;第二剪切部和第一剪切部具有最短间距并且和第一剪切部配合从而实现剪切的功能;调节件用于调节最短间距的大小;第一剪切部的一端通过铰接构件和右钳柄连接,第二剪切部的一端通过铰接构件和左钳柄连接。
不同于现有技术中的剪切钳,对应设置的剪切部之间的最短间距为零,但是本实用新型提供的剪切钳的第二剪切部和第一剪切部具有最短间距(不为零)并且和第一剪切部配合从而实现剪切的功能,以保证不会剪伤管道配件等被剪件。再者,本实用新型可以通过调节件来调节最短间距的大小,以适应不同尺寸的管道配件等被剪件。
可选的,调节件包括固定结构以固定在左钳柄上,调节件包括一个或多个配合结构,通过调节调节件以实现任意一个或多个配合结构抵住右钳柄,不同的配合结构离固定结构的距离不同;或调节件包括固定结构以固定在右钳柄上,调节件包括一个或多个配合结构,通过调节调节件以实现任意一个或多个配合结构抵住左钳柄,不同的配合结构离固定结构的距离不同。本实施例中调节调节件方式可以是旋转、翻折、位移或者任意其中两种或两种以上的方式的组合。可选的,固定结构为固定轴,配合结构包括具有多个配合面的旋转片,固定轴穿设于旋转片设置并且旋转片可旋转地设于固定轴上,任意两个及多个配合面距离固定轴的中心轴的距离不同,通过旋转的方式调节旋转片以实现任意一个配合面抵住右钳柄或左钳柄,因此配合面可以和左钳柄或者右钳柄的侧面互相配合以固定最短间距的大小,这里的固定轴垂直于或者近似垂直于旋转片的方向设置。于另一种可实施的方式中,固定轴还可以和旋转片平行设置,旋转片可以设有一个或任意多个,旋转片绕着所述固定轴可翻转设置,用过翻转旋转片来调节调节旋转片以实现调节最短间距的大小。
可选的,配合结构和左钳柄或者右钳柄配对设有凸起-凹槽等固定结构以进一步固定最短间距的大小。
可选的,旋转片的形状不是旋转对称图形。于一些其他的实施例中,旋转片也可以是旋转对称图形,旋转对称图形指的是把一个平面图形绕着平面上一个定点旋转一定弧度后,与初始图形重合的图形。但是本实用新型中的旋转片的图形可以是旋转对称图形的变形,例如把最初的第一旋转单元旋转第一弧度后得到第二旋转单元,再旋转第一弧度后得到第三旋转单元,以此类推,旋转n次第一弧度后得到第(n+1)个旋转单元,第(n+1)个旋转单元和第一旋转单元相邻,通过调整第一旋转单元、第二旋转单元、第三旋转单元……第(n+1)个旋转单元距离旋转定点的距离使得其中任意两个及多个旋转单元距离旋转定点的距离不同。旋转单元可以是直线、弧线、或者直线和弧线的组合,作为举例的,这里的旋转对称图形可以是例如非正五边形等的非正多边形,也可以是花瓣形等等。这里的旋转定点指的是中心轴。第一旋转单元、第二旋转单元、第三旋转单元……第(n+1)个旋转单元中任意相邻的两个旋转单元之间可以直接连接,也可以不直接相连。可选的,为了使旋转更为顺滑,不同的旋转单元之间均采用圆弧过渡。
这里示出的所有的旋转单元的形状和大小一致,但是于另一种可选的实施方式中,形状和大小中的一种或两者还可以不一致。比如说,旋转片的形状可以为非等边三角形的等腰三角形,甚至可以为其他任意三角形。
可选的,第一剪切部和第二剪切部相对设有钝部和刃部,钝部和刃部相互配合后实现剪切的功能,钝部和刃部距离最短时相距最短间距。在使用的时候,钝部可以和管道配件的内部直接配合,不容易损伤管道配件。
可选的,第一剪切部或第二剪切部在相对于钝部或刃部的另一端设有凹陷,凹陷的大小根据实际需求设计,凹陷的设计利于扩宽剪切钳的使用范围,可以在一些狭小的使用环境中使用。
可选的,左钳柄包括左钳柄主体和左连接件,左钳柄主体的一端设有左连接件,右钳柄包括右钳柄主体和右连接件,右钳柄的一端设有右连接件,左连接件和右连接件通过枢轴连接,枢轴上套有弹簧。
可选的,左连接件包括两个相对设置的左钳片,两个左钳片的两端分别由紧固件连接,右连接件包括两个相对设置的右钳片,两个右钳片的两端分别由紧固件连接,两个左钳片的中端和两个右钳片的中端通过枢轴连接。
可选的,铰接构件包括左铰接片和右铰接片,左铰接片的一端和第一剪切部连接,左铰接片的另一端和两个左连接件的两端的其中一端连接,右铰接片的一端和第二剪切部连接,右铰接片的另一端两个右连接件的两端的其中一端连接,两个左连接件的两端的其中另一端和右铰接片的一端连接,两个右连接件的两端的其中另一端和左铰接片的一端连接。
可选的,两个左钳片和两个右钳片交错设置在枢轴的两端。
可选的,左钳柄或右钳柄还包括拨片,拨片的一端通过紧固件固定于其中的一个左钳片或右钳片上,拨片的另一端卡合于右连接件或左连接件。

本申请还提供一种更为简洁的不设有调节件的剪切钳,这种剪切钳包括剪切钳主体、第一剪切部、第二剪切部、铰接构件,剪切钳主体包括互相铰接的左钳柄和右钳柄;第二剪切部和第一剪切部之间至少部分具有大于零的间距并 且和第一剪切部配合从而实现剪切的功能;第一剪切部的一端通过铰接构件和右钳柄连接,第二剪切部的一端通过铰接构件和左钳柄连接;通过控制左钳柄和右钳柄来调整第一剪切部和第二剪切部的间距,使用者完全可以控制左钳柄和右钳柄的相对距离来控制第一剪切部和第二剪切部的间距,从而去对不同尺寸、型号、形状的被剪物品进行操作。
可选的,第一剪切部和第二剪切部相对设有钝部和刃部,钝部和刃部相互配合后实现剪切的功能,设有刃部的第一剪切部或第二剪切部的靠近钝部的一侧设有凹槽,第一剪切部和第二剪切部在设有凹槽的位置间距不为零。
可选的,刃部部分延伸于第一剪切部或第二剪切部的靠近钝部的一侧,刃部设于凹槽的远离或靠近剪切钳主体一侧。
可选的,刃部的宽度小于3cm,可以是1cm,2cm,2.5cm,0.5cm等等。刃部的宽度要远小于凹槽的宽度,这里的宽度方向和刃部的延伸方向一致。刃部的宽度小于管道配件的用于插接管道的插接部的端部与密封环的距离,也就是刃部的宽度要足够小,以至于刃部可以避开管道配件的密封环,从而不会对密封环造成损害。
可选的,设有刃部的第一剪切部或第二剪切部具有平整的端面,从而避开管道配件上的其他结构。
可选的,设有钝部的第一剪切部或第二剪切部的端部的厚度逐渐递减,以形成具有撬动功能的尖部。
可选的,刃部可拆卸地设于第一剪切部或第二剪切部的靠近钝部的一侧。
本实用新型还提供一种剪切钳钳头,包括相互铰接的第一剪切部和第二剪切部;第二剪切部和第一剪切部之间至少部分具有不为零的间距并且第二剪切部和第一剪切部配合从而实现剪切的功能。
可选的,第一剪切部和第二剪切部相对设有钝部和刃部,钝部和刃部相互配合后实现剪切的功能,设有刃部的第一剪切部或第二剪切部的靠近钝部的一侧设有凹槽,第一剪切部和第二剪切部在设有凹槽的位置间距不为零。

实施例一
请参考图1至图8,本实施例提供了一种剪切钳,包括剪切钳主体30、第一剪切部10、第二剪切部20、调节件80及铰接构件。剪切钳主体包括互相铰接的左钳柄31和右钳柄32;第二剪切部20和第一剪切部10具有最短间距L并且和第一剪切部配合从而实现剪切的功能;调节件80用于调节最短间距L的大小;第一剪切部10的一端通过铰接构件和右钳柄32连接,第二剪切部的一端通过铰接构件和左钳柄31连接。
图9和图10示出了管道和管道配件的配合示意图,安装时先将套管200套在非金属管道的100一端,然后利用工具将非金属管道的接近开口处的一端胀大,再将胀大后的管道套设在管道配件300上,管道配件300上套接管道的部分设有凸起的密封环301,然后在非金属管道自身张力的作用下收缩抱住管道配件。在拆卸的时候可以先将管道靠近管道配件的位置剪断,然后根据管道的尺寸调整调节件以调节最短间距L的大小,使用本实施例中的剪切钳剪切掉管道, 再者,本实施例中的剪切钳的第二剪切部和第一剪切部具有最短间距L并且和第一剪切部配合从而实现剪切的功能,以保证不会剪伤管道配件等被剪件。
于本实施例中,调节件包括固定结构以实现固定在左钳柄上的目的,调节件包括一个配合结构,固定结构为固定轴801,配合结构包括具有多个配合面的旋转片806,固定轴穿设于旋转片设置,并且旋转片可旋转地设于固定轴上,任意两个及多个配合面距离固定轴的中心轴的距离不同,通过调节旋转片以实现任意一个配合面抵住右钳柄的侧面。通过调节调节件以实现其中任意一个或多个配合面抵住右钳柄,不同的配合面离固定结构的距离不同,不同配合面可以对应于不同需求设置,例如分别对应于不同尺寸的管道。
于其他本实施例中,配合结构可以为多个,每个配合结构具有一个或多个配合面。
于本实施例中,如图8所示,旋转片的形状为五边形,旋转片均倒角处理。旋转片的其中一端设有舌片802,旋转片的另外其中的三端设有三个配合面(803,804,805),配面的附近均设有相应的标识,以方便辨识,并且三个配合面距离中心轴的距离分别为H1,H2,及H3;其中,H1,H2,及H3都不相等,例如可以分别对应于1”,1/2”,3/4”管道。
于本实施例中,第一剪切部和第二剪切部的相对设有钝部201和刃部101,钝部和刃部相互配合后实现剪切的功能,本实施中的刃部101完全延伸在第一剪切部上,因此,本实施例中的第二剪切部和所述第一剪切部具有最短间距中的最短间距L不为零,也就是说当使用剪切钳的时候,第二剪切部和第一剪切部之间在使用时不会闭合,第一剪切部和第二剪切部相距最近的时候,这个最近的距离就是最短间隙。钝部和刃部距离最短时相距最短间距L,在使用的时候,钝部可以和管道配件的内部直接配合,不容易损伤管道配件。于本实施例中,随着调节件的调节,钝部和刃部始终平行或者始终大致平行,本实施例中的最短间距L即为互相平行或大致平行设置的钝部和刃部的距离,于其他实施例中,钝部和刃部还可以不平行设置。
于本实施例中,第一剪切部或第二剪切部在相对于钝部或刃部的另一侧设有凹陷202,凹陷的大小根据实际需求设计,凹陷的设计利于扩宽剪切钳的使用范围,可以在一些狭小的使用环境中使用。
于本实施例中,左钳柄包括左钳柄主体311和左连接件310,左钳柄主体的一端设有左连接件,右钳柄包括右钳柄主体和右连接件,右钳柄的一端设有右连接件,左连接件和右连接件通过枢轴50连接,枢轴上套有弹簧。弹簧有复位 的作用。左钳头和右钳头的形状均一致,于其他实施例中,左钳头和右钳头的形状也可以有差别。
更为具体的,左连接件310包括两个相对设置的左钳片312,两个左钳片的两端分别由紧固件连接,右连接件包括两个相对设置的右钳片,两个右钳片的两端分别由紧固件连接,两个左钳片的中端和两个右钳片的中端通过枢轴连接。本实施例中的紧固件均为螺栓,于其他实施中,还可以是螺柱、螺母、螺钉等等,本实施例中的紧固件一共有四个。本实施例中的紧固件和固定轴可以是同一个。
两个左钳片312可以互相平行,也可以不平行。于本实施例中,其中一个左钳片为平面状,其中另一个左钳头的向外部凸起,右钳片亦然,如图5所示。
于本实施例中,铰接构件包括左铰接片70和右铰接片90,左铰接片70的一端和第一剪切部连接,左铰接片的另一端和两个左连接件的两端的其中一端连接,右铰接片90的一端和第二剪切部连接,右铰接片90的另一端两个右连接件的两端的其中一端连接,两个左连接件的两端的其中另一端和右铰接片90的一端连接,两个右连接件的两端的其中另一端和左铰接片的一端连接。左铰接片和右铰接片90分别相对设有容纳螺栓的弧形凹槽703。左铰接片的另一端设有凹槽702,右铰接片90的另一端也设有凹槽902,凹槽均为方形结构,方形凹槽用于容纳紧固件,两个左铰接片一端设有穿孔701,两个右铰接片90的一端设有穿孔901,穿孔用于使紧固件穿过。本实施例中的右铰接片90和左铰接片70的形状和大小均一致,于其他实施例中,也可以不一致。
于本实施例中,两个左钳片和两个右钳片交错设置在枢轴的两端。这里的交错设置指的是在剪切钳的一侧,其中一个左钳片和其中一个右钳片相交设置,在剪切钳的另一侧,其中另一个左钳片和其中另一个右钳片相交设置,均呈X型设置。更为进一步的,在剪切钳的一侧,如果左钳片设于右钳片的外部,那么在剪切钳的另一侧,如果右钳片设于左钳片的外部,以增加牢固性。
于本实施例中,左钳柄31或右钳柄32还包括拨片40,拨片的一端通过紧固件固定于其中的一个左钳片或右钳片上,拨片的另一端卡合于右连接件或左连接件,拨片上可以设有凸块。
于本实施例中,左钳柄31或右钳柄32上均套设有钳柄套33,本实施中的左钳柄31和右钳柄32的形状和结构相互对称。
实施例二
实施例一中提供的剪切钳在使用的时候,由于管道配件凸起的密封环的存在,管道的两端低中间高,因此在剪切的时候只能剪断管道的中间(相对来说靠近密封环301的位置),两端(相对来说远离密封环301的位置)剪切不够彻底,从而需要电烙铁或其他器件的辅助。甚至于某些管道配件上的凸起的密封环旁边还下凹302,管道也随着凹陷向下凹,更加大了剪切的难度。
为了避免这种情况的发生,实施例二提供另一种剪切钳,基本结构和实施例一种的剪切钳都一致,以下仅不同之处予以说明。
如图11和图12所示,第一剪切部10’的端部的厚度逐渐递减以形成尖部102,第一剪切部的尖部可以起到类似于螺丝刀的一字螺丝刀撬动功能,可以帮助在剪切的后或剪切过程中将管道撬开,于其他实施例中,第一剪切部也可以不设置尖部102。第二剪切部20’设有部分延伸的刃部204,刃部朝向第一剪切部凸出设置,第一剪切部和第二剪切部在未凸出的部分的间距不为零,以保证不会剪伤管道配件等被剪件。第二剪切部凸出的刃部和第一剪切部的钝部配合以实现剪切的功能,刃部凸出的高度L1可以大到使刃部和第一剪切部的钝部完全贴合,也就是间距为零。第二剪切部的靠近钝部的一侧设有凹槽205,第一剪切部和第二剪切部在凹槽的位置的间距不为零,本实施例中的刃部设于凹槽的远离剪切钳主体一侧。本实施例中的刃部h1的宽度远小于凹槽的宽度h2,但是在其他的实施例中,刃部h1的宽度远小于凹槽的宽度h2。本实施例中的刃部的宽度小于图12中的M,也就是管道配件的用于插接管道的插接部的端部与密封环的距离,也就是刃部的宽度要足够小,以至于刃部可以避开管道配件的密封环,从而不会对密封环造成损害。于另一种可行的实施例中,刃部的宽度小于图12中下凹302的凹槽的宽度。
本实施例中的凹槽205处不设有刃部,凸起的部分全为刃部,但是于一些其他的实施例中,凹槽处也可以根据需求设置刃部,凸起的部分也可以仅部分设置刃部。
可选的,除了实施例一种的三个配合面以外,本实施例种还设有第四个配合面,第四个配合面距离中心轴的距离分别为H4;H1,H2,H3,及H4都不相等,H4对应于零位,当位于零位的时候,第一剪切部和第二剪切部的最短间距最小,剪切功能最好,从而此时可以将刃部嵌入剪切管道的两端并且可以避开密封环,再进行管道的中部剪切的时候,再将配合面调整为H1或H2或H3,实现管道的中间位置的剪切,而不会损伤位于管道中间位置的密封环。但是于其他实施例中,也可以不设置第四个配合面。
可选的,设有刃部的第二剪切部具有平整的端面203,从而避开管道配件上的其他结构。第一剪切部高于第二剪切部,进一步是为了避免管道配件上的其他结构。
本实施例中刃部和第二剪切部一体成型,于其他的实施方式中,如图13,刃部可拆卸地设于第一剪切部或第二剪切部的靠近钝部的一侧,在使用过程中刃部磨损或者操作不当导致刃部损坏,可以通过更换刃部使得剪切钳还可以继续正常使用。可以通过一个或多个螺纹等连接件将刃部和第一剪切部或第二剪切部固定,但是本申请不限制具体的可拆卸方式,任意的可拆卸连接均在本申请的保护范围之内。可选的,也可以通过设置压片来增加固定牢度。
于一些其他的实施方式中,刃部凸出的高度L1是可以调节的,也就是说刃部相对于第一剪切部或第二剪切部可滑动或可移动设置从而调节刃部凸出的高度L1,最终实现间距L的大小的调节。

相比于实施二,实施例三提供一种更为简洁的不设有旋转片的剪切钳,这种剪切钳包括剪切钳主体、第一剪切部、第二剪切部、铰接构件,剪切钳主体包括互相铰接的左钳柄和右钳柄;第二剪切部和第一剪切部之间至少部分具有不为零的间距并且和第一剪切部配合从而实现剪切的功能;第一剪切部的一端通过铰接构件和右钳柄连接,第二剪切部的一端通过铰接构件和左钳柄连接;通过控制左钳柄和右钳柄来调整第一剪切部和第二剪切部的间距。也就是说,最短间距可以只有固定的一个,使用者完全可以控制左钳柄和右钳柄的相对距离来控制第一剪切部和第二剪切部的间距,从而去对不同尺寸、型号、形状的被剪物品进行操作。
实施例三中的第二剪切部和实施例二中的第二剪切部形状和结构都一样,也就是都设有凸起的部分延伸的刃部,所以在最短间距为零的时候也可以保护被剪的物品不被损坏。一些其他的结构也可以和实施例二中的相同。
实施例四
本实施例还提供一种剪切钳钳头,包括相互铰接的第一剪切部和第二剪切部;第二剪切部和第一剪切部之间至少部分具有不为零的间距并且第二剪切部和第一剪切部配合从而实现剪切的功能。
第一剪切部和第二剪切部可以参考实施二中的结构。
该剪切钳钳头可以配合和其他任意结构的钳柄等使用。
本领域技术人员应理解的是,在本实用新型的揭露中,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系是基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,其仅是为了便于描述本实用新型和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此上述术语不能理解为对实用新型的限制。
虽然本实用新型已由较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本实用新型,任何熟知此技艺者,在不脱离本实用新型的精神和范围内,可作些许的更动与润饰,因此本实用新型的保护范围当视权利要求书所要求保护的范围为准。
Claims (20)
- 一种剪切钳,其特征在于,包括:剪切钳主体,包括互相铰接的左钳柄和右钳柄;第一剪切部;第二剪切部,和所述第一剪切部具有最短间距并且和所述第一剪切部配合从而实现剪切的功能;调节件,用于调节所述最短间距的大小;及铰接构件,所述第一剪切部的一端通过所述铰接构件和所述右钳柄连接,所述第二剪切部的一端通过所述铰接构件和所述左钳柄连接。
- 如权利要求1所述的剪切钳,其特征在于,所述调节件包括固定结构以固定在所述左钳柄上,所述调节件包括一个或多个配合结构,通过调节所述调节件以实现任意一个或多个配合结构抵住所述右钳柄,不同的配合结构离所述固定结构的距离不同;或所述调节件包括固定结构以固定在所述右钳柄上,所述调节件包括一个或多个配合结构,通过调节所述调节件以实现任意一个或多个配合结构抵住所述左钳柄,不同的配合结构离所述固定结构的距离不同。
- 如权利要求2所述的剪切钳,其特征在于,所述固定结构为固定轴,配合结构包括具有多个配合面的旋转片,所述固定轴穿设于所述旋转片设置并且所述旋转片可旋转地设于所述固定轴上,任意两个及多个配合面距离所述固定轴的中心轴的距离不同,通过调节所述旋转片以实现任意一个配合面抵住所述右钳柄或所述左钳柄。
- 如权利要求1所述的剪切钳,其特征在于,所述第一剪切部和所述第二剪切部相对设有钝部和刃部,所述钝部和所述刃部相互配合后实现剪切的功能,所述钝部和所述刃部距离最短时相距所述最短间距。
- 如权利要求4所述的剪切钳,其特征在于,所述第一剪切部或所述第二剪切部在相对于所述钝部或刃部的另一端设有凹陷。
- 如权利要求1所述的剪切钳,其特征在于,所述左钳柄包括左钳柄主体和左连接件,所述左钳柄主体的一端设有左连接件,所述右钳柄包括右钳柄主体和右连接件,所述右钳柄的一端设有右连接件,所述左连接件和所述右连接件通过枢轴连接,所述枢轴上套有弹簧。
- 如权利要求6所述的剪切钳,其特征在于,所述左连接件包括两个相对设置的左钳片,两个左钳片的两端分别由紧固件连接,所述右连接件包括两个相对设置的右钳片,两个右钳片的两端分别由紧固件连接,两个左钳片的中端和所述两个右钳片的中端通过所述枢轴连接。
- 如权利要求7所述的剪切钳,其特征在于,所述铰接构件包括左铰接片和右铰接片,所述左铰接片的一端和所述第一剪切部连接,所述左铰接片的另一端和所述两个左连接件的所述两端的其中一端连接,所述右铰接片的一端和所述第二剪切部连接,所述右铰接片的另一端和所述两个右连接件的两端的其中一端连接,所述两个左连接件的所述两端的其中另一端和所述右铰接片的所述一端连接,所述两个右连接件的所述两端的其中另一端和所述左铰接片的所述一端连接。
- 如权利要求7所述的剪切钳,其特征在于,所述两个左钳片和所述两个右钳片交错设置在所述枢轴的两端。
- 如权利要求7所述的剪切钳,其特征在于,所述左钳柄或所述右钳柄还包括拨片,所述拨片的一端通过紧固件固定于其中的一个左钳片或右钳片上,所述拨片的另一端卡合于所述右连接件或所述左连接件。
- 一种剪切钳,其特征在于,包括:剪切钳主体,包括互相铰接的左钳柄和右钳柄;第一剪切部;第二剪切部,和所述第一剪切部之间至少部分具有不为零的间距并且所述第二剪切部和所述第一剪切部配合从而实现剪切的功能;及铰接构件,所述第一剪切部的一端通过所述铰接构件和所述右钳柄连接,所述第二剪切部的一端通过所述铰接构件和所述左钳柄连接;通过控制左钳柄和所述右钳柄来调整所述第一剪切部和所述第二剪切部的间距。
- 如权利要求11所述的剪切钳,其特征在于,所述第一剪切部和所述第二剪切部相对设有钝部和刃部,所述钝部和所述刃部相互配合后实现剪切的功能,设有刃部的第一剪切部或所述第二剪切部的靠近所述钝部的一侧设有凹槽,所述第一剪切部和所述第二剪切部在设有凹槽的位置间距不为零。
- 如权利要求12所述的剪切钳,其特征在于,所述刃部部分延伸于所述第一剪切部或所述第二剪切部的靠近所述钝部的一侧,所述刃部设于所述凹槽的远离或靠近所述剪切钳主体一侧。
- 如权利要求13所述的剪切钳,其特征在于,所述剪切钳还包括用于调节刃部和钝部之间的间距的大小的调节件,所述刃部的宽度小于3cm。
- 如权利要求12所述的剪切钳,其特征在于,设有刃部的所述第一剪切部或所述第二剪切部具有平整的端面。
- 如权利要求12所述的剪切钳,其特征在于,设有钝部的所述第一剪切部或所述第二剪切部的端部的厚度逐渐递减。
- 如权利要求12所述的剪切钳,其特征在于,所述刃部可拆卸地设于所述第一剪切部或所述第二剪切部的靠近所述钝部的所述一侧。
- 一种剪切钳钳头,其特征在于,包括相互铰接的第一剪切部和第二剪切部;第二剪切部和所述第一剪切部之间至少部分具有不为零的间距并且所述第二剪切部和所述第一剪切部配合从而实现剪切的功能。
- 如权利要求18所述的剪切钳钳头,其特征在于,所述第一剪切部和所述第二剪切部相对设有钝部和刃部,所述钝部和所述刃部相互配合后实现剪切的功能,设有刃部的第一剪切部或所述第二剪切部的靠近所述钝部的一侧设有凹槽,所述第一剪切部和所述第二剪切部在设有凹槽的位置间距不为零。
- 如权利要求19所述的剪切钳钳头,其特征在于,所述刃部部分延伸于所述第一剪切部或所述第二剪切部的靠近所述钝部的一侧,所述刃部设于所述凹槽的远离或靠近所述剪切钳主体一侧。
