本实用新型涉及可穿戴设备技术领域,特别涉及一种发声装置和智能手表。
随着消费电子产业的迅猛发展,各种智能穿戴终端需求旺盛。特别是智能手表发展领域,人机交互成为智能手表的必要功能,内置发声装置也成为智能手表的必要配置。
同时人们对智能手表的适用性、便携性、舒适性与美观性的要求不断提高,导致智能手表整机内部的空间越来越小,此外人们对智能手表整机内置发声装置的音效也进一步增加,整机空间减小与发声装置性能提升之间的矛盾凸显,如何改善零部件与整机装配以提升整机空间利用效率成为整机结构设计考虑的首要问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的是提供一种发声装置和智能手表,旨在解决无法同时兼顾发声装置占用智能手表空间小且提高声学性能的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供的发声装置,包括:
壳体;
安装架,所述安装架包括底板、两个分别与所述底板的两端连接的连接件、以及两个分别与所述连接件一一对应连接的安装板,所述底板与所述壳体固定以形成用于容纳所述发声装置的磁路系统的容纳腔,所述连接件自所述底板向靠近所述壳体的方向弯折,所述安装板自所述连接件向远离所述壳体的方向弯折,所述安装板用于与智能手表的表壳固定,所述安装板相对所述底板平行或倾斜设置;
振动系统,所述振动系统包括与所述壳体固定的振膜,所述振膜为弯曲 状且向背离所述底板的方向凸出设置。
优选地,所述发声装置还包括固定件,所述安装板上开设有安装孔,所述固定件用于穿过所述安装孔以将所述安装板固定至所述智能手表的表壳。
优选地,所述连接件包括互相连接的第一延伸部和第二延伸部,所述第一延伸部与所述底板连接,所述第二延伸部与所述安装板连接,所述第二延伸部形成有台阶,所述台阶与所述壳体抵接。

下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
需要说明,本实用新型实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
另外,在本实用新型中涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。另外,各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本实用新型要 求的保护范围之内。
本实用新型提出一种发声装置10,如图1~图4所示,包括:
壳体11;
安装架12,安装架12包括底板121、两个分别与底板121的两端连接的连接件122、以及两个分别与连接件122一一对应连接的安装板123,底板121与壳体11固定以形成用于容纳发声装置10的磁路系统的容纳腔,连接件122自底板121向靠近壳体11的方向弯折,安装板123自连接件122向远离壳体11的方向弯折,安装板123用于与智能手表的表壳21固定,安装板123相对底板121平行或倾斜设置;
振动系统,振动系统包括与壳体11固定的振膜14,振膜14为弯曲状且向背离底板121的方向凸出设置。
本实施例的壳体11与底板121固定形成了容纳腔,发声装置10的磁路系统位于容纳腔内,磁路系统形成有磁间隙,振动系统包括固设于壳体11的振膜14和驱动振膜14振动的音圈,音圈插入磁间隙,在磁路系统产生的磁场作用下,音圈通电后发生振动,从而带动振膜14振动发声。当然在其他实施例中,磁路系统和振动系统还可以采用其他结构以实现振动发声。
其中,磁路系统可固定至底板121或壳体11,安装架12可以为用于传输磁力线的导磁结构,以减少漏磁现象。底板121可以为长方向,两个连接件122沿底板121的长度方向分别自底板121向靠近壳体11的方向弯折,连接件122可以与壳体11的抵接,以加强发声装置10结构的稳定性,安装板123自连接件122向远离壳体11的方向弯折,只需通过安装板123即可将整个发声装置10固定至智能手表的表壳21,省去了发声装置10的专用固定支架,可有效降低智能手表的整机厚度,有利于整机外观上厚度减薄设计,取消发声装置10的专用固定支架后,可避免在发声装置10装配过程中产生的间隙导致支架与发声装置10共振的问题,取消发声装置10的专用固定支架后,有利于整机成本的降低,同时制程工艺相对简单,制程效率提高。在其他实施例中,底板121还可以为方形或圆形等其它形状,可根据发声装置10的整体外观设置。本实施例的安装板123相对底板121平行或倾斜,可依据发声装置10的装配位置以及智能手表表壳21内壁的形状设计安装板123,如图1和图4所示,若与安装板123固定的表壳21内壁面为平面,则将安装板123 设置为相对底板121平行;如图2和图3所示,若与安装板123固定的表壳21内壁面为斜面,则将安装板123设置为相对底板121倾斜,且倾斜角度可根据表壳21进行调整以配合整机结构,只要使得安装板123能够与表壳21的内壁抵接即可,有利于整机零部件的通用性,降低研发成本。
如图5所示,智能手表的表壳21一般为圆形,传统的振膜14与表壳21的出声孔24之间的距离较大,造成空间浪费的现象,本实施例的振动系统的振膜14为弯曲状且向背离底板121的方向凸出设置,即本实施例的发声装置10有振膜14一侧为弧形,发声装置10的外形能够与圆形表壳21完美契合,大幅提升整机空间利用率,利于智能手表中添加其他功能传感器,同时有利于整机尺寸小型化、轻薄化设计。如图4和图6所示,振膜14与表壳21的形状适配,能够缩短发声装置10与表壳21出声孔24之间的出声管道25距离,减少气流音,改善整机的音频效果,能够有效减少智能手表空间浪费,增加发声装置10的尺寸,提升内置的发声装置10的性能。如图7所示,相同的发声装置10可配合不同外径的表壳21,提升了整机零部件的通用性。在其它实施例中,若智能手表的表壳21为椭圆等形状,也可相应调整振膜14的完全程度,只需将振膜14的弯曲方向和弯曲程度设置为与表壳21匹配,使得振膜14能够完美覆形于表壳21即可。
具体地,如图3和图4所示,发声装置10还包括固定件13,安装板123上开设有安装孔128,固定件13用于穿过安装孔128以将安装板123固定至智能手表的表壳21。安装孔128位置可根据具体需要设定,固定件13可以为螺钉,安装孔128为对应地螺纹孔,在表壳21上也相应开设对应的螺纹孔,固定件13分别穿过安装孔128和表壳21上的螺纹孔即可将发声装置10与表壳21固定,省去了再单独设置发声装置10的专用支架,而且装配方式简单。在其他实施例中,安装板123还可以通过胶水粘接或者通过卡扣固定至表壳21。
更具体地,如图2所示,连接件122包括互相连接的第一延伸部124和第二延伸部125,第一延伸部124与底板121连接,第二延伸部125与安装板123连接,第二延伸部125形成有台阶126,台阶126与壳体11抵接。第一延伸部124自底板121向靠近壳体11的方向弯折,第二延伸部125的台阶126与壳体11远离振膜14的一端抵接,使得壳体11与安装架12之间的连接更 牢固,进一步提高了发声装置10的稳定性。
壳体11向底板121的方向延伸形成有凸块115,底板121形成有供凸块115插入的安装槽127。壳体11可粘接至底板121,凸块115与安装槽127之间的配合具有安装导向定位的作用,便于壳体11与安装架12之间的装配,且能提高发声装置10的安装精度。凸块115的数量可以为多个,例如在壳体11的一侧设置两个凸块115,在另一侧设置两个凸块115。
如图1和图2所示,壳体11包括互相连接的壳本体111和边缘部112,边缘部112与振膜14固定,边缘部112与振膜14的弯曲形状相同。本实施例的底板121为平面状,而发声装置10远离底板121的一端为弧形,振膜14可包括由内至外依次连接的球顶部、折环部和固定部,球顶部面对表壳21的出声孔24,固定部与壳体11的边缘部112固定,边缘部112的端部为弧形,且弯曲程度方向和弯曲程度与振膜14一致,使得发声装置10位于底板121的一侧为平面,背离底板121的一侧为弧形,充分利用了表壳21的内部空间,在有限的空间内能够增大发声装置10的尺寸,提高了发声装置10的性能。
更细化地,如图1所示,壳体11还包括固定板113,壳本体111上开设有固定孔114,固定板113嵌设于固定孔114中,固定板113的内侧与磁路系统的侧面固定连接。可在壳本体111的两侧分别开设固定孔114,固定板113与固定孔114的形状匹配,固定板113的边缘可与壳本体111卡接,磁路系统的磁路组件能够粘接至固定板113的内侧,增强了磁路系统的稳定性。还可以将固定板113设置为能够导磁的导磁件,以进一步提高磁间隙的磁通量。
此外,本实用新型还提供了一种智能手表,如图4和图8所示,包括手表主体20以及如上所述的发声装置10,手表主体20包括表壳21,发声装置10收容于表壳21的内部,表壳21在对应振膜14的位置处开设有出声孔24,振膜14与表壳21的形状相适配。由于该智能手表采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
如图8和图9所示,智能手表还包括与表壳21的外侧连接的表带(图未示出),发声装置10靠近表带设置。发声装置10与表壳21配合时,将发声装置10放置到表带侧23,消除了智能手表按键对发声装置10的尺寸限制,有利于内置发声装置10的尺寸增加,性能提升。智能手表一般有两根表带, 可在任意一根表带旁设置发声装置10,也可在两根表带旁分别设置两个对称的发声装置10,有利于整机音效进一步提升。
优选地,表壳21内设置有至少两个发声装置10,发声装置10的具体位置和数量可根据需要进行调整。如图9~图11所示,设定经过手表主体20表盘22的圆心、且沿表带延伸的方向为第一方向,经过手表主体20表盘22的圆心、且垂直于表带延伸的方向为第二方向。可沿第一方向分别对称设置两个发声装置10,也可沿第二方向分别对称设置两个发声装置10;还可沿第一方向或第二方向中任一方向分别对称设置两个发声装置10后,再沿另一方向设置一个发声装置10。本实施例的表壳21内装配多个发声装置10,有利于智能手表整机整体响度及音效提升;多个发声装置10可根据智能手表整机不同功能进行调整,有利于整机的后腔布局。
在一实施例中,请参考图11,表壳21内设置有四个发声装置10,其中两个发声装置10沿手表主体20的第一方向分别设置在靠近表带的位置,另外两个发声装置10沿手表主体20的第二方向分别间隔排布,第一方向和第二方向互相垂直。即沿手表主体20的表盘22周向分别对称间隔排布四个发声装置10,充分利用智能手表壳21体11的内部空间,提升了整机整体响度和音效。

Claims (10)
- 一种发声装置,其特征在于,包括:壳体;安装架,所述安装架包括底板、两个分别与所述底板的两端连接的连接件、以及两个分别与所述连接件一一对应连接的安装板,所述底板与所述壳体固定以形成用于容纳所述发声装置的磁路系统的容纳腔,所述连接件自所述底板向靠近所述壳体的方向弯折,所述安装板自所述连接件向远离所述壳体的方向弯折,所述安装板用于与智能手表的表壳固定,所述安装板相对所述底板平行或倾斜设置;振动系统,所述振动系统包括与所述壳体固定的振膜,所述振膜为弯曲状且向背离所述底板的方向凸出设置。
- 如权利要求1所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述发声装置还包括固定件,所述安装板上开设有安装孔,所述固定件用于穿过所述安装孔以将所述安装板固定至所述智能手表的表壳。
- 如权利要求1所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述连接件包括互相连接的第一延伸部和第二延伸部,所述第一延伸部与所述底板连接,所述第二延伸部与所述安装板连接,所述第二延伸部形成有台阶,所述台阶与所述壳体抵接。
- 如权利要求1所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述壳体向所述底板的方向延伸形成有凸块,所述底板形成有供所述凸块插入的安装槽。
- 如权利要求1~4中任一项所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述壳体包括互相连接的壳本体和边缘部,所述边缘部与所述振膜固定,所述边缘部与所述振膜的弯曲形状相同。
- 如权利要求5所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述壳体还包括固定板, 所述壳本体上开设有固定孔,所述固定板嵌设于所述固定孔中且所述固定板的内侧与所述磁路系统固定连接。
- 一种智能手表,其特征在于,包括手表主体以及如权利要求1~6中任一项所述的发声装置,所述手表主体包括表壳,所述发声装置收容于所述表壳的内部,所述表壳在对应所述振膜的位置处开设有出声孔,所述振膜与所述表壳的形状相适配。
- 如权利要求7所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述智能手表还包括与所述表壳的外侧连接的表带,所述发声装置靠近所述表带设置。
- 如权利要求8所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述表壳内设置有至少两个所述发声装置。
- 如权利要求9所述的智能手表,其特征在于,所述表壳内设置有四个所述发声装置,其中两个所述发声装置沿所述手表主体的第一方向分别设置在靠近所述表带的位置,另外两个所述发声装置沿所述手表主体的第二方向分别间隔排布,所述第一方向和所述第二方向互相垂直。
