ステップS21では、一例として、決定部21は、入力情報に含まれているサービス指定情報に基づいて、要決定事項として、使用サービスを決定する。例えば、端末個別情報71および端末個別情報72の各サービス指定情報において、共通に含まれているウェブ会議サービスは、「Zuun」である。このことに基づいて、決定部21は、「Zuun」を、開催予定のウェブ会議で使用する使用サービスとして決定してもよい。
図9は、支援サーバ1の指示部22がユーザ端末2に送信する指示に含まれている、要決定事項のデータ構造の一例を示す図である。要決定事項91は、端末個別情報71に基づいて決定された要決定事項であり、ユーザAのユーザ端末2においてウェブ会議を開始するために必要な所定の処理を実行するための情報である。要決定事項92は、端末個別情報72に基づいて決定された要決定事項であり、ユーザBのユーザ端末2においてウェブ会議を開始するために必要な所定の処理を実行するための情報である。
決定部21は、要決定事項としての使用機器を、ユーザ端末2に接続されていない視聴覚機器に決定してもよい。この例において、決定部21は、当該視聴覚機器がユーザ端末2に接続されていないことを示す情報を、要決定事項を含む指示に含めてユーザ端末2に送信してもよい。これにより、ユーザ端末2が当該情報をユーザに通知することができるようにしてもよい。
図10は、ユーザ端末2の表示部42に表示される通知画面の一例を示す図である。図10に示す通知画面は、図9に示す要決定事項91に基づき、ユーザAのユーザ端末2の実行部53によって生成された画面である。ユーザ端末2の受信部52が図9に示す要決定事項91を含む指示を受信すると、実行部53は、指示にしたがって、要決定事項91に基づく所定の処理を実行する。所定の処理の一例として、実行部53は、要決定事項91に基づいて図10に示す通知画面を生成する処理と、通知画面を表示部42に表示させる処理とを実行する。
(1)会議アプリケーション54として「Zuun」を起動すること、
(2)外付けヘッドセットをオーディオジャックに接続すること、
(3)Wi-Fi(5G)経由で通信ネットワークNWに接続すること、
が必要であるということを、ユーザAに通知することができる。
入力情報としてユーザが入力可能な情報は、サービス指定情報、データ種別指定情報および機器指定情報に限定されない。例えば、ユーザは、入力情報として、ウェブ会議で使用したい通信ネットワークを示すネットワーク指定情報を入力可能であってもよい。送信部51は、通信性能の検知結果に基づき、ネットワーク指定情報を入力するためのGUI画面に、通信性能が最もよい通信ネットワークがいずれであるかを示す情報を含めてもよい。これにより、ユーザは、通信性能が最もよいネットワークを選択することができる。なお、ネットワーク指定情報により要決定事項におけるネットワークが決定される場合、事項決定処理は、ステップS22の処理を省略することができる。
送信部51は、ユーザ端末2に視聴覚機器が接続されたことに基づき、当該視聴覚機器を示す周辺機器種別情報を、通信部41を介して支援サーバ1へ送信してもよい。これにより、支援サーバ1の記憶部11において、ユーザ端末2が使用できる周辺機器として、上述の視聴覚機器が追加される。また、送信部51は、ユーザ端末2から視聴覚機器が取り外されたことに基づき、当該視聴覚機器を含まないように更新された周辺機器種別情報を、通信部41を介して支援サーバ1へ送信してもよい。これにより、支援サーバ1は。記憶部11において、ユーザ端末2が使用できる周辺機器から上述の視聴覚機器を削除してもよい。
以上のように、本例示的実施形態に係る支援サーバ1においては、2つ以上の参加者端末それぞれの端末個別情報に基づいて、要決定事項を決定する構成が採用されている。このため、本例示的実施形態に係る支援サーバ1によれば、遠隔対話の複数の参加者の事情の両方を考慮して、全体としてより好ましい設定を行うことができるという効果が得られる。
本発明の第3の例示的実施形態について、図面を参照して詳細に説明する。なお、上述の例示的実施形態にて説明した構成要素と同じ機能を有する構成要素については、同じ符号を付記し、その説明を繰り返さない。
図11は、本例示的実施形態に係る支援サーバ1を含む支援システム100の構成を示す図である。本例示的実施形態の支援サーバ1において、上述の各例示的実施形態で説明した支援サーバ1と異なる点は、制御部10が、決定部21、指示部22および取得部23に加えて、さらに、情報管理部24を備えている点である。
以上のように、本例示的実施形態に係る支援サーバ1においては、遠隔対話が開始される前に参加者端末から送信された、遠隔対話の開始予定時刻を少なくとも含む端末個別情報を取得し、取得された端末個別情報を、参加者端末ごとに記憶装置に記憶させ、少なくとも記憶装置に記憶されている端末個別情報に基づいて要決定事項を決定し、記憶装置に記憶されている開始予定時刻の所定時間前に、決定された要決定事項に基づく所定の処理の実行を、参加者端末に対して指示する構成が採用されている。このため、本例示的実施形態に係る支援サーバ1によれば、開始予定時刻の所定時間前に自動的に、所定の処理の実行を参加者端末に対して指示することができるという効果が得られる。
本発明の第4の例示的実施形態について、図面を参照して詳細に説明する。なお、上述の例示的実施形態にて説明した構成要素と同じ機能を有する構成要素については、同じ符号を付記し、その説明を繰り返さない。
図12は、本例示的実施形態に係るユーザ端末2を含む支援システム100の構成を示す図である。本例示的実施形態のユーザ端末2において、上述の各例示的実施形態で説明したユーザ端末2と異なる点は、制御部40が、実行部53として、通信設定支援部531、サービス選択支援部532、および、機器設定支援部533を備えている点である。
実行部53は、複数の要決定事項を適用する手順を、一度にユーザに提示してもよい。例えば、実行部53は、要決定事項が示すネットワーク、ウェブ会議サービスおよび視聴覚機器の設定手順を示す1つの画像を表示部42に表示させてもよい。
機器設定支援部533は、ユーザ端末2に接続されていない視聴覚機器を示す要決定事項に基づく支援を行ってもよい。例えば、機器設定支援部533は、当該視聴覚機器を接続するようユーザに通知してもよいし、当該視聴覚機器に代えて、ユーザ端末2に内蔵されている視聴覚機器を使用することをユーザに通知してもよい。前者の場合、機器設定支援部533は、視聴覚機器を接続すべき入出力インタフェースの位置(例えば、接続端子の位置)を表す画像をさらに表示部42に表示させてもよい。
実行部53は、ウェブ会議開始後において、ユーザを支援する処理を行ってもよい。例えば、通信設定支援部531は、ウェブ会議中に、使用しているネットワークの通信性能の検知を行ってもよい。通信設定支援部531は、当該ネットワークの通信性能が低下したり、当該ネットワークを介した通信が不可能となったりした場合、その旨をユーザに通知してもよい。あるいは、通信設定支援部531は、別のネットワークに接続し、その旨をユーザに通知してもよい。
本例示的実施形態に係る支援サーバは、例示的実施形態1~3のいずれかにて説明した支援サーバ1であってもよい。
支援サーバ1(情報処理装置)、および、ユーザ端末2(参加者端末)の一部又は全部の機能は、集積回路(ICチップ)等のハードウェアによって実現してもよいし、ソフトウェアによって実現してもよい。
本発明は、上述した実施形態に限定されるものでなく、請求項に示した範囲で種々の変更が可能である。例えば、上述した実施形態に開示された技術的手段を適宜組み合わせて得られる実施形態についても、本発明の技術的範囲に含まれる。
上述した実施形態の一部又は全部は、以下のようにも記載され得る。ただし、本発明は、以下の記載する態様に限定されるものではない。
遠隔対話の参加者が使用する参加者端末の端末個別情報に基づいて、前記遠隔対話を開始するために決めておくべき事項を決定する決定手段と、

- 遠隔対話の参加者が使用する参加者端末の端末個別情報に基づいて、前記遠隔対話を開始するために決めておくべき事項を決定する決定手段と、
決定された前記事項にしたがって前記遠隔対話を開始するための所定の処理を実行するように、前記参加者端末に対して指示する指示手段と、を備えていることを特徴とする情報処理装置。 - 前記決定手段は、2つ以上の前記参加者端末それぞれの前記端末個別情報に基づいて、前記事項を決定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記参加者端末から前記遠隔対話が開始される前に送信された前記端末個別情報を取得する取得手段をさらに備え、
前記取得手段が前記端末個別情報を取得したことに応答して、
前記決定手段は、取得された前記端末個別情報に基づいて前記事項を決定し、
前記指示手段は、決定された前記事項に基づく前記所定の処理の実行を、前記参加者端末に対して指示することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記取得手段によって取得された、前記遠隔対話の開始予定時刻を少なくとも含む前記端末個別情報を、前記参加者端末ごとに記憶装置に格納する情報管理手段、をさらに備え、
前記決定手段は、少なくとも前記記憶装置に記憶されている前記端末個別情報に基づいて前記事項を決定し、
前記指示手段は、前記記憶装置に記憶されている前記開始予定時刻の所定時間前に、決定された前記事項に基づく前記所定の処理の実行を、前記参加者端末に対して指示することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記端末個別情報は、前記遠隔対話の開始予定時刻の所定時間前における、前記参加者端末が使用可能なネットワーク環境に関する情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記端末個別情報は、前記遠隔対話の開始予定時刻の所定時間前において前記参加者端末にかかっている処理負荷を示す情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記端末個別情報は、前記参加者端末が利用可能な、前記遠隔対話を行うための遠隔対話サービスの種類を示す情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記端末個別情報は、前記参加者端末が内蔵する視聴覚機器、入出力インタフェースを介して前記参加者端末に接続可能な視聴覚機器、および、前記参加者端末が備える前記入出力インタフェースの少なくともいずれかを示す情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記端末個別情報は、前記参加者端末が遠隔対話において他の参加者端末と送受信する視聴覚データの種類を示す情報を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記決定手段は、前記遠隔対話を行うために利用する遠隔対話サービスの種類を決定することを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記決定手段は、前記遠隔対話で前記参加者に使用させる視聴覚機器の種類を決定することを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記決定手段は、前記遠隔対話を行うために前記参加者端末が使用するネットワークの種類を決定することを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の情報処理装置。
- 遠隔対話の参加者が使用する参加者端末であって、
前記参加者端末の端末個別情報を、前記遠隔対話の実施を支援する情報処理装置に送信する送信手段と、
前記情報処理装置が前記端末個別情報に基づいて決定した、前記遠隔対話を開始するために決めておくべき事項にしたがって、前記遠隔対話を開始するための所定の処理を実行する指示を、前記情報処理装置から受信する受信手段と、
