Description

減結合回路
 この発明は、無線通信装置等に搭載される複数のアンテナに接続される減結合回路に関するものである。
 近年、無線通信システムの高速化や高品質化に伴って、ダイバーシチやMIMO(Multiple Input Multiple Output)を適用するために、送受信に複数のアンテナを用いるマルチアンテナ技術への要求が高まっている。
 また、高速化、高品質化や複数の無線通信システム搭載のために、無線通信装置を複数の周波数帯で動作させるニーズが高まっている。ダイバーシチやMIMOが効果を発揮するためには、複数のアンテナ間の結合をできる限り小さくし、アンテナ相関を低くする必要がある。
 しかし、通信装置が小型な場合、複数のアンテナを搭載するための領域が限られ、それぞれのアンテナ間の距離を十分に確保できない。このため、アンテナ間結合が強くなり通信性能が劣化する。この問題に対して、アンテナに減結合回路を接続することにより、アンテナ間結合を低減させる方法がある。
 特許文献1では、2素子アンテナの相互結合を低減する1周波数対応の減結合回路を、3個のサセプタンスで構成した例が示されている。

 しかし、特許文献1の1周波数対応の減結合回路では、減結合回路から見て2素子アンテナと反対側に2つの整合回路が必要となる。任意のインピーダンスを1周波数で整合させるためには、整合回路を3個のサセプタンスから成るΠ型回路もしくは、T型回路とする必要がある。整合回路が2つあり、減結合回路の3個のサセプタンスと合わせて、9個のサセプタンスが必要となる。したがって、サセプタンスの数が増加し、回路損失が大きくなるという課題があった。
この発明は上記のような課題を解決するためになされたもので、サセプタンスの数が少なく回路損失を小さくでき、2素子アンテナのインピーダンスマトリクスに対する制約が小さい、1周波数または2周波数対応の減結合回路が得られることを目的とする。
 この発明による減結合回路は、第1のアンテナ素子と、第2のアンテナ素子と、グランド導体と、第1のアンテナに第1の端が接続された第1の伝送線路と、第2のアンテナに第1の端が接続された第2の伝送線路と、第1の伝送線路の第2の端に第1の端が接続された第1のサセプタンス回路と、第2の伝送線路の第2の端に第1の端が接続され、第1のサセプタンス回路の第2の端に第2の端が接続された第2のサセプタンス回路と、第1のサセプタンス回路の第2の端に第1の端が接続され、グランド導体に第2の端が接続された第3のサセプタンス回路と、第1のサセプタンス回路の第1の端に接続された第1の入出力端子と、第2のサセプタンス回路の第1の端に接続された第2の入出力端子とを備えるものである。
 本発明により、サセプタンスの数が少なく回路損失を小さくでき、2素子アンテナのインピーダンスマトリクスに対する制約が小さい、1周波数または2周波数対応の減結合回路を実現することが可能となる。

 実施の形態1.
 図1は、本実施の形態に係る減結合回路を示す図である。
 図2は、本実施の形態に係る減結合回路の効果を確認するために電磁界シミュレーションを行った2素子アンテナの構成を示す図である。
 図3は、図2の2素子アンテナに実施の形態1に係る減結合回路を適用した場合と適用しなかった場合のSパラメータの計算結果である。
 図1において、本実施の形態に係る減結合回路には、アンテナ素子1、2と、サセプタンス(サセプタンス回路)11~13と、グランド導体101と、伝送線路31、32と、入出力端子51、52とが設けられている。
 サセプタンス回路11~13は、サセプタンス素子で構成しても良いし、共振回路で構成してもよい。また、複数のサセプタンス素子で構成しても良い。本実施の形態では、サセプタンス11~13をサセプタンス素子で構成した場合について説明する。
 伝送線路31の一端(第1の端)は、アンテナ素子1に接続され、他端(第2の端)はサセプタンス11の一端(第1の端)に接続される。
 伝送線路32の一端(第1の端)は、アンテナ素子2に接続され、他端(第2の端)はサセプタンス12の一端(第1の端)に接続される。
 サセプタンス11の他端(第2の端)は、サセプタンス12の他端(第2の端)と接続される。
 サセプタンス13の一端(第1の端)は、サセプタンス11の他端(第2の端)に接続され、他端(第2の端)はグランド導体101に接続される。
 入出力端子51はサセプタンス11の一端(第1の端)に接続され、入出力端子52はサセプタンス12の一端(第1の端)に接続される。
 なお、参照面t1、参照面t2及び参照面t3は、アンテナ側の2ポートのSパラメータを観測する面を表している。
 次に、本減結合回路の動作について説明する。
 図1の参照面t1、t2からアンテナ素子1、2側を見たときの基準インピーダンスをZとし、入出力端子51、52の基準インピーダンスをZとする。なお、Zは通常50Ωである。

として、参照面t1におけるアンテナ素子1、2の反射が低減されるように、アンテナ素子1、2の形状を調整する。
 アンテナ素子1、2の近傍にグランド導体101、金属や誘電体等がある場合には、それらの形状、配置を含めて調整する。なお、アンテナ素子1と伝送線路31の間と、アンテナ素子2と伝送線路32の間に、それぞれ整合回路を設置しても良い。
 伝送線路31、32の特性インピーダンスをZ1とする。また、伝送線路31の長さをL1、伝送線路32の長さをL2とする。
 参照面t2からアンテナ素子1、2側を見た時のアンテナ素子1、2の相互結合の位相が、±90度になるように、長さL、Lを決定する。
 基準インピーダンスをZとして、参照面t3からアンテナ素子1、2側を見た2ポートのSパラメータをSとする。サセプタンス11、12の値B

とすれば、すなわち、B2をB1の反数とすれば、参照面t3からアンテナ素子1、2側を見た時の反射|SC11|、|SC22|と、相互結合|SC21|を低減できる。
 このように、本発明の実施の形態1に係る減結合回路では、3個のサセプタンスのみで、1周波数において相互結合と反射の両方を低減することができる。また、アンテナ素子1、2への制約条件は、式(1)の基準インピーダンスでアンテナ素子1、2の反射を低減することのみであるので、非対称な2素子アンテナにも適用でき、2素子アンテナ構成への制約を小さくできる。すなわち、2素子アンテナのインピーダンスマトリクス(Sパラメータ)に対する制約を小さくできる。
 実施の形態1に係る減結合回路の効果を確認するために、図2に示す2素子アンテナについて、電磁界シミュレーションを行った結果を示す。
 図2において、λは、設計周波数fにおける自由空間波長である。アンテナ素子1、2は、誘電体基板61(比誘電率7、誘電正接0.01、厚み0.01λ0)の上に形成したモノポール方式のアンテナであり、平面上のグランド導体101の上辺に近接させて配置している。
 ここで、Z=50Ωとすると、アンテナ素子1、2の相互結合の振幅αが-5dBとなり、Zが式(1)より25Ωとなるように、2素子アンテナの寸法を調整している。
 図3(a)に、基準インピーダンスをZ=25Ωとした時の図2のモデルのSパラメータ計算結果を示す。なお、図2のモデルは面対称のため、アンテナ素子1の反射S11、アンテナ素子1、2の相互結合S21だけを示し、アンテナ素子2の反射S22は省略している。S22はS11と等しくなる。
 図3(a)から、f0において、反射S11は-18.5dBと低減されているが、相互結合S21は-5.0dBと高いことが確認できる。
 次に、図1の減結合回路において、参照面t2からアンテナ素子1、2側を見た時のアンテナ素子1、2の相互結合の位相が±90度になるように、伝送線路31の長さL、伝送線路32の長さLを調整し、電気長をfにおいてL=L=20度とする。なお、伝送線路31、32の特性インピーダンスはZ=25Ωである。そして、サセプタンス11、12の値Bとサセプタンス13の値Bを式(2)、(3)から求める。
 以上のように決めた図1の減結合回路を図2の2素子アンテナに適用した場合のSパラメータ計算結果を図3(b)に示す。
 図3(b)のSパラメータでは、基準インピーダンスはZ=50Ωである。図3(b)から、f0において、反射S11は-15.2dB、相互結合S21は-38.0dBとなり、反射と相互結合の両方が低減されていることを確認できる。
 なお、図2は2素子アンテナの構成例であり、本実施の形態1の減結合回路は、式(1)の基準インピーダンスでアンテナ素子1、2の反射を低減できていれば、どのような形状の2素子アンテナに対しても適用できる。
 以上のように、減結合回路を、アンテナ素子1、2と、サセプタンス11~13と、グランド導体101と、伝送線路31、32と、入出力端子51、52とから構成することで、サセプタンスの数が少なく、2素子アンテナのインピーダンスマトリクスに対する制約が小さい、1周波数において相互結合と反射の両方を低減できる減結合回路が得られるという効果を有する。
 実施の形態2.
 本実施の形態では、実施の形態1に係る減結合回路を2周波数に拡張した場合について述べる。
 図4は、本実施の形態に係る減結合回路を示す図である。なお、図1と同符号は、同一または相当部分を示している。
 図4において、本実施の形態に係る減結合回路には、アンテナ素子1、2と、2周波共用移相回路61と、共振回路71~73と、グランド導体101と、入出力端子51、52とが設けられている。
 本実施の形態では、サセプタンス11~13を共振回路71~73で構成した場合について示している。
 なお、2周波共用移相回路61は図1の減結合回路における伝送路31、32と置き換えたものである。
 2周波共用移相回路61の一端(第1の端)は、アンテナ素子1に接続される。
 共振回路72の一端(第1の端)は、アンテナ素子2に接続される。
 共振回路71の一端(第1の端)は、2周波共用移相回路61の他端(第2の端)に接続され、他端(第2の端)は共振回路72の他端(第2の端)に接続される。
 共振回路73の一端(第1の端)は、共振回路71の他端(第2の端)に接続され、他端(第2の端)はグランド導体101に接続される。
 入出力端子51は共振回路71の一端(第1の端)に接続され、入出力端子52は共振回路72の一端(第1の端)に接続される。
 2周波共用移相回路61は、2周波数において通過位相を変化させる回路である。
 図5に1周波数における移相回路を示す。
 図5(a)は、3個のサセプタンス14、15、16から成るΠ型回路により構成した移相回路である。
 図5(b)は、3個のサセプタンス17、18、19から成るT型回路により構成した移相回路である。
 図5(a)、(b)どちらの移相回路においても、使用しているサセプタンスの値を調整することで、通過位相を遅らせる、あるいは進ませることができる。
 図6に、2周波共用移相回路61の構成を示す。
 図6(a)は、図5(a)のサセプタンス14、15、16を、それぞれ共振回路74、75、76に置き換えたものである。
 図6(b)は、図5(b)のサセプタンス17、18、19を、それぞれ共振回路77、78、79に置き換えたものである。
 このようにサセプタンスを共振回路に置き換えることで、2周波数において、通過位相を遅らせる、あるいは進ませることができる。また、2周波数において、異なる通過位相を実現できる。
 図7に、共振回路71~79の構成を示す。
 図7(a)は、インダクタ81とキャパシタ82の直列共振回路の一例である。
 図7(b)は、インダクタ81とキャパシタ82の並列共振回路の一例である。
 このようにすることで、2周波数において異なるサセプタンスを実現できる。
 なお、市販されているインダクタのインダクタンス値は離散的であるため、インダクタ81のインダクタンスを、それぞれ複数のインダクタ、キャパシタにより実現しても良い。同様に、市販されているキャパシタのキャパシタンス値は離散的であるため、キャパシタ82のキャパシタンスを、それぞれ複数のインダクタ、キャパシタにより実現しても良い。
 次に、本減結合回路の動作について説明する。本実施の形態では、アンテナ素子1、2の反射、相互結合を低減する周波数をf1(第1の周波数)、f2(第2の周波数)とする。また、f2はf1より高い周波数とする。
 図4の参照面t1、t2からアンテナ素子1、2側を見たときの基準インピーダンスを、f1、f2においてそれぞれZ1l、Z1hとする。入出力端子51、52のf1、f2における基準インピーダンスをZとする。Zは通常50Ωである。

 このように、本実施の形態に係る減結合回路では、アンテナ素子1、2への制約条件は、式(4)、式(5)の基準インピーダンスでアンテナ素子1、2の反射を低減することのみであるので、非対称な2素子アンテナにも適用でき、2素子アンテナ構成への制約を小さくできる。
 以上のように、減結合回路を、アンテナ素子1、2と、2周波共用移相回路61と、共振回路71~73と、グランド導体101と、入出力端子51、52とから構成することで、2素子アンテナのインピーダンスマトリクスに対する制約が小さい、2周波数において相互結合と反射の両方を低減できる減結合回路が得られるという効果を有する。
 実施の形態3.
 本実施の形態では、実施の形態1に係る減結合回路を2周波数に拡張し、更に構成を簡易化した場合について述べる。
 図8は、本実施の形態に係る減結合回路を示す図である。
 図8において、本実施の形態に係る減結合回路には、整合回路91、整合回路92と、サセプタンス19、サセプタンス20とが新たに設けられている。
 整合回路91は伝送線路31の途中に、整合回路92は伝送線路32の途中に挿入している。また、サセプタンス19、20は、サセプタンス13と置き換えた直列共振回路である。
 図9は、図8の減結合回路のf2における等価回路である。
 また、図10は、図8の減結合回路において、サセプタンス19、20から成る直列共振回路とグランド導体101を、伝送線路37で置き換えた図である。
 図8の減結合回路では、図1の減結合回路において、伝送線路31を伝送線路33、34に分割し、伝送線路33、34の間に整合回路91が設置されている。
 同様に伝送線路32を伝送線路35、36に分割し、伝送線路35、36の間に整合回路92が設置されている。
 さらに、サセプタンス13を、サセプタンス19、20から成る直列共振回路に置き換えている。
 次に、本減結合回路の動作について説明する。
 本実施の形態では、アンテナ素子1、2の反射、相互結合を低減する周波数をf1(第1の周波数)、f2(第2の周波数)とする。また、f2はf1より高い周波数とする。
図8の参照面t1、t2からアンテナ素子1、2側を見たときの基準インピーダンスをZとする。入出力端子51、52の基準インピーダンスをZとする。Zは通常50Ωである。

 以上のようにすれば、参照面t3からアンテナ素子1、2側を見た時の反射|SC11|、|SC22|と、相互結合|SC21|を、f1において低減できる。また、サセプタンス19、20から成る直列共振回路はf2において短絡としているので、f2においては、図8の減結合回路は図9のように見なすことができる。
 すなわち、サセプタンス19、20を削除し、サセプタンス11の他端(第2の端)にグランド導体101を接続し、サセプタンス12の他端(第2の端)にグランド導体101を接続したと見なすことができる。
 f2においては、アンテナ素子1側の回路とアンテナ素子2側の回路が接続されていないので、図9の回路は相互結合に影響を与えず、相互結合はf2において低減されたままとなる。
 なお、図8のサセプタンス19、20とグランド導体101を、図10に示すように、伝送線路37に置き換えても良い。伝送線路37は、一端(第1の端)がサセプタンス11の他端(第2の端)に接続されており、他端(第2の端)は開放されている。
 伝送線路37の電気長をf2で約0.25波長とすれば、伝送線路37の一端(第1の端)がf2でグランド導体101に接続されていると見なすことができる。また、伝送線路37の一端(第1の端)から伝送線路37側を見たサセプタンスがf1において式(12)となるように、伝送線路37の特性インピーダンスを決定する。
 以上のようにすれば、図10の減結合回路は、図8の減結合回路と同じ動作を実現できる。
 更に、伝送線路31の途中に整合回路91を挿入し、伝送線路32の途中に整合回路92を挿入することにより、f2において反射振幅を低減させる。
 整合回路91、92の構成は、本実施の形態3で特定するものではないが、例えば、伝送線路31、32に直列に設置した、インダクタとキャパシタの直列共振回路が考えられる。また、伝送線路31、32に並列に設置した、インダクタとキャパシタの並列共振回路が考えられる。
 前者の場合は、直列共振回路は、f1において短絡となるようにし、f1の特性に影響を与えないようにする。
 後者の場合は、f1において開放となるようにし、f1の特性に影響を与えないようにする。整合回路91の数は1個に限定するものではなく、伝送線路31の途中に複数個を設置しても良い。同様に、整合回路92の数は1個に限定するものではなく、伝送線路32の途中に複数個を設置しても良い。
このように、本発明の実施の形態3に係る減結合回路では、アンテナ素子1、2への制約条件は、式(10)の基準インピーダンスでf1においてアンテナ素子1、2の反射を低減し、f2において相互結合を低減することなので、非対称な2素子アンテナにも適用でき、2素子アンテナ構成への制約を小さくできる。
 以上のように、減結合回路を、アンテナ素子1、2と、サセプタンス11、12、19、20と、グランド導体101と、伝送線路33、34、35、36、37と、整合回路91、92と、入出力端子51、52とから構成することで、サセプタンスの数が少なく、2素子アンテナのインピーダンスマトリクスに対する制約が小さい、2周波数において相互結合と反射の両方を低減できる減結合回路が得られるという効果を有する。
 実施の形態4.
 本実施の形態では、実施の形態1に係る減結合回路を2周波数に拡張し、構成を簡易化した場合について述べる。
 図11は、本実施の形態に係る減結合回路を示す図である。なお、図1と同符号は、同一または相当部分を示している。
 図11において、本実施の形態に係る減結合回路には、整合回路91、整合回路92と、サセプタンス21、サセプタンス22、サセプタンス23、サセプタンス24とが新たに設けられている。
 なお、整合回路91は図1における伝送線路31の途中に、整合回路92は伝送線路32の途中に挿入している。また、サセプタンス21、22は、図1におけるサセプタンス11と置き換えた並列共振回路(第1の並列共振回路)、サセプタンス23、24は、図1におけるサセプタンス12と置き換えた並列共振回路(第2の並列共振回路)である。
 図11の減結合回路では、図1の減結合回路において、伝送線路31を伝送線路33、34に分割し、伝送線路33、34の間に整合回路91が設置されている。また、伝送線路32を伝送線路35、36に分割し、伝送線路35、36の間に整合回路92が設置されている。さらに、サセプタンス11をサセプタンス21、22から成る第1の並列共振回路に置き換え、サセプタンス12をサセプタンス23、24から成る第2の並列共振回路に置き換えている。
 次に、本減結合回路の動作について説明する。
本実施の形態では、アンテナ素子1、2の反射、相互結合を低減する周波数をf1(第1の周波数)、f2(第2の周波数)とする。また、f2はf1より高い周波数とする。
図8の参照面t1、t2からアンテナ素子1、2側を見たときの基準インピーダンスをZとする。
 入出力端子51、52の基準インピーダンスをZとする。なお、Zは通常50Ωである。
 参照面t1からアンテナ素子1、2側を見た時のアンテナ素子1、2の相互結合の振幅をf1においてαとする。

として、参照面t1におけるアンテナ素子1、2の反射がf1において低減され、かつ、参照面t1におけるアンテナ素子1、2の相互結合がf2において低減されるように、アンテナ素子1、2の形状を調整する。アンテナ素子1、2の近傍にグランド導体101や金属、誘電体がある場合には、それらの形状、配置を含めて調整する。
 伝送線路31、32の特性インピーダンスをZとする。また、伝送線路31の長さをL、伝送線路32の長さをLとする。
 参照面t2からアンテナ素子1、2側を見た時のアンテナ素子1、2の相互結合の位相が、f1において90度になるように、長さL、Lを決定する。
 基準インピーダンスをZとして、参照面t3からアンテナ素子1、2側を見た2ポートのSパラメータをSとする。ここで、

とする。サセプタンス21、22から成る第1の並列共振回路は、f1においてサセプタンスが(16)式となり、f2において開放となるように、決定する。
 同様に、サセプタンス23、24から成る第2の並列共振回路も、f1においてサセプタンスが(16)式となり、f2において開放となるように、決定する。
 すなわち、サセプタンス21、23は、インダクタLとして、

とし、サセプタンス22、24は、キャパシタCとして、

 以上のようにすれば、参照面t3からアンテナ素子1、2側を見た時の反射|SC11|、|SC22|と、相互結合|SC21|を、f1において低減できる。また、サセプタンス21、22から成る第1の並列共振回路と、サセプタンス23、24から成る第2の並列共振回路は、f2において開放としている。したがって、図11の減結合回路は、f2においては、図11でサセプタンス13、21~24が無い回路と等価となるので、相互結合はf2において低減されたままとなる。
 更に、伝送線路31の途中に整合回路91を挿入し、伝送線路32の途中に整合回路92を挿入することにより、f2において反射振幅を低減させる。整合回路91、92の構成は、本実施の形態3で特定するものではないが、例えば、伝送線路31、32に直列に設置した、インダクタとキャパシタの直列共振回路が考えられる。また、伝送線路31、32に並列に設置した、インダクタとキャパシタの並列共振回路が考えられる。前者の場合は、直列共振回路は、f1において短絡となるようにし、f1の特性に影響を与えないようにする。後者の場合は、f1において開放となるようにし、f1の特性に影響を与えないようにする。整合回路91の数は1個に限定するものではなく、伝送線路31の途中に複数個を設置しても良い。同様に、整合回路92の数は1個に限定するものではなく、伝送線路32の途中に複数個を設置しても良い。また、整合回路91、92は必ずしも必須ではなく、整合回路91、92が無くともf2において反射振幅が低い場合には整合回路91、92を設置しなくとも良い。
 このように、本発明の実施の形態3に係る減結合回路では、アンテナ素子1、2への制約条件は、式(15)の基準インピーダンスでf1においてアンテナ素子1、2の反射を低減し、f2において相互結合を低減することなので、非対称な2素子アンテナにも適用でき、2素子アンテナのインピーダンスマトリクスに対する制約を小さくできる。
 以上のように、減結合回路を、アンテナ素子1、2と、サセプタンス13、21~24と、グランド導体101と、伝送線路33、34、35、36と、整合回路91、92と、入出力端子51、52とから構成することで、サセプタンスの数が少なく、2素子アンテナのインピーダンスマトリクスに対する制約が小さい、2周波数において相互結合と反射の両方を低減できる減結合回路が得られるという効果を有する。
 なお、サセプタンス11~24は、それぞれ1個のインダクタもしくはキャパシタとしても良いし、複数のインダクタとキャパシタを組み合わせて実現しても良い。
 1、2 アンテナ素子、11~24 サセプタンス、31~37 伝送線路、51、52 入出力端子、61 2周波共用移相回路、71~79 共振回路、81 インダクタ、82 キャパシタ、91、92 整合回路、101 グランド導体。

Claims (13)

  1.  第1のアンテナ素子と、
     第2のアンテナ素子と、
     グランド導体と、
     前記第1のアンテナに第1の端が接続された第1の伝送線路と、
     前記第2のアンテナに第1の端が接続された第2の伝送線路と、
     前記第1の伝送線路の第2の端に第1の端が接続された第1のサセプタンス回路と、
     前記第2の伝送線路の第2の端に第1の端が接続され、前記第1のサセプタンス回路の第2の端に第2の端が接続された第2のサセプタンス回路と、
     前記第1のサセプタンス回路の第2の端に第1の端が接続され、前記グランド導体に第2の端が接続された第3のサセプタンス回路と、
     前記第1のサセプタンス回路の第1の端に接続された第1の入出力端子と、
     前記第2のサセプタンス回路の第1の端に接続された第2の入出力端子と
    を備える減結合回路。
  2.  第1のアンテナ素子と、
     第2のアンテナ素子と、
     グランド導体と、
     前記第1のアンテナに第1の端が接続された2周波共用移相回路と、
     前記2周波共用移相回路の第2の端に第1の端が接続された第1のサセプタンス回路と、
     前記第2のアンテナに第1の端が接続され、前記第1のサセプタンス回路の第2の端に第2の端が接続された第2のサセプタンス回路と、
     前記第1のサセプタンス回路の第2の端に第1の端が接続され、前記グランド導体に第2の端が接続された第3のサセプタンス回路と、
     前記第1のサセプタンス回路の第1の端に接続された第1の入出力端子と、
     前記第2のサセプタンス回路の第1の端に接続された第2の入出力端子と
    を備える減結合回路。
  3.  前記第1のサセプタンス回路は第1のサセプタンス素子であり、
     前記第2のサセプタンス回路は第2のサセプタンス素子であり、
     前記第3のサセプタンス回路は第3のサセプタンス素子である
    請求項1または2に記載の減結合回路。
  4.  前記第1のサセプタンス回路は第1の共振回路であり、
     前記第2のサセプタンス回路は第2の共振回路であり、
     前記第3のサセプタンス回路は第3の共振回路である
    請求項2に記載の減結合回路。
  5.  前記2周波共用移相回路は、
     前記第1のアンテナ素子に第1の端が接続され、前記グランド導体に第2の端が接続された第4の共振回路と、
     前記第4の共振回路の第1の端に第1の端が接続された第5の共振回路と、
     前記第5の共振回路の第2の端と前記第1のサセプタンス回路の第1の端に第1の端が接続され、前記グランド導体に第2の端が接続された第6の共振回路と
     を備える請求項4に記載の減結合回路。
  6.  前記2周波共用移相回路は、
     前記第1のアンテナ素子に第1の端が接続された第7の共振回路と、
     前記第7の共振回路の第1の端に第1の端が接続され、前記グランド導体に第2の端が接続された第8の共振回路と、
     前記第8の共振回路の第1の端に第1の端が接続され、前記第1のサセプタンス回路の第1の端に第2の端が接続された第9の共振回路と
     を備える請求項4に記載の減結合回路。
  7.  前記第1の伝送線路は第3の伝送線路と第4の伝送線路を直列に接続したものであり、
     前記第2の伝送線路は第5の伝送線路と第6の伝送線路を直列に接続したものであり、
     前記第3のサセプタンス回路は、直列共振回路であり、
     前記第3の伝送線路と前記第4の伝送線路との間に挿入された第1の整合回路と、
     前記第5の伝送線路と前記第6の伝送線路との間に挿入された第2の整合回路と
    を備える請求項1に記載の減結合回路。
  8.  前記第1の伝送線路は第3の伝送線路と第4の伝送線路を直列に接続したものであり、
     前記第2の伝送線路は第5の伝送線路と第6の伝送線路を直列に接続したものであり、
     前記第3のサセプタンス回路は、第1の端が、前記第1のサセプタンス回路の第2の端と接続され、第2の端が開放された第7の伝送線路であり、
     前記第3の伝送線路と前記第4の伝送線路との間に挿入された第1の整合回路と、
     前記第5の伝送線路と前記第6の伝送線路との間に挿入された第2の整合回路と
    を備える請求項1に記載の減結合回路。
  9.  第1の周波数において、前記第1のサセプタンス素子のサセプタンスと前記第2のサセプタンス素子のサセプタンスが、前記第3のサセプタンス回路のサセプタンスの反数であり、
     第2の周波数において、前記第3のサセプタンス回路が短絡となる、
    請求項7または8に記載の減結合回路。
  10.  前記第1のサセプタンス回路は、第1の並列共振回路であり、
     前記第2のサセプタンス回路は、第2の並列共振回路である
    請求項1に記載の減結合回路。
  11.  前記第1の伝送線路は第3の伝送線路と第4の伝送線路を直列に接続したものであり、
     前記第2の伝送線路は第5の伝送線路と第6の伝送線路を直列に接続したものであり、
     前記第3の伝送線路と前記第4の伝送線路との間に挿入された第1の整合回路と、
     前記第5の伝送線路と前記第6の伝送線路との間に挿入された第2の整合回路と
    を備える請求項10に記載の減結合回路。
  12.  前記第1のサセプタンス回路のサセプタンスと前記第2のサセプタンス回路のサセプタンスが、前記第3のサセプタンス回路のサセプタンスの反数である請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の減結合回路。
  13.  第1の周波数において、前記第1のサセプタンス素子のサセプタンスと前記第2のサセプタンス素子のサセプタンスが、前記第3のサセプタンス回路のサセプタンスの反数であり、
     第2の周波数において、前記第1のサセプタンス回路及び前記第2のサセプタンス回路が開放となる、
    請求項10または11に記載の減結合回路。
