Abstract

[Problème] Analyser l'état de travail du traitement de distribution pour chaque travailleur, et de déterminer un temps de travail principal et un temps de travail auxiliaire. [Solution] Un système de calcul de rendement de travail 1 qui comprend : une caméra 30 qui capture des images réalisées par des travailleurs 5a - 5d dans un entrepôt ; un dispositif de sortie de rendement de travail 100 qui calcule un rendement de travail pour un travail de traitement de distribution par chaque travailleur ; et un terminal de gestion 50 sur lequel le rendement de travail calculé est affiché. Le système de calcul de rendement de travail 1 acquiert, à partir de la caméra, des images montrant un travail d'emballage par les travailleurs 5a-5d. Ensuite, les images acquises sont analysées pour classifier chaque image en tant qu'image montrant un travail principal dans lequel le traitement progresse vers l'expédition, ou une image montrant un travail auxiliaire qui n'est pas le travail principal. Ensuite, un temps de travail pour le travail principal et un temps de travail pour le travail auxiliaire sont calculés pour chaque travailleur à partir du temps imagé de chaque image classée. Ensuite, le temps de travail calculé pour le travail principal et le temps de travail calculé pour le travail auxiliaire sont sortis pour chaque travailleur.
