Abstract
The invention is a hardware barrier that can control the movement of vehicles to the parking lot. This is a piece of hardware that is installed in the middle of the parking lot and prevents the car from entering the park due to having a metal ring at the top. This metal ring is movable, and if the vehicle defined by the system approaches it, the metal ring goes down and allows the car to park. After lowering the metal ring and parking the car, the hardware barrier sends information to the server, including car details, day and time of entry and exit of the car.

[0002] An invention titled intelligent parking lot barrier capable of achieving vehicle license plate recognition has been filed with the Chinese Patent Office with number 201911069638.
[0003] The invention relates to an intelligent parking lot barrier capable of achieving vehicle license plate recognition. The intelligent parking lot barrier comprises a base installed on the ground and a rocker arm capable of swinging back and forth, and further comprises an electronic control device arranged inside the base. The electronic control device comprises a processor for performing centralized control, a power module, and a motor for driving the rocker arm to swing.
[0004] The motor is connected with the motor control module, the motor control module is connected with the processor, the intelligent parking lot barrier further comprises a state indicator lamp connected with the processor, a network communication module, a video camera module and a vehicle detection module, the video camera module is installed on the base and inclined forwards, and a vehicle license recognition algorithm is set inside the processor. [0006] In order to solve the mentioned issues, a system has been designed that can control the traffic of vehicles to the parking lot by means of a hardware barrier.
This is a piece of hardware that is installed in the middle of the car park and prevents the car from entering the car park due to having a metal ring at the top.
[0007] This metal ring is movable, and if the vehicle defined by the system approaches it, the metal ring goes down and allows the car to park. After lowering the metal ring and parking the car, the hardware barrier sends information including car details, day and time of entry and exit of the car to the server.
[0008] Inside the hardware and vehicle barrier, there is a Beacons transmitter/receiver that, when the two approaches each other, after exchanging information, the vehicle is identified and receives a parking permit.

Technical Problem
[0011] The lack of parking space is always the main concern for drivers in big cities. With the start of working hours in cities, cars are brought to work from residential areas and need a suitable place to park. On the other hand, under special circumstances, it is possible for a person to go to a place that does not know the extent of the car crowding and densities and to look for a place to park for a long time.
[0012] But if it is possible to prepare a specific plan and schedule based on the working hours and daily habits of people, the number and time of full and empty parking lots, drivers can plan to go different places. In this invention, we try to offer the best suggestions about parking spaces based on the behavior of users.

Description of Embodiments
[0020] The lower part (101 ) of the hardware barrier is installed on the ground of the parking lot. There is a metal ring (102) at the top of this barrier that prevents the car from entering the parking lot. This metal ring is movable, and if a vehicle defined by the system approaches it, the metal ring goes down (103) and allows the car to park.
[0021] Inside the hardware, the barrier is a Beacons transmitter/receiver (104). When the car approaches this transmitter, after exchanging information, the car is detected and the metal ring goes down. The hardware barrier (1 b) is located in the middle of the car park.

[0023] First, the barriers are installed in pre-determined places and car owners register in the system and announce their desired location for parking. Then, in the car parking system, it is selected in a location and is reserved at the appointed time. The vehicle identification code is sent to the hardware barrier, and if the same vehicle approaches the barrier at the announced time, the barrier will allow parking.

[Claim 2] According to claim 1 , the hardware barrier and the vehicle have Beacons transmitter / receiver, and when the vehicle approaches the barrier, they communicate with each other, and if the vehicle is defined in the system, the metal ring of the hardware barrier goes down, allowing the car to be parked.
[Claim 3] According to claim 2, after lowering the metal ring and parking the car, the hardware barrier sends information to the server, including the car details, day and time of entry and exit of the car.
[Claim 4] According to claim 1 , by storing car information, the system realizes that on what days and at what hours each car usually goes to this area to park \ and can offer it to reserve a parking place in this area.
[Claim 5] According to claim 4, according to the information collected every day, the system realizes at what hours there is an empty parking space in this area and in advance can suggest to new applicants the possibility of a parking space in this area as well as place and time of parking.
