本实用新型涉及清洁电器领域,具体公开一种清洁设备用集尘站及清洁系统。
背景技术
目前市场上的尘袋式集尘站,为方便用户更换尘袋,会将集尘站上盖设计为可以自动打开的形式。自动打开的原理一般为,依靠扭簧的扭力实现上盖的自行开盖动作。然而,这种弹开式开盖动作受控于扭簧扭力的作用,扭力大小决定的开盖速度和力度处于不可平稳把控状态,这种开盖方法,或多或少都存在上盖打开至最大角度时产生冲击的现象。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的是提供一种清洁设备用集尘站及清洁系统,旨在解决上述至少一个技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提出的一种清洁设备用集尘站,包括:
基座,具有尘袋腔,所述尘袋腔具有开口;
上盖组件;
转轴,所述上盖组件与所述基座通过所述转轴转动连接,且所述上盖组 件可绕所述转轴翻转以打开或盖合所述开口;
阻尼器,设置在所述转轴上,用于在所述上盖组件打开或盖合所述开口的过程中施加缓冲力。
本实用新型还提出的一种清洁系统,包括清洁设备以及如上所述的清洁设备用集尘站。

如图1所示,在本实用新型的实施例中,提供了一种清洁设备用集尘站100,包括:基座、尘袋、上盖组件10、转轴11、阻尼器12以及弹性助力件13,其中,基座具有尘袋腔,尘袋腔具有开口,尘袋容纳于尘袋腔内,上盖组件10与基座通过转轴11转动连接,且上盖组件10可绕转轴翻转以打开或盖合开口,阻尼器12设置在转轴11上,用于在上盖组件10打开或者盖合开口的过程中施加缓冲力。
在本实施例中,清洁设备可以是扫地机器人,当扫地机器人尘盒中的灰尘积聚一定的量,扫地机器人会自动移动到集尘站100,集尘站100通过其内的风机组件将扫地机器人尘盒中的灰尘抽吸到尘袋中,进而完成对扫地机器人尘盒的灰尘清理。相应地,当集尘站100内尘袋中的灰尘积聚一定的量,集尘站100会提醒用户对尘袋进行更换或清理,此时需要打开尘袋腔的开口。需要说明的是,用户可以通过集尘站100上的按键或者远程遥控实现打开尘袋腔的开口。
值得一提的是,清洁设备用集尘站100还包括于基座上安装的上盖固定架14以及转轴盖15,其中,转轴盖15与上盖固定架14扣接,且转轴11可转动的设置在转轴盖15与上盖固定架14之间。
此外,在本实施例中,上盖组件10可以包括:盖板101以及于盖板101底面边缘设置的两个U形曲柄102,两个U形曲柄102之间设置有弹性助力件13,其中,U形曲柄102的末端开设有与转轴11适配的转轴孔。
为了打开和盖合时更加方便,上盖组件10与基座通过转轴11转动连接。由于重力作用,若用户一时失手极有可能使得上盖组件10盖合基座时具有较大的冲击作用,甚至还有可能出现夹手的情况,存在较大的安全隐患。本实用新型技术方案中,通过在转轴11上设置阻尼器12,使得用户翻转上盖组件10,且上盖组件10绕转轴11转动而打开或盖合基座时,上盖组件10会受到阻尼器12的阻尼影响而转动缓慢,进而可以减小上盖组件10盖合基座时对基座的冲击力,同时也能减少用户被夹手的情况发生。
在本实施例中,阻尼器12可以采用液压阻尼器或者采用具有阻尼作用的材质(例如硅胶或橡胶)。液压阻尼器可以包括内套筒以及套设在所述内套筒一端的外套筒,其中,所述内套筒与所述外套筒之间设有阻尼体,所述内套筒固定在所述转轴11上,所述内套筒与所述上盖组件10固定连接,所述外套筒与所述转轴盖15固定连接,其中,阻尼体可以选自液压油或者硅胶垫。具体地,内套筒与转轴11固定连接,另一者相对转动,内套筒与所述外套筒之间设有阻尼体的间隙处填充有阻尼体,从而上盖组件10在转动过程中受到阻尼体的阻尼作用,实现了上盖组件10相对基座缓慢转动的效果。当阻尼器12采用阻尼硅胶时,阻尼硅胶可套设于上盖组件10的轴孔与转轴11之间,由于硅胶的粘滞作用,使得上盖组件10与硅胶之间、转轴11与硅胶之间摩擦系数较大,从而增大了上盖组件10相对转轴11转动时的摩擦力,进而可以减缓上盖组件10对基座的冲击作用,减少用户被夹手的情况发生。
为了使上盖组件10能够便于打开尘袋腔的开口,因此在本实用新型技术方案中,弹性助力件13的一端可以与上盖组件10连接,另一端可以与基座连接,用于在上盖组件10打开开口的过程中提供助力。具体地,弹性助力件13处于自然状态时,上盖组件10打开尘袋腔的开口;上盖组件10朝尘袋腔方向盖合尘袋腔的开口时,弹性助力件13可以对上盖组件10具有背离上盖组件10朝向尘袋腔的开口方向的弹力,从而可以为上盖组件10打开开口提供助力。
具体地,弹性助力件13可以为弹簧或者弹片。当弹性助力件13为弹簧时,该弹簧可以为伸缩弹簧,也可以为扭簧。例如该弹性助力件13为伸缩弹簧时,该伸缩弹簧的一端可以连接于上盖组件10朝向基座的一侧,另一端连接于基座朝向上盖组件10的一侧,当上盖组件10处于平衡状态时,上盖组 件10处于打开基座的状态,同时弹簧受压缩;当上盖组件10由上述平衡状态朝盖合基座的状态转变时,弹簧进一步受压缩,此时弹簧对上盖组件10的弹力增大,当上盖组件10完全盖合基座时,弹簧的形变最大,也就说此时弹簧被压缩产生的弹力最大。当然,本实用新型技术方案中,弹性助力件13还可以设置在上盖组件10背离基座的一侧,只要上盖组件10盖合基座后,弹性助力件13对上盖组件10具有背离上盖组件10朝向基座方向的弹力即可。
当然,弹性助力件13也可以采用扭簧,通过扭簧的扭转力矩,使得该弹簧对上盖组件10盖合基座的转动过程起到反向拉动效果。
考虑到具有动载荷的情况,为了提高弹性助力件13的疲劳强度,本实用新型技术方案中优选弹性助力件13为扭簧,扭簧套设于转轴11外,且扭簧对称套设在转轴11的两端。
通过在转轴11的两端均套设有上述扭簧,一方面使得上盖组件10在盖合基座时,上盖组件10相对的两侧受到的反向拉力较为均匀,进而使得上盖组件10盖合基座后,上盖组件10对基座的压力较为均匀;另一方面通过设置两个扭簧,可以使得两个扭簧可同时抵消一部分上盖组件10的重力,从而可以延长扭簧10的使用寿命。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的优选实施例,并非因此限制本实用新型的专利范围,凡是在本实用新型的构思下,利用本实用新型说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本实用新型的专利保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种清洁设备用集尘站,其特征在于,包括:
    基座,具有尘袋腔,所述尘袋腔具有开口;
    上盖组件;
    转轴,所述上盖组件与所述基座通过所述转轴转动连接,且所述上盖组件可绕所述转轴翻转以打开或盖合所述开口;
    阻尼器,设置在所述转轴上,用于在所述上盖组件打开或盖合所述开口的过程中施加缓冲力。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的清洁设备用集尘站,其特征在于,还包括:
    弹性助力件,所述弹性助力件的一端与所述上盖组件连接,另一端与所述基座连接,用于在所述上盖组件打开所述开口的过程中提供助力。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的清洁设备用集尘站,其特征在于,所述弹性助力件为扭簧或弹片。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的清洁设备用集尘站,其特征在于,所述扭簧套设在所述转轴上。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的清洁设备用集尘站,其特征在于,所述转轴的两端均套设有所述扭簧。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的清洁设备用集尘站,其特征在于,还包括于所述基座上安装的上盖固定架以及转轴盖,其中,所述转轴盖与所述上盖固定架扣接,且所述转轴可转动的设置在所述转轴盖与所述上盖固定架之间。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的清洁设备用集尘站,其特征在于,所述阻尼器选自液压阻尼器或者硅胶垫。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的清洁设备用集尘站,其特征在于,所述液压阻尼 器包括内套筒以及套设在所述内套筒一端的外套筒,其中,所述内套筒与所述外套筒之间设有阻尼体,所述内套筒固定在所述转轴上,所述内套筒与所述上盖组件固定连接,所述外套筒与所述转轴盖固定连接。
  9. 如权利要求1-8任一项所述的清洁设备用集尘站,其特征在于,所述上盖组件包括:盖板以及于所述盖板底面边缘设置的U形曲柄,其中,所述U形曲柄的末端开设有转轴孔。
  10. 一种清洁系统,其特征在于,包括清洁设备以及如权利要求1-9任一项所述的清洁设备用集尘站。
