Description

密封保鲜盒是人们生活中常用的一种收纳储物产品,将食物分门别类地存放能够有效保证饮食健康。在现有技术中,例如,中国专利(申请号201420298125.2)公开的一种按钮式密封盒的盒盖和按钮式密封盒,以及,中国专利(申请号201720629692.5)公开的一种容器盖及其存储容器,均能实现对容器的密封,其都是利用按钮式弹性机构控制密封件形变,从而达到密封盖的密封件与容器内壁面紧密接触之目的。但是,两者均存在按钮式弹性机构设计较为复杂、组装麻烦等不足。
故有必要对现有技术加以改进。
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种结构简单合理、操作方便的一种便捷式密封盒的盒盖及密封盒。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案。
一种便捷式密封盒的盒盖,包括上盖、下盖及密封圈,所述上盖与所述下盖固定连接,所述上盖与所述下盖之间形成有容置空间,还包括:滑板,所述滑板活动设置于所述容置空间内;复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧抵设于所述滑板与所述下盖之间,使所述滑板始终具有相对于所述下盖上移的运动趋势;捏合构件,所述捏合构件活动设置于所述上盖上,所述捏合构件与所述滑板相抵配合;下盖板,所述下盖板活动设置于所述下盖的外底部,所述下盖板与所述滑板固定连接;所述密封圈固定套设于所述下盖板的外缘,所述密封圈自上而下呈缩口状设置;所述下盖设有与所述密封圈的内壁挤压配合的挤压部;所述捏合构件被捏合时,所述滑板及所述下盖板由所述捏合构件驱动,并相对于所述下盖向下移动,所述挤压部解除对所述密封圈的挤压,以使所述密封圈与所述密封盒的盒体的内壁分离;所述捏合构件被松开时,所述滑板及所述下盖板由所述复位弹簧驱动,并相对于所述下盖向上移动,所述挤压部恢复对所述密封圈的挤压,以使所述密封圈与所述密封盒的盒体的内壁密封相抵。

本实用新型的有益效果为:本实用新型提供的便捷式密封盒的盒盖及密封盖,通过设置捏合构件和滑板,使捏合构件与滑板相抵构成联动,在下盖的下部设置与滑板固定连接的下盖板,将密封圈套设在下盖板的外周缘,并在下盖设置用于挤压密封圈内壁的挤压部,在使用过程中,将捏合构件捏合时,可以使挤压部解除对密封圈的挤压,从而使密封圈与盒体内壁分离,此时便可以开启盒盖,松开捏合构件时,可以使挤压部恢复对密封圈的挤压,从而使密封圈与盒体密封接触,此时便能够实现对盒体的密封。与现有技术相比,本实用新型结构简单合理,制造成本较低,易于装配,且操作方便、快捷。
图1是本实用新型所述密封盒的整体分解结构示意图。
图2是本实用新型所述密封盒的盒盖处于开启状态时的结构示意图。
图3是本实用新型所述密封盒的盒盖处于闭合状态时的结构示意图。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
以下所述为本实用新型的实施例一。
如图1-3所示的一种便捷式密封盒的盒盖,该盒盖2包括上盖21、下盖22、滑板23、复位弹簧24、捏合构件、下盖板26及密封圈27,上盖21与下盖22固定连接,上盖21与下盖22之间形成有容置空间,滑板23活动设置于容置空间内,本实施例中,滑板23呈中部向上拱起的拱形构造,以此预留复位弹簧24的安装空间,复位弹簧24抵设于滑板23与下盖22之间,使滑板23始终具有相对于下盖22上移的运动趋势,本实施例中,复位弹簧24的数量为两个,且两个复位弹簧24并列排布在滑板23与下盖22之间,从而增大弹性回复力,使滑板23能够迅速复位。
捏合构件活动设置于上盖21上,捏合构件与滑板23相抵配合,本实施例中,捏合构件被设置为捏合式按键25,按键25横向活动设置于上盖21上,优选地,捏合构件包括两个按键25,两个按键25相对地设置于上盖21上,上盖21设有能够供手指伸入的捏合槽211,两个按键25均设置于捏合槽211内,用户通过将手指伸入捏合槽211中来扣动按键25,从而便能够将按键25捏合。当然,捏合构件的具体构造不仅限于按键25,在其他实施例中,捏合构件也可以设置为能够与滑板23构成联动配合的其他构造,例如弹片、扳机等。
下盖板26活动设置于下盖22的外底部,下盖板26与滑板23固定连接;密封圈27固定套设于下盖板26的外缘。本实施例中,密封圈27与下盖板26采用分体式套接固定,当然,在其他实施例中,密封圈27与下盖板26也可以是一体注塑成型。密封圈27自上而下呈缩口状设置;下盖22设有与密封圈27的内壁挤压配合的挤压部221,优选地,挤压部221为沿周向延伸设置于下盖22外壁的挤压斜面,当密封圈27随下盖板26上移时,密封圈27的内壁接触挤压斜面,使得密封圈27产生膨胀,从而将密封盒的盒体1内壁密封。
在盒盖2与密封盒的盒体1连接状态下,如图2所示,当捏合构件被捏合时,滑板23及下盖板26由捏合构件驱动,并相对于下盖22向下移动,挤压部221解除对密封圈27的挤压,密封圈27在自身弹性力作用下收缩,以使密封圈27与密封盒的盒体1的内壁分离,此时密封圈27解除对盒体1的密封,用户可以轻松将盒盖2取出;如图3所示,当捏合构件被松开时,滑板23及下盖板26由复位弹簧24驱动,并相对于下盖22向上移动,挤压部221恢复对密封圈27的挤压,密封圈27受挤压部221的挤压作用而膨胀,以使密封圈27与密封盒的盒体1的内壁密封相抵,实现对盒体1的密封。
本实施例中,其中一个按键25设有插孔251,另一个按键25设有与插孔251配合的插柱252,插柱252与插孔251活动插接配合,既能够有效对两个按键25的运动轨迹进行导向,也能够在安装按键25时起到定位的作用,防止出现安装错位。
本实施例中,两个按键25之间抵设有按键弹簧28,按键弹簧28确保在松开按键25时,按键25能够迅速复位。当然,在未设置按键弹簧28时,在复位弹簧24的作用下,若松开按键25,按键25也可以受滑板23的反向作用而复位。
本实施例中,按键25的底部设有第一斜面253,滑板23的上表面设有与第一斜面253相抵配合的第二斜面231,具体地说,两个按键25的第一斜面253相对于滑板23呈对称设置,两个第二斜面231也对称设置在滑板23的两侧,当捏合构件被捏合时,两个按键25横向相向移动,通过第一斜面253与第二斜面231的配合,捏合构件驱动滑板23向下移动。
本实施例中,为了防止按键25掉落,按键25的底部伸入于容置空间内,按键25的中部设有与上盖21配合的避让槽254。
本实施例中,为了安装更为方便,下盖板26设置有卡块261,卡块261穿过下盖22并与滑板23卡接固定。
以下为本实用新型的实施例二。
如图1-3所示的一种密封盒,包括盒体1和盒盖2,盒盖2与盒体1适配,在盒体1与盒盖2连接状态下,下盖22与盒体1之间形成有环形区域3,当捏合构件被捏合时,密封圈27的外缘从环形区域3退出,当捏合构件被松开时,密封圈27的外缘伸入环形区域3中并与盒体1内壁密封相抵,使得密封圈27能够更为紧密地与盒体1内壁接触,密封效果更好。
总的来说,本实用新型提供的便捷式密封盒的盒盖及密封盖,通过设置捏合构件和滑板23,使捏合构件与滑板23相抵构成联动,在下盖22的下部设置与滑板23固定连接的下盖板26,将密封圈27套设在下盖板26的外周缘,并在下盖22设置用于挤压密封圈27内壁的挤压部221,在使用过程中,将捏合构件捏合时,可以使挤压部221解除对密封圈27的挤压,从而使密封圈27与盒体1内壁分离,此时便可以开启盒盖2,松开捏合构件时,可以使挤压部221恢复对密封圈27的挤压,从而使密封圈27与盒体1密封接触,此时便能够实现对盒体1的密封。与现有技术相比,本实用新型结构简单合理,制造成本较低,易于装配,且操作方便、快捷。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的较佳实施方式,故凡依本实用新型专利申请范围所述的构造、特征及原理所做的等效变化或修饰,均包括于本实用新型专利申请范围内。
Claims (13)
- 一种便捷式密封盒的盒盖,包括上盖、下盖及密封圈,所述上盖与所述下盖固定连接,所述上盖与所述下盖之间形成有容置空间,其特征在于,还包括:滑板,所述滑板活动设置于所述容置空间内;复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧抵设于所述滑板与所述下盖之间,使所述滑板始终具有相对于所述下盖上移的运动趋势;捏合构件,所述捏合构件活动设置于所述上盖上,所述捏合构件与所述滑板相抵配合;下盖板,所述下盖板活动设置于所述下盖的外底部,所述下盖板与所述滑板固定连接;所述密封圈固定套设于所述下盖板的外缘,所述密封圈自上而下呈缩口状设置;所述下盖设有与所述密封圈的内壁挤压配合的挤压部;所述捏合构件被捏合时,所述滑板及所述下盖板由所述捏合构件驱动,并相对于所述下盖向下移动,所述挤压部解除对所述密封圈的挤压,以使所述密封圈与所述密封盒的盒体的内壁分离;所述捏合构件被松开时,所述滑板及所述下盖板由所述复位弹簧驱动,并相对于所述下盖向上移动,所述挤压部恢复对所述密封圈的挤压,以使所述密封圈与所述密封盒的盒体的内壁密封相抵。
- 根据权利要求1所述的便捷式密封盒的盒盖,其特征在于:所述捏合构件设置为捏合式按键,所述按键横向活动设置于所述上盖上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的便捷式密封盒的盒盖,其特征在于:所述捏合构件包括两个所述按键,两个所述按键相对地设置于所述上盖上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的便捷式密封盒的盒盖,其特征在于:所述上盖设有捏合槽,两个所述按键均设置于所述捏合槽内。
- 根据权利要求3所述的便捷式密封盒的盒盖,其特征在于:其中一个所述按键设有插孔,另一个所述按键设有与所述插孔配合的插柱,所述插柱与所述插孔活动插接配合。
- 根据权利要求3所述的便捷式密封盒的盒盖,其特征在于:两个所述按键之间抵设有按键弹簧。
- 根据权利要求2所述的便捷式密封盒的盒盖,其特征在于:所述按键的底部设有第一斜面,所述滑板的上表面设有与所述第一斜面相抵配合的第二斜面;通过所述第一斜面与所述第二斜面的配合,当所述捏合构件被捏合时,所述捏合构件驱动所述滑板向下移动。
- 根据权利要求7所述的便捷式密封盒的盒盖,其特征在于:所述按键的底部伸入于所述容置空间内,所述按键的中部设有与所述上盖配合的避让槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的便捷式密封盒的盒盖,其特征在于:所述下盖板设置有卡块,所述卡块穿过所述下盖并与所述滑板卡接固定。
- 根据权利要求1所述的便捷式密封盒的盒盖,其特征在于:所述挤压部为设置于所述下盖外壁的挤压斜面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的便捷式密封盒的盒盖,其特征在于:所述密封圈与所述下盖板采用分体式套接固定或一体注塑成型。
- 一种密封盒,包括盒体及与所述盒体适配的盒盖,其特征在于:所述盒盖为如权利要求1至11任意一项所述的盒盖。
- 根据权利要求12所述密封盒,其特征在于:在所述盒体与所述盒盖连接状态下,所述下盖与所述盒体之间形成有环形区域,当所述捏合构件被捏合时,所述密封圈的外缘从所述环形区域退出;当所述捏合构件被松开时,所述密封圈的外缘伸入所述环形区域中。
