由于按压部11能够压迫限位件并使滑块2脱离锁紧位置,用户在压迫按压 部11时即可使限位件停止限位底座1和滑块2的相对运动,使得用户沿预设方向滑动滑块2即可将滑块2快速从底座1中取出,当滑块2需要安装于底座1上时,用户也能够直接驱动滑块2沿预设方向配合在底座1中,滑块2在底座1中的滑动过程中,用户能够驱动滑块2克服限位件的作用进入锁紧位置,以使限位件能够实现滑块2和底座1之间的稳固连接,从而简化了将滑块2从底座1上取下的步骤,提高了电子设备在底座1上的拆装效率。同时,限位件能够限位底座1和滑块2沿预设方向的相对运动,使得滑块2进入锁紧位置后,滑块2能够与底座1之间稳固连接,从而使得电子设备安装于底座1上时保持稳固可靠的安装姿态,防止滑块2和底座1之间出现相对位移造成电子设备的损伤。
根据本实施例的可拆卸展示机构,限位件能够对底座1和滑块2起到可靠的限位效果,从而实现滑块2在锁紧位置时与底座1之间稳固配合,提高了电子设备的展示安全性,同时按压部11能够便于用户压迫限位件以使限位件停止限位滑块2和底座1,从而降低了滑块2从底座1上的取出难度,提高了电子设备的摘机便捷性。
在一些实施例中,如图2-图4所示,限位件包括第一限位部31和第二限位部32。第一限位部31设在底座1上。第二限位部32设在滑块2上,按压部11对应第二限位部32设置,滑块2位于锁紧位置时,第一限位部31限位第二限位部32。
第一限位部31和第二限位部32之间的互相配合能够便于实现限位件对滑块2和底座1的限位。示例性地,滑块2朝向锁紧位置运动时,第一限位部31不会对第二限位部32的运动起到限位作用,滑块2进入锁紧位置后,第一限位部31即限位第二限位部32,从而使滑块2无法相对底座1沿预设方向滑动,即可实现滑块2在锁紧位置时与底座1稳固配合,当需要从底座1上取出滑块2时,压迫按压部11即可使第二限位部32脱离第一限位部31的限位,即可将滑块2顺利地沿预设方向取出,从而提高摘机便捷性。
在一些实施例中,如图2-图4所示,第一限位部31包括第一卡钩,第二限位部32包括与第一卡钩配合的第二卡钩。
第一卡钩和第二卡钩能够较为便利地实现限位效果,从而确保滑块2位于锁紧位置时,滑块2和底座1之间能够稳固配合。在本申请的其他实施例中,第一限位部31也可以设置为限位孔,第二限位部32设置为插接凸起,当滑块2位于锁紧位置时,插接凸起插设在限位孔中,当滑块2需要取出时,按压部11 能够压迫第二限位部32以使插接凸起脱离限位孔,从而实现限位和分离作用,第一限位部31和第二限位部32的具体结构可以根据实际需求进行确定,无需进行具体限定。
在一些实施例中,如图2-图4所示,滑块2内设有第一弹性件21,第一弹性件21上设有凸出部22,凸出部22与按压部11对应设置,至少限位件的一部分设在第一弹性件21上并与凸出部22间隔设置。
凸出部22能够便于按压部11压迫第一弹性件21,从而提高操作便捷性。同时,由于至少限位件的一部分设在第一弹性件21上,当凸出部22压迫位于第一弹性件21上的限位件时,第一弹性件21将在凸出部22的作用下弯曲,从而防止凸出部22压迫限位件时带动滑块2整体运动,将限位件的运动和滑块2的运动分离,能够防止滑块2在底座1上的拆装对滑块2和底座1之间的配合造成破坏,也能够防止与滑块2连接的电子设备和底座1之间出现碰撞,确保了电子设备的安全性。
在一些实施例中,如图2-图4所示,按压部11包括设在底座1上的第二弹性件。第二弹性件结构简单、成型容易,能够便于实现压迫限位件的效果,起到降低底座1加工成本的目的。在本申请的其他实施例中,按压部11也可以设置为弹性复位结构,如通过弹簧等弹性结构连接于底座1上的按钮,其能够实现按压效果还能自动复位,操作更为便利,按压部11的具体结构可以根据实际需求进行确定,在此无需进行具体限定。
在一些实施例中,如图2所示,底座1上设有沿预设方向延伸的滑槽12,滑块2配合在滑槽12内。
滑槽12的设置能够使滑块2在底座1内滑动的同时还能与电子设备连接,同时滑槽12还能对滑块2的运动起到限位作用,使滑块2仅能沿预设方向运动,从而提高滑块2与底座1之间的配合可靠性。
在一些实施例中,如图2所示,滑槽12和滑块2中的一个设有沿预设方向延伸的导槽23,另一个设有配合在导槽23内的导向部13。
导向部13和导槽23之间的配合能够对滑块2在预设方向上的运动起到进一步的限位效果,防止滑块2沿垂直于预设方向的方向脱离滑槽12,从而确保滑块2和底座1之间的可靠配合。
在本实施例中,导槽23设置于滑块2的相对设置的两个侧壁上,导向部13包括导条且设置于滑槽12的相对设置的两个内壁上。此外,在本实施例中,预 设方向可以设置为竖直方向,导条的横截面积沿竖直方向向下逐渐增大,能够便于提高滑块2和滑槽12之间的配合效果,提高电子设备的拆装效率。
在一些实施例中,如图1-图4所示,可拆卸展示机构还包括粘接部4,粘接部4设在滑块2的背离底座1的侧壁上,粘接部4用于粘接电子设备。
粘接部4能够便于实现滑块2和电子设备之间的连接,也能够便于更换不同的电子设备,提高可拆卸展示机构的适用范围。
在一些实施例中,如图1和图2所示,可拆卸展示机构还包括连接端子5,连接端子5设在底座1上且与滑块2间隔设置,连接端子5用于连接电子设备。
在本实施例中,连接端子5包括充电端子或充电报警端子,能够同时实现充电和防盗报警功能。连接端子5能够在可拆卸展示机构展示电子设备时为电子设备充电或者对电子设备起到防盗报警作用,使电子设备能够保持长时间的使用状态,从而提高了可拆卸展示机构的适用范围。
在一些实施例中,如图2所示,底座1上设有通孔18,可拆卸展示机构还包括充电线7,充电线7穿设于通孔18中并与连接端子5连接。充电线7能够为连接端子5提供电能,以使连接端子5可靠地提供充电功能。
在一些实施例中,如图2所示,底座1包括壳体14和盖体15,壳体14的一侧限定出滑槽12,另一侧限定出安装槽16,连接端子5设在安装槽16中,盖体15可滑动地设在滑槽12中,盖体15扣设在安装槽16上。盖体15和壳体14分离设置能够便于在壳体14内替换不同的盖体15,有利于底座1的拆装检修,同时连接端子5设置于安装槽16内,能够便于更换不同型号的连接端子5,以提高可拆卸展示机构的适用范围。
在一些实施例中,如图2所示,盖体15上还设有配合凸起17,滑块2的端部设有与配合凸起17配合的配合口24。配合口24和配合凸起17之间的配合能够确保滑块2准确地滑动至锁紧位置,从而便于用户观察滑块2是否与底座1之间稳固配合,从而确保电子设备的展示安全性。
在一些实施例中,如图2所示,滑块2的顶部设有扣设在壳体14的顶部的封闭凸缘25。封闭凸缘25能够对滑槽12起到封闭效果,从而降低进入底座1内部的灰尘含量,确保了可拆装展示机构的使用寿命。
如图5所示,本申请还公开了一种展示防盗装置,包括机座6和前文的可拆卸展示机构。可拆卸展示机构设在机座6中。
根据本申请实施例的展示防盗装置,由于具有前文所述的可拆卸展示机构,能够提高电子设备的摘机便捷性和展示安全性。在本实施例中,可拆卸展示机构的底座1设在机座6中,在本申请的其他实施例中,也可以将可拆卸展示机构的其他结构设置于机座6中,可拆卸展示机构和机座6的具体连接关系可以根据实际需求进行确定,无需进行具体限定。
实施例:
下面参考图1-图5描述本申请一个具体实施例的展示防盗装置。
本实施例的展示防盗装置包括机座6和可拆卸展示机构,可拆卸展示机构设在机座6中。
可拆卸展示机构包括底座1、滑块2、限位件、粘接部4和连接端子5。
底座1上设有按压部11。按压部11包括设在底座1上的第二弹性件。底座1上设有沿预设方向延伸的滑槽12,滑块2配合在滑槽12内。
滑块2沿预设方向可滑动地配合在底座1中,滑块2用于连接电子设备。滑块2内设有第一弹性件21,第一弹性件21上设有凸出部22,凸出部22与按压部11对应设置,至少限位件的一部分设在第一弹性件21上并与凸出部22间隔设置。滑槽12和滑块2中的一个设有沿预设方向延伸的导槽23,另一个设有配合在导槽23内的导向部13。
限位件设在底座1与滑块2之间,限位件能够限位底座1和滑块2沿预设方向的相对运动,滑块2具有锁紧位置,滑块2进入锁紧位置时,滑块2相对底座1固定,按压部11能够压迫限位件以使限位件停止限位滑块2和底座1。限位件包括第一限位部31和第二限位部32。第一限位部31设在底座1上。第二限位部32设在滑块2上,按压部11对应第二限位部32设置,滑块2位于锁紧位置时,第一限位部31限位第二限位部32。第一限位部31包括第一卡钩,第二限位部32包括与第一卡钩配合的第二卡钩。
粘接部4设在滑块2的背离底座1的侧壁上,粘接部4用于粘接电子设备。连接端子5设在底座1上且与滑块2间隔设置。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可拆卸展示机构,包括:
    底座(1),所述底座(1)上设有按压部(11);
    滑块(2),所述滑块(2)沿预设方向可滑动地配合在所述底座(1)中,所述滑块(2)用于连接电子设备;
    限位件,所述限位件设在所述底座(1)与所述滑块(2)之间,所述限位件能够限位所述底座(1)和所述滑块(2)沿所述预设方向的相对运动,所述滑块(2)具有锁紧位置,所述滑块(2)进入所述锁紧位置时,所述滑块(2)相对所述底座(1)固定,所述按压部(11)能够压迫所述限位件以使所述限位件停止限位所述滑块(2)和所述底座(1)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸展示机构,其中,所述限位件包括:
    第一限位部(31),所述第一限位部(31)设在所述底座(1)上;
    第二限位部(32),所述第二限位部(32)设在所述滑块(2)上,所述按压部(11)对应所述第二限位部(32)设置,所述滑块(2)位于所述锁紧位置时,所述第一限位部(31)限位所述第二限位部(32)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可拆卸展示机构,其中,所述第一限位部(31)包括第一卡钩,所述第二限位部(32)包括与所述第一卡钩配合的第二卡钩。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸展示机构,其中,所述滑块(2)内设有第一弹性件(21),所述第一弹性件(21)上设有凸出部(22),所述凸出部(22)与所述按压部(11)对应设置,至少所述限位件的一部分设在所述第一弹性件(21)上并与所述凸出部(22)间隔设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸展示机构,其中,所述按压部(11)包括设在所述底座(1)上的第二弹性件。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸展示机构,其中,所述底座(1)上设有沿所述预设方向延伸的滑槽(12),所述滑块(2)配合在所述滑槽(12)内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可拆卸展示机构,其中,所述滑槽(12)和所述滑块(2)中的一个设有沿所述预设方向延伸的导槽(23),另一个设有配合在所述导槽(23)内的导向部(13)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸展示机构,还包括粘接部(4),所述粘接部(4)设在所述滑块(2)的背离所述底座(1)的侧壁上,所述粘接部(4)用于粘接所述电子设备。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸展示机构,还包括连接端子(5),所述连 接端子(5)设在所述底座(1)上且与所述滑块(2)间隔设置,所述连接端子(5)用于连接所述电子设备。
  10. 一种展示防盗装置,包括:
    机座(6);
    权利要求1-9中任一项所述的可拆卸展示机构,所述可拆卸展示机构设在所述机座(6)中。
