现有的衣物护理机通常利用蒸汽对衣物进行处理,即,在护理箱体的底部设置一蒸汽发生器,将水加热形成高温水蒸汽,水蒸汽通入到护理箱体内部,经过水蒸汽的渗透作用,达到对衣物去皱塑形的效果。但是,水蒸汽单纯依靠渗透作用从衣物的外部进入到衣物内部,比较难渗透到衣物内部,特别是一些比较厚的衣物,造成衣物的去皱塑形效果差;并且,蒸汽发生器将水加热形成蒸汽需要耗费大量的电能,导致使用成本高。

结合图3和图6,在一种可能的实施例中,喷雾头5包括连接头54、头壳51以及喷雾芯52,连接头54设置有中心通道541。在连接头54的一端设置密封圈55,以提高喷雾头5与管道连接的密封性能。在连接头54的另一端与头壳51固定连接,头壳51套设在连接头54的外侧,头壳51上设置有凹槽512,在凹槽512的底部设置喷淋孔511。喷雾芯52的一端位于中心通道541内,喷雾芯52的另一端伸出中心通道541外侧且位于凹槽512内。在喷雾芯52远离喷淋孔511的一端设置有封堵头56,封堵头56和喷雾芯52的外侧套设有弹性件53,弹性件53的一端与封堵头56的顶端抵接,弹性件53的另一端与喷雾芯52的端部抵接。封堵头56和喷雾芯52之间具有间隔。在弹性件53的作用下,封堵头56将中心通道451隔断,且将喷雾芯52压紧在凹槽512的底部,喷雾芯52与凹槽512接触的端面设置有导流槽。
喷雾头5的喷淋过程为:在水泵62的作用下,净水箱61的水经过水管63进入到中心通道541内,在水压作用下,封堵头56克服弹性件53的弹性力朝向喷雾芯52运动,中心通道541被打开,水经过喷雾芯52和中心通道541之间的间隙进入到凹槽512内,再经过喷雾芯52的导流槽,由喷淋孔511喷出,形成水雾。
而喷雾头5在未工作状态下,在弹性件53的作用下,封堵头56将中心通道451隔断,且将喷雾芯52压紧在凹槽512的底部,水并不会从喷淋孔511导流。其中,弹性件53可以是弹簧。
在一种可能的实现方式中,喷雾头5的喷淋孔511的直径为0.1~0.6mm,如此可以形 成细腻致密的喷淋水雾,有利于提高喷淋效果。避免喷淋孔511尺寸过小导致喷淋面积过小,还可以避免喷淋孔511尺寸过大导致喷淋水滴过大而不能充分浸润衣物。
继续参照图3,挂衣架4设置有容纳空腔40,在容纳空腔40的底部设置有喷淋口421;喷雾头5安装在容纳空腔40内,且喷雾头5的喷淋孔511与喷淋口421相对。
本实施例通过在挂衣架4内设置容纳空腔40,使得喷雾头5可以安装在挂衣架4的内部,提高了护理空间10的内部整洁性,有利于提高用户体验度。
在一种具体地实现方式中,如图2所示,挂衣架4包括上壳41和下盖42,上壳41和下盖42固定连接形成容纳空腔40,下盖42上设置有喷淋口421,且下盖42与喷雾头5固定连接;上壳41的顶端固定在护理空间10的顶端。
具体地,上壳41包括连接部412和支撑部413,其中,连接部412设置在支撑部413的顶部,用于与护理箱体1连接,以将挂衣架4固定在护理空间10的顶端。例如,连接部412与护理箱体1的顶部卡接、螺接等。支撑部413用于与衣物100接触,以支撑衣物100。支撑部413与下盖42固定连接,以形成容纳空腔40。支撑部413可以与下盖42卡接,支撑部413还可以与下盖42螺接。
示例性的,在支撑部413的内侧面向下延伸形成第一连接柱411,第一连接柱411设置有第一连接孔;在下盖42的顶侧面向上延伸形成第二连接柱422,第二连接柱422上设置有第二连接孔,螺钉穿过第二连接孔与第一连接孔螺纹连接,从而实现上壳41与下盖42的固定连接,并且,通过设置第一连接柱411和第二连接柱422提高上壳41和下盖42的结构强度和连接的稳定性。当然,沿Y方向可以设置多个固定连接位置,以提高上壳41和下盖42连接的可靠性。可选地,每相邻两个喷雾头5之间设置一个第二连接柱422,既可以避免影响喷雾头5的安装,还可以提高连接的稳定性。
下盖42与喷雾头5固定连接,且下盖42上设置有与喷雾头5的喷淋孔511相对的喷淋口421。具体地,参照图3,在喷淋口421的内端面延伸形成安装环423,安装环423与喷淋口421正相对。喷雾头5与安装环423过盈连接,以将喷雾头5固定在下盖42上,并且,安装环423还可以起到定位对准的作用,避免喷淋孔511与喷淋口421存在偏差而影响喷淋。当然,喷雾头5的外侧还可以设置连接支架,以将喷雾头5固定再下盖42上。
本实施例通过将喷雾头5固定在下盖42上,然后再将下盖42固定到上壳41上,有利于简化装配过程,避免喷雾头5装配不精确而导致喷淋孔511偏离喷淋口421。本实施例的挂衣架4结构简单,安装方便。
继续参照图2,在挂衣架4上设置多个喷雾头5时,容纳空腔40内设置有分流接头7,分流接头7包括一个进水端口71以及多个出水端口72,进水端口71与供水机构6的输出端连通,每个出水端口72连接一个喷雾头5。
分流接头7用于将供水机构6的输出的水分配至各个喷雾头5。为此,分流接头7的进水端口71与供水机构6的输出端连通,分流接头7的各个出水端口72分别连通各个喷 雾头5。在本实施例中,喷雾头5和出水端口72通过第一分水管631连通,方便喷雾头5位置的布置。
分流接头7可以包括一封闭壳体,其壳体的顶端设置一进水端口71,在其壳体的底部设置多个出水端口72;分流接头7还可以是现有的分流接头,在此不做限定。
本实施例将分流接头7设置在挂衣架4内部,遮挡其各个端口的连接管路,有利于提高护理空间10的简洁性,提高用户体验度。
分流接头7的固定方式有多种,示例性的,分流接头7固定在上壳41内,例如,分流接头7通过螺钉固定在上壳41内,或者,分流接头7卡接在上壳41内。继续参照图2,在其中一种示例中,上壳41设置有过水接头414,过水接头414的底端与进水端口71连通,过水接头414的顶端穿出到护理空间10外侧。过水接头414的底部位于上壳41的连接部412内,其与分流接头7的进水端口71连通,从而使得供水机构6的水可以通入到分流接头7内部。过水接头414的顶部穿出到护理空间10的外侧,即,过水接头414的顶部位于内胆12和外壳11之间,方便连接供水机构6的水管63。
在此需要说明的是,在一种具体的喷淋方式中,分流接头7的出水端口72与挂衣架4上的喷雾头5之间的管路上还可以设置电磁阀,衣物护理机的控制器通过控制电磁阀控制喷雾头5的开启和关闭。例如,喷雾头5a和喷雾头5b共用一个电磁阀,其他喷雾头5共用一个电磁阀,控制器根据具体的控制指令同时开启所有的喷雾头5对有袖衣物进行喷淋,或者,控制器根据具体的控制指令先控制除了喷雾头5a和喷雾头5b以外的喷雾头5开启,再控制喷雾头5a和喷雾头5b开启。再例如,控制器根据具体的控制指令控制除了喷雾头5a和喷雾头5b以外的喷雾头5开启,而喷雾头5a和喷雾头5b关闭,以对无袖衣物进行喷淋。
参照图5,在一些实施例中,护理空间10的顶端安装有多个挂衣架4,且多个挂衣架4沿护理空间10的水平方向间隔设置。具体地,多个挂衣架4沿图中X方向间隔设置,本发明实施例对挂衣架4的数量不做限定。
本实施例通过在护理空间10内设置多个挂衣架4,提高单次护理衣物的数量,提高护理效率。并且,由于每件衣物100均单独挂设在一个挂衣架4上,也就是说,每件衣物100都可以分别通过其挂衣架4上的喷雾头5进行喷淋润湿,进而起到去皱塑形的效果,相邻衣物之间的塑形效果不受影响,提高衣物护理一致性。
在一种具体地实现方式中,参照图1和图5,供水机构6包括净水箱61、水泵62以及水管63;水泵62的进水端与净水箱61连通,水泵62的出水端通过水管63与喷雾头5连通。
净水箱61作为储水容器,其可以是任意形状,可以根据实际安装空间设置净水箱61的形状。净水箱61内存储有冷水,此处所说的冷水指的是未经过加热的水。
水泵62用于将净水箱61中的水抽吸至水管63中,其中,水泵62的进水端可以通过 第二分水管632与净水箱61的出口连通,水泵62的出水端与水管63的一端连通,水管63的另一端与挂衣架4上的过水接头414连通。而当设置有多个挂衣架4时,水管63的另一端通过现有水管接头以及各个分水管与过水接头414连通,水管接头可以是三通接头、四通接头、五通接头等。
本实施例的供水机构6通过水泵62将净水箱61内的水通过水管63传输至喷雾头5,以使喷雾头5喷出形成水雾,结构简单,无需对水进行加热;相对于现有的设置有蒸汽发生器的衣物护理机,本实施例的衣物护理机结构简单,有利于降低成本。
为了安装净水箱61、水泵62以及布置水管63,本发明实施例的护理箱体1内设置有安装间隔13,具体地,护理箱体1包括外壳11以及设置在外壳11内的内胆12,外壳11和内胆12之间形成安装间隔13,净水箱61和水泵62安装在安装间隔13的底部,水管63从安装间隔13的侧部绕至安装间隔13的顶部;挂衣架4固定在内胆12的顶部。
护理箱体1设置有双层结构,其外壳11可以是金属壳,结构强度大,有利于保护内部的内胆12;其内胆12与门体2形成护理空间10,内胆12可以设置防水涂层;挂衣架4固定在内胆12的顶部,从而使得衣物100位于护理空间10内。
在外壳11和内胆12之间形成安装间隔13,安装间隔13为供水机构6以及下面将要描述的废水箱9、热风装置8提供安装空间。净水箱61和水泵62安装在安装间隔13的底部,水管63从安装间隔13的侧部绕至安装间隔13的顶部,从而将底部净水箱61内的水传输至顶部,经由喷雾头5喷淋形成水雾,对衣物进行去皱塑形。
本发明实施例通过将净水箱61、水泵62以及水管63布置在外壳11和内胆12之间形成的安装间隔13,既有利于提高衣物护理机的美观性,还有利于保护净水箱61、水泵62以及水管63。
当然,在喷雾头5喷淋形成的水雾在衣物上渗透,舒展衣物纤维后,在重力作用下滴落至内胆12的底部,相应的,在内胆12的底部设置有排水口121,排水口121通过管道连通至废水箱9,用于收集废水。废水箱9也安装在安装间隔13的底部。
参照图1和图4,在本实施例中,衣物护理机还包括安装在护理箱体1底部的热风装置8,热风装置8的输出端口与护理空间10连通。
其中,热风装置8可以包括加热部分和第一风机部分,加热部分用于加热气体,第一风机部分用于将加热后的气体吹出,形成热风。热风装置8用于向护理空间10内通入热风,以对喷淋后的衣物进行烘干。可选地,热风装置8还用于在喷淋过程中,向护理空间10内吹风,以使挂衣架4上的衣物100摆动,使衣物纤维展开更加充分,提高塑形效果。当然,此过程中,热风装置8可以吹入加热后的热风,也可以吹入未加热的冷风。
本实施例在衣物护理机的底部设置热风装置8在烘干衣物的同时,还可以在喷雾头5喷淋过程中吹动衣物,使衣物纤维展开更加充分,提高衣物的塑形效果。
如图1和图4所示,在一种具体的实施方式中,热风装置8的烘干模式可以为外循环 烘干模式。具体的,热风装置8包括:发热器81和第一风机82,发热器81用于加热气体,第一风机82用于将发热器81加热后的气体吹向护理空间10内部。
其中,发热器81可以是PTC加热器,发热器81还可以是其他可以发热的器件。在发热器81和第一风机82外侧设置有第一壳体83。第一壳体83在靠近发热器81且远离第一风机82的一侧设置有第一进风口,第一进风口用于通入衣物护理机外侧的干冷的空气。干冷空气经过发热器81加热后经过第一出风口831排入到护理空间10内部,热空气带走衣物100上的水分,并从衣物护理机的顶部排出到室外。也就是说,在衣物护理机的顶部设置有排气口,用于排出冷湿空气。当然,第一壳体83内可以设置有隔板,将第一风机82和发热器81分隔开,并且,在隔板上设置连通的通孔,以使第一风机82和发热器81的空间连通。
继续参照图4,在第一出风口831上设置有出风支架84,出风支架84的底部位于安装间隔13的底部,出风支架84的顶部伸入到内胆12内。出风支架84内设置有出风通道841,出风通道841的底端与第一出风口831连通,出风通道841的顶端开口位于内胆12中。本实施例通过设置出风支架84限制热风排出的通道,避免热风在安装间隔13内泄露,提高烘干效果。
通过上述描述,本实施例的热风装置8为外循环烘干模式。具体烘干原理为:
同时开启发热器81和第一风机82,第一风机82转动产生负压,外部干燥空气进入到发热器81内,并经过发热器81的加热,变成干燥热空气进入到第一风机82,在第一风机82的作用下经过第一出风口831以及出风通道841排入到护理空间10内部,干燥热空气使衣物100上的水分蒸发到空气中,空气携带水分从衣物护理空间顶部的排气口排出到室外,如此循环,直至衣物100被烘干。本发明实施例的热风装置8结构简单,方便安装。
本发明实施例提供的衣物护理机还包括控制器,控制器分别与供水机构6、发热器81以及第一风机82电电连接;控制器被配置为在喷雾头5喷淋时控制第一风机82打开;控制器被配置为在喷雾头5喷淋完成后控制发热器81和第一风机82同时打开。
其中,控制器与供水机构6的水泵62电连接。在控制器控制水泵62打开时,即,在衣物喷淋塑形过程中,喷雾头5向衣物喷淋水雾;此时,控制器可以单独控制第一风机82打开,使得护理空间10内空气流动,进而带动衣物100摆动,使衣物纤维展开更加充分,提高塑形效果。
而在喷雾头5喷淋完成后的衣物烘干过程中,控制器控制发热器81和第一风机82同时打开,对衣物进行烘干。
通过上述设置,使得热风装置8在起到烘干作用的同时,还能够使得衣物100摆动,提高塑形效果;并且,有利于节约能源,降低使用成本。
为了进一步提高衣物100的摆动效果,使得衣物更加充分的被浸湿,可选的,本实施例的衣物护理机还包括驱动机构,驱动机构与挂衣架4传动连接,驱动机构驱动挂衣架4 沿水平方向往复运动或者驱动挂衣架4绕竖向轴往复旋转。本实施例对驱动机构的具体结构不做限定,例如,驱动机构可以包括驱动电机和传动组件,驱动电机可以在控制器的控制下开启或者关闭,从而使得挂衣架4可以运动。需要说明的是,竖向轴为沿Z方向延伸的轴,其可以是挂衣架4与驱动机构连接位置的轴,如此,每个挂衣架4可以具有不同位置的竖向轴。
本实施例通过设置驱动结构驱动挂衣架4沿水平方向往复运动而产生衣物的摆动效应,或者驱动挂衣架4绕竖向轴往复旋转而产生衣物的扭动效应,能够让衣物更充分地与水雾接触,使水雾快速且充分渗透到衣物纺织层内,提升衣物的塑形效果。同时在烘干时,可加速衣物表面的空气流动,加快烘干,进而提高护理效果和护理效率。
实施例二
图7为本发明实施例二提供的衣物护理机的结构示意图,图8为图7中热风装置的结构示意图。
请参考图7和图8,本实施例与实施例一的区别在于热风装置8的具体结构不同,其他结构可以参考实施例一,不再赘述。本发明实施例二提供的热风装置8为内循环烘干模式,在护理箱体1的顶部无需设置排气口;本实施例在护理箱体1的底部设置有进风口和出风口。
具体地,本实施例衣物护理机的热风装置8包括压缩机85、蒸发器86、冷凝器87、第二风机88以及第二壳体89;其中,第二壳体89位于蒸发器86、冷凝器87以及第二风机88的外侧,且第二壳体89限定形成进气通道891和出气通道892,且进气通道891和出气通道892分别与内胆12上设置的进风口和出风口连通。第二风机88包括电机881和风轮882,电机881与控制器电连接,用于驱动风轮882转动,从而带动气体的流动。
本发明实施例二提供的热风装置8的烘干原理如下:
电机881驱动风轮882转动,在风轮882附近产生负压区,使得护理空间10内的湿冷气体经过进气通道891进入到第二壳体89内部;
冷媒在压缩机85的作用下变成高温高压气体,高温高压气体在冷凝器87释放热量,冷媒变成低温液体;其释放的热量将湿冷气体加热形成湿热气体。低温液体冷媒经过蒸发器86时与湿热气体进行换热,气体中的水分在蒸发器86冷凝形成冷凝水,而存储在冷凝水箱中;蒸发器86中的冷媒被加热循环至压缩机85中,而湿热气体经过换热后形成干燥气体,经过出气通道892排入到护理空间10内,如此往复对护理空间10内的衣物进行烘干。
本实施例提供的热风装置8为内循环烘干,无需室内排出气体而影响室内空气质量。
实施例三

参照图9至图13,本发明实施例三提供的衣物护理机在护理箱体1内侧面和/或门体2内侧面分别设置有喷雾头5,即,在衣物100的外部对衣物100进行喷淋。
具体地,本实施例的衣物护理机包括护理箱体1以及门体2;门体2可转动的安装在护理箱体1上,且门体2和护理箱体1形成容纳衣物的护理空间10;护理箱体1的顶端设置有至少一个挂衣架,护理箱体1的底端设置有供水机构6;如图10和图11所示,护理箱体1为矩形箱体,护理箱体1包括后侧面14、左侧面15、右侧面16、顶侧面17以及底侧面18,后侧面14与门体2相对,左侧面15和右侧面16位于后侧面14的两侧,顶侧面17和底侧面18分别位于后侧面14的顶端和底端。护理箱体1的后侧面14安装有至少一个喷雾头5,和/或,门体2上安装有至少一个喷雾头5;且喷雾头5的喷淋方向朝向衣物,喷雾头5与供水机构6的输出端连通。
本实施例中的护理箱体1与实施例一、实施例二中的护理箱体1结构、功能以及效果相同,在此不再赘述;本实施例中的挂衣架可以是实施例一、实施例二中的挂衣架4,也就是说,本实施例三的挂衣架4也可以设置喷雾头5从衣物的内部进行喷淋;本实施例的挂衣架还可以是现有的衣架,仅用于将衣物挂设在护理箱体1的内胆12中。
在一些示例中,在护理箱体1的后侧面14安装有至少一个喷雾头5,也就是说,在内胆12的后侧面上安装有喷雾头5,在衣物100的外侧进行喷淋。当然,护理箱体1的后侧面14可以设置多个喷雾头5,多个喷雾头5在护理箱体1上呈矩阵排布,在此对喷雾头5的数量和排布方式不做限定。
在另一些示例中,在门体2上安装有至少一个喷雾头5,如此可以在衣物100的外侧进行喷淋。当然,门体2上还可以设置多个喷雾头5,多个喷雾头5在护理箱体1上呈矩阵排布,在此对喷雾头5的数量和排布方式不做限定。
在又一些示例中,在护理箱体1的后侧面14安装有至少一个喷雾头5,且在在门体2上安装有至少一个喷雾头5,如此在衣物100的前后两侧分别进行喷淋,有利于提高喷淋效果。
在此需要说明的是,喷雾头5的结构、功能和效果与实施例一、实施例二相同,在此不再赘述。在本实施例中,喷雾头5位于衣物100的外侧,即,喷雾头5安装在护理箱体1和门体2上,喷雾头5的喷淋方向朝向衣物100,避免无效喷淋。
本发明实施例三提供的衣物护理机,通过在护理箱体1的后侧面14安装至少一个喷雾头5,和/或,在门体2上安装至少一个喷雾头5,喷雾头5与供水机构6连通,且喷雾头5的喷淋方向朝向护理空间10内的衣物100,在衣物100的外侧进行喷淋,水滴在渗透作用且从衣物100的外侧向内部渗透,并且,喷雾头5喷淋形成的水雾具有初始速度,其击打在衣物100能够提高水滴的渗透作用,随着水滴在重力作用下不断向下流动,衣物100 整体被润湿,舒展衣物100纤维,从而去除衣物100上的褶皱,提高塑形效果。本发明实施例三的衣物护理机直接喷淋水箱内的冷水即可实现对衣物的塑形护理,有利于降低使用成本。
本发明实施例的护理箱体1内壁材质的耐温要求以及门体2与护理箱体1的密封性能可以降低,有利于降低成本。并且,不会出现被高温蒸汽烫伤的问题。
当在挂衣架4上安装有喷雾头5,并且在护理箱体1上设置有喷雾头5和/或在门体2上设置喷雾头5时,同时在衣物100的内部和外侧进行喷淋,有利于提高护理效率,提高去皱塑形效果。
在一些实施例中,护理箱体1和/或门体2设置的喷雾头组成至少一组喷雾组,喷雾组由至少一个喷雾头5组成。本实施例中,供水机构6包括分流电磁阀,分流电磁阀包括至少一个分水出口,每一分水出口通过管路与喷雾组连通。也就是说,供水机构6可以通过分流电磁阀分别为喷雾组供水,使得每个喷雾组之间的供水状态相互独立,提高衣物护理机喷淋的灵活性。
本发明实施例的供水机构6还可以包括至少一个分流控制阀,分流控制阀和喷雾组一一对应,分流控制阀包括至少一个分流接口;分流电磁阀的分水出口通过管路与分流控制阀的进口连通,分流控制阀的分流接口与对应的喷雾头连通。如此,通过分流控制阀控制喷雾组中各个喷雾头5的供水状态,使得喷雾组中喷雾头5的喷淋状态相互独立,进一步提高衣物护理机喷淋的灵活性。
由此,供水机构6通过分流控制阀和分流电磁阀控制喷雾头5的喷淋状态,如此可以根据不同衣物、衣物不同位置等实际情况选择性开启喷雾头5,有针对性的对衣物进行喷淋,不仅有利于提高喷淋效果,还有利于节约能源,降低衣物护理机的使用成本。
喷雾头5设置的情况有多种,护理箱体1的左侧面15安装有至少一个喷雾头5;和/或,护理箱体1的右侧面16安装有至少一个喷雾头5;和/或,护理箱体1的顶侧面17安装有至少一个喷雾头5;和/或,护理箱体1的底侧面18安装有至少一个喷雾头5。
可以理解的是,护理箱体1的五个侧面均可以设置喷雾头5,且每个侧面上设置的喷雾头5数量可以相同也可以不同。并且,每个侧面上设置的喷雾头5的排布方式可以相同也可以不同。本领域技术人员可以根据护理箱体1的具体尺寸、喷雾头5的喷射范围等实际情况设置喷雾头5在各个侧面的数量及排布方式。
在一种可选地实施方式中,护理箱体1的后侧面14、左侧面15、右侧面16、顶侧面17、底侧面18以及门体2上分别安装有多个喷雾头5。
由此,衣物100可以受到各个方向水雾喷淋,提高了喷淋范围,避免出现喷淋死角,有利于提高去皱塑形效果。
在此需要说明的是,在某一侧面设置多个喷雾头5时,多个喷雾头5的喷射方向可以不同。以后侧面14上设置多个喷雾头5为例,由于喷雾头5均朝向衣物100喷射,不同 位置的喷雾头5安装方向不同,本领域技术人员可以根据实际情况实验确定。
此外,当护理箱体1的底侧面18设置有喷雾头5时,喷雾头5应该远离废水箱9的排水口,避免喷雾头5影响废水的排出。
在一些实施例中,参照图9和图10,护理箱体1的顶侧面17设置有呈矩阵排布的n*m个喷雾头5,沿护理箱体1的水平方向X间隔设置n个第一喷雾组,第一喷雾组包括沿前后方向Y间隔设置m个喷雾头5。其中,n为护理箱体1最大挂衣量,m为大于0的整数。也就是说,在护理箱体1的顶侧面17的m*n个喷雾头5,呈m行n列的矩形阵列排布,其中,“行”为沿前后Y方向,“列”为沿水平X方向。其中,m和n均为正整数,n与挂衣架4的数量相同,也就是说,在每个挂衣架4对应的顶侧面17上均设置一组第一喷雾组。m可以是二或者三,以确保对衣物的两个肩部以及中间衣领部位可以进行喷淋。通过如此设置,既可以在顶侧面17上设置合理数量的喷雾头5对衣物从顶部进行喷淋,还可以避免设置过多的喷雾头5导致衣物护理机结构复杂、成本高。

可选的,在第一喷雾组设置有至少两个时,即,n大于或者等于2时,沿护理箱体1的水平方向X相邻两个喷雾头5之间的距离大于65mm。换句话说,相邻两个挂衣架4之间的距离大于65mm,避免衣物过密而相互遮挡,造成喷淋不充分影响喷淋效果。
在一些具体的实现方式中,供水机构6包括第一分流阀,第一分流阀具有多个第一分流口,第一分流口的数量与第一喷雾组的数量相同,即,第一分流口设置有n个。供水机构通过第一分流口和管路分别与为每个第一喷雾组的喷雾头5供水。其中,第一分流阀可以是电磁阀,其与控制器电连接,在控制器的控制下,第一分流阀可选择性的打开某一第一分流口,使得供水机构6为该第一分流口对应的第一喷雾组供水。换句话说,控制器可以根据预设程序控制其中挂设有衣物的挂衣架4对应的第一喷雾组开启喷淋,对该挂衣架4上的衣物进行喷淋,相对于多个第一喷雾组同时进行喷淋,如此设置更加节约、高效,降低对供水机构6水泵供水压力的要求,有利于降低成本。
在护理箱体1的后侧面14和门体2上设置喷雾头5主要是补偿顶侧面17的喷雾头5喷淋后,水珠下流过程中没有润湿的区域,提高喷淋效果。具体的,参照图9,护理箱体1的后侧面14和门体2上分别设置有呈矩阵排布的n*p个喷雾头,沿护理箱体1的水平方向X间隔设置n个第二喷雾组,第二喷雾组包括沿高度方向Z间隔设置有p个喷雾头5,其中,n为护理箱体最大挂衣量,p为大于0的整数。也就是说,在护理箱体1的后侧面14和门体2分别设置的p*n个喷雾头5,呈p行n列的矩形矩阵排布,其中,“行”为沿高度Z方向,“列”为沿水平X方向。其中,p和n均为正整数,n与挂衣架4的数量相同,也就是说,在每个挂衣架4对应的后侧面14和门体2上分别设置一组第二喷雾组。p可以 是三或者三以上,以确保对衣物的衣袖的上中下三个区域分别进行喷淋。通过如此设置,既可以在后侧面14和门体2上设置合理数量的喷雾头5对衣物的前后两侧进行喷淋,还可以避免设置过多的喷雾头5导致衣物护理机结构复杂、成本高。
可选的,在第二喷雾组设置有至少两个时,即,n大于或者等于2时,沿护理箱体1的水平方向X相邻两个喷雾头5之间的距离大于65mm。换句话说,相邻两个挂衣架4之间的距离大于65mm,避免衣物过密而相互遮挡,造成喷淋不充分影响喷淋效果。
可选的,护理箱体1的后侧面14与挂衣架4的后端具有第一距离,门体2内侧面与挂衣架4的前端具有第二距离,第一距离和第二距离均为50~100mm。如此设置可以保证喷雾头5喷出的水雾喷淋到衣物上形成一定的喷淋面积,以充分的润湿衣物。
在一些具体的实现方式中,供水机构6包括第二分流阀,第二分流阀具有多个第二分流口,第二分流口的数量与第二喷雾组的数量相同,即,第二分流口设置有n个。供水机构通过第二分流口和管路分别为每个第二喷雾组的喷雾头5供水。其中,第二分流阀可以是电磁阀,其与控制器电连接,在控制器的控制下,第二分流阀可选择性的打开某一第二分流口,使得供水机构6为该第二分流口对应的第二喷雾组供水。换句话说,控制器可以根据预设程序控制其中挂设有衣物的挂衣架4对应的第二喷雾组开启喷淋,对该挂衣架4上的衣物进行喷淋,相对于多个第二喷雾组同时进行喷淋,如此设置更加节约、高效,降低对供水机构6水泵供水压力的要求,有利于降低成本。
护理箱体1的左侧面15和右侧面16分别靠近最左侧和最右侧的挂衣架4,其上设置喷雾头5也可以补偿顶侧面17的喷雾头5无法润湿的区域。在左侧面15和右侧面16上设置的喷雾头5可以根据衣物的形状设置,例如,两个衣袖对应的位置、衣服中间对应的区域、下摆对应的区域等。或者,在左侧面15和右侧面16上的多个喷雾头5分别呈矩形矩阵排布,也就是说,在左侧面15和右侧面16上沿前后Y方向间隔设置多个喷雾头5,且沿高度Z也设置有多个喷雾头,如此布置方式简单,有利于简化衣物护理机的结构。
可选的,设置在左侧面15和右侧面16的喷雾头5可以分为上中下三个区域,控制器可以根据挂设衣物的实际情况设置开启喷雾头5,降低使用成本。
可选的,沿前后方向相邻两个喷雾头5之间的距离为50~120mm;也就是说,沿前后Y方向相邻两个喷雾头5之间的前后距离为50~120mm,既可以对衣物实现全面喷淋,还可以节省能源,降低使用成本。
可选的,护理箱体1的左侧面15与最左侧的挂衣架4的距离大于50mm,护理箱体1的右侧面16与最右侧的挂衣架4的距离大于50mm。如此设置可以保证喷雾头5喷出的水雾喷淋到衣物上形成一定的喷淋面积,以充分的润湿衣物。
参照图9和图10,在护理箱体1的底侧面18设置有喷雾头5,以补偿在顶侧面17、后侧面14、左侧面15、右侧面16以及门体2上的喷雾头5喷淋后,在水的重力作用下往下流过程中无法润湿的衣摆部分。具体的,护理箱体1的底侧面18设置有呈矩阵排布的 n*r个喷雾头5,沿护理箱体1的水平方向X间隔设置n个第三喷雾组,第三喷雾组包括沿护理箱体1的前后方向间隔设置的r个喷雾头;其中,n为护理箱体最大挂衣量,r为大于0的整数。也就是说,在护理箱体1的底侧面18设置的r*n个喷雾头5,呈r行n列的矩形矩阵排布,其中,“行”为沿前后Y方向,“列”为沿水平X方向。其中,r和n均为正整数,n与挂衣架4的数量相同,也就是说,在每个挂衣架4对应的底侧面18上分别设置一组第三喷雾组。r可以是三或者三以上,以确保对衣物底部的前中后三个区域分别进行喷淋。通过如此设置,既可以在底侧面18上设置合理数量的喷雾头5对衣物的前后两侧进行喷淋,还可以避免设置过多的喷雾头5导致衣物护理机结构复杂、成本高。

在一种可能的实施例中,供水机构6包括分水接头,分水接头包括第一分水端口、第二分水端口、第三分水端口以及第四分水端口;护理箱体1顶侧面17的所有喷雾头5通过管路与第一分水端口连通,护理箱体1后侧面14和门体2上的所有喷雾头5通过管路与第二分水端口连通,护理箱体1左侧面15和右侧面16上的所有的喷雾头5头通过管路与第三分水端口连通,护理箱体1底侧面18上的所有的喷雾头5通过管路与第四分水端口连通。
也就是说,对于护理箱体1的五个侧面以及门体2划分为四个喷淋区域,顶侧面17上设置多个喷雾头5形成第一喷淋区域,后侧面14和门体2上分别设置多个喷雾头5形成第二喷淋区域,左侧面15和右侧面16上分别设置多个喷雾头5形成第三喷淋区域,底侧面18上设置有多个喷雾头5形成第四喷淋区域。供水机构6通过分水接头分别与第一喷淋区域、第二喷淋区域、第三喷淋区域以及第四喷淋区域内的喷雾头5连通。
此处所说的“分水接头”当作广义理解,可选的,分水接头为机械四通接头,将分水接 头进口的水流分成四股水流,分别流向第一喷淋区域、第二喷淋区域、第三喷淋区域以及第四喷淋区域内的喷雾头5。此时,分水接头仅起到分流的作用。可选的,分水接头还可以为上述的分流电磁阀,如此控制器可以控制分流电磁阀分别为每个喷淋区域的喷雾头5供水,使得每个喷淋区域的供水状态独立,提高衣物护理机喷淋控制的灵活性。
本实施例中供水机构6包括净水箱61、水泵62以及水管63;水泵62的进水端与净水箱61连通,水泵62的出水端通过水管63与喷雾头5连通。本实施例的供水机构6的结构、功能和效果与实施例一、实施例二相同,在此不再赘述。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在水管63与各个喷雾头5连通时,需要利用分流接头7、三通接头、四通接头或者五通接头等,本发明对此不做限定。
本实施例的护理箱体1与实施例一、实施例二的结构相同,具体的,护理箱体1包括外壳11以及设置在外壳11内的内胆12。由于外壳11和内胆12之间需要布水管63的同时还需要布置喷雾头5,为此,在外壳11和内胆之间形成安装间隔13,净水箱61和水泵62安装在安装间隔13的下部,水管63与喷雾头5连通;内胆12的顶部设置有挂衣架,内胆12与门体2相对的侧面设置有至少一个喷淋开口,喷淋开口与喷雾头5的喷淋孔511相对。
本实施例的外壳11和内胆12均与实施例一、二的结构相同,并且,在本实施例中,喷雾头5可以通过支架固定在外壳11上,喷雾头5还可以通过支架固定在内胆12上。内胆12上设置有喷淋开口,以使喷雾头5的喷淋孔511可以通过喷淋开口喷出水雾。喷雾头5可以隐藏在内胆12与外壳11之间,喷雾头5还可以伸出到内胆12内侧,即,喷雾头5伸入到护理空间10内。
在内胆12为矩形壳体时,其五个侧壁可以均设置有喷淋开口,并安装喷雾头5,以提高喷淋的全面性和效果。
在护理箱体1的顶端设置有多个挂衣架,且多个挂衣架沿护理箱体1的水平方向间隔设置。参照图10,沿X方向间隔设置多个挂衣架,提高护理衣物的数量。再次需要说明的是,本实施例三中的挂衣架可以是实施例一和实施例二中的挂衣架4,也可以是现有的单纯起挂衣作用的挂衣架。
本实施例三提供的衣物护理机还包括热风装置8,热风装置8的结构可以与实施例一提供的热风装置结构相同,或者,热风装置8还可以与实施例二提供的热风装置结构相同,在此不再赘述。
当在门体2上设置有喷雾头5时,由于在本发明中,净水箱61和水泵62是设置在护理箱体1一侧,为此,水管63需要从护理箱体1一侧穿过到门体2一侧。具体参照图11至图14,门体2和护理箱体1之间设置有至少两个转轴组件3,且两个转轴组件3沿护理箱体1的高度方向间隔设置,如此可以使得门体2可以相对护理箱体1转动,以打开或者关闭护理箱体1。
在门体2上安装有喷雾头5时,至少一个转轴组件3设置有过道30,门体2设置有安装喷雾头5的安装腔,且门体2上设置有安装口221;供水机构6的水管63穿过过道30、安装口221进入安装腔,与喷雾头5连通。
本实施例通过在转轴组件3上设置使水管63穿设的过道30,避免水管63外露或者影响门体2的转动;本实施例通过在门体2设置安装腔5,使得喷雾头5安装在门体2内部,避免喷雾头5和水管63外露,有利于提高门体2的美观性。此时,水管63从护理箱体1一侧通过过道30、安装口221进入到安装腔中,与安装腔中安装的喷雾头5连通,无需额外布置水管63的安装结构,有利于简化结构。
在此需要说明的是,水管63可以从其中一个转轴组件3的过道30穿过,水管63也可以分别从不同的转轴组件3的过道30中穿过,以分别为不同的喷雾头5供水。在本实施例中,以水管63从上侧的转轴组件3的过道30穿过为例进行说明,下侧的转轴组件3可以用于穿设线缆。
在一种具体地实现方式中,转轴组件3包括转轴壳31和转轴臂32,转轴壳31的一端与护理箱体1固定连接,转轴壳31的另一端设置有轴槽311,转轴壳31内设置有过道30,且转轴壳31设置有过孔312;转轴臂32的一端与门体2固定连接,转轴臂32的另一端设置有转轴321,且转轴321容纳在轴槽311内。
如图12和图13所示,转轴壳31包括底壁315以及围设在底壁315上的侧壁314,如此形成壳体结构的转轴壳31。为了提高结构强度,在底壁315上还设置有多条筋壁313,本发明对筋壁313的数量及排布方式不做限定。在侧壁314上设置有第二开口3141,在筋壁313上设置有第一开口3131,如图13所示,第二开口3141、第一开口3131以及转轴壳31内的空间形成过道30,水管63可以从过道30穿入到过孔312,然后穿入到门体2的安装腔内。过孔312设置在底壁315上,其可以为任意形状的孔,过孔312不应过大,避免水管63在孔内晃动。
转轴壳31的一端与护理箱体1固定连接,示例性的,转轴壳31的一端设置有第一固定孔316,护理箱体1上设置有与第一固定孔316相配合的螺纹孔,螺钉穿过第一固定孔316与护理箱体1上的螺纹孔螺纹连接,从而实现转轴壳31与护理箱体1的固定连接,连接方式简单稳定。
转轴臂32的一端与门体2固定连接,示例性的,转轴臂32的一端设置有第二固定孔322,门体2上设置有与第二固定孔322相配合的螺纹孔,螺钉穿过第二固定孔322与门体2上的螺纹孔螺纹连接,从而实现转轴臂32与门体2的固定连接,连接方式简单稳定。
转轴壳31的另一端设置轴槽311,轴槽311为容纳转轴321的圆形凹槽,与转轴321相配合,使得转轴321可以相对转轴壳31转动,从而使得门体2可以相对护理箱体1转动。
本实施例转轴组件3通过转轴壳31和转轴臂32实现转动连接,结构简单,且转轴壳 31设置使水管63穿设的过道30,不应转轴壳31与转轴臂32的相对转动。
继续参照图12,本实施例的转轴组件3还包括压板33,压板33固定在转轴壳31上。具体地,压板33上设置有第四固定孔331,转轴壳31上设置有第三固定孔317,且第三固定孔317为螺纹孔,螺钉穿过第四固定孔331与第三固定孔317螺纹连接,从而将压板33固定在转轴壳31上,连接方式稳定可靠。本实施例通过设置压板33使得水管63可以位于压板33和转轴壳31形成的空间内,有利于保护水管63。
继续参照图11,在一种可选地实施例中,门体2包括门框22、安装在门框22外侧的外板23以及安装在门框22内侧的内板21,内板21和外板23之间形成安装腔,内板21上设置有与喷雾头5的喷淋孔511相对的喷淋开口211。
其中,外板23可以是玻璃板,提高门体2的外观的美观性;内板21可以是塑料板、玻璃板等。内板21和外板23分别设置在门框22的两侧,由此,内板21和外板23之间形成安装腔。喷雾头5容纳在安装腔内,其可以通过支架与内板21连接,喷雾头5还可以通过支架与外板23连接,在此对喷雾头5的固定方式不做限定。
内板21上设置有与喷雾头5的喷淋孔511相对的喷淋开口211,以使喷雾头5内的水从喷淋开口211喷射到衣物上。
本实施例的门体2通过设置内板21和外板23形成安装腔,使得喷雾头5的安装不影响门体2的外观。
为了安装转轴臂32,在本实施例中,门框22的上侧设置有与门框22固定连接的上盖24,上盖24与转轴臂32固定连接,上盖24的前侧设置有装饰板25,且装饰板25设置有避让转轴臂32的避让口251;门框22的顶端设置有安装口221,以使水管63可以从安装口221穿入到安装腔内。
转轴臂32可以容纳在上盖24和装饰板25形成的空间内,且装饰板25上设置有避让口251,避让转轴臂32的转动;并且转轴321和轴槽311位于上盖24和装饰板25形成的空间内,可以避免转轴321从轴槽311内脱出。
实施例四
本发明实施例还提供一种衣物护理机的控制方法。首先需要说明的是,对于在挂衣架4、护理箱体1以及门体2上均设置喷雾头5的衣物护理机来说,控制器可以仅控制挂衣架4上的喷雾头5进行衣物内部喷淋,控制器也可以仅控制护理箱体1和门体2上的喷雾头5进行衣物外部喷淋,控制器还可以同时控制护理箱体1、门体2以及挂衣架4上的喷雾头开启,对衣物同时进行内部和外部喷淋。
首先,本实施例的衣物护理机包括控制器、供水机构6以及护理箱体1,护理箱体1的顶端沿水平方向间隔设置n个挂衣架4,每个挂衣架4沿前后方向间隔设置有多个喷雾头5;喷雾头5与供水机构6的输出端连通;控制器与供水机构6通信连接;
其次,本实施例的控制方法包括:
步骤100:接收喷淋指令。用户在开启衣物护理机后,根据放置衣物的具体数量和类型,选择预设的喷淋模式;或者,自主设置喷淋的时间、喷淋的范围等等,如此形成喷淋指令。
步骤200:根据喷淋指令控制供水机构为衣物护理机的至少一个喷淋区域内的喷雾头5供水;其中,衣物护理机形成至少四个喷淋区域,其中有四个喷淋区域包括衣物护理机的护理箱体1的顶侧面17形成的第一喷淋区域,护理箱体1的后侧面14和门体2形成的第二喷淋区域,护理箱体1的左侧面15和右侧面16形成的第三喷淋区域,护理箱体1的底侧面18的形成第四喷淋区域;
控制器接收喷淋指令,并根据喷淋指令调用预设喷淋程序,也就是说,不同的喷淋指令对应不同的预设喷淋程序。控制器根据预设喷淋程序控制供水机构6为至少一个喷淋区域4的喷雾头5供水。可选的,供水机构6可以通过电磁阀与挂衣架4上的喷雾头5连通,如此,控制器可以通过控制该电磁阀的开闭控制该挂衣架4上喷雾头5的开闭,控制简单方便。
在多个挂衣架4上均挂设有衣物时,控制器根据预设喷淋程序控制供水机构6按照第一喷淋顺序为至少一个喷淋区域的喷雾头5供水,第一喷淋顺序为“第一喷淋区域、第二喷淋区域、第三喷淋区域、第四喷淋区域”。不同类型的衣物对应不同的喷淋模式,例如,对于短T恤、衬衫来说,可以仅通过第一喷淋区域和第二喷淋区域的喷淋即可获取良好的喷淋效果;对于长裙、长大衣等衣物来说,在第一喷淋区域和第二喷淋区域的基础上,增加第三喷淋区域和第四喷淋区域的喷淋,提高喷淋效果。
如此按照第一喷淋顺序开启某一喷淋区域的分流电磁阀的分水出口,可以避免各个区域同时喷淋造成浪费,还可以避免各个区域同时喷淋对供水机构6的水泵和管路压力大。
可选的,控制器根据预设喷淋程序控制供水机构按照第一喷淋顺序循环多次为对应喷淋区域内的喷雾头供水,每个喷淋区域分别喷淋第一喷淋时间、第二喷淋时间、第三喷淋时间、第四喷淋时间;相邻两个喷淋区域之间分别具有第一浸润间隔、第二浸润间隔、第三浸润间隔。也就是说,控制器可以控制供水机构6的水泵开启,并控制第一喷淋区域相对的分流电磁阀的第一分水出口开启,使得顶侧面17内的喷雾头5对衣物进行喷淋,喷淋第一喷淋时间后关闭第一分水出口,并静置第一浸润间隔;然后,控制器控制第二喷淋区域相对的分流电磁阀的第二分水出口开启,使得后侧面14和门体2内的喷雾头5对衣物进行喷淋,喷淋第二喷淋时间后关闭第二分水出口,并静置第二浸润间隔;再然后,控制器控制第三喷淋区域相对的分流电磁阀的第三分水出口开启,使得左侧面15和右侧面16内的喷雾头5对衣物进行喷淋,喷淋第三喷淋时间后关闭第三分水出口,并静置第三浸润间隔;最后,控制器控制第四喷淋区域相对的分流电磁阀的第四分水出口开启,使得底侧面18内的喷雾头5对衣物进行喷淋,喷淋第四喷淋时间后关闭第四分水出口,并静置第四浸润间隔。如此设置,有利于提高喷淋效果,节约能源。
步骤300:根据所述喷淋指令控制热风装置8开启,对衣物进行烘干处理。
可选的,衣物护理机内设置的湿度传感器用于检测护理箱体1内的湿度,并将检测的湿度发送给控制器,控制器比较接收到的湿度和预设湿度,并在护理箱体1内的湿度低于预设湿度时,控制热风装置8关闭,完成对衣物的烘干。
可选的,在护理箱体1内的湿度低于预设湿度时,控制器可以控制热风装置8的发热器81关闭而风机依然开启,通过风机工作,对护理箱体1和衣物进行降温,提高用户体验度。
本实施例通过上述方法对护理箱体1内的衣物进行喷淋,喷雾头5喷出的水雾浸润衣物,达到去皱塑形的效果,无需设置蒸汽发生装置,利用冷水即可对衣物进行护理,有利于降低成本。
在为第一喷淋区域或者第二喷淋区域或者第四喷淋区域内的喷雾头5供水时,根据喷淋指令为其中至少一个喷雾组的喷雾头5供水预设喷淋时间后暂停预设浸润时间;第一喷淋区域、第二喷淋区域以及第四喷淋区域内分别设置多个喷雾组,且每个喷雾组与衣物护理机的一个挂衣架4上的衣物相对应;然后,循环对所有挂设有衣物的喷雾组的喷雾头5供水。
示例性的,沿水平方向从左往右的A、B、C三个挂衣架4均挂设有衣物,先开启A挂衣架的电磁阀,以使A挂衣架上的喷雾头5对衣物进行第一预设时间的喷淋,关闭A挂衣架的电磁阀并静置预设喷淋间隔;然后开启B挂衣架对应的电磁阀,以使B挂衣架上的喷雾头对衣物进行第一预设时间的喷淋,关闭B挂衣架对应的电磁阀并静置预设喷淋间隔;再然后开启C挂衣架对应的电磁阀,以使C挂衣架上的喷雾头对衣物进行第一预设时间的喷淋,关闭C挂衣架对应的电磁阀并静置预设喷淋间隔。循环多次,完成对三件衣物的喷淋。本发明实施例对循环次数不做限定。
通过上述设置,间接性的喷淋可让水分跟衣物有充分接触和润湿而不会直接往下滑落从而浪费水,有利于提高喷淋效果。在其中一个挂衣架4的喷雾头5的喷淋过程中,溅出的水能够使被旁边的衣服吸收,相比多件衣服同时喷淋,更节约,更高效。而且,相对于多件同时喷淋,单件衣物喷淋所需的水压较小,对水泵和管路的要求较低,有利于降低成本。
在第一喷淋区域的喷雾头5进行喷淋时,控制阀控制第一分流阀的其中一个第一分流口开启,使得水泵为该第一分流口对应的第一喷雾组进行供水,喷淋10s~20s,然后关闭该第一分流口并静置一端时间;然后再对下一组的第一喷雾组的喷雾头5进行供水,直至对所有衣物对应的第一喷雾组完成喷淋,然后循环多次,完成顶侧面17上喷雾头5对衣物的喷淋。如此,间接性的喷淋可让水分跟衣物有充分接触和润湿而不会直接往下滑落从而浪费水。同时,在每一组第一喷雾组进行喷淋的过程中,溅出的水能够使被旁边的衣服吸收,相比多列衣服同时喷淋,更节约,更高效。而且相对于多件同时喷淋,如此设置所 需的水压较小,对水泵和管路的要求低,有利于降低成本。
后侧面14和门体2上的喷雾头5在顶侧面17喷淋一段时间后再进行,其喷淋用水通常比顶侧面17的少。也是按照第一喷淋区域的喷淋方式进行喷淋,也就是说,控制器通过控制第二分流阀控制第二喷雾组分别开启,喷淋一段时间后静置润湿一段时间,循环多次完成后侧面14和门体2对衣物的喷淋。可选的,对于短袖或者无袖的衣物可以选择不进行第二喷淋区域的喷淋。
底侧面18的喷淋方式也是按照第一喷淋区域的喷淋方式进行喷淋,也就是说,控制器通过控制第三分流阀控制第三喷雾组分别开启,喷淋一段时间后静置润湿一段时间,循环多次完成底侧面18对衣物的喷淋。可选的,短衣物可以选择不进行底侧面18的喷淋,控制底侧面18的喷雾头5进行喷淋主要针对于长款衣服,例如,连衣裙。
而对于第三喷淋区域的喷淋方式,可以根据衣物的长度进行设置。具体的,沿高度方向间隔设置有至少三个喷淋子区域,每个喷淋子区域内设置有呈矩形矩阵排布的多个喷雾头;此时,控制器根据预设喷淋程序控制供水机构从上向下依次为每个喷淋子区域内的喷雾头供水。也就是说,控制器先控制上部喷淋子区域的喷雾头5对衣物进行喷淋,静置一段时间后;再依次使中部和底部的喷淋子区域的喷雾头5进行喷淋,喷射次数和时间可以根据实际情况设置。
衣物护理机的挂衣架4上的喷雾头5形成第五喷淋区域。本发明的控制方法还包括根据喷淋指令控制供水机构6为第五喷淋区域内的喷雾头5供水。需要理解的是,本发明实施例对第五喷淋区域的喷淋时间点不做限定,也就是说,第五喷淋区域的喷雾头5可以在第一喷淋顺序喷淋之前进行喷淋,也可以在第一喷淋顺序喷淋之后进行喷淋,还可以在第一喷淋顺序中进行喷淋。
对于第五喷淋区域的喷淋控制,在多个挂衣架4上均挂设有衣物,控制器在接收到喷淋指令后,根据喷淋指令控制供水机构6按照一定顺序分别为每个挂衣架4的喷雾头5供水。结合图5,在挂衣架4a、挂衣架4b和挂衣架4c上分别挂设有衣物100,控制器根据喷淋指令控制供水机构6先为挂衣架4a上的喷雾头5供水第一时间后暂停第二时间;然后,控制器根据喷淋指令控制供水机构6先为挂衣架4b上的喷雾头5供水第三时间后暂停第四时间;再然后,控制器根据喷淋指令控制供水机构6先为挂衣架4c上的喷雾头5供水第五时间后暂停第六时间;如此循环多次。间接性的喷淋可让水分跟衣物有充分接触和润湿而不会直接往下滑落从而浪费水,有利于提高喷淋效果;在其中一个挂衣架4的喷雾头5的喷淋过程中,溅出的水能够使被旁边的衣服吸收,相比多件衣服同时喷淋,更节约,更高效。而且,相对于多件同时喷淋,单件衣物喷淋所需的水压较小,对水泵和管路的要求较低,有利于降低成本。
最后需要说明的是,在上述喷淋和烘干过程中,控制器还可以根据喷淋指令控制驱动机构驱动挂衣架4沿水平方向往复运动而产生衣物的摆动效应,或者驱动挂衣架4绕竖向 轴往复旋转而产生衣物的扭动效应,能够让衣物更充分地与水雾接触,使水雾快速且充分渗透到衣物纺织层内,提升衣物的塑形效果。同时在烘干时,可加速衣物表面的空气流动,加快烘干,进而提高护理效果和护理效率。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (44)

  1. 一种衣物护理机,其特征在于,包括:护理箱体以及门体;所述门体可转动的安装在所述护理箱体上,且所述门体和所述护理箱体形成容纳衣物的护理空间;所述护理箱体的顶端设置有至少一个挂衣架,所述护理箱体的底端设置有供水机构;
    所述护理箱体为矩形箱体,所述矩形箱体包括后侧面、左侧面、右侧面、顶侧面以及底侧面;所述护理箱体的后侧面安装有至少一个喷雾头,和/或,所述门体上安装有至少一个所述喷雾头;且所述喷雾头的喷淋方向朝向所述衣物,所述喷雾头与所述供水机构的输出端连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,
    所述护理箱体的左侧面安装有至少一个所述喷雾头;
    和/或,所述护理箱体的右侧面安装有至少一个所述喷雾头;
    和/或,所述护理箱体的顶侧面安装有至少一个所述喷雾头;
    和/或,所述护理箱体的底侧面安装有至少一个所述喷雾头。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述护理箱体和/或所述门体设置的所述喷雾头组成至少一组喷雾组,所述喷雾组由所述至少一所述喷雾头组成;所述供水机构包括分流电磁阀,所述分流电磁阀包括至少一个分水出口,每一所述分水出口通过管路与所述喷雾组连通。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述供水机构包括至少一个分流控制阀,所述分流控制阀和所述喷雾组一一对应,所述分流控制阀包括至少一个分流接口;所述分流电磁阀的分水出口通过管路与所述分流控制阀的进口连通,所述分流控制阀的分流接口与对应的喷雾头连通。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述护理箱体的后侧面、左侧面、右侧面、顶侧面、底侧面以及所述门体上分别安装有多个所述喷雾头。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述护理箱体的顶侧面设置有呈矩阵排布的n*m个所述喷雾头;沿所述护理箱体的水平方向间隔设置n个第一喷雾组,所述第一喷雾组包括沿前后方向间隔设置的m个所述喷雾头;其中,n为所述护理箱体最大挂衣量,m为大于0的整数。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述第一喷雾包括至少两个所述喷雾头,沿所述护理箱体的前后方向相邻两个所述喷雾头之间的距离为50~120mm;
    和/或,所述第一喷雾组设置有至少两个,沿所述护理箱体的水平方向相邻两个所述喷雾头之间的距离大于65mm。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述供水机构包括第一分流阀,所述第一分流阀具有多个第一分流口,所述第一分流口的数量与所述第一喷雾组的数量相同;
    所述供水机构通过所述第一分流口和管路分别为每个所述第一喷雾组的喷雾头供水。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述护理箱体的后侧面和所述门体上分别设置有呈矩阵排布的n*p个所述喷雾头,沿所述护理箱体的水平方向间隔设置n个第二喷雾组,所述第二喷雾组包括沿高度方向间隔设置的p个所述喷雾头;其中,n 为所述护理箱体最大挂衣量,p为大于0的整数。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述第二喷雾组设置有至少两个,沿所述护理箱体的水平方向相邻两个所述喷雾头之间的距离大于65mm;
    和/或,所述护理箱体的后侧面与所述挂衣架的后端具有第一距离,所述门体与所述挂衣架的前端具有第二距离,所述第一距离和所述第二距离均为50~100mm。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述供水机构包括第二分流阀,所述第二分流阀具有多个第二分流口,所述第二分流口的数量与所述第二喷雾组的数量相同;
    所述供水机构通过所述第二分流口和管路分别为每个所述第二喷雾组的喷雾头供水。
  12. 根据权利要求5所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述护理箱体的左侧面和右侧面上分别设置有呈矩形矩阵排布的多个喷雾头,且沿前后方向相邻两个所述喷雾头之间的距离为50~120mm;
    和/或,所述护理箱体的左侧面与最左侧的所述挂衣架的距离大于50mm,所述护理箱体的右侧面与最右侧的所述挂衣架的距离大于50mm。
  13. 根据权利要求5所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述护理箱体的底侧面设置有呈矩阵排布的n*r个所述喷雾头;沿所述护理箱体的水平方向间隔设置n个第三喷雾组,所述第三喷雾组包括沿所述护理箱体的前后方向间隔设置的r个所述喷雾头;其中,n为所述护理箱体最大挂衣量,r为大于0的整数。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述第三喷雾组包括至少两个所述喷雾头,沿所述护理箱体的前后方向相邻两个所述喷雾头之间的距离为50~120mm;
    和/或,所述第三喷雾组设置有至少两个,沿所述护理箱体的水平方向相邻两个所述喷雾头之间的距离大于65mm。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述供水机构包括第三分流阀,所述第三分流阀具有多个第三分流口,所述第三分流口的数量与所述第三喷雾组的数量相同;
    所述供水机构通过所述第三分流口和管路分别为每个所述第三喷雾组的喷雾头供水。
  16. 根据权利要求5所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述供水机构包括分水接头,所述分水接头包括第一分水端口、第二分水端口、第三分水端口以及第四分水端口;
    所述护理箱体顶侧面的所有喷雾头通过管路与所述第一分水端口连通,所述护理箱体后侧面和所述门体上的所有喷雾头通过管路与所述第二分水端口连通,所述护理箱体左侧面和右侧面上的所有的喷雾头通过管路与所述第三分水端口连通,所述护理箱体底侧面上的所有的喷雾头通过管路与所述第四分水端口连通。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述挂衣架上安装有至少一个所述喷雾头,且所述喷雾头的喷淋方向向下。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述挂衣架上设置有第四喷雾组,所述第四喷雾组包括沿所述挂衣架沿长度方向间隔布置的多个所述喷雾头。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,多个所述喷雾头关于所述挂衣架的中心线对称。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述第四喷雾组两端的所述 喷雾头分别向外倾斜预设角度。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述预设角度为20°~50°。
  22. 根据权利要求18所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,沿所述挂衣架沿长度方向相邻两个所述喷雾头之间的水平距离为50~120mm。
  23. 根据权利要求17所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述挂衣架包括上壳和下盖,所述上壳和所述下盖固定连接形成容纳所述喷雾头的容纳空腔,所述下盖上设置有喷淋口,且所述下盖与所述喷雾头固定连接,所述喷雾头的喷淋孔与所述喷淋口相对;所述上壳的顶端固定在所述护理空间的顶端。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述上壳内固定有分流接头,所述分流接头包括一个进水端口以及多个出水端口,所述进水端口与所述供水机构的输出端连通,每个所述出水端口连接一个所述喷雾头。
  25. 根据权利要求1-24任一项所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述喷雾头的喷淋孔的直径为0.1~0.6mm。
  26. 根据权利要求1-24任一项所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述供水机构包括净水箱、水泵以及水管;
    所述水泵的进水端与所述净水箱连通,所述水泵的出水端通过所述水管与所述喷雾头连通。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述护理箱体包括外壳以及设置在外壳内的内胆,所述外壳和所述内胆之间形成安装间隔,所述净水箱和所述水泵安装在所述安装间隔的下部;
    所述内胆的顶部设置有所述挂衣架,所述内胆的后侧面设置有至少一个喷淋开口,所述喷淋开口与所述喷雾头的喷淋孔相对。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,沿所述内胆的水平方向间隔设置有多个所述挂衣架。
  29. 根据权利要求1-24任一项所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述衣物护理机还包括驱动机构,所述驱动机构与所述挂衣架传动连接,所述驱动机构驱动所述挂衣架沿水平方向往复运动或者驱动所述挂衣架绕竖向轴往复旋转。
  30. 根据权利要求1-24任一项所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述衣物护理机还包括安装在所述护理箱体底部的热风装置,所述热风装置的输出端口与所述护理空间连通。
  31. 根据权利要求30所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述热风装置包括:发热器和风机,所述发热器用于加热气体,所述风机用于将所述发热器加热后的气体吹向所述护理空间内部。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述衣物护理机包括控制器,所述控制器分别与所述供水机构、所述发热器以及所述风机电电连接;
    所述控制器被配置为在所述喷雾头喷淋时控制所述风机打开;所述控制器被配置为在所述喷雾头喷淋完成后控制所述发热器和所述风机同时打开。
  33. 根据权利要求1-24任一项所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述门体和所述护理箱体之间设置有至少两个转轴组件,且两个所述转轴组件沿所述护理箱体的高度方向间隔设置;
    所述门体上安装有所述喷雾头,至少一个所述转轴组件设置有过道,所述门体设置有安装所述喷雾头的安装腔,且所述门体上设置有安装口;所述供水机构包括水管,且所述水管穿过所述过道、所述安装口进入所述安装腔,与所述喷雾头连通。
  34. 根据权利要求33所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述转轴组件包括转轴壳和转轴臂,所述转轴壳的一端与所述护理箱体固定连接,所述转轴壳的另一端设置有轴槽,所述转轴壳内设置有所述过道,且所述转轴壳设置有过孔;所述转轴臂的一端与所述门体固定连接,所述转轴臂的另一端设置有转轴,且所述转轴容纳在所述轴槽内。
  35. 根据权利要求34所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述转轴壳的一端与所述护理箱体通过螺钉连接;
    所述转轴臂的一端与所述门体通过螺钉连接。
  36. 根据权利要求35所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述转轴组件还包括压板,所述压板固定在所述转轴壳上。
  37. 根据权利要求34所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述门体包括门框、安装在所述门框外侧的外板以及安装在所述门框内侧的内板,所述内板和所述外板之间形成所述安装腔,所述内板上设置有与所述喷雾头的喷淋孔相对的喷淋开口。
  38. 根据权利要求37所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述门框的上侧设置有与所述门框固定连接的上盖,所述上盖与所述转轴臂固定连接,所述上盖的前侧设置有装饰板,且所述装饰板设置有避让所述转轴臂的避让口;所述门框的顶端设置有所述安装口。
  39. 一种衣物护理机的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制方法用于控制权利要求1-38任一项所述的衣物护理机;所述控制方法包括:
    接收喷淋指令;
    根据所述喷淋指令控制供水机构为所述衣物护理机的至少一个喷淋区域内的喷雾头供水;其中,所述衣物护理机形成至少四个喷淋区域,其中有四个喷淋区域包括所述衣物护理机的护理箱体的顶侧面形成的第一喷淋区域,所述护理箱体的后侧面和门体形成的第二喷淋区域,所述护理箱体的左侧面和右侧面形成的第三喷淋区域,所述护理箱体的底侧面的形成第四喷淋区域;
    并根据所述喷淋指令控制热风装置开启。
  40. 根据权利要求39所述的控制方法,其特征在于,根据所述喷淋指令控制供水机构为所述衣物护理机的至少一个喷淋区域内的喷雾头供水,包括:
    按照“所述第一喷淋区域、所述第二喷淋区域、所述第三喷淋区域、所述第四喷淋区域”的第一喷淋顺序为至少一个喷淋区域的喷雾头供水。
  41. 根据权利要求40所述的控制方法,其特征在于,为所述第一喷淋区域或者所述第二喷淋区域或者所述第四喷淋区域内的喷雾头供水,包括:
    根据所述喷淋指令为其中至少一个喷雾组的喷雾头供水预设喷淋时间后暂停预设浸润时间;所述第一喷淋区域、所述第二喷淋区域以及所述第四喷淋区域分别设置多个所述喷雾组,且每个所述喷雾组与所述衣物护理机的一个挂衣架上的衣物相对应;
    循环对所有挂设有衣物的喷雾组的喷雾头供水。
  42. 根据权利要求39所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述衣物护理机挂衣架上的喷雾头形成第五喷淋区域;
    根据所述喷淋指令控制供水机构为所述衣物护理机的至少一个喷淋区域内的喷雾头供水,包括:根据所述喷淋指令控制供水机构为所述第五喷淋区域内的喷雾头供水。
  43. 根据权利要求39-42任一项所述的控制方法,其特征在于,根据所述喷淋指令控制所述热风装置开启,包括:
    接收湿度传感器发送的所述护理箱体内的湿度;
    在所述护理箱体内的湿度低于预设湿度时,控制所述热风装置关闭。
  44. 根据权利要求39-42任一项所述的控制方法,其特征在于,根据所述喷淋指令控制供水机构为所述衣物护理机的至少一个喷淋区域内的喷雾头供水,还包括:
    根据所述喷淋指令控制所述热风装置的风机开启。
