本发明是有关于一种用于安装屏幕的构件,特别是指一种关于能简化屏幕安装使其达到易拆的构件及应用此构件的屏幕装置。
背景技术
现今的建筑物为了能够防止蚊虫及尘霾进入室内,一般均会在建筑物的门窗上安装屏幕装置,并利用屏幕装置上的屏幕来防止蚊虫及尘霾进入室内,然而,目前屏幕中安装屏幕的方式,主要是将屏幕的周缘安装入屏幕的框料中,而此种屏幕安装的方式一旦配置在屏幕装置的外侧时,不仅受到安装空间的限制而不易进行安装与卸除,且若安装在高层楼时,人员及屏幕装置又易有高空掉落的危险,据前可知,目前在门窗外侧安装屏幕装置是一件困难及危险的工作。
发明内容
本发明之主要目的是在提供一种屏幕易拆装构件及其在屏幕装置的应用,其中藉由屏幕易拆装构件简化屏幕的安装过程,藉以便利整樘屏幕装置的安装或拆卸外,且能改善习用技术在门窗外侧进行在安装或拆卸所面临的问题与危险。
根据本发明之上述目的,提出一种屏幕易拆装构件。屏幕易拆装构件包含结合部及压扣部,其中结合部与压扣部系相互连接并于其间形成一弹压空间,且结合部及压扣部其中之一者设有第一卡扣部。
依据本发明之一实施例,其中压扣部为具有弹性复位的片体。
依据本发明之一实施例,其中压扣部的一端设有一按压部。
依据本发明之一实施例,其中第一卡扣部为一凸肋条或一凹入槽。
依据本发明之一实施例,其中弹压空间具有开口。

依据本发明之一实施例,其中框料的沟槽内壁设有与屏幕易拆装构件的第一卡扣部相扣合的第二卡扣部。
依据本发明之一实施例,其中第二卡扣部为自框料的构槽内壁延伸出的片体。
依据本发明之一实施例,其中屏幕的周缘环设有复数个安装件,且每一个屏幕易拆装构件相对安装件的位置处设有接合槽,接合槽的槽口两侧朝中央各延伸限位檐部。
依据本发明之一实施例,其中每一个框料之沟槽内壁相对结合部的接合槽位置处设有压掣凸条。
由上述可知,本发明之屏幕易拆装构件主要是利用结合部与压扣部形成弹压机构的设计来提供使用者透过按压组装的方式达到屏幕快速安装至框料、以及轻易从框料中拆除的目的。此外,本发明之屏幕易拆装构件的设计亦简化了屏幕的装设方式,使整体结构更简单、组装更快速,并解决纱窗安装时会受限于环境空间的问题。

具体实施方式
请同时参照图1及图2,图1及图2系分别绘示依照本发明之一实施方式之一种屏幕装置之装置示意图以及局部分解示意图。本实施方式之屏幕装置10包含复数个屏幕易拆装构件20、复数个框料30以及一屏幕40。其中,框料30是互相接合并框围成一框体,屏幕40则是透过屏幕易拆装构件20固定在框体中。在本实施例中,框料30与屏幕易拆装构件20的数量分别为4个,而屏幕40为矩形,且屏幕40的四个侧边装设于屏幕易拆装构件20上,进而透过屏幕易拆装构件20而装设在框料30所围成之矩形框体中。
请同时参照图2及图3,其中图3系绘示依照本发明之第一实施方式之一种屏幕易拆装构件卡固于框料中之示意图。屏幕易拆装构件20包含结合部21及压扣部22。其中,结合部21与压扣部22相连。具体而言,结合部21与压扣部22是透过一具可绕弯曲之中段部23互相连接,并于结合部21及压扣部22其间形成一弹压空间20a,其中,弹压空间20a具有开口20b。在本实施例中,压扣部22为具有弹性的片体。藉此,透过对压扣部22施加外力时,压扣部22可往弹压空间20a方向移动,而使整体屏幕易拆装构件20产生形变,以方便装入框料30中。当放开对压扣部22所施压的外力时,压扣部22可复位至初始位置,而使屏幕易拆装构件20的形状恢复至原来状态。在本实施例中,当屏幕易拆装构件20安装在框料30上时,压扣部22的一部分可延伸在框料30朝向室内的一侧外,且压扣部22延伸在框料30外的一端设有按压部222,以方便使用者从室内侧操作安装或拆卸屏幕易拆装构件20。
如图2及图3所示,压扣部22上设有第一卡扣部221,且框料30具有沟槽31。框料30的沟槽31内壁设有与屏幕易拆装构件20的第一卡扣部221相扣合的第二卡扣部311。在本实施例中,第二卡扣部311为从框料30的构槽31内壁延伸出的片体。当对按压部 222施加外力而使整体屏幕易拆装构件20变形时,可使结合部21、中段部23以及压扣部22的一部分连同第一卡扣部221置入框料30之构槽31中;当放开按压部222时则可使压扣部22复位,并使得第一卡扣部221与第二卡扣部311互相扣合,进而让屏幕易拆装构件20限位在构槽31中。欲陈明者,本实施方式之第一卡扣部221设置在压扣部22上并非用以限制本发明,在其他实施例中,第一卡扣部221亦可依需求设置在结合部21上。
又如图2及图3所示,屏幕易拆装构件20的结合部21上具有接合槽211,且接合槽211的槽口两侧朝中央各延伸限位檐部211a及211b。屏幕40的周缘环设有复数个安装件41,且屏幕40是透过安装件41装入接合槽211的方式而固定在屏幕易拆装构件20上。在本实施例中,屏幕40为一矩形屏幕,且安装件41的数量可为4个,分别连接在矩形屏幕的四个侧边上,由于屏幕40本身为软性材质,故在屏幕透过安装件41装入屏幕易拆装构件20的接合槽211中时,屏幕本身可形成折迭型态以适应不同的结构形状。
以下说明本发明之安装方式。请同时参照图2、图4及图5,其中图4系绘示依照本发明之屏幕透过安装件固定在屏幕易拆装构件中之其中一种固定方式之示意图,图5系绘示依照本发明之屏幕透过安装件固定在屏幕易拆装构件中之另外一种固定方式之示意图。本发明在安装方式可先将屏幕40的上、下两侧之安装件41从屏幕易拆装构件20的侧面滑入接合槽211中,结合槽211之限位檐部211a及211b能够防止安装件41脱离结合槽211。然后,可先将已安装至屏幕易拆装构件20之屏幕40上端安装至框料30之沟槽31中,此时因屏幕40左、右两端之安装件41尚未装入屏幕易拆装构件20的接合槽211中,而屏幕40本身为软性材质,且本发明之安装件41系可为软性材质,例如:塑料、橡胶等,亦或者是具可挠性的构件,例如:金属薄片、木质薄片,因此在安装环境空间受限时,可以将屏幕40进行弯曲,因安装件41亦是软性材质或具可挠性,同时亦可一并进行弯曲,而能够让屏幕40的下端之屏幕易拆装构件20及左、右端进入框料30之沟槽31 内。当将屏幕40左、右两端之安装件41装至框料30之沟槽31中后,再将屏幕易拆装构件20分别安装至框料30之沟槽31中,因框料30之沟槽31内壁相对屏幕易拆装构件20之结合槽211处设有压掣凸条312,故当屏幕易拆装构件20装入框料30之沟槽31时,压掣凸条312能够将安装件41之部分推入结合槽211,此时安装件41一部分设置在结合槽211之限位檐部211b,而限位檐部211b是位于安装件41与屏幕40相接处之间,能够让屏幕40左、右两端之安装件41不会脱离结合槽211,使屏幕40能够稳固。
本发明中,屏幕易拆装构件亦可有不同的结构设计,请参照图6,其系绘示依照本发明之第二实施方式之一种屏幕易拆装构件卡固于框料中之示意图。本实施方式之屏幕易拆装构件50与前述之屏幕易拆装构件20的结构相似,其主要包含结合部51及压扣部52,其中,结合部51与压扣部52是透过一具可绕弯曲之中段部互相连接,并于结合部51及压扣部52其间形成一弹压空间50a。在本实施例中,屏幕易拆装构件50的第一卡扣部521为凹入槽的设计,故当屏幕易拆装构件50装入框料30中时,框料30的构槽31内壁上的第二卡扣部311可嵌入屏幕易拆装构件50的第一卡扣部521中,以达到限位屏幕易拆装构件50之目的。
由前述本发明实施方式可知,本发明之屏幕易拆装构件主要是利用结合部与压扣部形成弹压机构的设计来提供使用者透过按压组装的方式达到快速安装至框料、以及轻易从框料中拆除的目的,同时,亦解决在高层楼的房屋,使用者无法将整组纱窗由室外安装或卸除,亦无法于室内进行安装或卸除,因会受限于环境空间的问题。此外,本发明之屏幕易拆装构件的设计亦简化了屏幕的装设方式,使整体结构更简单、组装更快速。
